The development and growth of startups around the world nowadays have become a global phenomenon. Startups have become an essential element of innovation and economic growth in many countries. But literature shows that the failure rate of a startup is around 90%. Therefore it is crucial for investors, financial advisors, and the government to spot the 10% which eventually will generate higher return rates, bring in greater revenue and ensure economic growth. This research aim is to study what are the critical factors of the startup’s success that can be used to make a predictive model using a machinelearning algorithm to predict the success of a startup.

The purpose of this work is to develop and implement a disaster recovery plan (DRP) in stock exchange industry in Indonesia, in order to perform a system recovery in the event of a disaster. To develop a DRP, there are several steps that must be performed as a risk analysis to determine how much risk the company would receive when a disaster occurs, business impact analysis to identify critical business units and necessary resources for the recovery process to run smoothly, to identify recovery strategies to be used as a backup method and recovery site, the recovery procedure that needs to be done in order to make the recovery process run properly, testing and review, and documentation of the DRP. Based on the results of tests that have been done, the development of DRPs can be implemented at stock Exchange industry in Indonesia. With the DRP, the company is expected to have a plan to prepare for and recover resources and information systems in order to be able to walk back in the event of a disaster in order to minimize losses to the company.

Websites must assure web server availability in light of the worldwide increase in internet users. Web server monitoring is the process of examining web application server utilization by showing data in the form of statistics or graphs. Data about web server use will help server owners make decisions about server availability. The purpose of this study is to create a web monitoring program capable of retrieving and storing data from Java application server resources. The research methodology utilized in this study is divided into two phases: data gathering and software development. The data gathering step includes doing a literature study, conducting a survey, distributing questionnaires, and analyzing comparable apps. The development phase employs the waterfall methodology. The outcome of this study is a web application that can monitor the Java application server’s resource use and send email alerts when resource usage becomes excessive. To summarize, web application server monitoring may be utilized to alleviate developer workload.

This paper presents a gamification framework for higher education, especially for programming language courses to increase user motivation, pleasure and satisfaction so that learning objectives can be achieved. Although student and lecturer motivation, pleasure, and satisfaction tend to increase compared to conventional techniques, gamification is not a panacea. The success of its application depends on the skill of the lecturer in choosing a game mechanic to give a sense of playing to the learning process in a more interesting way. The technique is done by dividing the class into two parts where one class uses the conventional method and one class uses the gamification method and the results will be evaluated through the assessment results before using the gamification method and after using the gamification method. The framework in this paper adds to the existing framework activities, namely adding in the field of baseline analysis, learning materials and tools used in gamification, where previous papers from three activities have not been discussed in detail. The results obtained turned out that using the gamification technique of student learning outcomes on average 15 to 25 better than using conventional techniques.

Despite having many advances in video game control such as voice or gesture control, most video game console manufacturers still use a joystick as the main control for their console. Currently, the problem with video game manufacturers is that instead of using the joystick as the point of user interface design, they instead used a design from another device such as a computer or tv. The research will compare Xbox One and Steam OS user interface by using KLM-GOMS Model. Based on the calculation it is concluded that the overall Xbox One has a more efficient design compared to Steam.

The issue on the effect of violent video game to aggressive behavior has gained wide interest from various communities. This paper presents some results of predicting quantitative measure of aggressive behavior from variables that measure violent video game playing. Experiment results showed that Decision Tree Regression (DTR) and Adaptive Boosting Tree Regression (AB-DTR) models predicted aggressive behavior intentions with high accuracy. For predicting Hostile variable: DTR’s training and testing RMSE (0.0, 0.0); AB-DTR’s training and testing RMSE (0.08, 1.08). For predicting Instru variable: DTR’s training and testing RMSE (0.0, 2.18); AB-DTR’s training and testing RMSE (0.0, 3.30) respectively.

The fast advancement of technology on a daily basis encourages the tourist industry to evolve and convert into a digital idea. The tourist hamlet as a tourism destination is the subject of this study, as is its culture and distinctiveness. The Indonesian country has 1734 tourist villages, but only a few are controlled and well maintained. While the tourist villages were expected to provide economic growth for the village community, the reality was that they provided only a few benefits and did not spread to all regions of the village. This study will concentrate on developing a tourist model using a digital economy strategy in order to demonstrate the idea of digital transformation. This model will assist the government in monitoring, controlling, and financing tourism activities, as well as in promoting and distributing products/services without the involvement of third parties, so that the government's enthusiasm for developing tourist villages from village communities to rural communities can be realized

Image segmentation is often faced by low contrast, bad boundaries, and inhomogeneity that made it difficult to separate normal and abnormal tissue. Therefore, it takes long periodto read and diagnose brain tumor patients. The aim of this study was to applied hybrid methods to optimize segmentation process of magnetic resonance image of brain. In this study, we divide the brain tumor images with double density dual-tree complex wavelet transform (DDDTCWT), continued by convolutional neural network (CNN), and optimized by genetic algorithm (GA) with 48 combinations yielding excellent results. The F-1 score was 99.42%, with 913 images test data. The training images consist of 1397 normal MRI images and 302 tumor magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) images resized by 32 x32 pixels. The DDDTCWT transforms the input images into more detail than ordinary wavelet transforms, and the CNNs will recognize the pattern of the output images. Additionally, we applied the GA to optimize the weights and biases from the first layer of the CNNs layers. The parameters used for evaluating were dice similarity coefficient (DSC), positive present value (PPV), sensitivity, and accuracy. The result showed that the combination of DDDTCWT, CNN, and GA could be used to brain MRI images and it generated parameters value more that 95%.

This paper presents a comprehensive analysis of new emerging technologies and architecture that can support the development of intelligent digital banking platforms. The aim of this study is to explore the latest relevant technology to enhance customer experience and minimize human interaction to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The study follows Kitchenham's SLR principles and goes into great depth regarding the process of choosing and analyzing relevant research papers. This research promoted 40 articles that discuss potential emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, big data, biometrics, and cloud computing. Some key areas of literature were examined, such as technological trends, potential features, and technical solutions. The articles selected were based on specific criteria and used high-quality databases, including IEEE Xplore, Elsevier, SpringerLink, ACM, and AIS. This study considered recent papers published between 2015 and 2021. The mapping study presents digital banking technology and proposes an integrated architecture for developing intelligent digital banking platforms.

The virus Covid-19 has caused enough trouble for the whole world for nearly a year, ever since it first emerged in Wuhan, China, in December 2019. All areas of life are affected in a way or more, especially the education sector. Learning process shifting to be online at home, and it is now commonly referred to as online learning. Despite the now regulated way of learning, debates regarding the effectiveness of online learning are widely circulated. Thus, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of online learning, and whether it has positively or negatively impacted the students in any way. The result shows that online learning really has significantly positively impacted students’ performance. Their learning achievement, self-efficacy, as well as learning motivation have shown to be greatly affected by this way of learning. The sources of impacts come from the way the learning materials are delivered, how the class is held, and the educators themselves. This paper's principal objective is to analyze and design an attainable model of action to comprehend a recognized mental issue: emotional well-being mindfulness and maintainable profitability improvement; the solutions of personal development in this study refers to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as a work to make a proactive methodology toward psychological well-being and its relationship with efficiency. Analysis and configuration in this study use Enterprise Design Thinking, to make the investigation and plan as persuasive and pragmatic as conceivable to the users. From the plan thinking measure, it is concluded that the convenience and reasonableness of the application are yet the fundamental inclinations, combining with the competitive advantage of engaging both instructors and customers to be more proactive in their approaches on emotional wellness and productivity.

In the current state of the world, the issue of identifying spammers has received escalating attention due to its influence towards social network security. The popularity of social networking sites made them unsurprisingly easy target for most spammers due to the ease of information sharing they provide. While having important information shared easily is a good thing, the extra bits of harmful objects including viruses or malwares are not. Not to mention the irrelevant information found across almost everywhere in the social media shared by said spammers. Spamming does not only affect social media but could also affect most websites and e-mails. Thus, an extensive action is needed to detect and counter the act of spamming, and this study attempts to review them.

The pandemic that is happening in this world greatly affects many outdoor activities. Especially in the sector of education, where all activities are carried out online. Almost all educational institutions ranging from elementary schools to lectures use video conferencing applications as a support for learning. Zoom is a web application and an application that is being used. Zoom really helps users to meet fellow users virtually. Even in a relatively young way and there is no time limit when we use a Pro account. however, this Zoom application has several security-related issues as well as audio and video displays. The security problem is a serious problem, therefore this matter is quickly handled by the Zoom. And quickly, even this application is developing very well. Then the problem Display audio and video. Sometimes, while Zooming is running, the sound volume produced is not stable. And also, there are often delays that can disrupt communication during meetings. This is certainly very important to handle because it involves the smooth running of the meeting, which certainly affects the quality of the application itself. We use the qualitative research methods such as Google Form for asking people online.

This research discusses the collaboration tool system that can be used for work from home activities. The form of this collaboration tool can be in the form of software or applications. This study aims to collect and analyze data about collaboration tools, as well as find out the usefulness of collaboration tools. This research is using the Systematic Literature Review method because this method is very useful for explaining the topic in detail. This collaboration tool is also flexible because it can be used effectively and efficiently anywhere. Therefore, this research was applied to find out the answers to the effect of the collaboration tools. Based on the analysis that has been done, the result is that this collaboration tool can support work from home activities. This research is also conducted to help workers and individuals to determine suitable collaboration tools to assist them in their task or organization.

Sports science generally refers to model intended to improve sports organizations' performance for general and the athlete for specific. Currently, it is important to implement sports science because it can be promoted as competitive strategies to win from any sport competition. The purpose of this research is to identify the dimensional success factor for sport science systems that become an important part of sports organizations before they build the system. This study focuses to examine many articles using systematic literature reviews in sports journals and conferences as supplementary materials alongside published articles, while the topic is a relatively recent sports science phenomenon to support sport organizations. The selected papers were screened and extracted to formulate the core dimensional success factor. The result of this study is a fact-finding dimensional success factor for sports organizations based on previous research that can be considered as the mainstream foundation for sports organizations to build their system, and also it can be applied in multiple sports organizations field as a competitive strategy.

There are also many bad photographers that’s not capable of doing professional photography. Mobile Application has been a part of our everyday life since it first came out on smartphones. Many applications helps our daily life such as uber, Gojek, and grab. Those aforementioned applications helps with transport, logistics, and payment. Although there are platforms like Airbnb that listed entertainment / experiences from their user to be rented, It doesn't focuses on photographers and such. This paper proposes the idea of an application that connects photography related peoples such as a professional photographer, hobbyist, or someone who loves to be a model in one platform. The application can also become a platform of incomes to them and idea sharing for all groups.

In this Digital Era, we are facing a lot of threats to protect our data. One of the latest technology on the short raneg communication is Near-Field Communication (NFC) with so many implications of technology that ranging from Non-physical access control to digital payments. These applications are frequently proclaimed as being more secure, as they require near physical vicinity and don't include Wi-Fi or versatile systems. The problem that is the main concern of our paper is about NFC Data Stealing. Not everyone realized that their data get stolen by the Cyber Criminal. A lot of people complacent by NFC Technology that makes data transmission a lot easier, but they only see the good side and close their eyes on the bad side. The problem with NFC is that the data becomes a lot more accessible, and this opens wide the windows for the cyber criminals to steal any data as they like. This opens a new window for them to steal any personal data in no time. Our research method is a survey paper that is based on a real-life case, this method can help us identify a lot of case types. These findings may help all of us to understand more about the problem that we don't even realize.

A recent innovation in wearable technology can support sports organizations to collect athlete data that come from kinetic and kinematic activity. Besides, the utilization of wearable technology can protect the athlete from several potential injuries. However, this adoption needs behavior analysis from the user who uses this device. Therefore, this research focus to identify the variable that has a significant impact on the athlete to decide to wear this application. To analysis the data, this study uses some technical statistical. The result shows that the decision to buy or to use the wearable technology is not decided by the hedonic factor, but the awareness of the person to monitor their health performance. It will be an opportunity for sports organizations to explore more this wearable technology in the future.
