Modern architecture at the stage of global transformations is rapidly developing and supplemented by new types of urban development objects. At the same time, existing objects: residential, public and industrial - often need to attract special attention to them from experts in professional architectural and urban planning ethics, as well as the users of these objects themselves, who, in a general professional dialogue, together with investors and government officials, including persons interested in solving such a level of issues, they can develop a comprehensive mechanism for the transformation of buildings and structures, urban areas, the moral and physical resource of which is determined as unsatisfactory or in some cases unsuitable for further operation without the use of reconstructive measures. Based on this, the author of the article proposes to solve the problem of transforming buildings and structures, urban areas for residential, public and industrial purposes - by the method of complex intensification of the efforts of all participants in the process, which will be based on the use of reconstructive measures that allow extending the life cycle of the listed architectural objects, increasing their level architectural expressiveness, attractiveness and usability (safety).
