Introduction: The spread of carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae (CRKP) is a substantial severe global public health burden. Noncarbapenemase-producing CRKP (non-CP-CRKP) is increasingly recognized as the source of severe infections. Methodology: We analyzed the genotypic, and phenotypic profiles of non-CP-CRKP strains with the whole-genome sequences isolated between 2017 and 2019 and the clinical characterization of non-CP-CRKP infection. Results: A total of 91 CRKP strains were collected, of which 5 (5.49%) strains were non-CP-CRKP. Four strains were from male patients; three strains were isolated from the bile of patients who underwent biliary interventional surgery and four had a history of antibiotic exposure. Three strains were sequence type (ST)11, one was ST1, and one was ST5523. The non-CP-CRKP strains were insusceptible to ertapenem. Three strains were susceptible to amikacin. All the strains were susceptible to imipenem, meropenem, tigecycline, ceftazidime/avibatam and polymyxin B. The ß-lactamases of non-CP-CRKP predominantly included blaCTX-M, blaSHV, and blaTEM subtypes. Two site mutations in ompK36 (p.A217S and p.N218H) and four in ompK37 (p.I70M, p.I128M, p.N230G, and m233_None234insQ) were detected accounting for carbapenem resistance. Plasmids IncFI and IncFII were found in most strains. Genes encoding aerobactin, yersiniabactin and allantoin utilization were not detected in several isolates, and all non-CP-CRKP strains did not carry rmpA gene. Conclusions: Non-CP-CRKP infected patients had a history of previous antibiotic exposure or invasive procedures. Non-CP-CRKP strains were insusceptible to ertapenem. The mechanism of resistance includes ß-lactamases production and the site mutations in ompK36 and ompK37. Several virulence genes were not detected in non-CP-CRKP. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

We introduce De Morgan Heyting logic for Heyting algebras with De Morgan negation (DH-algebras). The variety DH of all DH-algebras is congruence distributive. The lattice of all subvarieties of DH is distributive. We show the discrete dualities between De Morgan frames and DH-algebras. The Kripke completeness and finite approximability of some DH-logics are proven. Some conservativity of DH expansion of a Kripke complete superintuitionistic logic is shown by the construction of frame expansion. Background: Intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP) is characterized by skin pruritus, elevated liver enzymes, and increased serum total bile acids. Several previous studies have revealed that the fasting and ejection volumes of the gallbladder in cholestasis of pregnancy are greater than those in normal pregnancy. The goal of this study was to explore the gallbladder volume and evaluate the diagnostic and prognostic value of ultrasound in ICP. Methods: We prospectively recruited a cohort of 60 ICP patients at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University, Shaanxi, China from January 2020 to December 2021 and compared their data with those from healthy pregnant women (n = 60). The gallbladder volume was evaluated by real-time ultrasound examination after overnight fasting and at 30, 60, 120, and 180 min after a liquid test meal of 200 mL, and the ejection fraction was calculated. Continuous data between two groups were compared by Student's t test. Differences were considered significant for p < 0.05. The diagnostic and prognostic value of the volume and ejection function of the gallbladder was analyzed by the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve. Results: The ICP group had significantly higher gallbladder basal volume (43.49 ± 1.34 cm3 vs. 26.66 ± 0.83 cm3, p < 0.01) and higher ejection fraction compared with the healthy group. The ejection fraction higher than 54.55% at 120 min might predict ICP diagnosis with 96.67% sensitivity and 88.33% specificity, and an AUC of 0.9739 (95% CI 0.9521–0.9956), while the gallbladder volume higher than 12.52 cm3 at 60 min might predict ICP severity with 59.18% sensitivity and 72.73% specificity, and an AUC of 0.7319 (95% CI 0.5787–0.8852). Conclusion: Our results indicate abnormal volume and ejection function of the gallbladder in patients with ICP. The ejection fraction at 120 min can assist in the diagnosis if ICP exists, and the gallbladder volume at 60 min may assess the degree of severity of ICP. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The multi‐spectral satellite sensors such as MODIS have a large swath, high spatial resolution, and well onboard calibration, enabling aerosol retrievals with daily global coverage. Despite numerous available bands, MODIS aerosol algorithms over land typically only utilize measurements from 2 to 3 spectral wavelengths to retrieve Aerosol Optical Depth (AOD) based on prescribed aerosol models. To make full use of multi‐spectral measurements and prior information, we developed an aerosol algorithm based on physics‐informed deep learning (PDL) approach. With physical constraint from radiative transfer simulation, PDL can construct model functions between the whole spectral measurements and each retrieved aerosol parameter separately. AERONET validations in eastern China show that MODIS PDL algorithm can accurately retrieve AOD and fine AOD (R = 0.936) at 1 km resolution and has reliable performance in coarse AOD as well as notable sensitivity to aerosol absorption. The flexible and efficient PDL method provides a generalized algorithm for common multi‐spectral satellite measurements. Owing to short lifetime and diverse emission sources, aerosol amount and properties vary largely over space and time, making a great challenge in quantifying its climate and environmental effects. With the recognition of aerosols' important role, dedicated satellite instruments have been launched to obtain global aerosol observations since late 1990s. Despite a lack of angular and polarized information, current widely used satellite aerosol products are mainly derived from multi‐spectral measurement due to their daily global coverage and long‐term well‐calibrated observation. However, common algorithms only utilize 2–3 spectral measurements and retrieve one quantitative Aerosol Optical Depth with prescribed aerosol models. By combining the physical constraints from Radiative Transfer simulation and modeling ability of Deep Learning, we developed a generalized physics‐informed DL method that can make full use of multi‐spectral measurements and prior information for aerosol retrievals. Simple Summary: The intestinal microbiome structure and diversity of Alpine musk deer in Gansu (origin) and Sichuan (migration) were analyzed in this study using 16S rRNA high-throughput sequencing technology. The study revealed that there were no alterations in the dominant intestinal species between musk deer in the origin and migration areas. However, there were significant differences in their relative abundance. Therefore, specific measures should be implemented for the feeding and management of migratory Alpine musk deer. This study provides a theoretical foundation for expanding artificial populations and reintroducing wild populations. In China, the population of wild musk deer, belonging to the family Moschidae, has drastically decreased in recent years owing to human activities and environmental changes. During the 1990s, artificial breeding of Alpine musk deer was conducted in Xinglong Mountain, Gansu Province, China, and their ex situ conservation was explored for over a decade. Ex situ protection is beneficial for expanding the population of animals and maintaining their genetic diversity; however, it can also induce metabolic diseases and parasitic infections and reduce reproductive capacity. The gut microbiota of animals has a considerable impact on host energy metabolism and immune regulation, thereby playing a crucial role in the overall health and reproductive success of the host. In this study, by comparing the differences in the intestinal microbiome of the musk deer according to their place of origin and migration, the changes in their gut microbiota and the influencing factors were explored to provide a theoretical basis for monitoring the health status of the musk deer. We used 16S rRNA high-throughput sequencing technology to analyze the structure and diversity of the gut microbiota of Alpine musk deer in Gansu (G, place of origin) and Sichuan (S, place of migration). The results showed that the dominant bacteria and genera in the intestinal microbiome of captive musk deer were similar in the places of origin and migration, but significant differences were observed in their relative abundance (p < 0.05). Regarding Firmicutes and Actinobacteria, which are related to plant cellulose digestion, the relative abundance in group G was higher than that in group S; regarding Proteobacteria and Verrucomicrobia, which are related to fat and starch intake, the relative abundance in group S was higher than that in group G; the relative abundance of Bacillus and Clostridium sensu stricto, which are related to fiber digestibility, was higher in group G than in group S; the relative abundance of conditional pathogens Acinetobacter and Escherichia–Shigella was higher in group S than in group G. The results of α and β diversity analysis also showed significant differences between the two groups (p < 0.05). The ACE and Shannon indices of musk deer in group G were considerably higher than those in group S, and the Simpson index of musk deer in group S was greater than that in group G, indicating that the abundance and diversity of intestinal microbiome were higher in musk deer of Gansu than those of Sichuan. Comparison of the changes in the intestinal microbiome of the musk deer according to the place of origin and migration showed that the plant cellulose content in the food of the musk deer, the fat content in the concentrated feed, and changes in the feeding environment have an impact on the intestinal microbiome. Effective monitoring of the health and immunity of the musk deer is crucial for ensuring their overall health, which in turn will aid in formulating a scientific and reasonable management plan for their conservation. KAP1 with porous surface structure and reasonable hydrogen bonding are used as fillers in PEO-based CPEs that could solve the compatibility of fillers in polymer-based electrolytes and provide a valuable reference for the design of high-performance ASSLMBs. [Display omitted] Achieving practical applications of PEO-based composite solid electrolyte (CPE) batteries requires the precise design of filler structures at the molecular level to form stable composite interfacial phases, which in turn improve the conductivity of Li+ and inhibit the nucleation growth of lithium dendrites. Some functional fillers suffer from severe agglomeration due to poor compatibility with the polymer base or grain boundary migration, resulting in limited improvement in cell performance. In this paper, ILs@KAP1 is reported as a filler to enhance the performance of PEO-based batteries. Thereinto, the hypercrosslinked phosphorus ligand polymer-containing KAP1, designed at the molecular level, has an abundant porous structure, hydrogen bonding network, and a rigid skeleton structure of benzene rings. These can be used both to improve the flammability with PEO-based and to reduce the crystallinity of the polymer electrolyte. Ionic liquids (ILs) are encapsulated in the nanochannels of KAP1, and thus a 3D Li+ conducting framework could be formed. In this case, it could not only facilitate the wettability of the contact interface with the electrode, significantly promoting its compatibility and providing a fast Li+ transport path, but also facilitate the formation of LiF, Li 3 N and Li 2 O rich SEI components, further fostering the uniform deposition/exfoliation of lithium. The LFP||CPE||Li battery assembled with ILs@KAP1-PEO-CPE has a high initial discharge specific capacity about 156 mAh/g at 1C and a remaining capacity about 121.8 mAh/g after 300 cycles (capacity retention of 78.07%). Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify discourses of sustainability of community colleges and how they related to sustainability imaginaries. Design/methodology/approach: This study used a combination of research strategies associated with corpus linguistics and critical discourse analysis. Data included 57 issues of Community College Journal, a professional magazine published by the American Association of Community Colleges, and 2,972 abstracts of dissertations about community colleges. Publication dates ranged from 2010 to 2020. Findings: Community college discourse of sustainability coheres around six themes: careers and fields of study; curriculum and credentialing; campus ecological sustainability; administrative roles and processes; external organizations, partnerships and processes; and fiscal sustainability. There is little evidence of a sustainable living imaginary found. Research limitations/implications: The analysis is limited to a specific set of professional and academic texts about community colleges. Future researchers should explore discourses of sustainability in other contexts. Originality/value: There has been no research associated with critical discourse analysis and corpus linguistics to explore community college discourses of sustainability, specifically in the field of community college leadership. Background: Epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitors (EGFR‐TKI) acquired resistance was an inevitably events in NSCLC treatment. Aims: Intending to overcome the acquired resistance of EGFR‐TKI. Materials & Methods: A clinical trial was, we enrolled 12 patients who were slowly progressing on first‐generation EGFR‐TKI, and added apatinib when the patients got slow progression. Results: Seven patients were included in the efficacy analysis. The median PFS2 of apatinib combined with EGFR‐TKI was 8.2 months (95% CI, 7.3 m‐NA), and the total PFS reached 20.9 months (95% CI, 17.3 m‐NA) when plus PFS1. All the adverse events were manageable. The median PFS was significantly longer for circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA)‐cleared patients (8.4 months; 95% CI, 8.2‐NA) than for those ctDNA not cleared (7.1 months; 95% CI, 6.9‐NA) (p = 0.0082). Discussion: The addition of apatinib did improve the duration of first‐generation EGFR‐TKI use, and the duration was better than the first‐line use of third‐generation EGFR‐TKI. Conclusion: The addition of apatinib when the patients got slow progression after initial EGFR‐TKI therapy may be a good treatment option and the side effects are controllable. Background: The two-way communications along the gut-lung axis influence the immune function in both gut and lung. However, the shared genetic characteristics of lung function with gastrointestinal tract (GIT) diseases remain to be investigated. Methods: We first investigated the genetic correlations between three lung function traits and four GIT diseases. Second, we illustrated the genetic overlap by genome-wide pleiotropic analysis (PLACO) and further pinpointed the relevant tissue and cell types by partitioning heritability. Furthermore, we proposed pleiotropic genes as potential drug targets by drug database mining. Finally, we evaluated the causal relationships by epidemiologic observational study and Mendelian randomization (MR) analysis. Results: We found lung function and GIT diseases were genetically correlated. We identified 258 pleiotropic loci, which were enriched in gut- and lung-specific regions marked by H3K4me1. Among these, 16 pleiotropic genes were targets of drugs, such as tofacitinib and baricitinib targeting TYK2 for the treatment of ulcer colitis and COVID-19, respectively. We identified a missense variant in TYK2, exhibiting a shared causal effect on FEV1/FVC and inflammatory bowel disease (rs12720356, PPLACO=1.38 × 10− 8). These findings suggested TYK2 as a promising drug target. Although the epidemiologic observational study suggested the protective role of lung function in the development of GIT diseases, no causalities were found by MR analysis. Conclusions: Our study suggested the shared genetic characteristics between lung function and GIT diseases. The pleiotropic variants could exert their effects by modulating gene expression marked by histone modifications. Finally, we highlighted the potential of pleiotropic analyses in drug repurposing. Covalent triazine frameworks (CTFs) involving donor-π bridge-acceptor (D–π–A) motifs with the electron-withdrawing triazine unit as the acceptor have been regarded as one of the most promising materials for photocatalytic water splitting. The intrinsic features of π-bridges play a critical role in tailoring the polymer properties as well as the photocatalytic performance. Introducing suitable conjugated units as the π-bridge is expected to effectively tune the electronic structure of the resultant D–π–A CTFs and facilitate photo-generated charge separation. However, systematic studies on how different π-bridges would influence the photoelectronic properties of D–π–A type CTFs are still limited. Herein, three types of CTFs with well-defined D–π–A structures named Ben-CTF, BenT-CTF and BenP-CTF were synthesized to investigate the effects of different π-bridges (benzene, thiophene and pyridine units) on the performance of photocatalytic water splitting for hydrogen production. Comprehensive experiments and density functional theory (DFT) calculations revealed that BenP-CTF with the pyridine unit as the π-bridge exhibited superior charge migration ability and higher photocatalytic hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) rates compared to the other CTFs. The chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method has been widely used for growing large-scale graphene films on a metal substrate. Due to the drawbacks of single metal substrates, alloy substrates have gradually attracted attention owing to the exceptional characteristics derived from different metals, making them an enticing choice. In this study, a novel liquid Cu–Zn alloy catalyst was introduced for the first time for the preparation of millimeter-sized, single-crystal monolayer graphene using the CVD approach. Notably, the graphene synthesized on the liquid Cu–Zn alloy catalyst exhibited distinct advantages in terms of its larger size and lower nucleation density compared to graphene grown on the conventional liquid Cu catalyst. The uniformity of large-sized graphene's electrical properties was confirmed by 2D resistivity measurements and tests on field effect transistor (FET) devices. Aiming at the influence of noise, vibration, and force on machining efficiency and machining quality in the process of milling, this paper proposed an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm. The algorithm could optimize the multi-objective and multi-parameter integration model and obtain the optimal milling parameters under the specified milling conditions, so as to reduce milling noise, vibration, and force and improve machining efficiency. First, based on the theory of all factor experiment, the milling experiment of TC4 titanium alloy was carried out, and the relevant milling noise, vibration, and force signals were obtained. Then, based on the response surface analysis method, the influence of milling parameters on noise, vibration, and force was studied. Finally, a multi-objective optimization model based on maximum metal removal rate, minimum noise, minimum vibration, and minimum force was established, and the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to solve the optimal milling parameters. The result shows that when the milling speed is 24.9588 m/min, the feed speed is 9.9324 mm/min, and the milling depth is 1 mm, the optimal milling state within the constraint conditions can be achieved. The binary compound Mg3Sb2 (also written as MgMg2Sb2) exhibits a much lower lattice thermal conductivity ( κ L ) than its ternary analog CaMg2Sb2, despite its relatively low mass density and simple crystalline structure. Here, we perform a comparative first-principles study of the lattice dynamics in MgMg2Sb2 and CaMg2Sb2 based on the density functional theory, together with the self-consistent phonon theory and the Boltzmann transport theory. We show that the modest anharmonicity of CaMg2Sb2 renders the three-phonon processes dominant, and the temperature dependence of κL approximately follows the T − 1 relationship. In contrast, the strong quartic anharmonicity of MgMg2Sb2 leads to the ultralow κL and weak temperature dependence, in agreement with the experimental observations. A comprehensive analysis reveals that the κ L s in the two compounds are mainly carried by the acoustic phonons associated with the Sb atoms, and the different behaviors of κ L result from the chemical bond changes around Sb atoms, which bond more covalently with the Mg atoms than the Ca atoms and thus lead to high-order anharmonicity in MgMg2Sb2. This paper constructs a modified partially truncated Euler-Maruyama (EM) method for stochastic differential equations with piecewise continuous arguments (SDEPCAs), where the drift and diffusion coefficients grow superlinearly. We divide the coefficients of SDEPCAs into global Lipschitz continuous and superlinearly growing parts. Our method only truncates the superlinear terms of the coefficients to overcome the potential explosions caused by the nonlinearities of the coefficients. The strong convergence theory of this method is established and the 1/2 convergence rate is presented. Furthermore, an explicit scheme is developed to preserve the mean square exponential stability of the underlying SDEPCAs. Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID‐19), a global pandemic caused by the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS‐CoV‐2), has posed a catastrophic threat to human health worldwide. Human stem cell‐derived organoids serve as a promising platform for exploring SARS‐CoV‐2 infection. Several review articles have summarized the application of human organoids in COVID‐19, but the research status and development trend of this field have seldom been systematically and comprehensively studied. In this review, we use bibliometric analysis method to identify the characteristics of organoid‐based COVID‐19 research. First, an annual trend of publications and citations, the most contributing countries or regions and organizations, co‐citation analysis of references and sources and research hotspots are determined. Next, systematical summaries of organoid applications in investigating the pathology of SARS‐CoV‐2 infection, vaccine development and drug discovery, are provided. Lastly, the current challenges and future considerations of this field are discussed. The present study will provide an objective angle to identify the current trend and give novel insights for directing the future development of human organoid applications in SARS‐CoV‐2 infection. The process of flowering in plants is a pivotal stage in their life cycle, and the CONSTANS-like (COL) protein family, known for its photoperiod sensing ability, plays a crucial role in regulating plant flowering. Over the past two decades, homologous genes of COL have been identified in various plant species, leading to significant advancements in comprehending their involvement in the flowering pathway and response to abiotic stress. This article presents novel research progress on the structural aspects of COL proteins and their regulatory patterns within transcription complexes. Additionally, we reviewed recent information about their participation in flowering and abiotic stress response, aiming to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the functions of COL proteins. Glasses with ultra‐wideband near‐infrared emission and superior irradiation resistance are important for the potential applications in optical communications under harsh environments. Here, transparent 35La2O3‐(65‐x)Ga2O3‐xTa2O5 (LGT) and Er3+/Tm3+/Pr3+ tri‐doped LGT glasses are fabricated using the levitation method. LGT glasses exhibit a wide glass‐formation region, low largest vibration energy, high refractive indices, and excellent mechanical properties. Additionally, Er3+/Tm3+/Pr3+ tri‐doped LGT samples with varying Pr3+ contents are characterized by possessing good thermal stability (Tg>849°C), wide transparent optical window, strong radiation resistance, excellent compatibility between low wavelength dispersion (vd>31.2), and large refractive index (nd>2.048). By optimizing the doping content of Er3+, Tm3+, and Pr3+ in an appropriate ratio, the ultra‐wideband near‐infrared luminescence ranging from 1250 to 1640 nm (FWHM = 251 nm) has been acquired under 808 nm pumping. Furthermore, decay curves are measured to reveal the fluorescence dynamics, and then the related emission mechanism is elaborated systematically. Meanwhile, the effects of gamma irradiation doses on microstructure, transmittance spectra, and fluorescence characteristics are studied. Regardless of the tremendous number of studies on ancient Chinese bronzes and fruitful understanding of the raw materials, technologies and their cultural significance, many related issues have still not been tackled. In particular, it has been known for decades that the legs of Shang and Zhou bronzes have metal cores, but their specific function remains ambiguous. In this work, the Finite Element Method is applied to simulate the pouring and solidification process of bronze cores of different sizes. The findings illustrate that throughout the casting process, the metal core not only maintains the uniformity of the bronze and reducing its's wall thickness but also lowers the temperature of the surrounding alloy liquid, serving as a casting chill. Specifically, the metal core allows elimination of over 60% of casting defects. In comparison with more widespread clay cores, metal cores help produce less shrinkage porosity, therefore prevent cracking of the legs that is usually caused by different shrinkage rates between the clay core and the metal wall. In summary, the use of metal cores in ancient Chinese bronzes reveals a deep knowledge about the metal properties and the solidification process since the Chinese late Shang period (ca. 1250–1045 BC). Load imbalance severely affects cluster performance, and the polarization of resources due to load skewing leads to further worsening of system throughput and latency problems. The proliferation of tasks to be processed in the big data era leads to more severe load skewing. How to cope with the surge of skewed data stream in the context of big data is a new challenge now. In this paper, we propose a coordinated load balancing strategy on skewed data streams (referred to as St-Stream), which is a two-tier hierarchical system for handling data streams. The proposed strategy is characterized by performing a migration pairing strategy for resources at the task allocation stage by cutting and moving out the tasks of high-load nodes in a hierarchical manner, and the moved-out operators are placed in the routing table, and the routing table operators are moved out to these nodes sequentially according to the tasks required by low-load nodes. We further design a two-tier coordination scheme for the resource allocation problem, which can adjust the skewed load from within the nodes and then dynamically restore the balance between the nodes. We implemented St-Stream on Apache Storm, which achieves a 21% coordination in processing CPU utilization, a 17.6% reduction in latency, and a 0.3 improvement in load balance recovery compared to the baseline design. Interface engineering shows distinct advantages in the electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) due to the unique structures that can be realized. The interfaces formed by amorphous materials often exhibit special properties that are beneficial for the HER. Herein, an amorphous/crystalline Rh(OH)3/CoP heterostructure is constructed, which exhibits outstanding HER performance in the all‐pH range. It only needs the overpotentials of 13, 12, and 25 mV to drive a current density of 10 mA cm−2 in alkaline, acidic, and neutral media, respectively, which ranks as one of the best HER electrocatalysts reported recently. The outstanding HER activities in the all‐pH range are attributed to the unique amorphous/crystalline heterostructure of Rh(OH)3/CoP, which possesses special hydrophilic/aerophobic features thataccelerate mass transfer, and provide abundant exposed active sites and appropriate defects. Importantly, the performance attenuation mechanism of the catalyst is also revealed, i.e., the formation of Rh aggregations leads to poor contact and efficacy loss of the amorphous/crystalline interface for HER. In short, this work provides a new idea for using amorphous/crystalline heterostructure to design electrocatalysts, not only for the HER, but also for the oxygen reduction and oxygen evolution reactions. Wind power systems are a promising form of energy supply. At present, most of the studies focuses on the performance of individual components such as wind rotors or generators, and the overall output effect of wind power system is determined by the characteristics of wind rotor and generator and their combined characteristics. However, the evaluation of the overall output characteristics of the system is rarely considered. In order to investigate the overall output of the system quickly, a performance matching method of wind rotor and generator based on energy transfer is proposed in this paper. Based on the series operating characteristics of the wind power system model, the energy transformation process of the wind rotor, generator and the whole system are unified described by energy transfer. On the premise that the performance of wind rotor and generator is known, the transfer function model of each component is established, and on this basis, the transfer function model of the overall system is obtained. Then, the overall output effect of the system is analyzed and evaluated by this system transfer function model. The performance of the model is analyzed and compared by using a vertical axis wind power system coupling test bench and MATLAB/Simulink software. The results show that the error between the system output based on the theoretical model and the wind tunnel test is less than 6.5%, and the trend of the simulation and the test curve of the system output is consistent. Therefore, this method can be used to quickly predict the overall output performance of the wind turbine and generator on the premise that the performance of each component is known, without the need to connect each component to a wind power system for testing. piRNAs are a class of small non-coding RNAs that play essential roles in modulating gene expression and abundant biological processes. To decode the piRNA-regulated larval response of western honeybees (Apis mellifera) to Ascosphaera apis infection, the expression pattern of piRNAs in Apis mellifera ligustica larval guts after A. apis inoculation was analyzed based on previously obtained high-quality small RNA-seq datasets, followed by structural characterization, target prediction, regulatory network investigation, and functional dissection. Here, 504, 657, and 587 piRNAs were respectively identified in the 4-, 5-, and 6-day-old larval guts after inoculation with A. apis, with 411 ones shared. These piRNAs shared a similar length distribution and first base bias with mammal piRNAs. Additionally, 96, 103, and 143 DEpiRNAs were detected in the 4-, 5-, and 6-day-old comparison groups. Targets of the DEpiRNAs were engaged in diverse pathways such as the phosphatidylinositol signaling system, inositol phosphate metabolism, and Wnt signaling pathway. These targets were involved in three energy metabolism-related pathways, eight development-associated signaling pathways, and seven immune-relevant pathways such as the Jak-STAT signaling pathway. The expression trends of five randomly selected DEpiRNAs were verified using a combination of RT-PCR and RT-qPCR. The effective overexpression and knockdown of piR-ame-945760 in A. apis-infected larval guts were achieved by feeding a specific mimic and inhibitor. Furthermore, piR-ame-945760 negatively regulated the expression of two target immune mRNAs, SOCS5 and ARF1, in the larval gut during the A. apis infection. These findings indicated that the overall expression level of piRNAs was increased and the expression pattern of piRNAs in larval guts was altered due to the A. apis infection, DEpiRNAs were putative regulators in the A. apis-response of A. m. ligustica worker larvae. Our data provide not only a platform for the functional investigation of piRNAs in honeybees, especially in bee larvae, but also a foundation for illuminating the piRNA-involved mechanisms underlying the host response to the A. apis infection. Brucella, a zoonotic facultative intracellular pathogenic bacterium, poses a significant threat both to human health and to the development of the livestock industry. Alanine racemase (Alr), the enzyme responsible for alanine racemization, plays a pivotal role in regulating virulence in this bacterium. Moreover, Brucella mutants with alr gene deletions (Δalr) exhibit potential as vaccine candidates. However, the mechanisms that underlie the detrimental effects of alr knockouts on Brucella pathogenicity remain elusive. Here, initially, we conducted a bioinformatics analysis of Alr, which demonstrated a high degree of conservation of the protein within Brucella spp. Subsequent metabolomics studies unveiled alterations in amino acid pathways following deletion of the alr gene. Furthermore, alr deletion in Brucella suis S2 induced decreased resistance to stress, antibiotics, and other factors. Transmission electron microscopy of simulated macrophage intracellular infection revealed damage to the cell wall in the Δalr strain, whereas propidium iodide staining and alkaline phosphatase and lactate dehydrogenase assays demonstrated alterations in cell membrane permeability. Changes in cell wall properties were revealed by measurements of cell surface hydrophobicity and zeta potential. Finally, the diminished adhesion capacity of the Δalr strain was shown by immunofluorescence and bacterial enumeration assays. In summary, our findings indicate that the alr gene that regulates amino acid metabolism in Brucella influences the properties of the cell wall, which modulates bacterial adherence capability. Pleosporales comprise a diverse group of fungi with a global distribution and significant ecological importance. A survey on Pleosporales (in Didymosphaeriaceae, Roussoellaceae and Nigrogranaceae) in Guizhou Province, China, was conducted. Specimens were identified, based on morphological characteristics and phylogenetic analyses using a dataset composed of ITS, LSU, SSU, tef1 and rpb2 loci. Maximum Likelihood (ML) and Bayesian analyses were performed. As a result, three new species (Neokalmusia karka, Nigrograna schinifolium and N. trachycarpus) have been discovered, along with two new records for China (Roussoella neopustulans and R. doimaesalongensis) and a known species (Roussoella pseudohysterioides). Morphologically similar species and phylogenetically close taxa are compared and discussed. This study provides detailed information and descriptions of all newly-identified taxa. Exploring the immune mechanism of coxsackievirus B3 (CVB3)-induced myocarditis may provide a promising therapeutic strategy. Here, we investigated the regulatory role of macrophage CAPN4 in the phenotypic transformation of macrophages and NOD-like receptor protein 3 (NLRP3) inflammasome activation. We found that CAPN4 was the most upregulated subtype of the calpain family in CVB3-infected bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMDMs) and Raw 264.7 cells after CVB3 infection and was upregulated in cardiac macrophages from CVB3-infected mice. Conditional knockout of CAPN4 (CAPN4flox/flox; LYZ2-Cre, CAPN4-cKO mice) ameliorated inflammation and myocardial injury and improved cardiac function and survival after CVB3 infection. Enrichment analysis revealed that macrophage differentiation and the interleukin signaling pathway were the most predominant biological processes in macrophages after CVB3 infection. We further found that CVB3 infection and the overexpression of CAPN4 promoted macrophage M1 polarization and NLRP3 inflammasome activation, while CAPN4 knockdown reversed these changes. Correspondingly, CAPN4-cKO alleviated CVB3-induced M1 macrophage transformation and NLRP3 expression and moderately increased M2 transformation in vivo. The culture supernatant of CAPN4-overexpressing or CVB3-infected macrophages impaired cardiac fibroblast function and viability. Moreover, macrophage CAPN4 could upregulate C/EBP-homologous protein (chop) expression, which increased proinflammatory cytokine release by activating the phosphorylation of transducer of activator of transcription 1 (STAT1) and 3 (STAT3). Overall, these results suggest that CAPN4 increases M1-type and inhibits M2-type macrophage polarization through the chop-STAT1/STAT3 signaling pathway to mediate CVB3-induced myocardial inflammation and injury. Ruptured dissecting aneurysms in posterior intracranial circulation present significant clinical challenges and often cause poor prognoses. Our cohort used overlapping stents as the primary treatment. We analyzed the medical records of 27 patients (18 men/nine women) with ruptured posterior circulation dissecting aneurysms (PCDAs). Their average age was 52 years. We selected 11 patients who used Enterprise (EP) and LVIS stents overlappingly and matched them 1:1 with counterparts who received either EP or LVIS stents individually. Overlapping stents was a feasible treatment in all 27 cases. We successfully followed up 26 patients for ≥6 months. Regrettably, one patient died from intracranial hypertension on Day 7 post-procedure. Immediate post-procedure angiographies indicated Raymond grade I, II, and III occlusions of PCDAs in 16 (59.3%), 7 (25.9%), and 4 (14.8%) cases, respectively. At an average follow-up duration of 16.2 months, 25 patients (96.2%) had modified Rankin Scale scores of 0–2, signifying positive outcomes. One patient (3.8%) had a score of 3–4. Recurrence rates for the EP and LVIS stent groups were higher than those of the overlapping stent group (45.45% vs. 9.09%, p = 0.15 and 27.27% vs. 9.09%, p = 0.59, respectively). No significant difference in recurrence rates existed between the overlapping and single-stent groups. Similarly, follow-up outcomes were consistent between the two groups. In this study, 2219 aluminum alloy thick plate was joined by electron beam welding. Defect-free joints with excellent surface formation were obtained. There were significant differences in the microstructure along the thickness direction of the weld zone (WZ). The upper region of the WZ was mainly striated grains, while the lower region was fine equiaxed grains. The WZ of 2219 joint is composed of α-Al and Al-Cu eutectic. Fine equiaxed grains were formed in the partially melted zone (PMZ) due to the existence of high-melting nucleation particles including Ti-Al and Ti-Zr compounds. The eutectic microstructure in the PMZ and the heat-affected zone (HAZ) presented net-like and block-shape distribution. Due to the formation of fine grains and high content of Al-Cu eutectic, the WZ showed the highest microhardness (80 HV). Therefore, the 2219 joint obtained excellent mechanical properties. The tensile strength of the 2219 joint was equal to that of the base metal (BM), but the elongation of the 2219 joint significantly decreased to 15.1%, about 67.7% of that of BM. It is noteworthy that a pressure fit in the axial-span-pressure space is performed to obtain the continuous equations of aerodynamic forces according to the aerodynamic loads acting on the blade surface. The function of traveling wake excitation is established by considering the rotational velocity. Subsequently, 1N-degree-of-freedom (1N-DOF) and 2N-DOF lumped-parametirc models are respectively used to construct the mistuned blisk. A modular solution method of multiple mistuned lumped-parametirc model is derived from the controllable canonical form and minimum realisation, which reveals that the minimum dimension of the state space is two times of its DOF. Aleuroglyphus ovatus, a common mite harming stored grain, poses a threat to human health. Paeonol is the main component isolated from peony roots and exhibits various medicinal values. In our previous study, we found that paeonol shows strong acaricidal activity. In the present study, the acaricidal mechanism of paeonol against A. ovatus was uncovered through RNA-seq transcriptomics and TMT proteomics. According to the transcriptomics results, paeonol treatment noticeably up-/downregulated genes associated with "oxidoreductase activity" (peptidase activity, ATPase activity, and hydrolase activity). As shown by proteomic analysis, concordant changes were identified in proteins linked with hydrolase activity, serine-type peptidase activity, antioxidant activity, and oxidoreductase activity. Paeonol target proteins were FMO, ACAD8, GPX, CTSL, and PRSS1, as determined by transcriptomicsproteomics correlation analysis. We propose that paeonol may play an acaricidal role by interfering with enzyme activities in A. ovatus, especially serine-type peptidase, thereby causing an imbalance in amino acid ratios and eventually leading to the death of A. ovatus. Background: Urinary incontinence is a urinary disorder in which urine leaks out involuntarily. This disorder seriously affects the quality of life of patients. For patients with mild incontinence, conservative treatment and medication may be the ideal treatment modality, but for patients with severe incontinence, an artificial urinary sphincter is currently a better treatment option. Methods: In order to design an ideal artificial urinary sphincter, this article first searched and collected literature based on Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta‐Analyses searched strategy by selecting specific subject terms and reviewed the artificial urinary sphincters that are currently in the research stage based on different activation methods. Results: In response to the deficiencies of the existing artificial urinary sphincter, this article discusses the future optimization of the artificial urinary sphincter from three aspects: individual improvement of the artificial urinary sphincter, engineering design elements, and optimization of the artificial urinary sphincter manufacturing process. Conclusions: The manufacture of an idealized artificial urinary sphincter capable of meeting clinical needs is of great importance to improve the quality of life of patients. Transgenic crops producing insecticidal proteins from Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) have revolutionized control of some major pests. However, more than 25 cases of field-evolved practical resistance have reduced the efficacy of transgenic crops producing crystalline (Cry) Bt proteins, spurring adoption of alternatives including crops producing the Bt vegetative insecticidal protein Vip3Aa. Although practical resistance to Vip3Aa has not been reported yet, better understanding of the genetic basis of resistance to Vip3Aa is urgently needed to proactively monitor, delay, and counter pest resistance. This is especially important for fall armyworm (Spodoptera frugiperda), which has evolved practical resistance to Cry proteins and is one of the world's most damaging pests. Here, we report the identification of an association between downregulation of the transcription factor gene SfMyb and resistance to Vip3Aa in S. frugiperda. Results from a genome-wide association study, fine-scale mapping, and RNA-Seq identified this gene as a compelling candidate for contributing to the 206-fold resistance to Vip3Aa in a laboratory-selected strain. Experimental reduction of SfMyb expression in a susceptible strain using RNA interference (RNAi) or CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing decreased susceptibility to Vip3Aa, confirming that reduced expression of this gene can cause resistance to Vip3Aa. Relative to the wild-type promoter for SfMyb, the promoter in the resistant strain has deletions and lower activity. Data from yeast one-hybrid assays, genomics, RNA-Seq, RNAi, and proteomics identified genes that are strong candidates for mediating the effects of SfMyb on Vip3Aa resistance. The fixed-time synchronization (FTS) of complex-valued memristive competitive neural networks (CVMCNNs) with mixed delays is the main topic of this paper. Firstly, two new fixed-time (FT) stability criteria are obtained. In the FT stability criterion, the exponent is usually positive, but the exponent can be less than zero and varies with the error state in this paper. Then, based on two new stability theorems, the FTS of CVMCNNs is studied in the sense of 1-norm and 2-norm, respectively, without dividing the complex-valued state variables into the real part (RP) and the imaginary part (IP). The rapid evolution of resistance in agricultural pest poses a serious threat to global food security. However, the mechanisms of resistance through metabolic regulation are largely unknown. Here, we found that a GST gene cluster was strongly selected in North China (NTC) population, and it was significantly genetically-linked to lambda-cyhalothrin resistance. Knockout of the GST cluster using CRISPR/Cas9 significantly increased the sensitivity of the knockout strain to lambda-cyhalothrin. Haplotype analysis revealed no non-synonymous mutations or structural variations in the GST cluster, whereas GST_119 and GST_121 were significantly overexpressed in the NTC population. Silencing of GST_119 or co-silencing of GST_119 and GST_121 with RNAi significantly increased larval sensitivity to lambda-cyhalothrin. We also identified additional GATAe transcription factor binding sites in the promoter of NTC_GST_119. Transient expression of GATAe in Hi5 cells activated NTC_GST_119 and Xinjiang (XJ)_GST_119 transcription, but the transcriptional activity of NTC_GST_119 was significantly higher than that of XJ_GST_119. These results demonstrate that variations in the regulatory region result in complex expression changes in the GST cluster, which enhances lambda-cyhalothrin resistance in field-populations. This study deepens our knowledge of the evolutionary mechanism of pest adaptation under environmental stress and provides potential targets for monitoring pest resistance and integrated management. Spinel materials are gradually becoming high infrared radiation materials with the most potential because of their special crystal structure. However, it is still difficult to design the microstructure reasonably and synthesize it at low temperature. In this paper, the honeycomb-like CuMn 2 O 4 spinels were prepared via a facile sol-gel method with a subsequent low-temperature sintering treatment. Therefore, the CMO samples with numerous pores are conducive to improving absorptivity and emissivity. Moreover, the optimum experimental conditions for high infrared emissivity were acquired by detailed investigation of the synthesis parameters including the molar ratio of trimonium citrate to metal ions, the molar ratio of urea to metal ions and the sintering temperature. Under the synergistic effect of internal factors such as, a suitable amount of impurities, abundant oxygen vacancy, small band gap, and good crystallinity, the obtained sample CMO-800 achieved excellent infrared radiation performance. Its infrared emissivity values at the test temperature of 30 °C and 600 °C separately reached 0.801 and 0.965 in the wavelength range of 3–5 μm. In real-world industrial applications, learning to recognize novel visual categories from a few samples is challenging and promising. Although some efforts have been made in the academic field for few-shot classification studies, there is still a lack of high-precision fine-grained few-shot classification models in some specific fields, especially in the fine-grained agricultural field. As far as we know, this study is the first work on meta-learning few-shot classification for fine-grained plant disease classification (specific to disease severity). We propose a multi-perspective hybrid attention meta-learning model based on a Batch Nuclear-norm constraint. The model explores discriminative features by focusing on key regions, and the hybrid attention module is divided into two sub-modules, soft attention model and patch-hard attention model. The discriminability and diversity constraint module is introduced in the loss function to constrain the Batch Nuclear-norm of the classification matrix, which improves the discriminative properties of the classification model and increases its diversity at the same time. In this paper, a large number of experiments have been carried out on multiple datasets. The experimental results demonstrate that our work has better performance than state-of-the-art models. Residuated basic logic (RBL) is the logic of residuated basic algebras, which constitutes a conservative extension of basic propositional logic (BPL). The basic implication is a residual of a non-associative binary operator in RBL. The conservativity is shown by relational semantics. A Gentzen-style sequent calculus GRBL , which is an extension of the distributive full non-associative Lambek calculus, is established for residuated basic logic. The calculus GRBL admits the mix-elimination, subformula, and disjunction properties. Moreover, the class of all residuated basic algebras has the finite embeddability property. Targeting thioredoxin reductase (TXNRD) with low-weight molecules is emerging as a high-efficacy anti-cancer strategy in chemotherapy. Sanguinarine has been reported to inhibit the activity of TXNRD1, indicating that benzophenanthridine alkaloid is a fascinating chemical entity in the field of TXNRD1 inhibitors. In this study, the inhibition of three benzophenanthridine alkaloids, including chelerythrine, sanguinarine, and nitidine, on recombinant TXNRD1 was investigated, and their anti-cancer mechanisms were revealed using three gastric cancer cell lines. Chelerythrine and sanguinarine are more potent inhibitors of TXNRD1 than nitidine, and the inhibitory effects take place in a dose- and time-dependent manner. Site-directed mutagenesis of TXNRD1 and in vitro inhibition analysis proved that chelerythrine or sanguinarine is primarily bound to the Sec498 residue of the enzyme, but the neighboring Cys497 and remaining N-terminal redox-active cysteines could also be modified after the conjugation of Sec498. With high similarity to sanguinarine, chelerythrine exhibited cytotoxic effects on multiple gastric cancer cell lines and suppressed the proliferation of tumor spheroids derived from NCI-N87 cells. Chelerythrine elevated cellular levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and induced endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress. Moreover, the ROS induced by chelerythrine could be completely suppressed by the addition of N-acetyl-L-cysteine (NAC), and the same is true for sanguinarine. Notably, Nec-1, an RIPK1 inhibitor, rescued the chelerythrine-induced rapid cell death, indicating that chelerythrine triggers necroptosis in gastric cancer cells. Taken together, this study demonstrates that chelerythrine is a novel inhibitor of TXNRD1 by targeting Sec498 and possessing high anti-tumor properties on multiple gastric cancer cell lines by eliciting necroptosis. Even though previous studies have investigated the effect of environmental regulation policy on stock price crash risk, little is known about how the firm-specific environmental punishment would impact stock price crash risks. By applying difference-in-difference method with manually collected firm-specific environmental punishment data for the listed firms in China, our study finds that the implemented environmental punishment leads to larger stock price crash risk accumulation of the punished firms. This effect can be mitigated by better information disclosure behavior, higher media reputation, healthy fundamentals, and optimal capital structure. Our study also finds the consecutive punishment effect only exists in a long period. Our work is among the first to rigorously analyze the effect of firm-specific environmental punishment on firm's stock price crash risk. In recent years, the typical crude oil from the Cambrian Lower Ordovician source rocks has been found in the Tarim Basin, and it is characterized by 13C enrichment. The stable carbon isotope of the oil is concentrated at approximately −28‰, which is 3‰–6‰ heavier than that of the crude oil from the Middle and Upper Ordovician source rocks. The stable carbon isotope between crude oil and its kerogen is characterized by inversion, with an amplitude of approximately 3‰–4‰. However, the origin of this phenomenon remains controversial, which restricts the next exploration of crude oil in the Cambrian–Lower Ordovician in the Tarim Basin. Samples were collected from seven outcrop profiles in the Kuruketage region. The basic geochemical features of the Cambrian strata, including total organic carbon abundance, δ13Corg, δ13Ccarb, and δ18Ocarb, were studied and compared with those of well TD2. The results show that the lithologies, isotope stratigraphic evolutional curves, and correlations between the organic carbon and inorganic carbon of the profiles from the northern Kuruketage region are successively comparable with those of the profiles from the southern Kuruketage region and the well TD2. In this study, the carbon isotope records are supposed to indicate a vertical gradient Cambrian oceanic mode, including the shallow decoupled isotope zone, middle gradient‐coupled isotope zone, and deep isotope‐decoupled zone. The discovery of this isotope record reflects the formation of stable carbon and oxygen isotope stratified oceans during the Cambrian period. Compared with hardware-dependent methods, light field (LF) reconstruction algorithms enable requiring the densely sampled light field (DSLF) more economical and convenient. Most of the current LF reconstruction methods either directly apply multiple convolutional layers to the input views to generate DSLF or warp the input views to novel viewpoints based on the estimated depth and then blend to obtain the DSLF. These two types of methods produce either blurry results in texture areas or distortions near the boundaries of depth discontinuities. In this paper, we propose an end-to-end learning-based approach, which combines the characteristics of the above two methods from a parallel and complementary perspective, to reconstruct a high-quality light field. Our method consists of three sub-networks, i.e., two parallel sub-networks termed as ASR-Net and Warp-Net, and the refine sub-network termed as Refine-Net. ASR-Net directly learns an intermediate DSLF through deep convolutional layers, and Warp-Net warps the input views based on the estimated depth to obtain other intermediate DSLFs that maintain high-frequency texture information. These intermediate DSLFs are adaptively fused through the learned attention maps, and a fusion DSLF with the advantages of two types of intermediate DSLFs is obtained. Finally, the residual map learned from the intermediate DSLFs is added to the fusion DSLF to get a better one. This paper establishes a rolling shared parking allocation model to optimize the matching of supply and demand in parking-dense districts by maximizing platform revenue and minimizing parking users' travel costs. An adjustment mechanism that dynamically adjusts the allocated parking slots is developed to be embedded in the model. Considering multi-candidate adjacent parking lots, combined sharing and individual sharing patterns are compared to verify the benefits of resource combination. Numerical experiments indicate that the proposed model works well for changing parking demands and achieves more successful matches than the first-book-first-serve model. The combination of adjacent parking resources improves the platform revenue, the parking slot utilization, and the acceptance rate of parking requests, as well as reduces the average walking distance. The direct parking revenue of the parking lot with fewer slots is remarkably increased under combined sharing. The findings provide managerial insights for local collaborative shared parking. This study introduces a pioneering three-dimensional simulation model for Abaqus multi-grit grinding, developed via Python's secondary capabilities. The model generates random 48-sided abrasive grains arranged on a cylinder following a characteristic distribution pattern, thus emulating a 200-grit micro-abrasive rod. The model considers varying spindle speeds, grinding depths, and feed rates to investigate the influence of multi-grit on the surface profiles of chips and workpieces for the nickel-based single-crystal Superalloy DD5. The multi-grain simulation reveals that grain 1 produces serrated chips at 60 kr/min in 46% of the global process, increasing to 60% at 80 kr/min. Abrasive generation and grinding initiation occur 10% and 12% earlier, respectively, at 100 kr/min compared to 80 kr/min Additionally, peak grinding forces rise with displacement as spindle speed increases. With a feed rate of 2 m/s, serrated chips constitute 36% of the global process in grain 1, increasing to 50% at 3 m/s. At a peak feed rate of 4 m/s, grinding force decreases as displacement increases. The normal distribution of abrasive particles causes an increase in the number of particles involved in grinding as grinding depth grows. There are an increasing number of manufacturing service resources appeared on the cloud manufacturing (CMfg) service platform recently, which leads to a serious information overloading problem to the enterprises that need these resources. To tackle this problem, a graph neural network-based recommendation method for CMfg service resources is proposed, which effectively overcomes some limitations of the traditional recommendation methods. Specifically, we first use different similarity calculation methods (e.g., Cosine similarity, Pearson correlation coefficient, etc.) to calculate the similarities between different resources based on the feature information of CMfg service resources. A resource graph dataset is accordingly established. A graph neural network is then used to perform representation learning of nodes in these graphs, obtaining the vector representations of these nodes. Finally, new links that may appear in a graph are predicted by performing dot product calculations on these nodes' vector representations. And these links can be used to recommend suitable resources. Experiments mainly show that (i) the proposed method obtains better link prediction accuracy compared with that of other link prediction algorithms; (ii) when the network density used for training is relatively high, the predictive performance of the proposed method is improved significantly. Simple Summary: Gut microbes play an important role in maintaining normal physiological functions of the host and are influenced by a number of listed biotic and abiotic factors, including host species, habitat environment, diet, and others. This study compared the composition and diversity of the gut microbial community of mallards (Anas platyrhynchos) in two different habitat environments. The results showed that the gut microbial community significantly differed between domestic and wild mallards. In addition, we found that the mean relative abundance of five potential pathogenic genera in the feces of domestic mallards was higher than that of wild mallards. This study provides basic information for the conservation of wild populations and the prevention and control of diseases in domestic mallards. Mallards (Anas platyrhynchos) are currently one of the most popular species in rare bird breeding in several southern provinces of China, but there have been no studies comparing the gut microbial communities of domestic and wild mallards. In this study, 16S rRNA gene high-throughput sequencing technology was used to compare the composition and diversity of gut microbial communities in domestic and wild mallards. Alpha diversity analysis showed significant differences in gut microbial communities between the two groups of mallards, and the diversity and richness of gut microbial communities were significantly higher in wild mallards than in domestic mallards. Beta diversity analysis showed that the two groups of stool samples were mostly separated on the principal coordinate analysis (PCoA) plot. In domestic mallards, Firmicutes (68.0% ± 26.5%) was the most abundant bacterial phylum, followed by Proteobacteria (24.5% ± 22.9%), Bacteroidetes (3.1% ± 3.2%), Fusobacteria (2.2% ± 5.9%), and Actinobacteria (1.1% ± 1.8%). The dominant bacterial phyla in wild mallards were Firmicutes (79.0% ± 10.2%), Proteobacteria (12.9% ± 9.5%), Fusobacteria (3.4% ± 2.5%), and Bacteroidetes (2.8% ± 2.4%). At the genus level, a total of 10 dominant genera (Streptococcus, Enterococcus, Clostridium, Lactobacillus, Soilbacillus, Bacillus, Acinetobacter, Comamonas, Shigella, and Cetobacterium) with an average relative abundance greater than 1% were detected in the fecal samples of both groups. The average relative abundance of five potential pathogenic genera (Streptococcus, Enterococcus, Acinetobacter, Comamonas, and Shigella) was higher in domestic mallards than in wild mallards. In order to understand the mechanism of dust aerosol influence on regional climate change, it is crucial to quantify the radiative forcing effect of dust aerosols. However, studies on the direct radiative forcing of dust aerosols over long time series in China are still lacking. The direct radiative forcing effect of dust aerosols in China over the past 20 years was simulated and evaluated based on the WRF-Chem (Weather Research and Forecasting model coupled to Chemistry) model in conjunction with remote sensing satellites and ground-based observations. The results showed that dust aerosols exhibited an obvious inter-annual positive radiative forcing effect (about 0.38 W m−2) on net radiation at the top of the atmosphere, mainly in northwest China and the North China Plain, while at the atmosphere dust aerosols presented negative radiative forcing effects on shortwave radiation and positive effects on longwave radiation, with a value of 1.54 W m−2 of net radiative forcing, showing a warming effect. Dust aerosols have a net radiative forcing value of −1.16 W m−2 at the surface, indicating a cooling effect, with a positive forcing effect on longwave radiation and a negative forcing effect on shortwave radiation, both of which coincide with the geographical distribution of dust aerosol concentrations. In terms of inter-monthly variations, at both the atmosphere and top of the atmosphere, the dust aerosols net radiative forcing values showed an increasing trend, with March (−0.20 W m−2 and 0.68 W m−2) < April (0.48 W m−2 and 1.44 W m−2) < May (0.94 W m−2 and 2.42 W m−2). In situ photo‐deposition of both Pt and CoOx cocatalysts on the facets of poly (triazine imide) (PTI) crystals has been developed for photocatalytic overall water splitting. However, the undesired backward reaction (i.e. water formation) on the noble Pt surface is a spontaneously down‐hill process, which restricts their efficiency to run the overall water splitting reaction. Herein, we demonstrate that the efficiency for photocatalytic overall water splitting could be largely promoted by the decoration of Rh/Cr2O3 and CoOx as H2 and O2 evolution cocatalysts, respectively. Results reveal that the dual cocatalysts greatly extract charges from bulk to surface, while the Rh/Cr2O3 cocatalyst dramatically restrains the backward reaction, achieving an apparent quantum efficiency (AQE) of 20.2 % for the photocatalytic overall water splitting reaction. Summary: A controller design method based on effective open‐loop transfer function (EOTF) and internal model control (IMC) is proposed for square multivariable systems with uncertain parameters. In this paper, two equivalent substitutions are used to deal with the multivariable system with uncertain parameters. In the first equivalent substitution, the EOTF method is used to solve the coupling problem of the system. In order to prevent the interval explosion problem of parameters, the affine algorithm is adopted in the decoupling process to determine the value region of system parameters. Then, the multivariable system with uncertain parameters is transformed into a set of single‐variable system with uncertain parameters. The second equivalent substitution is based on Kharitonov's theorem to process every single variable system with uncertain parameters and replace it by a set of boundary models. Meanwhile, in order to ensure that the tuning controller can not only make the system stable but also meet a certain degree of robustness, based on the idea of IMC, the maximum sensitivity is introduced to design the PID controller.
