Every historical period forms a special generation with its own values and norms. Children and youth become the main driving force in the development of the higher education, but this system in Russia is going through a difficult period due to the problems unresolved after the 1990s: the quality, accessibility and effectiveness of the higher education, inequalities in the access to education, etc. Therefore, intellectual competitions can be considered not only a positive manifestation of the social activity of schoolchildren, but also a means to support talented youth and ensure the interconnection of secondary and higher education systems. The article considers social aspects of the intellectual competitions for schoolchildren which aim at the development of social practices related to research activities and teaching at school. The authors focus on the research and practice-oriented interests of schoolchildren within the intellectual competitions in social studies: priorities, values and life strategies of schoolchildren when choosing the sphere of their interests. The authors analyzed the written projects of schoolchildren, presentations of these projects, responses to experts’ questions, reactions to questions not directly related to the topic of the presented project, further participation in the section, and some additional information. As a result, the authors made conclusions not only about the content of the priorities, values and life strategies of schoolchildren, but also about the procedure and conditions necessary for assessing the quality of work and the creative potential of participants of intellectual competitions.

The purpose of this study is to identify the educational strategies in higher education based on an analysis of students’ motives. The sociological study was conducted using a complex of quantitative and qualitative methods employing a questionnaire survey participated by students, graduate and doctoral students of national and state universities of Kazakhstan. The in-depth interviews were attended only by graduate and doctoral students. The findings unravelled that the leading motive for education was the desire of students to obtain a diploma. The acquisition of a formal university graduation certificate is important in the opinion of students. However, neither the content or qualifications nor the mastery of the future speciality, which they are going to acquire in the course of study, are not significant motives for the young generation. In the view of modern Kazakhstan youth, to be an educated person means to offer oneself in the labour market profitably. The existence of a link between the requirements for the future profession and goals in the higher education system was also confirmed in the course of study. The results obtained in the course of research make it possible to head over to a new level of substantiation of educational strategies and create prerequisites for the improvement of the efficiency of the educatory process.

Рассматривается процесс формирования массового сознания в современном информационном обществе. Основу работы составили результаты эмпирического социологического исследования, посвященного данной проблематике, проведенного на кафедре «Социологии и социальные технологии». В ходе исследования были проанализированы такие источники формирования массового сознания как: телевидение, Интернет, новостные сайты, личные блоги, печатные издания, личное общение и т.д. Резюмировано, что в зависимости от сферы воздействия на массовое сознание выбирается технология его формирования. Для более успешного результата происходит интегрирование способов и методов оказания воздействия., This article examines the process of formation of mass consciousness in the modern information society. The basis of the work was the results of an empirical sociological study devoted to this problem, conducted at the Department of Sociology and Social Technologies. In the course of the work carried out, such sources of mass consciousness formation as television, the Internet, news sites, personal blogs, printed publications, personal communication, etc. were analyzed. It is summarized that depending on the sphere of influence on the mass consciousness, the technology of its formation is chosen. For a more successful result, methods and methods of influencing are integrated.

Исследование направлено на пространственную оценку индекса социальных настроений (далее-ИСН) горожан крупного города (г. Казани) на основе применения современных методов социологической науки, пространственно-математического анализа и геоинформационных технологий. Авторами разработана оригинальная пространственная карта распределения индекса социальных настроений горожан с учетом особенностей ландшафта местности. На основе полученных данных можно говорить о существенных отличиях в распределении ИСН среди казанцев, проживающих на правом и левом берегах реки Казанки, в зависимости от близости к центру города и необходимой инфраструктуре, учреждениям культуры и образования, государственных организаций и офисных помещений. Сопоставление полученных данных со стоимостью недвижимости показало, что в выделах с низким уровнем ИСН не только стоимость жилья ниже рыночной стоимости, но и ограничены предложения на рынке недвижимости. Можно сказать, что индекс социальных настроений высокий для жителей в районах со сформировавшейся социальной инфраструктурой, где отсутствуют крупные производства., The article is aimed at a spatial assessment of the index of social moods (hereinafter, ISN) of citizens of the modern Russian metropolis (using the example of the city of Kazan) based on the application of modern methods of sociological science, spatial and mathematical analysis, and geoinformation technologies. The relevance of the article is due to the possibility of using an alternative model of urban zoning. Thus, the authors developed an original spatial map of the distribution of the index of social sentiment of citizens. The providence of the study took place in several stages. At the initial stage, work was carried out on updating the cartographic and geoinformational basis of the study. At the second stage, a survey of the population of the city of Kazan was conducted, a sample of the study included 1,500 respondents. The third stage is to build social maps using empirical Bayesian kriging according to individual indicators of a survey of residents of the city of Kazan. Based on the data we can confidently talk about significant differences in the distribution of the index of social sentiment among Kazan living on the right and left banks of the river. Kazanka, depending on the proximity to the city center and the necessary infrastructure, cultural and educational institutions, government organizations and office premises. Comparison of the obtained data with the value of real estate showed that the lower the assessment of the index of social sentiment, the less offers are presented on the real estate market, which can be largely attributed to the low cost of these offers compared to the average market. Проведен социологический анализ толерантности современной студенческой молодежи, под которой авторы понимают проявление терпимости к субъектам с отличным от основной массы людей социальным поведением. Именно толерантность раскрывает гармоничное взаимодействие между социальными группами, различными по своим культурам, внешнему виду, языку, верованиям и убеждениям. Основу работы составили результаты эмпирического социологического исследования, посвященного данной проблематике, проведенного на кафедре «Социологии и социальные технологии». В ходе проведенной работы были проанализированы отношения студенческой молодежи к представителям других национальностей, религиозных конфессий, людям с ограниченными возможностями здоровья. Авторы пришли к выводу, что именно молодежь является главным субъектом проявления толерантности, в связи с тем, что именно в этот возрастной период социализации человека, ему посредством социальных институтов закладывают те основы мировоззрения, которыми он будет руководствоваться в своей последующей жизнедеятельности. Резюмировано, что толерантность рассматривается как знание, которое приходит к человеку и накапливается в процессе его жизненного опыта и воспитания., This article provides a sociological analysis of the level of tolerance of young people in modern society. The basis of the work was the results of an empirical sociological study devoted to this problem, conducted at the Department of Sociology and Social Technologies. In the course of the work carried out, it was revealed that it is the youth who is the main subject of the manifestation of tolerance, due to the fact that it is during this age period of human socialization that the norms of the worldview with which he will conduct his further life in society are laid under the means of social institutions. In accordance with the above, it was summarized that in modern society, the need to study and analyze the social and cultural prerequisites of tolerance increases every year, in this regard, the younger generation has the greatest influence on this process.

[ES] ¿El tema de emigración mediante el foto-collage en la obra literaria de Joseph Brodsky¿ es una investigación que testimonia la importancia del collage fotográfico en el arte actual y versa sobre su manifestación artística desde las vanguardias a la actualidad. Testimoniando fundamentalmente todos aquellos artistas que se han servido de textos o textos literarios para efectuar sus obras artísticas. El texto se convierte así en el fundamento o eje conceptual sobre el cual se desarrolla la obra artística en todas sus vertientes: fotografía, instalación, video, performance, etc. Destacaremos aquellos artistas más significativos que han empleado el collage fotográfico como recurso expresivo, indagando en su evolución, desde la técnica analógica a la era digital. Esta investigación se ha circunscrito a la esfera literaria del autor Joseph Brodsky. Para ello nos hemos basado en una selección de poemas de Brodsky a los cuales hemos dado vida gráfica y artística mediante el collage digital aunando temáticas de identidad, emigración y confinamiento., [EN] "The theme of emigration through photo-collage in the literary work of Joseph Brodsky" is a research that explores the importance of photographic collage in current art and deals with its artistic manifestation from the avant-garde to the present. It is a testimony of all those artists who have used texts and pieces of writing to carry out their artistic works. The text thus becomes the foundation or conceptual axis on which the artistic work develops in all its aspects: photography, installation, video, performance, etc. We will highlight those most significant artists who have used photographic collage as an expressive resource, investigating its evolution, from the analog technique to the digital age. This research has been limited to the literary sphere of author Joseph Brodsky. For this we have based ourselves on a selection of poems by Brodsky to which we have given graphic and artistic life through digital collage combining themes of identity, emigration and confinement.

The recent legal changes pertaining to the institution of the Constitutional Tribunal arouse many controversies. This paper presents a sociological and legal study conducted to collect and examine the opinions regarding the above held by Polish lawyers who because of their profession and experience are in a position to confront directly the legal practice with the changing legal system that is directly responsible for the level of protection of individual rights and the exercise of individual fundamental rights. From the point of view of rationality and functionality of the operations of the Constitutional Tribunal an opinion formulated by jurists who due to their background have greater legal awareness seemed invaluable. After all it will be their opinion which will decide about the future of the judiciary in Poland. The results of the current transformations being implemented in constitutional judiciary as well as at the level of common courts have consequences for all the citizens. The aim of the questions asked in the survey was to fi nd how lawyers in Poland saw the situation with the Constitutional Tribunal today as well as what the though it its regime and functioning could be like in the future. Questions also concerned the current and actual legal status of the Tribunal and the lawyers’ reactions to the changes being implemented or about to me made, and if possible the possible ways of ending the current Constitutional Tribunal crisis.

Augmented reality is increasingly used in education and its further spread is predicted as one of the technological trends. The benefits of using augmented reality are contributing to the increasing use of augmented reality in education. The purpose of the research is to study the use of augmented reality technology in teaching. The article provides the overview of the development of augmented reality and presents the results of a survey of teachers who attended the advanced training course. According to the results of the survey, the readiness of teachers to use this technology and the feasibility of its use in various methods and forms of training organization were determined. A special feature of the use of augmented reality in education is its accessibility and ease of use of ready-made mobile applications and services., Технология дополненной реальности все шире применяется в образовании и прогнозируется ее дальнейшее распространение, как одной из технологических тенденций. Преимущества применения дополненной реальности способствуют все более широкому использованию дополненной реальности в образовании. Целью исследования является изучение применения технологии дополненной реальности в обучении. В статье сделан обзор развития технологии дополненной реальности и представлены результаты анкетирования преподавателей – слушателей курса повышения квалификации. По результатам анкетирования определена готовность преподавателей к применению данной технологии и целесообразность ее применения при различных методах и формах организации обучения. Особенностью применения технологии дополненной реальности в образовании является ее доступность и простота использования готовых мобильных приложений и сервисов.

This article deals with Peace Building Circles in public schools. The objective is to understand the types and structure of these Circles in the light of a sociological analysis, in view of the meanings that school subjects attribute to their experiences at school. For this, it is based on the theoretical framework of Elias, Goffman and Weber, from the dialogue with Boyes-Watson and Pranis and other authors relevant to the discussion. It uses semi-structured interviews, discussion groups and direct observation as methodological tools. The results, although not intended to exhaust the discussions, but in order to contribute to the broadening of views within a sociological perspective, show that the types of Peacebuilding Circles instigate different meanings for teachers, students and employees, with organizational structure from which meanings that go beyond a rational explanation. In short, the Circles awaken different perspectives that affect the participants in the school in some way. Este artículo trata sobre los Círculos de Construcción de Paz en las escuelas públicas. El objetivo es comprender los tipos y estructura de estos Círculos a la luz de un análisis sociológico, en vista de los significados que los sujetos escolares atribuyen a sus experiencias en la escuela. Para ello, se basa en el marco teórico de Elias, Goffman y Weber, a partir del diálogo con Boyes-Watson y Pranis y otros autores relevantes para la discusión. Utiliza entrevistas semiestructuradas, grupos de discusión y observación directa como herramientas metodológicas. Los resultados, aunque no pretenden agotar las discusiones, sino contribuir a la ampliación de visiones dentro de una perspectiva sociológica, muestran que los tipos de Círculos de Construcción de Paz instigan diferentes significados para los docentes, estudiantes y empleados, con estructura organizativa de la cual emanan significados que van más allá de una explicación racional. En definitiva, los Círculos despiertan diferentes perspectivas que afectan de alguna manera a los participantes en la escuela. Este artigo trata dos Círculos de Construção de Paz na escola pública. Objetiva-se compreender os tipos e a estrutura desses Círculos à luz de uma análise sociológica, tendo em vista os significados que os sujeitos escolares atribuem às suas experiências na escola. Para isso, fundamenta-se no arcabouço teórico de Elias, de Goffman e de Weber, a partir do diálogo com Boyes-Watson e Pranis e demais autores pertinentes à discussão. Utiliza como instrumentais metodológicos a entrevista semiestruturada, grupos de discussão e observação direta. Os resultados, embora sem a intenção de esgotar as discussões, mas no sentido de contribuir com a ampliação dos olhares dentro de uma perspectiva sociológica, evidenciam que os tipos de Círculos de Construção de Paz instigam diversos significados para os(as) professores(as), os(as) estudantes e os(as) funcionários(as), com estrutura de organização das quais reverberam sentidos que vão além de uma explicação racional. Em suma, os Círculos despertam diversos olhares que afetam de alguma forma os(as) participantes na escola.

The article considers the field observations and design in the polar latitudes of Krasnoyarsk Krai.
