Four new biphenyl lignans, 1- 4, with a tetrahydrofuran moiety were isolated from the MeOH extract of the whole plant of Gymnotheca chinensis. Their chemical structures were established by means of spectroscopic analysis, including 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy and comparison with previously reported data. Ultra high voltage(UHV) power cable system is an economical, safe and reliable power transmission mode. In recent years, the concern about the traditional fossil energy pollution in the world and the determination to using clean energy have promote the medium distance UHV submarine power cable system. This paper designs and tests one kind of energy saving and loss reducing conductor applied to large cross-section submarine cable. Through reasonable process control, the paint film on the enamelled wire surface can be avoided being scraped during the process of twisting. According to the measured AC / DC resistance ratio, the optimized design for the subsequent conductor is put forward. Compared with the traditional conductor, the current carrying capacity of the conductor is improved, and it has a positive and practical significance for reducing the Joule loss of the cable system.

Purpose: Sepsis continues to be a critical issue in intensive care, characterized by significant morbidity and mortality. This study explores the association between Vasoactive Inotrope Score (VIS) trajectories and 28-day mortality in ICU patients with sepsis, employing VIS trajectories as a marker for assessing severity and guiding therapy., Methods: We conducted a retrospective analysis of the MIMIC-IV database, which included sepsis patients admitted to the ICU between 2008 and 2019. VIS calculations were performed bi-hourly during the first 72 hours of ICU admission. Using latent growth mixture modeling, we identified distinct VIS trajectory patterns, and multivariate Cox proportional hazards models were employed to evaluate their association with 28-day mortality., Findings: Among 6,802 sepsis patients who met the inclusion criteria, four distinct VIS trajectory patterns were identified: "Low-Decreasing" (52.1%), "Mild-Ascending" (13.2%), "Moderate-Decreasing" (23.0%), and "High-Stable" (11.6%). The 28-day survival analysis demonstrated that, compared to the "Low-Decreasing" group, the "Mild-Ascending" group had a hazard ratio (HR) for mortality of 2.55 (95% CI: 2.19-2.97, P < 0.001), the "Moderate-Decreasing" group had an HR of 1.20 (95% CI: 1.03-1.41, P = 0.021), and the "High-Stable" group presented the highest risk with an HR of 4.19 (95% CI: 3.43-5.12, P < 0.001)., Implications: This study offers significant insights into the prognostic value of VIS trajectories in sepsis patients. The identification of distinct trajectory patterns not only underscores the heterogeneity in sepsis but also emphasizes the importance of personalized management strategies. We established an efficient method using high-speed counter-current chromatography (HSCCC) combined with preparative high-performance liquid chromatography (prep-HPLC) for isolating and purifying phenolic glycoside isomers. The method involves a rapid and sensitive ultra-performance liquid chromatography-under voltage(UPLC-UV) technique using a sub-2 μm core-shell particle column for qualitative and quantitative analysis of four phenolic glycoside isomers from Idesia polycarpa Maxim. leaves. The partially purified samples from ethyl acetate extraction of ethanol extracts of I. polycarpa Maxim. leaves were obtained by HSCCC with a two-phase solvent system composed of n-hexane-ethyl acetate-methanol-water solution (3:5:3:5, v/v/v/v) to obtain fractions I and II, which contain two phenolic glycoside isomers. The two fractions were further isolated by prep-HPLC to yield compounds 1, 2, 3, and 4 with purities of 98.29%, 98.71%, 98.49% and 98.52%, and total recoveries of 93.5%, 72.2%, 75.5% and 88.3%, respectively. Compound 1 was first isolated from I. polycarpa Maxim., while compound 2 was reported to be a new phenolic glycoside, which is 1-[(6'-O-(Z)-p-coumaroyl)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]-oxy-2-phenol. The chemical structures of the four phenolic glycoside isomers were analyzed and confirmed by UPLC, UV, electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS), fourier transform infra-red (FT-IR), 1H-nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR), 13C-nuclear magnetic resonance (13C NMR) and 2D nuclear magnetic resonance (2D NMR) spectra.
