Manufacturing ceramic foams derived from solid waste can not only alleviate hazards to the environment, but also obtain high value-added products. The self-foaming ceramic foams were prepared by recycling fly ash (FA) and red mud (RM) as raw materials. The pore structure, physical and mechanical properties of the sintered foams subjected to different sintering schedules were investigated. The results showed that the ceramic foams performed a self-foaming procedure in the course of sintering, derived from the combustion of the organic materials and/or the decomposition of the carbonates in the studied FA and RM. The sample sintered at 675 °C for 60 min exhibited promising properties, including a bulk density of 331 kg/m³, a porosity of 83.8 %, a water absorption of 2.91 % and a compressive strength of 1.96 MPa, which has good potential application in the fields of insulation, gardening and lightweight constructions.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and feasibility of a new type fractional CO2 laser in the treatment of postpartum vaginal relaxation. Methods A total of 120 patients who were diagnosed with postpartum vaginal relaxation in our postpartum pelvic rehabilitation clinic of the obstetrics and gynecology department were included during November 2016 to November 2018. A new type fractional CO2 laser (10~15 min, once per month, 4 times as a course) was used for intravaginal treatment. Objective and subjective indicators before and 1 month after a course of treatment were observed and analyzed. Objective indicators include the degree of vaginal relaxation, vaginal health index (VHIS), and subjective indicators were from the Female Sexual Function Scale (FSFI). Satisfaction survey of treatment was carried out at the end of treatment for all of them. Results In the objective evaluation, the degree of vaginal relaxation was significantly improved; The VHIS score was 10.87±2.18, 15.67±1.87, 19.13±2.81, 20.11±1.98 and 20.34±1.69, respectively before, after 1st, 2nd and 3rd treatments and 1 month after treatment, and the score was obviously improved (P < 0.05). In the subjective indicators evaluation, the total scores of FSFI, vaginal lubricity, vaginal relaxation, and sexual life satisfaction were all improved after treatment, with statistical differences when compared with the scores before treatment (P < 0.05). But, no notable differences were seen in the scores of sexual desire, sexual arousal and orgasm before and after treatment (P>0.05). At the end of treatment, sound satisfaction was obtained in the satisfaction survey of treatment. Conclusion The new type fractional CO2 laser treatment provides a minimally invasive treatment for vaginal relaxation and can obtain effective improvement in the symptoms. It can be done in the clinic due to its strong feasibility and no needs for anesthesia and analgesia. The patients show good tolerance and compliance.

Dysregulation of long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) is associated with drug resistance in multiple cancers. We explored the roles of lncRNA p38 inhibited cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma-associated lincRNA (PICSAR) in cisplatin (DDP) resistance of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (CSCC).

Objective To investigate how insulin affects the metabolism of amyloid precursor protein (APP) in a cell model of Alzheimer's disease (AD). Methods Human neuroblastoma SH-SY5Y cells and the nonneural cell lines HEK293 and 2EB2 were treated with different concentrations of insulin for 48 h, and the changes in cell viability were evaluated with CCK-8 assay. The expression levels of APP, C-terminal fragment of APP (CTF), β-site APP cleaving enzyme 1 (BACE1), the α-secretase ADAM10 (a disintegrin and metalloproteinase 10) and γ-secretase presenilin 1 (PS1) in the cells were detected using Western blotting. ELISA was used to determine the cellular expression levels of Aβ40 and Aβ42. The key signaling pathways mediated by insulin were screened using a protein chip. The effect of insulin on protein phosphorylation levels of AKT and GSK3β pathways was examined by detecting p-AKT and p-GSK3β expression in the cells with Western blotting. Results Treatment with insulin below 10 μmol/L did not obviously affect the viability of the cells (P>0.05). Western blotting showed that treatment with 1.00 and 10.00 μmol/L insulin significantly increased the protein expression of APP and CTF (P < 0.05) and also the expression of BACE1, a key enzyme for APP metabolism (P < 0.05). The results of ELISA demonstrated that the expression level of Aβ42 increased significantly in the cells following treatment with 1.00 and 10.00 μmol/L insulin (P < 0.05). The protein microarray data identified GSK3β as a potential target of insulin. Western blot analysis showed that the expression of p-AKT and p-GSK3β proteins was down-regulated following insulin treatment, but the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Insulin promotes the metabolism of APP into CTF and Aβ42, which play certain rolesin pathogenesis of AD.

Objective To explore the impact of venous thromboembolism (VTE) on the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer patients. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of lung cancer patients with VTE treated in Peking University Cancer Hospital. The incidence of VTE was calculated and the relation between VTE and lung cancer was analyzed. Results Among 1766 patients with lung cancer, VTE occurred in 115(6.5%) patients. Among 115 VTE cases, there were 78(67.8%) males patients; 82(71.3%) cases were deep venous thrombosis, 21(18.3%) cases were pulmonary embolism, 12(10.4%) cases were deep venous thrombosis with pulmonary embolism; 74(64.3%) cases were symptomatic VTE; 102(88.7%) patients received antithrombotic therapy. Among the patients who received antithrombotic therapy, 97(95.1%) cases chose drug therapy. In drug treatment, 65(67.0%) cases used adequate/standard dose. Among 115 VTE cases, 52(45.2%) patients had improvement or disappearance of thrombus, 32(27.8%) patients had no improvement, and 31(27.0%) patients with unknown results; 11(9.6%) patients had adverse reactions such as bleeding during antithrombotic therapy; 30(26.1%) patients changed antineoplastic treatment plan due to VTE. Conclusion VTE is a common complication of lung cancer patients. Antithrombotic therapy for lung cancer patients with VTE is complex, the treatment effect is not ideal and the risk of adverse reactions such as bleeding is high. VTE has a great impact on the implementation of anti-cancer treatment.

Objective To explore the effect of gender, age and season on serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D(25OHD). Methods Clinical data was collected from the laboratory information system at the Peking Union Medical College Hospital from December 2014 to October 2018. A total of 34 062 25OHD samples were obtained and analyzed. 25OHD concentrations were measured using a Roche e601 automatic analyzer. Regression analysis was used to explore the effect of gender, age and season on 25OHD level. Results The median serum 25OHD concentration was significantly higher in males than that in females(P＜0.001). The median serum 25OHD concentration at the peak level in August was 22.1 ng/mL. Regression analysis revealed that summer had the highest impact on 25OHD (standardization coefficient=0.273). Conclusions Gender and season significantly affected serum 25OHD levels.

Objectives This paper investigates the distributed time-varying formation control of a swarm of under-actuated Unmanned Surface vehicles （USVs） guided by multiple leaders in the presence of complex model uncertainties and unknown ocean disturbances.Methods At the kinematic level, distributed time-varying formation guidance laws are designed on the basis of the containment method and path maneuvering principle; at the kinetic level, the surge speed and yaw rate control laws are developed on the basis of the extended state observer (ESO) method such that the influences of the model uncertainties and unknown disturbances are mitigated. Further, cascade system stability analysis is undertaken, and the validity of the controller is demonstrated via a simulation. Results It shows that the closed-loop distributed time-varying formation control system for USV is input-to-state stable by the cascade system stability theory. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the control method.Conclusions With the proposed controller, USVs are able to achieve the predefined time-varying formation while following the convex combination of multiple leaders.

Objective To explore the influence of the timing of prophylactic antibiotic treatment for premature rupture of membranes on maternal and infant outcomes. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the data of 246 cases of low-risk premature rupture of membranes in our hospital between January, 2016 and December, 2017. According to the timing of prophylactic antibiotic treatment, the cases were divided into groups A and B with the antibiotics administered within 8 h and over 8 h, groups C and D with drug administration in 8–12 h and > 12 h, and groups E and F with administration in 12-18 h and > 18 h prior to premature rupture of membranes, respectively. The incidence of maternal infections and the maternal and infant outcomes were compared among the groups. Results No significant differences were found between groups A and B in the indicators of maternal infection either before or after the delivery or in the occurrence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes. The pH value of umbilical arterial blood was significantly higher in group C than in group D (P < 0.05), but all within the normal range. The prenatal WBC count and Neu% was significantly higher in group E than in group F (P < 0.05), and the postpartum PCT was significantly higher in group F than in group E (P < 0.05); the other infection indicators or the occurrence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes did not differ significantly between the 2 groups. Conclusion In pregnant women with low-risk full-term premature rupture of membranes, prophylactic administration of antibiotics can be delayed to > 18 h before delivery.

In recent years, people have attached increasing importance to primary education. They have realized that primary education not only requires students to passively acquire knowledge but also needs to stimulate their intrinsic learning motivation. Learning motivation has a significant impact on the learning behavior and outcomes of primary school students. Gamified teaching is a type of instructional activity that incorporates the fun of games into the teaching activity, allowing students to learn while enjoying themselves and stimulating their motivation for learning. This study researches the influence of gamified teaching methods on the learning motivation of primary school students. In the experiment, 80 sixth-grade primary school students were collected as samples, and they were taught under gamified teaching method for two months, and Zhou Bucheng’ s MAAT scale was distributed to measure their learning motivation. The experiment collected the scores of students’ two math tests and two MAAT scales by pre-test and post-test, and analyzed the changes of scores and learning motivation. The research found that attractive teaching methods and content of course can better stimulate students’ interest in learning, promoting them to develop active learning motivations, and lay a foundation for their comprehensive development in the future.

This paper aims to explore the key role of the property industry in China’s low-carbon transition, and analyze the opportunities and challenges of its dual-carbon development. Firstly, the urgency of global greenhouse gas emissions and the importance of property industry in carbon emissions are introduced, then the definition and significance of carbon neutral and dual carbon goals are analyzed, and the international and domestic dual carbon policies and commitments are reviewed. Then it lists the main sources and components of carbon emissions of the property industry in detail, and evaluates the carbon footprint of the property industry. Next, it discusses the opportunities of new technology and innovation, renewable energy, carbon finance and carbon market for the dual-carbon development of the property industry. At the same time, it also discusses the challenges of technical constraints and cost pressures, the uncertainty and landing problems of policies and regulations, and the difficulty and constraints of landlord and tenant participation. Finally, the paper puts forward policy suggestions to promote the dual-carbon development of the property industry, including setting clear carbon reduction targets and schedules, providing policy support and financial incentives, and establishing industry cooperation and sharing mechanism.

In the context of China’s strategy to promote carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, the construction industry has come under the spotlight for its higher carbon emissions. Property’ management plays an important role in the operation phase of buildings. Therefore, it is of great significance to innovate property’ management paths and strategies for energy saving and emission reduction in the property sector. In this paper, we will first discuss the concept and connotation of “dual-carbon” strategy, as well as the relationship between property’ management and carbon emissions. Secondly, it discusses the challenges faced by property’ management under the “dual-carbon” strategy and the benefits of accomplishing the transformation, in order to explain the necessity and value of innovative property’ management. Then, the three innovative paths of property’ management, namely intelligent building and energy’ management, application and promotion of renewable energy’, and carbon footprint monitoring and assessment, are discussed and the key strategies are proposed from certain perspectives. Then, successfill case of property’ management is introduced, and the experiences for their success are summarized. Finally, based on the above innovation paths, key strategies and successful cases, suggestions are made from three perspectives: policies and regulations, enterprises and owners, and technology’ and talents.

This study refines the formation of key indicators of science and technology reward evaluation, determines the key evaluation indicators affecting the development of electric power science and technology innovation and the key contents of electric power science and technology development according to the characteristics and features of the electric power industry and the energy Internet enterprises; taking the key indicators as a breakthrough, this study constructs the role transfer model between the influence of the evaluation indicators of scientific and technological rewards on the development of science and technology innovation in the electric power industry and carries out empirical analyses to verify and optimize the influence transfer model.

With the rapid development of digital technology, digital transformation has brought a great impact on many aspects of human society. Based on the existing research on the impact of digital transformation, which not only helps to understand the current research progress but also can provide effective suggestions for better implementation of digital transformation. This paper analyzes the existing research on the impact of digital transformation from the perspective of biometric. First, starting from statistical analysis, the basic distribution of studies in different countries/regions, different sources of publication, different years of publication, etc., are introduced. Then, the paper shows the collaboration of researchers from the analysis of relevant citation networks, cocitation networks and collaboration networks. In addition, a thematic analysis of the relevant studies is presented, in which the relevant co-occurrence networks are shown, and then a detailed analysis of the studies is presented. On the basis of these analyses, a discussion of future research is presented, and finally, conclusions are drawn. This study shows not only the basic picture of the impact of digital transformation but also future research trends that can provide meaningful research perspectives.

The National Science and Technology Award is a recognition of the highest level of science and technology projects in China, which has an extraordinary incentive effect on science and technology innovation. By referring to Michael Porter diamond model, the incentive diamond model of science and technology awards is constructed. It is considered that the incentive effect of science and technology awards on enterprise science and technology innovation is mainly through influencing the foundation and motivation of science and technology innovation, which is thus implemented in four aspects: leading the advancement of technology, promoting economic development, supporting policy implementation, and cultivating research teams. Based on the case of “Qinshan 600 MW Nuclear Power Plant Design and Construction” project in the power industry, the model is confirmed. It is argued that the superiority and inferiority effect brought by national science and technology rewards can help China build a leading science and technology enterprise and build a world science and technology power.

Three-dimensional(3D) Bi2WO6 architecture was successfully synthesized via a hydr-othermal process. The g-C3N4 quantum dots(QDs) were deposited on the surface of as-synthesized 3D Bi2WO6 hierarchical structure to construct the novel Z-scheme g-C3N4/Bi2WO6 heterojunctions via a simple impregnation-calcination method. The morphology, composition and visible-absorptive properties of as-synthesized samples were characterized by XRD, FE-SEM, TEM, UV-Vis-DRS techniques. Methylene blue(MB) and p-nitrophenol(p-NPh) were selected as model pollutant to investigate the effect of g-C3N4 QDs on the photocataytic activity of Bi2WO6 nanoarchitecture. The results reveal that as-prepared Bi2WO6 exhibits the 3D architecture with the pore size of about 10nm via a simple impregnation-calcination method. g-C3N4 QDs with the size of about 5nm can be deposited on the surface of secondary nanoplate of Bi2WO6. The photocatalytic activity of Z-scheme g-C3N4/Bi2WO6 is superior to the pure g-C3N4 and Bi2WO6, and 10%g-C3N4/Bi2WO6 exhibits the best photocatalytic activity for MB and p-NPh. The apparent rate constant (kapp) for the degradation of MB is as high as 4.5 and 5.8 times, 2.6 and 1.6 times for p-NPh compared to that of pure g-C3N4 and Bi2WO6, respectively. The O2·- is the main reactive species during the photocatalytic process. The catalytic efficiency enhancement of g-C3N4/Bi2WO6 relative to Bi2WO6 or g-C3N4 can be attributed to the formation of heterojunction between g-C3N4 QDs and Bi2WO6, which suppresses the recombination of photogenerated electron/hole pairs as well as broaden the light absorption.

Objective To assess the effect of the donor human milk (DHM) supporting system in assisting breast feeding practices for mothers with high-risk pregnancy. Methods We retrospectively collected the data from 696 mothers (study group) with high-risk pregnancy utilizing the DHM supporting system following delivery in our hospital in 2018 and also from 691 mothers (control group) with high-risk pregnancy who did not use the supporting system following delivery in 2017. We analyzed the occurrence rates of breast distention at 3 d and delayed lactation at 72 h after delivery, weight loss of the infants, and the rates of exclusive breast feeding within 6 weeks after delivery between the 2 groups. Results Compared with those in the control group, the mothers in the study group showed significantly lower rates of delayed lactation (P < 0.01) and breast distention (13.07% vs 22.87%, P < 0.001) at 3 d after delivery, and had significantly higher rates of exclusive breast feeding at 1 d after the delivery (68.97% vs 61.94%, P=0.007), on the day of discharge (67.96% vs 45.88%, P < 0.001) and at 6 weeks after delivery (57.90% vs 40.96%, P < 0.001). The infants in the study group had significantly lower body weight loss than those in the control group (158.82±72.99 vs 220.88±77.17 g, t=15.385, P < 0.001), and the number of infants with body weight loss was also significantly lower in the study group than in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The DHM supporting system can facilitate breast feeding of the infants born to mothers with high-risk pregnancy, and helps to lower the incidences of delayed lactation and breast distension of the mothers and reduce body weight loss of the infants.

Na0.5Bi0.48Sr0.02Ti0.98Mg0.02O2.97 compound was synthesized by solid-state reaction. AC impedance and internal friction spectroscopy were employed to study the electrical performance and oxgyen ion diffusion in the Sr,Mg-co-doped Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3 compounds. The grain conductivity of Na0.5Bi0.48Sr0.02Ti0.98Mg0.02O2.97 sample can reach 5.31×10-4 S/cm at 593 K, an order of magnitude higher than that of the Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3 compound at the same temperature and exceeding the grain conductivity of Na0.5Bi0.5Ti0.98Mg0.02O2.98 sample at 673K. An internal friction relaxation peak was observed. The relaxation parameters can be calculated, E=0.85eV and τ0=7.4×10-14s. Judging from the relaxation parameters and structural analysis, the Sr2+ dopant can amplify the specific free volume. Compared with the Na0.5Bi0.5Ti0.98Mg0.02O2.98 sample, the substantial increase of the grain conductivity for Na0.5Bi0.48Sr0.02Ti0.98Mg0.02O2.97 sample may be derived from the larger specific free volume, higher mobile oxygen vacancy content and better oxygen vacancy mobility.

According to the material research that human articular cartilage is expected to be repaired after injury, a new artificial cartilage-like material was prepared by thermal polymerization in this experiment. Under water bath insulation and initiator conditions, hydroxyethyl methacrylate(CH2 CCH3COOCH2CH2OH,HEMA) and medical glycerol(C3H8O3) were polymerized into a new gel. And the surface morphology was compared with that of porcine cartilage, and the mechanical properties such as compressive strength and elasticity were tested. By analyzing and characterizing with FTIR spectra, the host of gel is still PHEMA, and glycerol exists in gel phase. The hardness of gel decreases with the increase of glycerol ratio, while the surface roughness of gel increases. When the mass ratio of HEMA to glycerol is 1:1-1:3, the hardness of the gel is close to that of pig cartilage, and the surface is smooth under the conditions of 1:1 and 1:2. Gels of four mass ratios have good compressive strength and elasticity. When the mass ratio is 1:1, the compressive properties and comprehensive properties are the best. The experimental results indicate that PHEMA and glycerol gel polymers have good mechanical properties as artificial cartilage materials, they may provide further investigation for clinical trials.

Objective To systematically evaluate the oral health status of senile dementia patients. Methods The CNKI, Wanfang, CBM, PubMed, Embase and Web of Science databases were searched online. Literature on the oral health status of Alzheimer′s patients published at home and abroad was collected. The search period extended to De⁃ cember 2018. Revman 5.3 software was used to perform the meta⁃analysis of homogeneous research. Results Ten stud⁃ ies satisfied the eligibility criteria. The meta⁃analysis revealed that older people with dementia had fewer remaining nat⁃ ural teeth [MD＝⁃3.22 (95% CI ⁃5.59, ⁃0.85)] and more decayed missing filled teeth [MD＝3.36 (95% CI 0.80, 5.92)] than the healthy control group (P < 0.05). The plaque index [MD＝0.86 (95% CI 0.45, 1.28)], percentage bleeding on probing [MD＝16.60 (95% CI 9.81, 23.39)], probing depth [MD＝0.68 (95% CI 0.03, 1.34)], and clinical attachment loss [MD＝1.13 (95% CI 0.38, 1.88)] were significantly higher in older people with dementia than in the healthy control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The dental and periodontal health status of Alzheimer′s patients is worse than that of healthy controls. Thus, the former group needs special oral care and treatment.

As one of the most promising nanomaterials, metal-organic framework (MOF) thin films (also known as surfacesupported MOF thin films, SURMOFs) have attracted much attention in recent years. The development of various synthetic methods makes it possible to obtain MOF thin films with controlled thickness, uniformity, morphology, and even dimensions, providing tremendous opportunities for more applications. Different synthesis methods of MOF thin films based on liquid phase or vacuum range were first introduced, and one of the most effective ways to fabricate quality thin films was depositing self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) on the primary substrate to further induce the nucleation and growth of MOF thin films. Furthermore, some traditional applications of MOF thin films (e. g. separation, catalysis, sensing) were summarized, as well as some newly-developed applications in photocatalysis, energy storage, photovoltaics, and electronic devices, which meet the demands for environmental sustainability and cleaner energy. Although the future is promising, MOF thin films still face some challenges. Therefore, some key factors those limit the MOF films' practical application were discussed, for example, the unclear growth mechanism of thin films, the poor quality and low film thermoe lectric performance. Based on the review of recent developments, this article will provide references for the future research of MOF thin films.

Dynamic web applications play a vital role in providing resources manipulation and interaction between clients and servers. The features presently supported by browsers have raised business opportunities, by supplying high interactivity in web-based services, like web banking, e-commerce, social networking, forums, and at the same time, these features have brought serious risks and increased vulnerabilities in web applications that enable cyber-attacks to be executed. One of the common high-risk cyber-attack of web application vulnerabilities is cross-site scripting (XSS). Nowadays, XSS is still dramatically increasing and considered as one of the most severe threats for organizations, users, and developers. If the ploy is successful, the victim is at the mercy of the cybercriminals. In this research, a robust artificial neural network-based multilayer perceptron (MLP) scheme integrated with the dynamic feature extractor is proposed for XSS attack detection. The detection scheme adopts a large real-world dataset, the dynamic features extraction mechanism, and MLP model, which successfully surpassed several tests on an employed unique dataset under careful experimentation, and achieved promising and state-of-the-art results with accuracy, detection probabilities, false positive rate, and AUC-ROC scores of 99.32%, 98.35 %, 0.3%, and 99.02%, respectively. Therefore, it has the potentials to be applied for XSS-based attack detection in either the client-side or the server-side.

BackgroundPostoperative nausea and vomiting occur frequently following thyroid and parathyroid surgery and are associated with worse patient outcomes. We hypothesised that opioid-free propofol anaesthesia would reduce the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting compared with opioid-inclusive propofol anaesthesia in patients undergoing these procedures.MethodsWe conducted a randomised, double-blinded controlled trial in adult patients scheduled to undergo thyroid and parathyroid surgery at two medical centres in mainland China. Patients were allocated randomly (1:1, stratified by sex and trial site) to an opioid-free anaesthesia group (esketamine, lidocaine, dexmedetomidine and propofol) or an opioid-inclusive group (sufentanil and propofol). Propofol infusions were titrated to bispectral index 45-55. Patients received prophylaxis for nausea and vomiting using dexamethasone and ondansetron and multimodal analgesia with paracetamol and flurbiprofen axetil. The primary outcome was the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting in the first 48 h after surgery.ResultsWe assessed 557 patients for eligibility and 394 completed this trial. The incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting in the first postoperative 48 h was lower in the opioid-free anaesthesia group (10/197, 5%) compared with opioid-inclusive group (47/197, 24%) (OR (95%CI) 0.17 (0.08-0.35), p

[Objectives] To study the target assignment in the formation reconfiguration of unmanned ships,a target assignment method is proposed.[Methods] Firstly,a distance-based cost function is generated by the current positions of the unmanned ships and the fixed target points. Secondly,based on the auction theory and according to the rapidity requirement of the target assignment in the formation reconfiguration of the unmanned ship,an auction termination mechanism is proposed based on the maximum number of iterations for possible non-feasible solution in the assignment of the traditional auction algorithm, which disperses part of the simulations, thus shortening the assignment time.[Results] Finally,the simulation results show that this proposed method can quickly give an optimized target assignment scheme for the formation reconfiguration of swarms of the unmanned ships when compared with the classical Hungarian method.[Conclusions] The proposed method herein can provide an effective reference for the target assignment in the formation reconfiguration of swarms of the unmanned ships and for the study on the autonomous decision-making of the unmanned ships.
