Visceral artery aneurysm (VAA) is a rare and potentially life-threatening condition, defined as true artery aneurysms and pseudoaneurysms of splanchnic circulation and renal artery. This study reports our experience in the diagnosis and endovascular treatment of visceral artery aneurysms (VAAs) over a 10-year period. Between 2008 and 2018, a total of 24 VAAs in 21 patients were diagnosed by clinical symptoms and a combination of imaging techniques, such as Doppler ultrasound, computed tomography angiogram, and catheter angiogram. All patients underwent endovascular treatment to exclude aneurysms. Oral antiplatelet medicine was administered, and imaging examination was performed during follow-up. Technical success was achieved in all 21 patients, and no periprocedural complications occurred. Endovascular coiling alone was employed in 10 aneurysms. Coiling was combined with gelfoam in 2 aneurysms. Coiling was assisted by stent in 4 aneurysms. Covered stents were deployed in 8 aneurysms individually. Clinical symptoms disappeared or highly improved in all patients after treatment. None of the patients showed recurrent symptoms after discharge. However, two cases with new aneurysms after 6 and 8 months, respectively, and one case with in-stent thrombosis after 12 months were reported during follow-up. This study may justify the efficacy of percutaneous endovascular coil embolization and stent deployment. It also provides beneficial experience about how to choose appropriate various endovascular strategies based on both clinical symptoms and aneurysm anatomy condition.

The demands for space solar cells are continuously increasing with the rapid development of space technologies and complex space missions. The space solar cells are facing more critical challenges than before: higher conversion efficiency and better radiation resistance. Being the main power supply in spacecrafts, III-V multijunction solar cells are the main focus for space application nowadays due to their high efficiency and super radiation resistance. In multijunction solar cell structure, the key to obtaining high crystal quality and increase cell efficiency is satisfying the lattice matching and bandgap matching conditions. New materials and new structures of high efficiency multijunction solar cell structures are continuously coming out with low-cost, lightweight, flexible, and high power-to-mass ratio features in recent years. In addition to the efficiency and other properties, radiation resistance is another sole criterion for space solar cells, therefore the radiation effects of solar cells and the radiation damage mechanism have both been widely studied fields for space solar cells over the last few decades. This review briefly summarized the research progress of III-V multijunction solar cells in recent years. Different types of cell structures, research results and radiation effects of these solar cell structures under different irradiation conditions are presented. Two main solar cell radiation damage evaluation models—the equivalent fluence method and displacement damage dose method—are introduced.

美国、欧洲、日本、中国相继出台政策鼓励孤儿药的研发，大量孤儿药获批上市，罕见肿瘤药物是其中重要的组成部分。孤儿药政策有力推动了罕见肿瘤新药的研发，也使得众多已获批药物的潜能被充分挖掘，并有望革新肿瘤及肿瘤药物分类观念。但是长达7年的市场独占期、政策的经济支持、低标准的上市前临床试验也使得罕见肿瘤药物存在定价、安全性、有效性等一系列问题，亟需更多医疗工作者的努力。.

Small cell lung cancer (SCLC) is a neuroendocrine tumor, which accounts for about 15% of all lung cancers. SCLC is characterized by rapid growth and tendency to widespread metastasis at the initial stage. Although high response rates to first-line chemotherapy are observed, most patients relapse less than few months. In the past 5 years, some clinical trials found that the immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) were effective in SCLC, especially programmed cell death 1/ligand 1 (PD-1/L1). Given this situation, the treatment patterns of SCLC have changed. This article briefly reviews the researches and studies of ICIs in the treatment of SCLC to provide reference to the clinicians.小细胞肺癌(SCLC)约占肺癌的15%，是一种神经内分泌肿瘤，生长迅速、极具侵袭性，容易早期发生远处转移。尽管SCLC对一线化疗敏感，但容易短时间内复发。在过去的5年间，免疫治疗在SCLC中取得了一定的成果，特别是在程序性死亡受体1和程序性死亡受体配体1方面，SCLC治疗模式已经发生改变。文章对免疫检查点抑制剂在SCLC中的探索研究做一综述，以期为广大临床工作者提供参考。.

我国高血压的患病率高而控制率低，由于医疗资源配置相对不足，患者健康意识与疾病知识欠缺，治疗依从性差以及经济因素等，导致高血压管理质量欠佳。随着医疗信息化技术的发展，疾病的健康管理与移动通讯技术相结合，由此衍生出的新模式为高血压管理提供了新途径，而不同形式的移动健康管理干预血压的效果存在差异。该文阐述了移动健康管理在高血压管理中的研究进展、不足与挑战。.

经皮心内膜心肌活检是利用心肌活检钳经外周血管夹取心内膜心肌组织的技术，迄今在临床上应用已超过50年，并且相关技术不断更新。目前心内膜心肌活检及心肌病理学诊断已成为诊断心肌炎、心肌病的重要手段。北京协和医院心内科已进行了500余例心内膜心肌活检的操作，积累了一定的经验，因此我们专门制定了心内膜心肌活检临床操作规范，主要包括其适应证、禁忌证、操作要点、标本处理及术后监测等，并提出了并发症的处理策略。由于心内膜心肌活检具有漏检可能，需要与超声心动图、心脏磁共振成像及心血管病理学等专业医师密切配合，以减少漏诊、误诊。建议全国心内科医师高度重视并积极开展此项检查，以提高我国心肌炎、心肌病精准诊断的能力。.

High-emissivity coatings are commonly applied in satellite detectors and large-scale cryogenic systems. Accurate and quick measurement of emissivity is in high demand for practical applications at cryogenic temperatures. In this paper, a method for the measurement of the total hemispherical emissivity from 50 K to 300 K was presented based on the static calorimetric method. A two-stage GM cryocooler was used as a cooling source in the measuring device without assumption of cryogenic liquids. The thermal emissivity of a black carbon coating was measured by monitoring temperatures timely in the device. The tested results exhibited good accordance with previous reports. This cryogenic measurement device has made it a strong candidate for the radiative heat dissipation at cryogenic temperatures. Design details of the experiment and measurement results will be presented.

Roaming around the crime scene is a characteristic of some criminals’ behaviors before committing a crime. In order to achieve the criminal purpose, it is common for criminals to check the crime scene many times in advance. However, the definition of the roaming behavior is a vague concept. This study firstly describes the relationship between the predetermined crime scenes and the roaming behaviors of suspects. Then we propose an algorithm to identify suspicious trajectories with roaming behaviors. The first step of the algorithm is to identify suspicious trajectories by applying a clustering method to extract the stagnant areas from different trajectories in real time. The second step is to identify the trajectory with loops from the suspicious trajectories based on the suspect’s roaming behaviors for casing the site. The third step is to calculate a corresponding suspicious value by using speed and timestamp of the trajectory and then combine with crime rate of different areas to design an appropriate weighted scheme. Experiments with prisoners’ trajectory data has proved the feasibility of the proposed method. Furthermore, the proposed method can effectively predict the abnormal behaviors of community inmates.

To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of imported malaria cases in Fujian Province from 2014 to 2018, so as to provide scientific basis for the development of the control strategy for imported malaria.The epidemiological data of malaria cases in Fujian Province from 2014 to 2018 were retrieved from the Notifiable Disease Reporting System and Parasitic Disease Information Reporting System of Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and the classification, origin of infections, temporal distribution, spatial distribution, population distribution, reporting institutions and diagnosis were analyzed.A total of 540 overseas imported malaria cases were reported in Fujian Province from 2014 to 2018, and all cases were laboratory-confirmed, including 398 cases with falciparum malaria, 88 cases with vivax malaria, 38 cases with ovale malaria, 14 cases with malariae malaria and 2 cases with mixed infections. There were 90.56% (489/540) of the imported malaria cases with infections in 27 African countries, 5.92% (32/540) with infections in 5 Asian countries and 3.52% (19/540) with infections in one Oceania country. There was no significant seasonal distribution of the cases, and the imported malaria cases were predominantly detected in Fuzhou City (80.00%, 432/540) and at ages of 20 to 49 years (81.48%, 440/540). Initial diagnosis was predominantly at the city-level medical institutions, and 77.96% (421/540) were diagnosed as malaria at the initial diagnosis institutions. The median duration from onset to initial diagnosis was 2 days and 70.19% (379/540) were diagnosed within 3 days of onset. The interval between initial diagnosis and definitive diagnosis was 0 day, with 85.37% (461/540) definitively diagnosed within 3 days of initial diagnosis.Overseas imported malaria is a continuous problem challenging the malaria elimination programme of Fujian Province. Improving the healthcare-seeking awareness and the diagnostic capability of healthcare workers, and intensifying the monitoring and management of malaria among overseas labors are strongly recommended.

分析2019年10月以来收治的2例颅底骨髓炎患者的临床资料，2例患者的主要临床症状均为剧烈头痛，颅底MRI均表现为沿组织间隙蔓延的异常信号影。采用内镜经鼻入路手术和抗炎治疗后痊愈，无严重并发症。术后的病理学检查均证实了炎症性病变。.

Klebsiella pneumoniae is a common pathogen associated with nosocomial infections and is characterised serologically by capsular polysaccharide (K) and lipopolysaccharide O antigens. We surveyed a total of 348 non-duplicate K. pneumoniae clinical isolates collected over a 1-year period in a tertiary care hospital, and determined their O and K serotypes by sequencing of the wbb Y and wzi gene loci, respectively. Isolates were also screened for antimicrobial resistance and hypervirulent phenotypes; 94 (27.0%) were identified as carbapenem-resistant (CRKP) and 110 (31.6%) as hypervirulent (hvKP). isolates fell into 58 K, and six O types, with 92.0% and 94.2% typeability, respectively. The predominant K types were K14K64 (16.38%), K1 (14.66%), K2 (8.05%) and K57 (5.46%), while O1 (46%), O2a (27.9%) and O3 (11.8%) were the most common. CRKP and hvKP strains had different serotype distributions with O2a:K14K64 (41.0%) being the most frequent among CRKP, and O1:K1 (26.4%) and O1:K2 (17.3%) among hvKP strains. Serotyping by gene sequencing proved to be a useful tool to inform the clinical epidemiology of K. pneumoniae infections and provides valuable data relevant to vaccine design.

A variety of dermatological lesions have been described in COVID-19, although the prevalence and pathogenic relationship remain unclear particularly for chilblain-like lesions. Dermatological examination was performed in a prospective cohort of consecutive patients seen at the service for SARS-CoV-2 infection. Out of 417 patients with confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infection [median age 29.5 years (range 15–65); 62.5% males], dermatological lesions were detected in 7 (1.7%). Three patients had acral lesions; their age (range) was 15–29 years; all had a negative nasopharyngeal swab and developed IgG and/or IgM-specific antibodies; all presented none or mild symptoms. A fourth patient remained negative at repeated testing; mother, father and sister had a documented mild COVID-19. Non-acral lesions were observed in four older patients, with severe COVID-19. Chilblain-like lesions may be the sole manifestation of SARS-CoV-2 infection; their presence in asymptomatic school children and adolescents should be considered a potential signal of familial or community spread of the virus.

转甲状腺素蛋白心脏淀粉样变（ATTR-CA）是一种系统性淀粉样变累及心脏的罕见疾病。因其临床特点复杂且无特异性，缺乏早期诊断指标且有赖于病理活检，确诊时患者多处于疾病晚期、预后不佳。近年来随着超声心动图、心脏磁共振成像、心肌核素显像等为代表的新兴的无创诊断技术兴起，使得简便的准确诊断及评估该病预后成为可能，有望从根本上解决误诊、漏诊难题，改善患者预后。.

心力衰竭（心衰）发病率、病死率高，是21世纪备受关注的心血管疾病。关于心衰的药物和器械治疗近年来推陈出新。新型口服降糖药物钠-葡萄糖协同转运蛋白2抑制剂不仅能够改善2型糖尿病患者的心血管预后，而且无论是否合并糖尿病其均可减少患者心血管事件的发生。关于急性失代偿心衰患者的研究显示，在院内开始使用沙库巴曲缬沙坦可较使用依那普利更早、更显著的降低患者N末端B型利钠肽原水平。转甲状腺素蛋白淀粉样心肌病，特别是野生型，可能是射血分数保留的心衰合并左心室肥厚的老年患者的病因之一。氯苯唑酸能够降低转甲状腺素蛋白淀粉样心肌病合并心衰患者的全因死亡率。激活一氧化氮-可溶性鸟苷酸环化酶通路的药物维利西呱也能够减少射血分数降低的心衰患者心血管事件的发生。经皮二尖瓣修复装置（Mitra Clip）有望改善左心室内径70 mm伴重度继发性二尖瓣反流患者的预后。心肌收缩调节器有助于改善射血分数轻中度减低、不适合安装心脏同步化治疗装置的进展期心衰患者的心功能和预后。.

By combining a trifunctional urethane acrylate synthesized from a hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer and caprolactone acrylate with a bifunctional urethane acrylate prepared from hydroxyethyl acrylate and isophorone diisocyanate, a new reactive resin mixture was prepared, and trimethylolpropane triacrylate was chosen as the thinner to constitute a novel coating matrix. Different amounts of multi-functionalized carbon nanotubes (CNTs) and graphene oxide (GO) were introduced into the matrix and cured by ultraviolet radiation, producing different coatings. Utilizing the methods of Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, ultraviolet-visible (UV-VIS) spectroscopy, wide angle X-ray diffraction (WAXS) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), the chemical structures and physical properties of the coatings were analyzed. A series of ASTM methods, such as pencil hardness classification, RCA abrasion, crosscut adhesion test classification, and chemical resistance rub testing, were applied to investigate the performances of the coatings. It was found that introducing a small amount of carbon nanomaterials can improve the thermal stability, surface hardness, adhesion, abrasive resistance, and chemical resistance performance of the UV-curable coatings. The reasons and mechanisms of the performance improvements are discussed in this work.

Using a combination of first-principles calculations and experimental studies to study the effect of La on the corrosion resistance of Powder sherardizing layer in metal structures. Compared to other sherardizing rare earth elements (Re), La has better adsorption with the iron matrix and has the lowest binding energy on the adsorption surface (111) of the Fe matrix. Therefore, the rare earth element La is added to the powder sherardizing process for the rare earth chemical heat treatment to reduce the defects of the powder sherardizing faults formed, improve the surface uniformity and the quality of the permeation layer. On the basis of calculation, La element was added in the process of powder sherardizing, and the corrosion performance of the formed powder galvanizing layer was studied. After alternating salt spray experiments, the degree of corrosion of the layer is relatively small and the corrosion products are predominantly layered and spherical. Electrochemical tests of the layer show that the corrosion resistance of the layer after the rare earth chemical heat treatment has improved.

Taking into consideration the large positive mixing enthalpy of Cu–Mo, in this work, the relative content of Cu and Mo elements was adjusted to investigate the solidification process and microstructure formation of CrCuxFeMoyNi high-entropy alloys. For CrCu0.5FeMoyNi (y = 0.5, 1) high-entropy alloys, many Cu-rich spheres were observed in the as-solidified microstructures, while macroscopic phase separation structures were obtained in CrCuFeMoyNi (y = 0.5, 1) alloys. Liquid-phase separation occurred in high-entropy alloys when the enthalpy of mixing (ΔHmix）was positive, the valence electron concentration (VEC) was in a range of 8.09–8.44 and the difference in atomic radii (δ) was between 3.39 and 4.25. For lower positive ΔHmix, Cu-rich spheres were observed, while for higher positive ΔHmix, macroscopic phase-separated structures were obtained.

Objective To discuss the activation characteristics of the prefrontal cortex of people with mild cognitive impairment （MCI） due to brain trauma during working memory tasks. Methods The psychological experiment design software E-prime was used and N-back paradigm was adopted as working memory task. Functional near-infrared spectroscopy （fNIRS） was used to detect changes in cortical oxygenated hemoglobin concentrations of 22 channels within the prefrontal lobe of 24 people with MCI due to brain trauma （study group） and 27 healthy volunteers （control group） with matching gender and age. Behavioral data, such as the number of keystroke errors and reaction time, were recorded simultaneously. Independent samples t test and non-parametric test were used to compare the mean value of oxygenated hemoglobin concentration change, the number of key errors and the mean value of reaction time of the two groups in each task. Results （1） The differences in the number of errors and reaction time between the two groups in 1-back and 2-back tasks had statistical significance （基于fNIRS技术检测脑外伤所致轻度认知功能障碍者工作记忆.目的 探讨脑外伤所致轻度认知功能障碍者在执行工作记忆任务中前额叶皮质的激活特点。 方法 利用E-prime心理实验设计软件，采用N-back范式作为工作记忆的任务，应用功能性近红外光谱成像（functional near-infrared spectroscopy，fNIRS）技术检测24名脑外伤所致轻度认知功能障碍者（研究组）和年龄、性别相匹配的27名健康正常志愿者（对照组）前额叶22个通道的皮质氧合血红蛋白（oxyhemoglobin，HbO）浓度的变化，同步记录按键错误个数和反应时间等行为学数据。采用独立样本t检验、非参数检验等对各个任务下两组HbO浓度变化平均值和按键错误个数、反应时间平均值进行比较。 结果 （1）两组在1-back与2-back任务中的错误个数、反应时间差异均具有统计学意义（法医精神病学；颅脑损伤；功能性近红外光谱成像；认知功能障碍；前额叶皮质；工作记忆.

间皮性/单核细胞性心脏偶发性心脏赘生物（MICE）是由组织细胞和间皮细胞组成的罕见心脏良性增生性病变。因与心内膜相连，漂浮在心腔内，易误诊为血栓或恶性肿瘤。迄今为止，该病变国内外报道检索到不足50例，其发病机制仍不清楚。该文报道发生于51岁女性经确诊的MICE 1例，并通过复习相关文献，从临床病史、辅助检查、组织形态及免疫组织化学及预后等方面进行总结以提高对该病变的认知，减少漏诊及误诊。.

The aim of this study was to investigate the molecular mechanism of miRNA-9-5p in cervical cancer.The expression level of microRNA-9-5p (miR-9-5p) in cervical cancer (CC) tissues and cell lines was examined by quantitative Real Time-Polymerase Chain Reaction. Cells were transfected with Lipofectamine 3000. Cell proliferation was measured by Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8). Invasion assays were performed in 24-well transwell chambers system with 8 μm pores. Cell invasion was evaluated by transwell assay. Western blot was used to detect the changes of epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) and SOCS5. The effects of miR-9-5p on tubule formation were examined under different doses of γ radiation. Immunohistochemistry assay was used to analyze the protein expression of SOCS5. Fluorescence microscopy analysis was used to measure autophagosomes after cells treated with γ irradiation.From the Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database, the expression of miR-9-5p was significantly higher in cervical cancer patients than in the negative ones, and it was verified in 22 paired of lymph node-positive patient tissues and negative. The overexpression of miR-9-5p promoted proliferation and invasion of cervical cancer cells in vitro and primary tumor growth in vivo. MiR-9-5p reduced the tubule generation after the radiation dose of 4Gy. Besides, we identified SOCS5 as the target of miR-9-5p, and the overexpression of SOCS5 could inhibit miR-9-5p mimics from promoting tubule formation.MiR-9-5p could promote proliferation and invasion of CC cells in vitro and in vivo. MiR-9-5p could affect angiogenesis and radiosensitivity of CC cells by targeting SOCS5.

患者产后2个月逐渐出现双手背散在水疱，光照后加重，避光后减轻，伴瘙痒，无疼痛。发病时尿色发红，常与病情严重程度一致，缓解期尿色正常。检查结果显示，尿胆色素原（PBG）试验阴性，尿曝光试验阳性，尿卟啉试验阳性。基因检测发现编码原卟啉原氧化酶（PPOX）基因发生突变（c.471GA），诊断为变异型卟啉病。.

据大多数单基因遗传性心血管疾病患病率推测，我国有4 000余万人是其遗传受累者。随着遗传与基因组学的进展，308种罕见心血管疾病中约2/3已经找到致病基因，可供临床诊断及家系级联筛查。某些单基因遗传性心血管疾病，如长QT综合征、单基因高血压、主动脉疾病等，可以进行精准诊断、精准治疗和精准预防。由于该领域进展迅速，我国心血管界同仁知识储备需要加强。同时，单基因遗传性心血管疾病基因诊断还面临诸多挑战，需要不断学习、实践和提高。.

Viral diseases have been a major limiting factor in the production of chili pepper (Capsicum chinense Jacp. cv. Yellow Lantern) in Hainan Province, China. In a 2009 disease survey, we found heavily infected fields of chili pepper exhibiting typical viral disease symptoms in three counties in Hainan. Total RNA was extracted from leaves of 14 randomly sampled plants and used as templates for reverse transcription (RT)-PCR using a pair of primers (forward 5′ CGTAGACAACACACTCATGGT 3′, reverse 5′ GTTTTCCCAGTCACGAC(T)16 3′) that were originally designed to detect Chilli veinal mottle virus (ChiVMV) (2). PCR fragments of 1.6 kb were amplified from the diseased but not the symptom-free samples and were subsequently sequenced. While most samples were found to be infected with ChiVMV, sequences of PCR fragments from three samples showed identities greater than 90% to two sequences of Chilli ringspot virus (ChiRSV), a member of Potyviridae, available in GenBank (Accession Nos. DQ925439 and DQ925438) (1), but less than 60% to that of the Hainan isolate of ChiVMV (Accession No. GQ981316), a distinct potyvirus (2). Furthermore, two of the samples contained one ChiRSV genotype while the third sample contained a different ChiRSV genotype, with a sequence identity of 91.7% between the two. Using these sequences, we subsequently designed a pair of primers (forward 5′ TGGGATAGAGCATCTGAGC 3′ and reverse 5′ GAGTCATTTAGGTCATAATCAGTTT 3′) for specific amplification of ChiRSV but not ChiVMV by RT-PCR. A ChiRSV-specific 0.6-kb DNA fragment was amplified from 8 of the 14 samples. Sequencing of these amplicons confirmed the presence of ChiRSV in these samples. Flexuous, rod-shaped virus particles, typical of the potyviruses, were observed by electron microscopy in the virion preparations purified from chili plants infected only with ChiRSV. Virion protein was purified and subjected to analysis by the MALDI-TOF/TOF tandem mass spectrometer (BGI, Shenzhen, China), yielding 35 peptide fragments that share the highest sequence homology to the coat protein of Vietnamese ChiRSV C8 and C9 isolates (GenBank Accession Nos. ABL09413 and ABL09414) (1) with protein sequence coverage of 61.8% and 52.9%, respectively. On the basis of these data, we concluded that the chili plants in Hainan were infected with ChiRSV. This virus was first reported in Vietnam in 2008 (1) but has not been found elsewhere. Leaves of the chili plants infected only with the Hainan isolate of ChiRSV displayed green banding along the main and major lateral veins, light interveinal chlorosis, and crinkling, similar to the symptoms of ChiVMV previously reported in Hainan (2). However, ChiVMV-infected leaves were notably more distorted than those infected by ChiRSV. We did not observe the characteristic ringspots described on ChiRSV-infected chili peppers in Vietnam (1). The difference in the symptoms may be accounted for by different ChiRSV genotypes, chili varieties, or a combination of both. The finding of two distinct viruses causing similar symptoms will help to improve identification and management of viral diseases on chili peppers. References: (1) C. Ha et al. Arch. In this paper, the L-shaped numerical mode is established to analyze leakage characteristics of flexible bristle brush seal. The flow field of brush seal is analyzed, and the effects of differential pressure, rotating speed and temperature on the leakage rate were studied as well. The leakage rate of the flexible bristles brush seal under different pressure and rotating speed was measured and compared with the numerical results. The results show that: Pressure drop mainly occurred in bristles pack; Small pressure difference, high temperature and high speed can improve the sealing performance, which, shows that the flexible bristles brush seal can well adapt to high temperature and high speed conditions; The leakage rate after running-in is slightly lower than that before running-in, and has better sealing performance, and the brush bristles arrangement is complete and tight after test, indicating that the flexible bristle brush seal has the ability of lasting and stable seal; The error between experimental results and numerical simulation results is less than 10%, and the variation trend is consistent, confirming the accuracy of the leakage rate obtained by numerical simulation.

The Chinese human body size was corrected by the combination of height growth rate and height linear ratio. Under the constraint of sitting posture, the H-point fitline model of the 5th, 50th and 95th percentile male drivers in China was obtained, and the optimal H-point range and SgRP point height were determined. The problem of high seat height has been optimized. At the same time, a operating lever layout position model is established; The actual measurement was made in the Class A vehicle, and the shift lever arrangement position was redefined. Conclusion: The height adaptability of the seat is improved; the operating comfort of the shift lever is improved; the visible area of the instrument panel becomes larger, and the 10th percentile male driver in China has a larger blind spot.

In this study, the effects of Portulaca oleracea L. on blood and egg lipid of Dongxiang dark chickens was investigated. Forty-eight Dongxiang dark chickens with good physical condition and peak of egg production were selected. They were divided into four treatments, three replicates for each treatment with four chickens per replicate according to the principle of body weight and the number of eggs produced. Four diets adding Portulaca oleracea L. of different dose with 0%, 1%, 2% and 3% were fed for 35d, respectively. Eggs were collected from 25d until the end of the experiment, and venous blood was collected on 35d. The results showed that total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) in serum and cholesterol content in eggs with adding 2% Portulaca oleracea L. was significantly lower than those in the control (0%) while docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) content was significantly higher than the control (PPortulaca oleracea L. was significantly lower than the control, while high density lipoprotein (HDL) and linolenic acid and DHA in eggs was significantly higher than the control (P Portulaca oleracea L. was significantly higher than that of the control (PPortulaca oleracea L. in the diet could change the lipid content in serum and eggs of laying hens.

The effects of 5 different feeding systems on the performance, carcass traits and organ development were studied in pigeon squabs.The 5 treatments were (1) whole grains of maize, pea and wheat plus concentrate feed; (2)whole grains of maize and wheat plus concentrate feed (CWC); (3) whole grains of maize and pea plus concentrate feed; (4)whole grain of maize plus concentrate feed (CC); and (5) compound feed (CF).Feed intake of parent pigeons increased significantly from 0 to 21 d and it was higher in the CF treatment. Body weight of squabs in the CWC treatment was the highest among the 5 treatments in 4 weeks. Body weight losses of parental pigeons during the rearing period were not significantly different among the 5 treatments.Protein intake in CC and CWC treatments was lower than that of the other three treatments. The CWC treatment had the highest daily weight gain and the lowest feed conversion ratio. Treatments were statistically similar in the relative weight of carcass, breast and thigh. CF had the lower relative weight of abdominal fat.Relative weight of gizzard in the CF treatment was significantly lower than that of CWC.It was concluded that the application of free choice feeding of whole grains of maize and wheat plus concentrate feed increased the body weight of 28-d-old pigeon squabs and decreased the feed conversion rate of parent pigeons. This feeding strategy could be commercially interesting in meat-type pigeon production. Nanocrystalline glass ceramics with different concentrations of Nd3+-doped NaYF4 are prepared by melt quenching. Different characterization methods show that the cubic NaYF4 crystalline phase has been formed. Based on the absorption and emission spectra of samples, the absorption (σabs) and emission (σsem) cross sections of Nd3+ (4I9/2 ↔ 4F3/2) in the NaYF4 nanocrystalline glass ceramics are analyzed. The absorption and emission spectra show typical absorption and emission peaks, suggesting the possibility of concentration quenching. The values of σabs and σsem reach 2.04 × 10−21 cm2 and 1.93 × 10−21 cm2, respectively, which are comparable to those of other glasses, and a positive value of the gain cross section (σg) for 0.89 µm is obtained when the population inversion is chosen as 0.2. The results show that the studied material has promising applications in waveguide lasers and optical amplifiers.

The effect of nano-kaolinite clay (NKC) on the early age cracking behavior of cement mortar was investigated. The restrained ring-test method was used to detect shrinkage crack tendency of cement mortar specimen. The cracking and strain on the surface of mortar ring for the ordinary and NKC mortar were monitored. The development of crack width and strain during the drying process were obtained. Finite element analysis is carried out to simulate the evolution of the crack in restrained concrete rings subject to circumferential drying. The results demonstrate that the addition of NKC increases the shrinkage cracking tendency of mortar at early age. It is found that the crack width is significantly increased in the mortar specimen added with 3% NKC replacement.

To explore the role of hsa-miR-203 in fracture healing and its underlying mechanism.Expression levels of hsa-miR-203 and PBOV1 in patients with hand fractures and intra-articular fractures after treatment were detected by quantitative Real-Time-Polymerase Chain Reaction (qRT-PCR). Viability and apoptosis of osteoblast cell line hFOB1.19 after hsa-miR-203 overexpression or knockdown were detected by cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8) assay and flow cytometry, respectively. The target gene of hsa-miR-203 was predicted by bioinformatics and verified by dual-luciferase reporter gene assay. Rescue experiments were conducted to further verify whether hsa-miR-203 could participate in fracture healing via PBOV1.No significant hsa-miR-203 expression was found in patients with hand fractures and intra-articular fractures after treatment for 7 days, which was remarkably upregulated on the 14th day. PBOV1 expression was gradually downregulated as treatment time prolongation. Overexpression of hsa-miR-203 decreased cell viability, but induced apoptosis of hFOB1.19 cells. Bioinformatics predicted that PBOV1 might be the target gene of hsa-miR-203, which was further verified by dual-luciferase reporter gene assay. The effect of hsa-miR-203 on viability and apoptosis of hFOB1.19 cells was reversed after the PBOV1 knockdown.Hsa-miR-203 inhibits fracture healing by regulating osteoblast viability and apoptosis via targeting PBOV1.

To reveal this enigmatic mechanism, by combining advances in high quality interface growth, 16O \documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \begin{document}$$\leftrightarrow$$\end{document}↔ 18O isotope substitution, and extensive data from angle resolved photoemission spectroscopy, we provide striking evidence that the high Tc in FeSe/SrTiO3 is the cooperative effect of the intrinsic pairing mechanism in the FeSe and interactions between the FeSe electrons and SrTiO3 phonons. Furthermore, our results point to the promising prospect that similar cooperation between different Cooper pairing channels may be a general framework to understand and design high-temperature superconductors., The mechanism of enhanced superconducting transition temperature (Tc) at the FeSe/SrTiO3 interface remains enigmatic. Here, Song and Yu et al. reveal the evidence of cooperation between intrinsic pairing interaction in FeSe and interfacial electron–phonon coupling to enhance the Tc at the FeSe/SrTiO3 interface.
