The paper studies the main tasks mentioned in the national standardization in the field of land valuation. The research includes analysis of current legislative, regulatory support of standardization in the field of property valuation and property rights, including land. Estimation of the land in any country is a profession that is regulated by a system of related standards. In Ukraine, the most influential are national and international valuation standards. Valuation of property and property rights is essential for the functioning and development of civilized market relations. World experience shows that development of the market system in the country gradually began to increase the need in professional evaluation that would ensure the existence of different market segments.The authors considered some major factors that affect the value of land, the main ones are legal, spatial, market, quantitative, qualitative, economic and technological. It has been established that the national standards in land valuation do not reflect all gained national and international experience and the estimates do not include changes in the latest edition of the International Valuation Standards, which summarizes the best estimated practice. Modern conditions of appraisal activity in Ukraine lead to compliance with International Valuation Standards applicable to national standards. Based on international experience, adjustment to the International Valuation Standards help national assessors to correctly identify their land value, reasonably defend its position during the evaluation. Встановлено, що Національні стандарти у сфері оцінки землі не відображають весь набутий національною та міжнародною оцінками досвід і не враховують зміни в останніх редакціях Міжнародних стандартів оцінки, що узагальнюють кращі оціночні практики. Запропоново впроваджувати в практику оціночної діяльності міжнародні норми та правила оцінки майна.

The article raises the peculiarities of controlling and knowledge assessment of the students in the system of postgraduate medical education. The author proposes a three-pronged approach in the knowledge assessment, abilities and skills of the students-physicians during practical classes and seminars relying on the principle of andragogical training. Self-analysis, self-assessment of the learner, estimation of each other and a teacher' observations of the listeners' work is a fundament to the development of assessment criteria. Qualitative and organizational assessment systems are the most suitable in the medical establishments of postgraduate education. The author distinguishes general and specific criteria for assessing the knowledge of medical workers. It is advisable to combine normative criterion with the personal approach. Software learning management system Moodle has already earned its favorable reputation during final monitoring and evaluation of students' knowledge.

The demand for writing this type of article is predetermined by the urging context of Lithuanian social work practice. The recent resonant cases of families at risk which have been noted by public because of ongoing abuse and death of children, in spite of the number of different professionals being involved with the families for years, have disclosed the necessity for empowering the social work professionals to use effective social work methods. Assessment in social work process is been considered to be the key element in effective practice which would result in change of clients’ situation. However, the social work theory is often neglected by the professionals that are not able to move social work principles into the practice. It is considered that social work practice should be organized in line with the theoretical principles, so the aim of this article is to introduce the effective assessment methods grounded in innovative social work theory and developed by social work professionals working with families at risk in Lithuania’s socio cultural context. The object of the study – the development and implementation of the practical method of assessment which is grounded in theory of social work. The objective of the study – to analyze the theory of assessment in social work and to introduce the principles of narrative assessment application in social work with families at risk practice. The study is been performed by making the scientific literature analysis and disclosure of inductive development of assessment model grounded in social work theory. The assessment is the key element of social work process which is ongoing process, usually integrated into all phases of social work practice. The assessment has to help the social worker to use personalization and valuing the diversity principles, apply constructive cooperation between clients and social worker in order to lead the practice process based on narrative assessment approach in the decision making on further actions for the desired change. The application of practical model of assessment which is been developed by integrating eco-mapping method, family strengths and difficulties chart and unique content of organizing assessment in order to develop common narrative together, is a handy to use tool that empowers the client to get involved into the process and realize the nature of their situation as well as to cooperate in decision making that leads into planning the further actions and development of family social work plan.

This paper summarizes the theoretical and methodological approaches of Russian and foreign authors to disclose the concepts of "competitiveness of the enterprise" and "corporate social responsibility". Internal and external indicators of corporate social responsibility of enterprises for the purpose of installation of their impact on the competitiveness of enterprises were allocated. The conceptual model of enterprise competitiveness evaluation tool based on corporate social responsibility was built. The algorithm for using assessment tools taking into account the competitiveness of the enterprise with corporate social responsibility was developed and on the example of the enterprise of JSC "NK" Rosneft "was tested. В данной статье обобщены теоретические и методологические подходы российских и зарубежных авторов к раскрытию понятий «конкурентоспособность предприятия» и «корпоративная социальная ответственность». Выделены внутренние и внешние показатели корпоративной социальной ответственности предприятий с целью установления их влияния на конкурентоспособность предприятий. Построена концептуальная модель инструмента оценки конкурентоспособности предприятия с учетом корпоративной социальной ответственности. Разработанный алгоритм использования инструментария оценки конкурентоспособности предприятия с учетом корпоративной социальной ответственности был апробирован на примере предприятия ОАО «НК «Роснефть».

Рассматривается сущность различных подходов к оценке конкурентоспособности промышленной продукции предприятия. Представлены пять видов оценки конкурентоспособности, разнесенных по стадиям жизненного цикла продукции. Доказано, что важность выбора оценки конкурентоспособности, особенно на стадии конструкторской разработки, состоит в достоверности и полноте результатов оценки, что, в свою очередь, влияет на успешность реализации технического проекта. Обоснован основной недостаток существующих методов оценки конкурентоспособности – отсутствие учета фактора времени и динамического изменения показателей конкурентоспособности продукции. Проанализированы современные концепции оценки уровня конкурентоспособности. Показано, что в системе методов оценки конкурентоспособности можно выделить две основные категории – ее показатели и уровень. The content of different approaches, which make it possible to give an estimation to competitiveness of the production of an enterprise is considered. It was introduced five types of competitive assessment, separated by stages of the product life cycle. It has proved that the importance of selecting an estimation of competitiveness especially at the stage of design development is at the reliability and completeness of the evaluation results which in its turn affects on the successful implementation of a technical project. According to the results of the analysis, the conclusion that the main disadvantage in the existing methods is in the absence of the registration of the dynamics of the indices of the productive competitiveness is made. It has considered the modern concept of the competitiveness level evaluating. It has proved that two main categories: its performance and its level – can be identified in the system of the competitiveness evaluation methods.

The article deals with the nature, role and importance of personnel evaluation in terms of development of modern society and economy. The authors describe aspects of the formation of staffing cultural institutions in rural areas. The possible methods of creative worker’s evaluation in cultural institutions are analyzing. The innovative method for artists estimating was considered. The form of questioning by visitors of rural cultural institution for effective evaluation of the creative workers was worked out. The main advantages of the proposed assessment method were characterized.

Bachelor thesis is focused on methods of assessment which are using during biology lessons at secondary schools and grammar school in Prachatice. In this thesis is covered general exploration which devotes methods of assessment and theirs characteristics. There are also results of questionnaire which is bearded on assessment during biology lessons. It was found out that the most using form of assessment is written examination and the least using form is oral examination. Afterwards was found out that there is not significant contrast between pupil who have heard about the term formative assessment and pupil who have never heard the term. Respondents considered formative assessment more motivating than summative assessment.

У статті проведений аналіз методів оцінювання конкурентоспроможності підприємства. В ході проведеного дослідження розроблений системний підхід до оцінки конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Запропонований підхід представляє собою оцінку конкурентоспроможності підприємства за окремими підсистемами управління підприємством, а саме: конкурентоспроможності виробничої, фінансової, маркетингової, контрактної діяльності, організації збуту, управління персоналом підприємства, конкурентоспроможності продукції та загального рівня конкурентоспроможності підприємства. В статье представлен анализ методов оценки конкурентоспособности предприятия. В ходе проведенного исследования разработан системный подход к оценке конкурентоспособности предприятия. Предложенный подход представляет собой оценку конкурентоспособности предприятия по отдельным подсистемам управления предприятием, а именно: конкурентоспособности производственной, финансовой, маркетинговой деятельности, организации сбыта, управления персоналом предприятия, конкурентоспособности продукции и общего уровня конкурентоспособности предприятия. Methods of assessment for enterprise’s competitiveness were analyzed in this article. System approach to assessing the competitiveness of an enterprise was developed in the research. The proposed approach represents an assessment of competitiveness by individual management subsystems of the enterprise, namely: the competitiveness of production, financial activity, marketing, contract activities, sales transactions, HR management and competitiveness of products.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of assessment of students when teaching vocational subjects at high school. The work has theoretical and empirical character. In the beginning it deals with the definition of term, types and the function of the school evaluation. Following parts deal with methods and forms of assessment. A special attention is paid to the classification and verbal evaluation. The thesis also deals with the definition of self-assessment and peer assessment. In empirical part of the thesis there is the result of a case study which was intended to find out how teachers and students evaluate and what methods and forms of assessment are used. This case study is based on the observation of teaching vocational subjects at high school using video recording, questionnaire survey among teachers and students.

This article discusses how the quality issue in conference interpreting can be approached using a scheme for quality assurance. Participants in conferences have different roles and not always the same preferences, while interpreters depend on speakers and may have to work for heterogeneous audiences. On the basis of a model of mediated multilingual conference communication, interpreting processes and conditions can be analysed with the aid of a list of parameters; the list can be used by clients and conference interpreters for their overall and personal quality assurance., Cet article porte sur la qualité en interprétation de conférence. Après la discussion des rôles assumés par les différents interactants et leurs préférences ainsi que des conditions d’interaction dans lesquelles le travail de l’interprète se situe, une grille de paramètres est proposée qui peut servir à assurer la qualité pour chaque interprète ainsi que pour ses clients. L’objectif est de contribuer à la gestion de la qualité en coopération des interprètes avec les autres participants d’une conférence, coopération qui peut améliorer l’interprétation ainsi que la communication multilingue.

Based on the results of factor and cluster analysis, which allow to choose the most important indicators effecting on the performance of the enterprise and identify the low, medium and high levels of economic and financial security of the enterprise.

The article refers to the concept of territorial cohesion. It focuses on its terminological complexity and close relations with the ideas of social and economic cohesion. The second part of the paper is aimed at presenting and discussing the usability of the chosen methods of measuring territorial cohesion. The attempts to assess spatial dimension of cohesion relate to international, regional and sub-regional levels. In the first case they are strongly influenced by the EU development policy and ESPON achievements, whereas in the second one, the objectives of the presented research projects respond rather to regional and national needs. Discussing the concept and methodology of measuring territorial cohesion is preceded by presenting a wide range of exemplary variables used in illustrating the analyzed phenomena.

Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico We conducted four experiments to efficiently identify common bean lines resistant to Fusarium wilt. The specific objectives were to develop and compare assessment methodologies, evaluate inoculation methodologies, identify sources of resistance to Fusarium wilt and obtain information in respect to the process of infection from Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. phaseoli (Fop). Thus, we first developed a new scale for assessment of the severity of Fusarium wilt (healthy control plant relative scale HCPR) which, in addition to the typical Fusarium wilt symptoms (death, leaf wilting and chlorosis and dwarfism), considers the symptom of reduction in common bean growth. The results obtained through this scale were compared to the results obtained through four scales already described in the literature. For that purpose, we set up an experiment with 15 lines of common bean using a randomized block design with four replications, each plot consisting of a pot with three plants. Assessments were made at 21 days after inoculations (DAI). According to the results obtained, the HCPR scale is more precise than the previously described methodologies. In a subsequent methodologies of inoculation (February/March (hot season of second Fop experiment, in two we compared environmental HS) and June/July (cold season four conditions CS)). The lines Manteigão Fosco 11, VP8 and Meia Noite were used in this experiment. The experimental design was randomized blocks with three replications, and plots consisted of two pots with three plants. Assessments of the severity of Fusarium wilt took place every three DAI, through use of the HCPR scale developed in the first experiment. The most suitable time period for assessment of the severity of Fusarium wilt was at 22 and 37 DAÍ in the hot and cold periods of the year, respectively. The inoculation methodology that best discriminated the lines was cutting 1/3 of the root length, followed by immersion in the Fop conidium suspension for 5 minutes. In the third study, using the HCPR scale from the best inoculation methodology and assessment time according to the previous experiments, we phenotypically characterized 197 common bean elite lines assessed in the Value for Cultivation and Use (VCU) trials in Minas Gerais in the period from 2002 to 2012 in regard to reaction to Fusarium wilt. A randomized block design with two replications was used. Each plot consisted of a pot with three plants. Of the 197 lines assessed, 29 proved to be resistant. After identifying sources of resistance, we conducted a fourth study where we sought to understand the process of infection from Fop. For that purpose, we used the lines Manteigão Fosco 11 (resistant), VP8 (intermediate) and Meia Noite (susceptible). At 43 days after inoculation, stem segments were observed in a scanning electron microscope. The lines Manteigão Fosco 11 and VP8 exhibited material occluding the xylem vessels, which possibly restrict colonization by Fop. Apparently, resistance of common bean lines to Fop may also be explained by greater compaction of xylem cells. Com o objetivo de identificar eficientemente linhagens de feijoeiro resistentes à murcha-de-fusário foram conduzidos quatro experimentos, onde os objetivos específicos foram: desenvolver e comparar metodologias de avaliação, avaliar metodologias de inoculação, identificar fontes de resistência à murcha-de-fusário e obter informações a respeito do processo de infecção de Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. phaseoli (Fop). Assim, primeiramente foi desenvolvida uma nova escala de avaliação da severidade da murcha-de-fusário (Escala relativa a plantas testemunhas sadias RPTS) que considera, além dos sintomas típicos da murcha-de-fusário (morte, murcha e clorose das folhas e nanismo), o sintoma redução do crescimento dos feijoeiros. Os resultados obtidos por essa escala foram comparados com os resultados obtidos por quatro escalas já descritas na literatura. Para isso, foi instalado um experimento com 15 linhagens de feijoeiro, utilizando o delineamento em blocos casualizados, com quatro repetições, sendo cada parcela representada por um vaso com três plantas. As avaliações foram realizadas aos 21 dias após as inoculações (DAI). De acordo com os resultados obtidos, a escala RPTS é mais precisa em comparação com as metodologias anteriormente descritas. Em seguida, em um segundo experimento foram comparadas quatro metodologias de inoculação de Fop, em duas condições ambientais (fevereiro/março (época quente - EQ) e junho/julho (época fria - EF)). Nesse experimento, foram utilizadas as linhagens Manteigão Fosco 11, VP8 e Meia Noite. Foi utilizado o delineamento em blocos casualizados com três repetições e parcelas constituídas por dois vasos com três plantas. As avaliações de severidade da murcha-de-fusário foram realizadas a cada três DAI, fazendo-se uso da escala RPTS desenvolvida no primeiro experimento. A época mais adequada para avaliação da severidade da murcha-de-fusário foi aos 22 e 37 DAI, no período quente e frio do ano, respectivamente. A metodologia de inoculação que emprega corte de 1/3 do comprimento das raízes com posterior imersão na suspensão de conídios de Fop por cinco minutos foi a que melhor discriminou as linhagens. No terceiro estudo, fazendo-se uso da escala RPTS, da melhor metodologia de inoculação e época de avaliação de acordo como os experimentos anteriores, caracterizou-se fenotipicamente 197 linhagens elites de feijoeiro avaliadas nos ensaios de Valor Cultivo e Uso (VCU) em Minas Gerais, no período de 2002 a 2012 quanto à reação à murcha-de-fusário. Foi utilizado o delineamento em blocos casualizados com duas repetições. Cada parcela foi representada por um vaso com três plantas. Das 197 linhagens avaliadas, 29 se mostraram resistentes. Após se identificar as fontes de resistência, foi conduzido um quarto estudo, onde se visou entender o processo de infecção de Fop. Para esse fim, foram utilizadas as linhagens Manteigão Fosco 11 (resistente), VP8 (intermidiária) e Meia Noite (suscetível). Aos 43 dias após a inoculação, segmentos de caule foram observados em microscópio eletrônico de varredura. As linhagens Manteigão Fosco 11 e VP8 apresentaram material ocluindo os vasos do xilema, os quais possivelmente restrigem a colonização por Fop. A resistência de linhagens de feijão a Fop, aparentemente, também pode ser explicada pela maior compactação das células do xilema.

Наведено найчастіші місця травм сухожилків згиначів. Обговорено способи оцінки результатів відновного лікування, що пропонуються в сучасній реабілітаційній практиці, підсумовано основні причини неповноцінного лікування. The paper summarizes data on the frequency of hand injuries, weight injuries flexor tendons of fingers were considered clinical tests offered to diagnose the nature of injuries. There are some common sites of injuries of flexor tendons. Discussed ways of assessing rehabilitation treatment offered in modern rehabilitation practice, move the main reasons for inferior treatment.

Most of the staff who wants to benefit from on-line teaching technologies in their courses, neither can use these technologies nor evaluate the students' achievement effectively. Text based instructional materials, asynchronous communication techniques and inappropriate evaluation methods have made poor the quality of the on-line teaching in on-line courses. Since an effective on-line teaching requires the advanced on-line teaching technologies including evaluation of students' achievement effectively it is an important requirement to investigate the competencies and views of teaching staff related to on-line teaching assessment.
