This study examined gender differences in mental health of bereaved parents related to the gender of deceased only child in China, an only-child society with traditional culture of son preference, using data drawn from the China Family Planning Survey on Vulnerable Households in 2017. The findings indicated that parents with deceased only child suffered from more negative mental health symptoms than nonbereaved parents. For only-child-death families, there were no statistically significant gender differences in mental health of parents, and the gender of the deceased only child was basically unrelated to maternal/paternal mental health. Due to the implementation of one-child policy in China, both sons and daughters are highly prized and equally relied on by aging parents owing to the irreplaceability of the only child, which might moderate the effects of traditional culture of son preference on bereaved parental mental health. Low pay and the absence of professional identity (PI) are often blamed as major antecedents related to the turnover of social workers in China, yet no study has provided any consideration of the two antecedents together in predicting the turnover intention (TI) of social workers and comparing them, which acts as a more powerful predictor. Based on a sample of 819 participants and by using structural equation models, the current study indicated whether pay satisfaction (PS) or PI could predict TI; the results show that PS plays a stronger role. The findings identified the mediating role of PI in the relationship between PS and TI, but the moderating role of the type of sector (TS) was not supported. The findings suggest that it is necessary to advocate for adequate pay for social workers all over the world. Additionally, PI should be a top priority in social work education, training, exams and practice. Meanwhile, the government should strengthen the purchase of social work services, and a greater proportion of purchase money should be used to pay social workers. By introducing other oxide materials (SiO2, Al2O3, CaO) into the red mud, all materials were melted into aluminosilicate glasses. On the basis of 17.2Fe2O3-5.7CaO-18.2Al2O3-50SiO2-5.9Na2O-3TiO2 system glasses, [Al2O3]/[CaO] mass ratio changed further. For each sample, the assignment of IR absorption bands for aluminosilicate glasses was investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and the glasstransition temperature and high temperature molten state were studied by differential scanning calorimetry. According to X-Ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry, the behavior of crystallization was analyzed. The results show that the glass structures of three-dimensional network are depolymerized and the amount of non-bridging oxygens increases gradually with network modifier CaO replacing network intermediate Al2O3 when [Al2O3]/[CaO] ratio of aluminosilicate glass decreases from 4.05 to 0.66, resulting in decreasing density, melting temperature, crystallization peak temperature and glass-transition temperature. As [Al2O3]/[CaO] mass ratio decreases, the concentration of crystallized phase maghemite (γ-Fe2O3) will increase which provides the possibility for production of black glass-ceramic further. Aluminoborosilicate glasses with different amounts of LaO and CeO were prepared respectively by the conventional melting-quenching method. The structure, thermal property parameters and dielectric property parameters were investigated by Fourier-Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), Differential Scanning Calorimetry and the impedance analyzer. Results from FTIR displayed that the degree of polymerization increased first and then fell down with the addition of LaO, and reached the maximum value when the amount was 0.5 mol%. Meanwhile, the degree of polymerization of glasses doped with CeO arrived at the largest as the content of CeO reached 2.0 mol%. The thermal stability of glasses doped with LaO got enhanced first and then deteriorated, and reached the maximum when the content was 0.5 mol%; Meanwhile, the glasses doped with CeO also fluctuated a little. The dielectric constant (ε) and dielectric loss (tan α) of the samples fell down as the frequency increased. The ε and tan α of the samples doped with LaO reached the minimum value when the amount got to 0.5 mol%; The ε of the glasses doped with CeO turned minimum when the amount was zero, but the tan α was the smallest when the amount reached 1.0 mol%. Introduction: Deglycosylated azithromycin (Deg-AZM), a newly developed Class I drug with good therapeutic effects on slow transit constipation, is a small-molecule transgelin agonist that has been approved for clinical trials in 2024. The preclinical pharmacokinetic profile of Deg-AZM was investigated to support further development., Methods: A LC-MS/MS method was established and validated to detected the concentration of Deg-AZM in various biological samples. In vivo tests such as pharmacokinetic studies in rats and dogs, tissue distribution studies in rats, and extraction studies in rats were conducted to investigated the preclinical pharmacokinetic behaviors of Deg-AZM comprehensively. The plasma protein rate of Deg-AZM was determined by rapid equilibrium dialysis method in vitro . The metabolic stability and metabolite profile of Deg-AZM was assessed using pooled mice, rats, dogs, monkeys and humans microsomes in vitro . The PK profiles of Deg-AZM in human was predicted based on physiologically based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) models., Results: The plasma protein binding rates of Deg-AZM were lower in mice and rats, higher in dogs, and moderate in humans. The metabolic process of Deg-AZM was similar in rat and human liver microsomes. From Pharmacokinetic studies in rats and dogs, Deg-AZM was rapidly absorbed into the blood and then quickly eliminated. Plasma exposure of Deg-AZM was dose dependent with no accumulation after continuous gavage administration. In addition, there is no significant gender difference in the pharmacokinetic behavior of Deg-AZM. Deg-AZM was widely distributed in the tissues without obvious accumulation, and mainly excreted from the urinary excretion pathway.
