Background The incidence of mucocutaneous lymph node syndrome (MCLS), also known as Kawasaki disease (KD), has been increasing year by year. Coronary artery lesions (CAL) induced by KD has become the main cause of acquired heart disease in children. Many clinical studies show that mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) is associated with CAL in KD, but the strength of association between them differs across original research on different individuals. Objective To systematically evaluate the correlation between MP infection and CAL in KD, providing evidence for early and timely delivery of effective clinical treatment to improve the quality of life and to prevent adverse outcomes in children with KD. Methods Observational studies on KD〔KD patients with MP infection (MP-IgM positive) (exposed group) compared with those with simple KD (control group), with CAL as the outcome measure〕 were retrieved from databases of CNKI, Wanfang Data, VIP, SinoMed, PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library and Web of Science from inception to April 3, 2022. Two researchers independently performed literature screening and data exaction. The Newcastle-Ottawa Scale (NOS) was used to evaluate the quality of included studies. Stata 15.0 and RevMan 5.4 were used for data analysis. Results A total of 31 studies involving 6 131 subjects were included. The average quality score of the studies rated using the NOS was 7, indicating a high overall quality. In the context of achieving the dual-carbon goal, the power sector is actively exploring ways to make a low-carbon transition. The transformation of traditional thermal power involves the safety and reliability of electricity supply in the power system, and the low-carbon transformation involves changes and transformations in various aspects, which requires huge investments and costs. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the low-carbon transition strategy of power grid enterprises and assess the benefits generated by low-carbon transition of power grid enterprises. This paper first analyzes the background and transformation objectives of the low-carbon transformation of the power industry. Then it analyzes the potential of low-carbon development on the power generation side, puts forward the path of low-carbon transformation on the power generation side according to the development potential, and analyzes the role mechanism of low-carbon technology to generate low-carbon benefits, and constructs the assessment model based on system dynamics according to the role mechanism of low-carbon benefits. Simulation analysis is carried out through actual data, and the results show that the low-carbon transition strategy can produce more economic and environmental benefits, and can provide suggestions for subsequent development for reference.

The global urban area is expanding continuously, resulting in unprecedented emissions and deposition of reactive nitrogen (N) in urban environments. However, large knowledge gaps remain in the ecological effects of N deposition on urban forests that provide key ecosystem services for an increasing majority of city dwellers. The current understanding of the spatial patterns and ecological effects of N deposition in urban forests was synthesized based on a literature review of observational and experimental studies. Nitrogen deposition generally increases closer to cities, resulting in an urban hotspot phenomenon. Chemical components of N deposition also shift across urban-suburban-rural gradients, showing higher ratios of ammonium to nitrate in and around urban areas. The ecological effects of N deposition on urban forest ecosystems are overviewed with a special focus on ecosystem N cycling, soil acidification, nutrient imbalances, soil greenhouse gas emissions, tree growth and forest productivity, and plant and soil microbial diversity. The distinct effects of unprecedented N deposition on urban forests are discussed in comparison with the common effects in natural forests. Despite the existing research efforts, several key research needs are highlighted to fill the knowledge gaps in the ecological effects of N deposition on urban forests.
