While there are sophisticated resources available for displaying NGS data, including the Integrative Genomics Viewer (IGV) and the UCSC genome browser, exporting regions and assembling figures for publication remains challenging. In particular, customizing track appearance and overlaying track replicates is a manual and time-consuming process. Here, we present SparK, a tool which auto-generates publication-ready, high-resolution, true vector graphic figures from any NGS-based tracks, including RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, and ATAC-seq. Novel functions of SparK include averaging of replicates, plotting standard deviation tracks, and highlighting significantly changed areas. SparK is written in Python 3, making it executable on any major OS platform. Using command line prompts to generate figures allows later changes to be made very easy. For instance, if the genomic region of the plot needs to be changed, or tracks need to be added or removed, the figure can easily be re-generated within seconds without the manual process of re-exporting and re-assembling everything. After plotting with SparK, changes to the output SVG vector graphic files are simple to make, including text, lines, and colors. Eine durch solcheinen Palettierer zu erfüllende Aufgabe ist die flächensparende Anordnung der zugeführten Produkte in einzelne Lagen.Im Rahmen einer Kooperation zwischen der Trapo AG, einem Anbieter von Fördersystemen, Automatisierungstechnikin der Logistik, Greifersystemen und Palettiersystemen und dem Institut für Getriebetechnik, Maschinendynamik undRobotik der RWTH Aachen soll eine Hochleistungskinematik zur Bildung dieser Lagen ausgelegt werden. Im Rahmendieses Beitrags wird ein neuartiges optimierungsbasiertes Vorgehen unter Berücksichtigung der Dynamik und Steifigkeitvorgestellt. Für die gewählte parallele fünfgliedrige Struktur wird ein Satz von Parametern definiert, der die kinematischenund dynamischen Eigenschaften sowie die Steifigkeitseigenschaften beschreibt. Ein daraus erstelltes Modell des Roboterswird anhand von Beispielaufgaben hinsichtlich der benötigten Antriebsmomente und der Verformung des Robotersoptimiert. In the context of thiscontribution, a novel optimization-based approach will be presented, taking into account dynamics and stiffness. For theselected parallel fivebar structure, a set of parameters is defined which describes the kinematic and dynamic properties aswell as the stiffness properties. A model of the robot created from this will be optimised with regard to the required drivetorques and the deformation of the robot on the basis of example tasks. El objetivo principal de este TFG es desarrollar una serie de herramientas didácticas interactivas que complementen los contenidos teóricos de la asignatura Teoría de Mecanismos y faciliten un aprendizaje autónomo más eficiente. Esta asignatura se cursa tanto en el Grado como en el Máster en Ingeniería Mecánica en la Universidad técnica de Aquisgrán (RWTH Aachen), Alemania. Se pretende convertir los mecanismos que se explican en las clases magistrales, a partir de imágenes sin movimiento, en aplicaciones gráficas interactivas con el fin de que el alumno llegue a ser el protagonista de su aprendizaje de manera autónoma. Para el desarrollo de dichas aplicaciones didácticas interactivas, se emplearán aplicaciones tales como Office, Inventor y GeoGebra.

In der automatisierten Fertigung und Handhabung von Teilen kommen Roboter mit mechanischen Greifwerkzeugen als Endeffektoren in allen Industriezweigen zum Einsatz. Aufgrund unterschiedlicher geometrischer Formen, Größen und Massen der zu greifenden Objekte steigen die Anforderungen an die mechanischen Greifwerkzeuge. Am Beispiel eines pneumatisch angetriebenen Greifers wird gezeigt, wie mit unterschiedlichen Syntheseverfahren und nachgeschalteter Analyse die komplexen Randbedingungen berücksichtigt werden können. Es wird ein dynamisch interaktives Vorgehen unmittelbar mit den Ergebnissen einer multikriteriellen Optimierung verglichen.

Übersicht über das olfaktorische System von Parkinson Mausmodellen mit dem Ergebnis, dass die untersuchten Mausmodelle nicht geeignet sind um die präklinischen olfaktorischen Defizite der Krankheit zu untersuchen. 4. Charakterisierung von LRBA, einem Mitglied der BEACH Protein Familie. In LRBA-Ko Tieren ist signifikant weniger olfaktorisches G-Protein in den Zilien vorhanden, was auf eine Rolle von LRBA beim ziliärem Transport hindeutet.

Internationale.; International audience; Afin d’assurer un assemblage automatisé des produits, un concept de manipulation très polyvalent et très flexible est nécessaire. Une des approches possible est l’utilisation de robots coopérant afin d’assurer la maniabilité de l’objet indépendamment de sa taille et de sa forme. L’inconvénient majeur de cette approche est le nombre élevé d’actionneurs nécessaires. 18 actionneurs sur 3 robots sont, par exemple, requis pour obtenir 6 degrés de liberté sur l’objet à déplacer. Cela exige une architecture de contrôle complexe et mène à des coûts élevés. De plus, réarranger des robots industriels représente une perte de temps considérable. Ceux-ci ne sont pas conçus pour être déplacés et nécessitent un calibrage précis. Dans le but de combiner mobilité, flexibilité et polyvalence en un seul concept, un nouveau système de manipulation, appelé PARAGRIP (Parallel Gripping), a été développé. Ce système est constitué de plusieurs bras disposant chacun d’un degré de mobilité de 6. Les bras peuvent être actionnés indépendamment les uns des autres. Des éléments de contact, pouvant être notamment des électro-aimants ou des ventouses, sont montés à l’extrémité des bras. Ils assurent ainsi la fonction d’accouplement rigide temporaire entre le bras et l’objet dans toutes les directions. Après préhension, l’objet fait partie intégrante de la structure cinématique et peut être guidé à l’instar d’une plateforme de mécanisme en boucle fermée, similaire à une architecture de robot parallèle. Le système requiert un total de 6 actionneurs pour avoir 6 degrés de liberté sur l’objet à déplacer. Des actionneurs supplémentaires sont nécessaires pour assurer la préhension de l’objet. L’élément de contact n’étant pas conçu spécifiquement pour l’objet, la manipulation d’objets de formes et de tailles différentes devient possible sans aucune modification physique. Le résultat est un concept de manipulation efficient, très flexible et très polyvalent. Le concept PARAGRIP offre de reconfigurer les chaînes cinématiques avant ou pendant la manipulation de l’objet. Cet article traite de l’augmentation de la flexibilité et de la polyvalence d’un système de manipulation, mais aussi de l’impact d’une structure reconfigurable sur l’efficacité et l’optimisation des coûts de ces systèmes.
