Introduction: Slow coronary flow (SCF) is an angiographic phenomenon characterized by delayed opacification of epicardial coronary arteries without an obstructive coronary disease. Serum soluble urokinase-type plasminogen activator receptor (suPAR) levels seem closely related to atherosclerosis due to increased inflammation and prothrombotic state. We studied whether circulating suPAR is related to SCF. Material and methods: The present study was cross-sectional and observational. It included 75 individuals who underwent coronary angiography with suspected CAD and had angiographically normal coronary arteries of varying coronary flow rates. The relationship between suPAR, C-reactive protein (CRP) and SCF was investigated. Forty patients with isolated SCF (mean age: 46.0 ±4.14 years) and 35 age- and gender-matched control participants with normal coronary flow (NCF) and normal coronary arteries (NCA) (mean age: 46.0 ±5.7 years) were included in the study. We used logistic regression analysis to determine the predictors of SCF. Results: The clinical characteristics were not statistically significantly different between SCF and NCA groups. Serum suPAR level was significantly higher in the SCF group than the control group (2.5–5.4 ng/ml vs. 0.1–1.4 ng/ml; p < 0.001). Also the serum CRP level was higher in the CSF group than the control group (1.57 ±0.43 mg/l vs. 0.53 ±0.23 mg/l; p < 0.001). Conclusions: This study revealed significantly increased serum suPAR levels in patients with SCF. Although we cannot draw conclusions on the underlying pathological process of SCF, we believe that these findings may be pioneering for further studies investigating the specific roles of circulating suPAR in the SCF phenomenon in the coronary vasculature.

Bu araştırmada, karekod barkodlar aracılığıyla etkileşimli hale getirilen tarih ders kitabının lise 12. sınıf öğrencilerinin `Atatürkçülük ve Türk İnkılâbı` ünitesindeki konularının öğrenimine ve tarih dersinde teknoloji kullanımına yönelik tutumlarına etkisini incelemek amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma 2018-2019 eğitim öğretim yılında Adana ili sınırları içerisinde bulunan alt sosyoekonomik düzeyde bir devlet okulunda yapılmıştır. Araştırmada ön test - son test kontrol gruplu yarı deneysel desen kullanılmış, barkodlu etkileşimli ünitelerin etkililiğini sınamak için deney ve kontrol grupları oluşturulmuştur. Araştırmada 32'si kontrol grubu ve 33'ü deney grubu olmak üzere toplam 65 öğrenci yer almıştır. Araştırma verileri toplanırken öğrencilerin tarih konularındaki başarılarını ölçmek amacıyla araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan 25 soruluk `Akademik Başarı Testi`; teknoloji tutumlarını ölçmek amacıyla Yavuz ve Coşkun (2008) tarafından hazırlanmış ve gerekli izin kendisinden alınarak söz konusu bu tutum ölçeği tarih dersinde teknolojiye yönelik tutumlarına ilişkin şeklinde uyarlanarak beşli likert tipindeki 19 maddelik `Tarih Dersine Yönelik Teknoloji Tutum Ölçeği` kullanılmıştır. Dersler kontrol grubunda mevcut öğretim programına uygun şekilde anlatılmış, deney grubunda ise tasarlanan etkileşimli ünite kapsamında konular içerisine yerleştirilen karekod ile tabletlerin seçilen ünitedeki konuyla ilgili görsel ve işitsel materyalleri açması sağlanarak işlenmiştir. Araştırma kapsamındaki konular işlenmeden önce ve sonra ölçekler kontrol ve deney grubu öğrencilerine ön test ve son test olarak uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada verileri analiz etmek için IBM SPSS (Statistical Packet for Social Sciences) 22.0 programı kullanılmıştır. Tutum ölçeğinden ve akademik başarı testinden ortaya çıkan veriler t-testi ile analiz edilmiştir. Analizler sonucunda etkileşimli ünite tasarımı kullanımının öğrencilerin akademik başarılarında varolan mevcut öğretim programındaki yöntemlere göre daha etkili olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Bunun yanında akademik başarıya etki büyüklüğü değeri 0.67 (orta düzeyde) olarak bulunmuştur. Öğrencilerin tarih dersinde teknolojiye yönelik tutumlarında ise deney grubu öğrencilerinin ölçeğin alt boyutlarının tamamında tutum puanlarının daha yüksek çıktığı ölçülmüş; fakat bu farklılığın istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık olmadığı tespit edilmiştir.Anahtar kelimeler: Etkileşimli Ünite, Teknoloji Destekli Tarih Eğitimi, Karekod, QR Kod ile Eğitim, FATİH Projesi, EBA In this study, it is aimed to investigate the effects of the history book which is interacted via 2D code barcodes on the attitudes of the 12th grade students at the ` Kemalism and Turkish Revolution` unit and their attitudes towards the use of technology in the history lesson. The research was carried out in a lower socioeconomic state school within the borders of Adana province in the 2018-2019 academic year. In this research, a quasi-experimental design with pre-test and post-test control group was used, and experimental and control groups were formed to test the effectiveness of the barcode interacting units. A total of 65 students, 32 of whom were in the control group and 33 in the experimental group, participated in the study. While collecting research data, the 25-item ` Academic Achievement Test` prepared by the researcher was used to measure the success of the students in history subjects; In order to measure the technology attitudes, prepared by Yavuz & Coşkun (2008) and the necessary permission was taken ,and this attitude scale was adapted to quinary likert scale` the attitudes towards technology in the history lesson. Lessons were processed with traditional teaching methods in the control group, and in the experimental group, the lessons were prepared with the help of the code barcode placed on the tablets 'chosen subjects within the scope of the interactive unit designed to open the visual and audio materials and videos about the subject in the selected unit. The scales were applied as pre-test and post-test to both group students before and after the unit subjects were processed. For the analysis of the data, SPSS (Statistical Packet for Social Sciences) 22.0 program was used. Data obtained from achievement test and attitude scale were analyzed by using t-test. Analyzes have shown that the use of interactive unit design is more effective than the current traditional method in students' academic achievements in the subjects covered by the research. In addition, the effect size value was calculated as 0.67 (medium level). Bu çalışma yapılırken, konunun Borçlar Hukuku dairesindeki düzenlemeleri ele alınmış ve geneli itibariyle tez, bu kapsamla sınırlandırılmıştır. Vekâlet kavramı ve paralelindeki temsil yetkisi göz önüne alındığında konunun ne denli geniş kapsamlı olacağı ve bunun tek bir tez çalışmasının hayli üstünde bir içeriğe sahip olduğu görülecektir. Disgerminom, dev boyutlara ulaşabilen overin en sık görülen maligntümörüdür. Genelde hormon salgılamamakla beraber beta-HCG salgılayabilirler. Bizdekarında kitle ve karın ağrısı şikâyetleri olan radyolojik görüntüleme iletespit edilen beta-HCG salgılayan dev boyutlara ulaşmış disgerminom tanılı 3olguyu inceledik. Üç olguya da salpingo-ooferektomiameliyatı yapıldı. Bir olguda komsu lenf nodlarından, peritondan ve karşıoverden örnekleme yapıldı. Bir olgu da üç haftada bir dört kür BEP (Bleomisin, Etoposid, Sisplatin)kemoterapi protokolü ile fertilite de korunarak tedavi sağlanmış oldu. Birolguda da 3 kür BEP kemoterpi protokülü verilmesi planlandı ve 2 kür BEPkemoterapi protokolü verildi., Disgerminomais the most common malign tumor of the ovary that can reach giant sizes. Bu çalışmanın amacı bireysel ahlaki ideolojinin kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk algısı üzerindeki etkisini araştırmaktır. Bireysel ahlaki ideoloji ile kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk algısı arasındaki ilişkiyi tespit edebilmek için Türk iş dünyasından çeşitli sektör ve statüden 167 profesyonelin katılımıyla nicel bir araştırma yapılmıştır. Bulgular ışığında yapılan araştırmada bireysel ahlaki ideoloji ile kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk algısı arasında istatistiki bir ilişki saptanamamıştır. The purpose of this research is to measure the effect of personal ethical ideology on the perception of corporate social responsibility. To determine the relationship between personal ethical ideology and corporate social responsibility perceptions of 167 Turkish business professionals from several sectors and positions quantitative research technique was used. Based on the data provided by the participating professionals, it was concluded that there is not a significant relationship between personal ethical ideology and corporate social responsibility perception of the business professionals in the sample group. 107

Giriş:Bu çalışmanın amacı, normal sol ventrikül ejeksiyonfraksiyonu olan asemptomatik kronik alkolik hastalarda subklinik globalsistolik fonksiyon bozukluğu olup olmadığını “speckle tracking ekokardiyografi(STE)” yöntemini kullanarak araştırmaktır.Hastalarve Yöntem: Çalışmaya, 30 sağlıklı hasta(ortalama yaş 34.8 ± 5.8 yıl) ve 75 asemptomatik alkolik hasta (ortalama yaş39.8 ± 6.5 yıl) alındı ve bu hastalar yaşamı boyunca aldığı etanol miktarına(TLDE) göre iki gruba ayrıldı: grup I (TLDE < 15 kg etanol/vücutağırlığı-kg) ve grup II (TLDE ≥ 15 kg etanol/vücut ağırlığı-kg). İki boyutluSTE analizinde, sol ventrikül (LV) global longitudinal strain (G-LS), sistoldelongitudinal global strain rate (G-SRsys), erken diyastolde longitudinal globalstrain rate (G-SRearly) ve geç diyastolde longitudinal global strain rate(G-SRlate) değerleri hesaplandı.Bulgular:Alkolik hastalarda, sistol sonu ve diyastol sonuçapların daha geniş, interventriküler septum ve posterior duvarın daha kalın veLV kitle indeks değerlerinin daha yüksek olduğu saptandı. Ancak, alkolikhastalar arasında sistol sonu ve diyastol sonu çaplar ve LV kitle indeksdeğerleri açısından anlamlı bir farklılık saptanmadı. Gruplar arasında LVejeksiyon fraksiyonu açısından farklılık yoktu. Alkolik hastalarda G-LSdeğerleri daha düşüktü (p< 0.001). LV kitle indeksi ve LV çaplarında anlamlıfarklılık olmamasına rağmen, G-LS değerlerinin alkolik hastalarda belirgindüzeyde daha düşük olduğu gösterildi. Kontrol grubu ile kıyaslandığında,G-SRsys değerlerinin alkolik hastalarda daha düşük olduğu ancak G-SRearly veG-SRlate değerlerinde farklılık olmadığı saptandı. G-LS değerleri ile TLDEarasında anlamlı bir korelasyon olduğu gösterildi (r= 0.49, p< 0.001).Sonuç: Bildiğimiz kadarıyla çalışmamız literatürde, kronikalkolik hastalarda 2D-STE ile değerlendirmede longitudinal sistolikfonksiyonlarda erken bozulmanın olduğunu gösteren ilk çalışmadır. In the two-dimensional (2D)-STE analysis, theleft ventricular (LV) global longitudinal strain (G-LS), longitudinal globalstrain rate in systole (G-SRsys), longitudinal global strain rate in earlydiastole (G-SRearly) and longitudinal global strain rate in late diastole(G-SRlate) values were obtained.Results:Alcoholic patients had larger end-systolic and end-diastolic dimensions,thicker interventricular septal and posterior wall and higher LV mass index.However, there were no differences in the end-systolic and end-diastolicdimensions and LV mass index among them. Giriş:Bu çalışmanın amacı, kardiyak sendrom X (KSX)hastalarında monositin HDL kolesterole oranı (MHO)’nı ve kolay kullanılabilirinflamatuvar göstericileri araştırmaktır.Hastalarve Yöntem: Çalışmaya 50’si KSX ve 50’sinormal koroner arterlere sahip toplam 100 hasta dahil edilmiştir.Bulgular:Total beyaz küre sayısı, nötrofil sayısı, monositsayısı, lenfosit sayısı, nötrofil/lenfosit oranı, C-reaktif protein, hsCRP veMHO KSX grubunda artmıştır (p< 0.05), ancak HDL kolesterol CSX hastalarındakontrol grubuna göre azalmıştır (p< 0.05). Korelasyon analizindeMHO’nun hsCRP (r= 0.375, p< 0.001) veCRP (r= 0.403, p< 0.001) ile pozitif yönde korelasyon olduğugösterilmiştir. Multivariate logisticregresyon analizinde MHO’nun KSX hastalığını göstermede bağımsız bir göstergeolduğu bulundu [odds ratio: 1.250, 95% confidence interval (CI): 1.240-1.461,p< 0.001]. Sınır değeri 90.6 alırsak, MHO bu oran ile KSX hastalığınınvarlığını %78 duyarlılık ve %70 özgüllükle göstermektedir. The study was carried out to determine the variation of fruit quality properties of pomegranate cultivar ‘Hicaznar’ in the nine commercial orchards where located in Aegean (İzmir, Aydın, Denizli), Mediterranean (Antalya), and South East (Şanlıurfa) regions, in 2013 growing season. For this purpose, physical characteristics (weight, the size, shape index, fruit peel rate, peel thickness, grain yield, fruit juice yield and peel colour) in the fruit samples which were taken in harvest time were determined. In the study, there was found significantly differences between the orchards for some of the evaluated characteristics. According to data the values of fruit weight were between 259.8 and 740.8 g, the value of fruit width were between 77.78 and 110.51 mm, the fruit heights were between 69.14 and 96.48 mm, the value of shape index were between 0.85 and 0.93, the fruit peel rates were between %43.57 and %51.32, the peel thickness were between 4.37 and 5.54 mm, the grain yields were between %48.68 and %61.91, the fruit juice yields were between %64.79 and %75.87; L values were between 38.55 and 48.25, a* values were between 47.35 and 55.43, b* values were between 17.07 and 24.27 among the orchards. There were no relationship between altitude and fruit physical characteristics in the study. Generally the largest (481.64 g) and the reddest peel (a*=52.58) of fruit was obtained in Antalya region. While the fruit juice yield of Aegean and Mediterranean regions were similar (69%), and Şanlıurfa (75%) region had the highest yield., Bu çalışma, 2013 büyüme sezonunda, Hicaznar nar çeşidinin meyve kalite özelliklerinin bölgelere göre değişiminin belirlenmesi amacıyla; Ege (İzmir, Aydın, Denizli), Akdeniz (Antalya) ve Güneydoğu Anadolu bölgelerinde (Şanlıurfa) bulunan toplam 9 bahçede yürütülmüştür. Bu amaç doğrultusunda ticari hasat zamanında alınan meyve örneklerinde fiziksel özellikler (ağırlık, en, boy, şekli indeksi, meyve kabuk oranı, kabuk kalınlığı, dane randımanı, meyve suyu randımanı ve kabuk rengi) belirlenmiştir. Çalışmada bazı özellikler için bahçe ortalamaları arasında önemli farklar çıkmıştır. Elde edilen verilere göre meyve ağrılığı 259.8-740.8 g; meyve eni 77.78-110.51 mm; meyve boyu 69.14-96.48 mm; şekil indeksi 0.85-0.93; meyve kabuk oranı % 43.57-51.32; kabuk kalınlığı 4.37- 5.54 mm; dane randımanı %48.68-61.91; meyve suyu randımanı % 64.79-75.87; L değeri 38.55- 48.25; a değeri 47.35-55.43 ve b değeri 17.07-24.27 arasında değişmiştir. Çalışmada rakım ile meyve fiziksel özellikleri arasında anlamlı bir ilişki görülmemiştir. Genelde en iri (481.64 g) ve kabuğu en kırmızı (a*=52.58) meyveler Antalya bölgesinden elde edilmiştir. Meyve suyu randımanı Akdeniz ve Ege’de benzer (% 69) olurken, Şanlıurfa’da en yüksek (% 75) olmuştur.

Bu çalışma, Karadeniz Bölgesi Ordu ili Perşembe ilçesi Efirli köyünde, benzer özellik taşıyan 3 ayrı Harward çeşidi kivi bahçesinde yürütülmüştür. Her bir bahçede belirlenen 6 dişi kivi bitkisinin 3 tanesine arı girişi serbest bırakılmış, 3 tanesine ise arıların girmesini engellemek için kafes içerisine alınarak çiçeklenmeden 3 gün önce 3.8 mm x 3.8 mm gözenekleri bulunan file ile kapatılmıştır. Belirlenen her bahçeye çiçeklenme öncesi 5’er adet arılı kovan getirilmiştir. Çiçeklenme döneminde her bir bitkide 5 çiçek üzerinde eş zamanlı olarak 10’ar dakika süreyle bal arısı ve diğer böceklerin ziyaret sayımları yapılmıştır. Bal arılarının, bitkinin 12 günlük çiçeklenme dönemi içerisinde 5 çiçek üzerine ortalama 5.63 adet ziyaret yaptığı saptanmış olup morfolojik olarak bal arısına eşit veya daha büyük böceklerin ziyaret gerçekleştirmediği gözlenmiştir. Bitkilerdeki tam çiçeklenme döneminde ağaçlar üzerindeki çiçek sayısı ortalama 775.51 adet çiçek/ağaç olarak belirlenmiştir. Bitkideki çiçeklenme süresince kovanlara her gün polen tuzakları takılarak, günlük polen sayımları yapılmıştır. Tuzaklarından toplanan ve rastgele seçilen 200 polen paleti içerisinde ortalama olarak 33.55 kivi polen paleti belirlenmiştir. Arı tarafından tozlaştırılan ağaçlarda ortalama olarak çiçeklerin %98.92’si arı girişine kapatılan ağaçlarda ise ortalam %32.08’si döllenerek meyveye dönüştüğü saptanmıştır. Bal arıları etkin tozlaşmaya bağlı kivide verim ve kaliteyi artırmakta olup Kivi Bitkisi de Bal arıları için çok iyi bir polen kaynağıdır.

Despite significant benefits including mortality advantage demonstrated with antiplatelet therapy in large clinical trials, the occurrence of adverse ischemic events, including stent thrombosis after percutaneous coronary intervention has been the challenging and devastating complication. Clopidogrel as a monotherapy, or more common in combination with aspirin, represents a cornerstone of modern pharmacotherapy in the invasive era. Although vigilance in maintenance of this dual antiplatelet treatment is mandatory, obligatory cessation of one of these agents can be observed in rare circumstances of adverse events. We describe a patient who developed recurrent acute stent thrombosis associated with clopidogrel-induced allergic reaction and discuss our therapeutic considerations.
