La filière Sculpture du département Restauration du C2RMF accompagne responsables de collections et restaurateurs libéraux pour la réalisation de restaurations fondamentales de sculptures polychromées. À la fois garante d’une déontologie et d’une méthodologie exposées ici, elle participe ainsi d’une recherche appliquée en conservation-restauration dans un domaine où la notion de réversibilité ne peut être strictement mise en œuvre, en particulier lors d’opérations de dégagement de polychromie. The Sculpture section of C2RMF’s Restoration Department helps those in charge of collections and independent restorers to car0ry out fundamental restoration on polychrome sculptures. Guaranteeing both the deontology and methodology described here, it thus participates in applied research in conservation-restoration in a domain where the notion of reversibility cannot strictly be implemented, particularly during operations involving the removal of overpaint.

In this study, it is aimed to present a model proposal for the study of etudes, which have an important place in cello education. The work is carried out by, who has an important place in the cello repertoire. It is limited to the technical difficulty analysis of study 7 in the J.L. Duport 21 study book. In the research, the difficulties encountered by the students while studying the J.L. Duport study number 7 were determined, and a model proposal was tried to be developed for this. The study is a two-stage study, descriptive and experimental. In the descriptive stage, Duport study number 7 was examined in terms of technical difficulties, descriptive notation analysis was made, and exercises were written to overcome the technical difficulties. The experimental phase, on the other hand, was carried out with 2 cello students taking individual instrument lessons in the 3rd and 4th grades, who are studying in the Music Education Department of Pamukkale University Fine Arts Education Department. In the experimental stage, the written exercises were tried on the experimental group and observed in terms of the experimental and control groups. At the end of the study, it was concluded that there were significant differences in favor of the experimental group among the participants participating in the experiment. It is predicted that students will be able to write and apply exercises to overcome the difficulties in their own study or work by using this model proposal developed when there is no instructor with them, and that with these exercises they write, they will be able to overcome the difficulties in a faster, effective, and permanent way, and their technical and musical playing quality will increase., Bu çalışmada viyolonsel eğitiminde önemli bir yeri olan etütlerin çalışılmasına yönelik bir model önerisi ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma, viyolonsel repertuvarında önemli bir yeri olan J.L. Duport 21 etüt kitabındaki 7 numaralı etüdün teknik güçlük analizi ile sınırlandırılmıştır. Araştırmada, öğrencilerin J.L. Duport 7 numaralı etüdü çalışırken karşılaştıkları zorluklar belirlenmiş, buna yönelik bir model önerisi geliştirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışma betimsel ve deneysel olmak üzere iki aşamalı bir çalışmadır. Betimsel aşamada Duport 7 numaralı etüt, teknik zorluklar bakımından incelenerek betimleyici notasyon analizi yapılmış ve teknik zorlukları aşmaya yönelik alıştırmalar yazılmıştır. Deneysel aşama ise, Pamukkale Üniversitesi Güzel Sanatlar Eğitimi Bölümü Müzik Eğitimi Ana Bilim Dalında eğitim görmekte olan 3. ve 4. sınıf bireysel çalgı dersi alan 2 viyolonsel öğrencisi ile yapılmıştır. Deneysel aşamada, yazılan alıştırmalar deney grubu üzerinde denenmiş, deney ve kontrol grubu açısından gözlemlenmiştir. Çalışma sonunda deneye katılan katılımcılar arasında deney grubu lehine anlamlı farklılıklar olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Öğrencilerin yanlarında bir eğitmen olmadığı zamanlarda geliştirilen bu model önerisini kullanıp kendi çalıştıkları etüt ya da eserdeki zorlukları aşmak için alıştırmalar yazabilecekleri ve uygulayabilecekleri, yazdıkları bu alıştırmalar ile zorlukları daha hızlı, etkili ve kalıcı bir biçimde aşabilecekleri, bununla birlikte teknik ve müziksel çalma kalitelerinin artacağı öngörülmektedir.

В статье раскрываются разнообразные задачи, решаемые Галиной Кантор-Молотовой в области театрального и декоративного искусства, станковой живописи и скульптуры. Достижения работающей в Кишиневе с 1972 года выпускницы Ленинградского института театра, музыки и кинематографии (1971, по специальности «театральная техника и оформление спектакля» со специализацией «художник-скульптор театра кукол») признаны в Молдавии и в других странах. Ее произведения находятся в Театральном музее имени А.А. Бахрушина и Музее Театра Образцова в Москве, в Ташкенте, в частных коллекциях России, Украины, Эстонии, Германии, Франции и других стран. Более 10 персональных выставок этого мастера было организовано в Кишиневе и Париже. Об отдельных гранях творчества художницы написано немало статей, но в целом ее путь не исследовался с достаточной полнотой. В некоторой мере этот пробел восполняет недавно изданный альбом «Galina Cantor-Molotova», презентация которого состоялась в Кишиневе в Национальном музее истории Молдовы на открытии выставки избранных произведений — кукол для детского театра, гобеленов и живописи. Однако местное издание небольшим тиражом увидят лишь немногие любители искусства. Творчество Г. Кантор-Молотовой достойно введения в широкий искусствоведческий оборот, включая не только кукол и эскизы декораций для спектаклей, но и гобелены, скульптуру, живопись.

Since DSM-5 and the shift in paradigm away from medically explaining somatic symptoms, the current category of Somatic Symptom Disorders now puts psychological criteria in the diagnostic focus. However, both the wording in the diagnostic criteria for somatic symptom disorder (DSM-5) and bodily distress disorder (ICD-11) remain vague. Potential psychological criteria for these disorders have been proposed, yet no systematic overview on their empirical evidence exists. We therefore aimed to conduct a systematic review of all literature providing evidence for psychological factors attributed specifically to Somatic symptom Disorder of the DSM-5 and Bodily Distress Disorder of the ICD-11. We will evaluate these factors in the context of disorder-relevant outcomes pertaining to severity, quality of life and health status or in comparison to a relevant control group, in order to assess their empirical relevance and diagnostic value.

La migraine est une maladie neurologique qui touche 15 % de la population mondiale. Elle a de graves répercussions sur les relations sociales et la qualité de vie du patient, c’est un réel problème de santé publique. La prise en charge évolue avec l’arrivée sur le marché de nouveaux traitements porteur d’espoir pour les patients souffrant de migraine. En vue d’améliorer la qualité de vie des patients, la Société Française d’Études des Migraines et des Céphalées (SFEMC) a actualisé les recommandations de la prise en charge de la migraine. Il existe des recommandations de la prise en charge, mais une dynamique pluridisciplinaire doit être mise en place pour la prise en charge des patients migraineux, en l’occurrence le pharmacien n’apparait pas dans les référentiels.Les pharmaciens d’officine sont des acteurs de santé facilement accessibles et disponibles pour les patients, de plus leurs activités s’orientent vers l’accompagnent du patient. Notre étude évalue pour la première fois les attentes des patients migraineux envers les accompagnements personnalisés par les pharmaciens d’officine via les réseaux sociaux. Nous avons émis l’hypothèse que le développement des entretiens pharmaceutiques serait pertinent, mais ne nous savons pas si les patients étaient ouverts à une telle opportunité.

Kanun sazı teknik yönden Türk müziğinin en zengin çalgıları arasında yer almaktadır. Özellikle Türk müziğinin naif özelliklerinin yanı sıra Batı musikisinin teknik özellikleri de kanun sazında rahatlıkla kullanılabilmektedir. 1900’lü yılların başında elde edilebilen kanun kayıtlarıyla birçok icra şekli, dolayısıyla icra tekniği tespit edilebilmiştir. Bu teknikler günümüze dek uygulanmış, geliştirilmiş ve başka tekniklerle harmanlanıp başka kullanımlara evrilmiştir. Bu tekniklerin en başında ise “Çektirme” başka deyişlerle çekerek, sürüme, süpürme gibi tabirlerle de anılan teknik kullanım gelmektedir. 20.yüzyıl itibariyle her kanun icracısının sıklıkla fakat farklı yöntemlerle kullandıkları bu teknik literatürde henüz geniş ölçekte değer bulamamıştır. Özellikle günümüz kanun icracılarından Ahmet Meter ve Halil Karaduman bu teknik kullanımı bilinçli şekilde kullanmışlar ve çektirme tekniğinin dikkat çekmesi hususunda öncü rol oynamışlarıdır. Bu çalışmada çektirme tekniğinin hem literatüre kazandırılması hem de bu tekniğin kullanılabilirliğinin arttırılması amaçlanmaktadır. Nitel araştırma yöntemiyle hazırlanmış bu çalışma bir durum çalışmasıdır. Çalışmada içerik analizi ve doküman analizi teknikleri kullanılmıştır. Bu doğrultuda çektirme tekniğinin tarihsel kullanım esasları üzerine bilgilere yer verilmesinin yanı sıra günümüz kullanımıyla bir köprü oluşturulup eldeki veriler çerçevesinde betimlemeler yapılmıştır. Daha sonra elde edilen bulgular neticesinde çektirme tekniğinin nasıl bilinçli bir teknik kullanım haline getirileceği hususlarına değinilmiştir. Çalışmanın son bölümünde çektirme tekniği kullanımı bir eser üzerinden detaylı bir şekilde irdelenmiştir. Çalışma, sadece çektirme tekniğinin günümüz literatürüne kazandırılması bakımından değil ayrıca sağ el kullanımının daha etkili kullanımı açısından da önemlidir. Çalışma sonucunda çektirme tekniğinin kanun icracıları için zaruri bir çalışma alanı olduğu, bu tekniğin bilinçli bir şekilde kanun eğitimi verilen kurumlarda anlatılıp öğretilmesi gerektiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır., The Kanun instrument is technically one of the richest instruments in Turkish music. In particular, besides the naive features of Turkish music, the technical features of Western music can be used easily in the Kanun instrument. With the Kanun records that could be obtained in the early 1900s, many types of performance and performance techniques could be determined. These techniques have been applied, developed, blended with other techniques, and evolved into other uses. At the forefront of these techniques is the technical use, which is also referred to as "Çektirme" technique. As of the 20th century, this technique, which is frequently used by every Kanun performer, but with different methods, has not yet found its place in the literature on a large scale. Especially Ahmet Meter and Halil Karaduman, today's Kanun performers, have used this technique consciously and played a leading role in drawing attention to the Çektirme technique. This study aims to bring the Çektirme technique to the literature and increase the usability of this technique. This study is a case study prepared with qualitative research methods. Document analysis and content analysis techniques were used in the study. In this regard, besides giving information on the historical usage principles of the Çektirme technique, a bridge with today's usage was created, and descriptions were made within the framework of the available data. Then, as a result of the findings obtained, the issues of how to use the Çektirme technique consciously were mentioned. In the last part of the study, the Çektirme technique was examined in detail over a piece of work. The study is important not only in terms of bringing the Çektirme technique to today's literature but also in terms of more effective use of the right hand. As a result of the study, it was concluded that the Çektirme technique is an essential field of study for Kanun performance, and this technique should be explicitly explained and taught in institutions where Kanun education is given.

Cet article commence par se demander quelles sont les pressions qui poussent aujourd’hui les institutions culturelles à avoir besoin de la participation des spectateurs. Il en identifie de deux ordres : la marchandisation de nos attentions et une certaine idée de la démocratie. Il va ensuite chercher chez Fred Moten la notion d’étude (study) et le principe jurisgénérativiste pour reconfigurer les enjeux et les valorisations possibles de la participation culturelle. Il conclut en s’inspirant du premier livre de Vilém Flusser pour concevoir la conversation, y compris dans sa dimension de bavardage, comme constituant le cœur des pratiques d’études ainsi qu’un moteur essentiel de nos communications numériques.

Tic... Tac... Le temps passe... Ne vous êtes-vous jamais demandé comment se fait-il que certaines heures durent des années et que d’autres ne durent qu’une minute ? Pendant la pandémie, le temps vous aura-t-il paru long ? Court ? Bizarre ? Ordinaire ? Différent ? Pour les jeunes, en cours de formation, dont certains enjeux identitaires vocationnels sont importants, comment font-ils pour se construire un avenir professionnel quand ils se retrouvent dans un temps vécu comme « entre parenthèse » (Genevois et al., 2020) et que les modifications des adaptions à la formation sont nombreuses ? Dans quelle temporalité se retrouvent les jeunes et les étudiants pour tenter de maintenir une continuité psychique identitaire dans une rupture sociale ? Depuis longtemps, les recherches montrent que les très jeunes enfants, avant l’entrée dans le langage, perçoivent le rythme et synchronisent le rythme en interaction avec autrui (Fraisse, 1956) ; ils se construisent une temporalité présente, passée et future, et un avenir désiré leur permettant d’attendre, notamment grâce, encore une fois, à l’entourage (Fraisse, 1967). Le langage leur permet de créer des représentations prototypiques d’événements et de repérages temporels (planification) et localisés dans le temps (Tartas, 2010). Mais, pendant la pandémie mondiale de COVID-19, la désynchronisation sociale aurait-elle perturbé en profondeur les constructions de ces bases de l’enfance ? Quelles formes d’adaptation et de choix les jeunes et les étudiants sont-ils prêts à faire lorsqu’on les positionne dans des situations de dilemmes moraux (Piaget, 1946 ; Selman, 1980) sous forme manichéenne ? Comment se re-structurent et s’adaptent les dimensions identitaires des transitions professionnelles ordinaires (Perez-Roux, 2014) lors de la pandémie (Lefer Sauvage et al., 2020) ? Face à des étudiants qui se déclarent dans un temps suspendu en période de confinement total en mars–mai 2020, qu’en est-il deux ans après, quand la pandémie sévit toujours ?

18. yüzyılın son çeyreğinde Niccolo Paganini ile başladığı kabul edilen “virtüöz kemancı-besteci” anlayışı kısa sürede başta Fransa, Almanya ve Rusya olmak üzere Avrupa’nın her yerinde kabul görmüştür. Bu anlayışı kabul eden kemancı-besteciler 19. yüzyıl boyunca bir yandan keman müziğinin devamlılığını sağlarken, diğer yandan teknik becerilerini geliştirmeye odaklanmışlardır. Bu gelişim zamanla bir gelenek haline gelmiş ve hemen her kemancı-besteci solo keman için teknik seviyeleri zorlayacak ölçüde etüt veya kapris dizileri yazmaya başlamışlardır. Henri Vieuxtemps’ın Op.16 Konser Etütleri sözü edilen bu anlayışın en önemli örneklerinden biridir.Bu çalışmada dünyaca ünlü kemancı-besteci Henri Vieuxtemps’ın ileri düzey keman eğitiminde oldukça önemli bir yeri olan Op.16 Konser Etütleri No.1 teknik açıdan incelenmiştir. Op. 16 Concert Studies by Henri Vieuxtemps are one of the most important examples of this understanding.In this study, Op.16 Concert Studies No.1, which has an important place in the advanced violin education of the world-famous violinist-composer Henri Vieuxtemps, was examined technically. It is envisaged that the information and findings obtained as a result of the research will guide not only the educational process but also the playing of the work.

International audience; Cardiogenic shock is a complex clinical entity associated with very high mortality and intensive resource utilization. Despite the widespread use of timely reperfusion and appropriate pharmacotherapy, the survival rate remains at around 50%. Recently, percutaneous axial flow pumps have been integrated into the therapeutic spectrum of cardiogenic shock management. However, most of the literature supporting their use stems from observational studies. To date, attempts to perform randomized controlled trials with percutaneous axial flow pumps have failed. This underlines the challenge of performing a well-conducted randomized controlled trial that provides the highest level of evidence. Such a trial is warranted, because percutaneous axial flow pumps are costly, and are associated with serious complications. The major pitfalls of previous studies were lack of standardized cardiogenic shock definitions according to clinical severity, inappropriate patient and device selection, lack of standardized trial endpoints and high rates of crossovers; these issues must be carefully considered and evaluated. In light of recent trial failures, we aim to summarize the challenges associated with performing randomized controlled trials of percutaneous axial flow pumps in patients experiencing acute myocardial infarction complicated by cardiogenic shock, and to suggest potential means of overcoming them.; Le choc cardiogénique reste une entité clinique complexe associée avec une très haute mortalité et une utilisation intensive de ressource. Malgré la généralisation de la reperfusion précoce et un traitement adapté, le taux de mortalité reste élevée aux alentours de 50 %. Les pompes axiales percutanées ont été récemment intégrées dans l’arsenal thérapeutique du choc cardiogénique. Cependant, la plupart des données de la littérature en faveur de leur utilisation sont de natures observationnelles. À ce jour, les tentatives de réaliser les études cliniques randomisées ont été des échecs. Cela souligne à quel point il reste compliqué de réaliser une étude randomisée bien conduite afin de fournir un niveau de preuve suffisant. Une telle étude est nécessaire car les pompes axiales sont coûteuses et associées avec des complications sérieuses. L’absence de définition standardisée du choc cardiogénique en fonction de sa gravité, une mauvaise sélection des patients ou des interventions, l’absence de critère de jugement validé et le fort taux de crossover sont parmi les écueils majeurs de la réalisation des précédentes études et doivent être prise en compte pour la réalisation des prochaines. À la lumière des échecs récents, nous avons voulu résumer les écueils pour la réalisation d’une étude randomisée utilisant les pompes microaxiales dans le choc cardiogénique secondaire à un IDM et suggérer des voies potentielles de résolution.

Dans le corpus de La Nef des fous de S. Brant, et de ses adaptateurs/traducteurs, J. Locher et l’anonyme auteur de La Grant Nef des folz du monde (1530), on peut repérer une variation et une évolution dans la représentation de la folie des femmes. Chez Brant, sa folie est « naturelle », et donc impossible à corriger. Ses adaptateurs rééquilibrent subtilement les torts, en évoquant la possibilité d’une correction des vices féminins, et en faisant par-là de la femme une véritable cible de la satire.

The third book of Piano Études by György Ligeti has received little analytical attention. Through a Fractal Lens explores the extent to which Ligeti’s interest in mathematics, fractal geometry and chaos theory is reflected in these late works. This study deepens our understanding of how Ligeti was influenced musically by scientific and mathematical concepts, as well as showing that at the end of his life, he was still investigating new ideas. The accompanying composition portfolio of piano and other instrumental works, demonstrates the author’s integration of concepts from fractal geometry and chaos theory, which, along with analysis of Ligeti’s last four piano Études, has broadened and enriched the author’s compositional practice.

Balıkesir Üniversitesi, Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü, Güzel Sanatlar Eğitimi Ana Bilim Dalı, Etüt çalışmaları, piyano eğitiminde herhangi bir tekniği en etkili öğrenme yöntemlerindendir. Piyano eğitiminde etüt denilince akla gelen en önemli isimlerden birisi Carl Czerny ve etütleridir. Türkiye’de piyano eğitimi veren güzel sanatlar liseleri, konservatuarlar, eğitim fakülteleri müzik eğitimi bölümleri gibi kurumlarda Carl Czerny’nin başlangıç seviyesinde sayılabilecek bazı etütleri yaygın olarak öğretilir. Genellikle daha detaylı ve karmaşık etütleri öğretilmez, çalınmaz ya da bu etütler çoğu eğitmen ve öğrenci tarafından da tanınmamaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı Carl Czerny’nin başlangıç seviyesindeki etütleri yanında az tanınan, karmaşık, uzun ve “ustalık” seviyesinde sayılabilecek etütlerini tanıtmaktır. Betimsel tarama modelinde desenlenen çalışmada veriler doküman incelemesi yöntemiyle toplanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler doküman analizi yöntemi ile analiz edilmiştir. Çalışma kapsamında öncelikle Carl Czerny’nin etütleri genel olarak ele alınmıştır. Bu bağlamda ilk olarak başlangıç seviyesindeki, “kolay” sayılabilecek etütleri ile beraber biraz daha az tanınan ustalık seviyesine kadar olan bütün metotları tanıtılmıştır. Çalışmanın bir sonraki adımında, içerdiği zor ve karmaşık teknik yapılar ve müzikal fikirler gözetilerek seçilen Op.740 metodu detaylı olarak form yapısı, müzikal fikirleri ve teknik yönleri ile incelenmiştir. Ardından her bir etüdün hangi amaçla, hangi form ve hangi müzikal fikir ile sunulduğu teker teker açıklanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda Czenry etütlerin başlangıçtan ustalık seviyesine kadar öğrencilerin veya usta icracıların her zaman ve her seviyede yararlanabileceği, içinde çok sayıda karmaşık teknik hareketler bulunan kaynaklar olduğu görülmektedir. Op. 740 “The Art of Finger Dexterity” metodu incelendiğinde ise, kitapta yer alan etütlerin teknik ve müzikal olarak oldukça zengin bir yapıya sahip olduğu belirlenmiştir. Tek bölmeli şarkı formuna sahip iki etüt dışında tüm etütlerde yoğun bir müzikal fikir vardır. Kitapta yer alan etütlerin büyük çoğunluğu majör tonlarda, basit ölçü birimlerinde ve ABA üçlü formda yazılmıştır. Etütler çok çeşitli teknik yapılar içermektedir. Bu teknik yapılar içerisinde en sık kullanılan arpej tekniğidir. Bu çalışmanın Carl Czerny’nin yaygın olarak çalışılan “basit” etütlerinin dışında zor ve karmaşık etütlerinin de çalışılması konusunda istekli olan eğitmen ve öğrenciler için rehber görevi göreceği düşünülmektedir., Etudes are one of the most efficient learning methods to acquire any technique in piano education. When it comes to the etudes in piano education, Carl Czerny and his etudes are one of the most significant names that spring to mind. Carl Czerny’s beginner level etudes are taught in the institutions such as the fine arts high schools, conservatoires and departments of music education that give piano education. However, his more complicated and detailed etudes are not taught, played or these etudes are not known by most of the educators and students. The aim of this study is to introduce Carl Czerny’s complicated, long and ‘’mastery’’ level etudes along with his beginner level etudes. In the study, which was designed in descriptive scanning model, the data were collected by document review method. The obtained data were analyzed by document analysis method. Within the scope of the study, primarily, Carl Czerny's etudes are discussed in general. In this sense, all of his etudes are introduced from the etudes which can be considered ‘’easy’’ at the beginner level up to the slightly less known mastery level. In the next step of the study, the Op.740 method, which was chosen by considering the difficult and complex technical structures and musical ideas it contains, was examined in detail with its form structure, musical ideas and technical aspects. Then, each of the etudes was explained in terms of their aim, form and musical ideas respectively. As a result of the research, it is seen that Czenry etudes are resources with many complex technical movements that students or master performers can benefit from at all times and at all levels, from beginner to mastery level. When the "The Art of Finger Dexterity" method is examined, it has been determined that the etudes in the book have a very rich structure technically and musically. Except for the two etudes which have unitary form, all etudes have an intense musical idea. Most of the etudes in the book are written in major tones, simple time signatures and ABA ternary form. Etudes include a wide variety of technical structures. Among them, the most commonly used arpeggio technique. It is thought that this study will serve as a guide for educators and students who are willing to study the difficult and complex studies of Carl Czerny, apart from his widely studied simple etudes.

International audience; Following a review of seventeen contributions written by a group of twenty-one archaeologists specializing in a majority of the research themes relative to the study of the Roman period, this collective work attempts to identify the principal achievements of regional archaeology and proposes several research objectives possessing programmatic value. These achievements and objectives are logically distributed beneath the following seven headings: the urban phenomenon; the ritual and funerary sphere; territories and rural zones; artisanry and trade; overland thoroughfares and networks; rivers, waterways and the Atlantic coastline, and finally, natural resources.; À la suite d’un bilan réunissant dix-sept contributions rédigées par un ensemble de vingt-et-un archéologues spécialistes de la période romaine dans la plupart de ses composantes thématiques, ce texte collectif tente de dégager les principaux acquis de l’archéologie régionale et propose plusieurs objectifs de recherche à valeur programmatique. The bachelor thesis Virtuosity in the etudes of Fryderyk Chopin, Ferenc Liszt and Sergei Rachmaninoff deals with the study of virtuosity and virtuoso elements in the etudes of Chopin, Liszt and Rachmaninoff. The work first explains what piano virtuosity is and what it consists of. Based on this, the following chapters of the above-mentioned composers are examined and analyzed in the following chapters, as an ideal example of virtuosity. Chopin's Etudes are divided according to the issues that dominate them. Liszt's and Rachmaninov's etudes are not divided according to the issue, as they are more complex. They often contain a combination of multiple problems, and it is difficult to determine which one prevails. Despite the fact that they are not divided, they are treated in the same way as Chopin's etudes. According to the specific problems, the work finds out how to practice the etude and what pitfalls need to be overcome for the interpretation to be successful. At the beginning of the chapter, the author outlines the life destinies of the above composers. Çalgı eğitim sürecinde bireyin karşılaştığı teknik ve müzikal problemlerin çözülmesinde önemli bir yere sahip olduğu düşünülen etütler, amaç ve uygulama biçimi açısından bu süreçte etkin bir şekilde kullanılmaktadır. Bu kapsamda tekniği geliştiren yöntemli çalışma parçası olan etütlerin, spesifik teknik ve müzikal problemlerin çözülmesinde önemli bir yere sahip olduğu düşünülmektedir. Çalgıda tekniği ilerletmek amacı ile yazılmış olan etütler, çalgı tekniğini ustalık düzeyinde geliştirmeyi öngören, çalışılan eserde karşılaşılabilecek pek çok güçlüğün giderilmesine yardımcı olan, icracının kazanacağı tekniğe fayda sağlayan alıştırma parçalarıdır. Birçok bestecinin çalgı tekniğini ve ustalık düzeyini geliştirmeye yönelik etüt kitapları bulunmaktadır. Bu kapsamda C. J. Andersen’in flüt literatüründe yer alan etüt kitaplarının flüt eğitiminde teknik ve müzikal kazanımların elde edilmesinde önemli bir yere sahip olduğu düşünülmektedir. Bu amaçla bu çalışmada C. J. Andersen’in Op.15 içerisinde yer alan 2 numaralı etüdünün teknik ve biçimsel analizi yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda teknik ve biçimsel analizi yapılan bu etüdün teknik gelişim açısından flüt eğitiminde önemli bir yere sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu çalışma etüdün teknik kümelere ayrılması ve biçimsel analizinin yapılması yönü ile daha kalıcı ve sağlıklı bir flüt eğitimini destekler niteliktedir. Çalgı eğitimine yönelik olarak gerçekleştirilen eser ve etüt analizleri, çalışılan eser ya da etütlerin daha iyi anlaşılması ve yorum yapılabilmesi açısından gerekli ve önemli görülmektedir.

Our first part concerns the indications and techniques for extracting impacted wisdom teeth. Our second part concerns suturing techniques following germectomy of wisdom teeth. The third part presents the physiological process of primary and secondary healing at the extraction site. Finally, our fourth chapter presents and analyzes our study carried out on 101 patients who underwent this intervention. The postoperative clinical parameters were recorded on D0, D1, D3, D10, D20 and D60 in order to compare the operative consequences according to two protocols: with or without flap suture.; Notre première partie concerne les indications et les techniques d’extraction des dents de sagesse incluses. Notre deuxième partie concerne les techniques de suture à la suite des germectomies des dents de sagesse. Une troisième partie présente le processus physiologique de la cicatrisation primaire et secondaire sur le site d’extraction. Enfin, notre quatrième partie présente et analyse notre étude réalisée auprès 101 patients ayant subi cette intervention. Les paramètres cliniques postopératoires ont été enregistrés à J0, J1, J3, J10, J20 et J60 afin de comparer les suites opératoires selon deux protocoles : avec ou sans suture du lambeau.

Dental and maxillofacial surgery emergency departments regularly have to deal with patients presenting with odontogenic cervico‐facial cellulitis. For the patient, the pain is the trigger for the consultation, but for the practitioner, it is the risk of serious complications that requires rapid treatment. It is an infection of the cell spaces of the face and neck originating from a dental organ or a peri‐ dental element. Despite a remarkable reduction in the incidence of these infections thanks to improved oral hygiene and modern antibiotic therapy, they continue to cause severe morbidity and mortality, particularly because of their ability to spread. Therefore, in the presence of cellulitis, a well adapted symptomatological and etiological treatment should be initiated early. Hospital treatment will therefore most often be necessary. Indeed, at any time, the patient must be able to be admitted to a reanimation service. Based on a retrospective study of 80 patients, we wanted to find factors that predict the spread of odontogenic cervico‐facial cellulitis and their respective incidence, which would facilitate the management of these patients.; Les services d’urgences d’odontologie et de chirurgie maxillo‐faciale doivent régulièrement prendre en charge des patients présentant une cellulite cervico‐faciale odontogène. Pour le patient, la douleur est l’élément déclenchant la consultation, en revanche pour le praticien, ce sont les risques de complications graves qui imposent une prise en charge rapide. Il s’agit d’une infection des espaces celluleux de la face et du cou ayant pour origine un organe dentaire ou un élément péri dentaire. Malgré une remarquable diminution de l’incidence de ces infections grâce à l’amélioration de l’hygiène buccale et aux antibiothérapies modernes, ces dernières continuent d’être à l’origine d’une morbidité et d’une mortalité sévère, notamment du fait de leur capacité de diffusion. C’est pourquoi en présence d’une cellulite, un traitement symptomatologique et étiologique bien adapté, devra être mis en place de façon précoce. Une prise en charge hospitalière sera donc le plus souvent nécessaire. En effet, à tout moment, le patient doit pouvoir être admis dans un service de réanimation. A partir d’une étude rétrospective réalisée sur 80 patients, nous avons souhaité rechercher des facteurs prédictifs de diffusion d’une cellulite cervico‐faciale odontogène ainsi que leur incidence respective afin de faciliter la prise en charge de ces patients.
