52. 反复种植失败患者阴道菌群特征研究.

- Abstract
Objective: To explore the characteristics of vaginal microbiota in patients with repeated implantation failure (RIF). Methods: A total of 49 patients undergoing the frozen-thawed embryo transfer (FET) cycles were recruited. In the observation group, patients (n=29) with a history of RIF have failed pregnancy during the FET cycles. In the control group, patients (n=20) underwent the FET for the first time and achieved clinical pregnancy. In both groups, artificial hormone cycles were performed, and the top-quality blastocysts cultured on Day 5 were tranferred. Vaginal samples were collected on the FET day. Microbial diversity, microbial community composition and differential bacterial genera between the two groups were analyzed by 16S rRNA sequencing. The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to analyze the diagnostic efficacy of the abundance of Lactobacillus for RIF. Results: The α diversity analysis showed that the microbial diversity (Shannon: P=0.049 8) and richness (Chao: P =0.047 1) of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group. The β diversity analysis showed that there was significant difference in the vaginal microbial community composition between the two groups (P=0.016). At the genus level, Lactobacillus was dominant in both groups. The abundance of Lactobacillus of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, while the abundances of Acinetobacter and Pseudomonas of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (LDA>3, P<0.05). The optimal cutoff value for diagnosing RIF with the abundance of Lactobacillus was 70%, and the area under curve (AUC) was 0.77. Conclusions: Vaginal microbiota was showed differences in RIF patients, including the decreased abundances of Lactobacillus. 53. 复杂场景下害虫目标检测算法:YOLOv8-Extend.

- Abstract
[Objective] It is of great significance to improve the efficiency and accuracy of crop pest detection in complex natural environments, and to change the current reliance on expert manual identification in the agricultural production process. Targeting the problems of small target size, mimicry with crops, low detection accuracy, and slow algorithm reasoning speed in crop pest detection, a complex scene crop pest target detection algorithm named YOLOv8-Entend was proposed in this research. [Methods] Firstly, the GSConv was introduecd to enhance the model's receptive field, allowing for global feature aggregation. This mechanism enables feature aggregation at both node and global levels simultaneously, obtaining local features from neighboring nodes through neighbor sampling and aggregation operations, enhancing the model's receptive field and semantic understanding ability. Additionally, some Convs were replaced with lightweight Ghost Convolutions and HorBlock was utilized to capture longer-term feature dependencies. The recursive gate convolution employed gating mechanisms to remember and transmit previous information, capturing long-term correlations. Furthermore, Concat was replaced with BiFPN for richer feature fusion. The bidirectional fusion of depth features from top to bottom and from bottom to top enhances the transmission of feature information acrossed different network layers. Utilizing the VoVGSCSP module, feature maps of different scales were connected to create longer feature map vectors, increasing model diversity and enhancing small object detection. The convolutional block attention module (CBAM) attention mechanism was introduced to strengthen features of field pests and reduce background weights caused by complexity. Next, the Wise IoU dynamic non-monotonic focusing mechanism was implemented to evaluate the quality of anchor boxes using "outlier" instead of IoU. This mechanism also included a gradient gain allocation strategy, which reduced the competitiveness of high-quality anchor frames and minimizes harmful gradients from low-quality examples. This approach allowed WIoU to concentrate on anchor boxes of average quality, improving the network model's generalization ability and overall performance. Subsequently, the improved YOLOv8-Extend model was compared with the original YOLOv8 model, YOLOv5, YOLOv8-GSCONV, YOLOv8-BiFPN, and YOLOv8-CBAM to validate the accuracy and precision of model detection. Finally, the model was deployed on edge devices for inference verification to confirm its effectiveness in practical application scenarios. [Results and Discussions] The results indicated that the improved YOLOv8-Extend model achieved notable improvements in accuracy, recall, mAP@0.5, and mAP@0.5:0.95 evaluation indices. Specifically, there were increases of 2.6%, 3.6%, 2.4% and 7.2%, respectively, showcasing superior detection performance. YOLOv8-Extend and YOLOv8 run respectively on the edge computing device JETSON ORIN NX 16 GB and were accelerated by TensorRT, mAP@0.5 improved by 4.6%, FPS reached 57.6, meeting real-time detection requirements. The YOLOv8-Extend model demonstrated better adaptability in complex agricultural scenarios and exhibited clear advantages in detecting small pests and pests sharing similar growth environments in practical data collection. The accuracy in detecting challenging data saw a notable increased of 11.9%. Through algorithm refinement, the model showcased improved capability in extracting and focusing on features in crop pest target detection, addressing issues such as small targets, similar background textures, and challenging feature extraction. [Conclusions] The YOLOv8-Extend model introduced in this study significantly boosts detection accuracy and recognition rates while upholding high operational efficiency. It is suitable for deployment on edge terminal computing devices to facilitate real-time detection of crop pests, offering technological advancements and methodologies for the advancement of cost-effective terminal-based automatic pest recognition systems. This research can serve as a valuable resource and aid in the intelligent detection of other small targets, as well as in optimizing model structures. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

目的 探讨静脉窦支架置入术对合并静脉窦狭窄的特发性颅内高压(idiopathic intracranial hypertension, II H)的治疗作用。 方法 回顾性分析2009年7月-2019年1月在解放军总医院第一医学中心确诊并行静脉窦狭窄支架置 入术的IIH患者的临床资料。术前清醒状态和术后即刻测静脉窦狭窄远近端压力差。术后1周复查腰椎 穿刺测颅内压,随访术后1年临床症状改善情况。术后6~12个月行DSA检查,评估静脉窦支架置入术 对合并静脉窦狭窄的IIH的治疗作用。 结果 共纳入97例患者,其中75例(77.3%)女性,22例(22.7%)男性,中位年龄35(15~57)岁。术 前存在视力障碍74例(76.2%),头痛54例(55.7%)。97例患者行静脉窦狭窄支架置入治疗,其中93 例行单侧静脉窦狭窄支架治疗,4例行双侧静脉窦狭窄支架治疗。支架置入术中未发生并发症。支架 置入术后静脉窦狭窄远近端压力差减小(18.1±7.1 vs 1.1±1.0 mm Hg,P<0.001),腰穿检查脑脊液压 力显著下降(297.0±44.8 vs 215.0±41.2 mm H2O,P =0.004)。76例患者完成了1年临床随访,其中64例 视力障碍患者中56例(87.5%)明显好转,43例头痛患者中40例(93.0%)头痛减轻或消失。DSA检查随 访62例,3例(4.8%)出现支架内再狭窄,2例(3.2%)出现硬脑膜动静脉瘘。 结论 静脉窦支架置入术是治疗合并静脉窦狭窄的IIH的一种安全、有效的治疗方式。 Abstract: Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of venous sinus stenting on idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH) with cerebral venous sinus stenosis (CVSS). Methods Data of consecutive IIH patients with CVSS who underwent stenting in Department of the First Medical Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital from July 2009 to January 2019 were retrospectively collected. The trans-stenosis pressure difference was measured before operation and immediately after operation. Lumbar puncture was performed to measure intracranial pressure 1 week after operation. Clinical symptoms were followed up within 1 year and DSA imaging followup was performed at 6-12 months after operation. Results Finally, a total of 97 patients were included in this study, 75 women and 22 men, with a median age of 35.5 (15-57) years. 74 (76.2%) patients had impaired vision and 54 patients (55.7%) had headache. All patients underwent venous sinus stenting, including 93 cases with unilateral stenting and 4 cases with bilateral stenting. There were no perioperative complications. 目的 探讨LVIS支架在囊状动脉瘤、夹层动脉瘤支架辅助栓塞术中的安全性及有效性。 方法 回顾性纳入中国人民解放军总医院神经内科2016年7月-2017年7月收治的71例应用LVIS支架 行动脉瘤支架辅助栓塞的颅内动脉瘤患者。根据数字减影血管造影(digital subtraction angiography, DSA)术后即刻图像及复查DSA图像,评估LVIS支架在动脉瘤支架辅助术中的安全性及有效性。 结果 71例颅内动脉瘤患者中,破裂动脉瘤20个(28.2%),未破裂51个(71.8%);前循环动脉瘤56 个(78.9%),后循环动脉瘤15个(21.1%);术中血栓事件4例(5.6%)。栓塞后即刻改良Raymond分 级:1级39个(54.9%),2级13个(18.3%),3a级11个(15.5%),3b级8个(11.2%);其中破裂动脉瘤改 良Raymond分级1级14个(70.0%),未破裂动脉瘤改良Raymond分级1级25个(49.0%),前循环动脉瘤 改良Raymond分级1级33个(58.9%),后循环动脉瘤改良Raymond分级1级6个(40.0%)。术后半年DSA 复查29例(40.8%),其中改良Raymond分级较栓塞后即刻造影级别改善7个,占2级、3级动脉瘤(32个) 40.6%(3b级→1级4个,3a级→1级1个,2级→1级2个),变差2个(2级→3a级1个,2级→3b级1个)。术中 发生血栓事件共4例(5.6%),术后复查DSA发现载瘤动脉狭窄2例,占复查例数6.8%。 结论 LVIS支架在颅内动脉瘤支架辅助栓塞术中安全、有效,但术中血栓事件及术后载瘤动脉再狭 窄亦应引起重视。 Abstract: Objective To investigate the safety and effectiveness of the low profile visualized intraluminal support (LVIS) devices in stent-assisted coil embolization of intracranial saccular aneurysms and dissecting aneurysms. Methods 71 patients with intracranial aneurysms treated with stent-assisted coil embolization using LVIS devices in department of neurology in PLA general hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were consecutively included in this study. The digital subtraction angiography (DSA) immediately after the procedure and at 6-month fowllow-up were reviewed to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the LVIS devices in the treatment of intracranial aneurysms. Results Among all 71 patients, 20 (28.2%) cases with ruptured aneurysms and 51 (71.8%) with unruptured aneurysms, 56 (78.9%) cases with anterior circulation aneurysms and 15 (21.1%) cases with posterior circulation aneurysms. Thrombotic events occurred in 4 (5.6%) cases during the treatment. Immediate angiography after the embolization, the results of modified Raymond scale showed that 39 (54.9%) grade I, 13 (18.3%) grade II, 11 (15.5%) grade IIIa and 8 (11.2%) grade IIIb. The modified Raymond grade I occlusion were achieved in the following aneurysms: 14 (70.0%) ruptured aneurysms, 25 (49.0%) unruptured aneurysms, 33 (58.9%) anterior circulation aneurysms and 6 (40.0%) posterior circulation aneurysms. 29 (40.8%) patients were reassessed with DSA at 6-month follow-up, comparing with immediate angiography after the embolization, the modified Raymond grade improved in 7 aneurysms (4 Raymond IIIb to I, 1 Raymond IIIa to I, 2 Raymond II to I) and the angiography got worse in 2 aneurysms (1 Raymond II to IIIa and 1 II to IIIb). Thrombotic events occurred in 4 (5.6%) patients during the surgery, and in-stent restenosis occurred in 2 (6.8%) patients in DSA reexamination after the embolization. Conclusions The LVIS endovascular devices are safe and effective in the treatment of intracranial aneurysms. However, immediate thrombosis during operation and delayed in-stent stenosis should be paid more attention.

66. 栀子大黄汤在酒精性肝病小鼠模型中的保护作用.

- Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Zhizi Dahuang decoction (ZZDHT) in the treatment of alcoholic liver disease (ALD) by improving oxidative stress in hepatic neutrophils. Methods Network pharmacology was used to obtain the chemical components of ZZDHT and their corresponding action targets and analyze the potential targets and functional pathways of ZZDHT in the treatment of ALD. The non-target metabolomics technology was used to observe the changes in the metabolites of ZZDHT in mouse serum and liver. The mice were given ZZDHT at a dose twice as much as the middle dose concentration by gavage, and serum and liver samples were collected at six time points after gavage (10 minutes,30 minutes, 1 hour,2 hours, 4 hours, and 6 hours) and were then mixed for mass spectrometry (administration group with 18 mice), while the 18 mice in the control group were given an equal volume of normal saline by gavage. Ultra-performance liquid chromatography was used for rapid isolation and identification of the metabolites of ZZDHT in serum and liver tissue, and the effective constituents of ZZDHT were validated. Male C57BL/6J mice, aged 8 weeks, were randomly and equally divided into control group, model group, and low-, middle-, and high-dose ZZDHT groups, with 10 mice in each group. All mice except those in the control group were used to establish a mouse model of ALD (NIAAA model mice), and at the same time, the mice in the administration groups were given low-, middle-, and high-dose ZZDHT by gavage, while those in the control group and the model group were given an equal volume of normal saline by gavage. The serum levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), and triglyceride (TG) were measured; PCR was used to measure the gene expression levels of related inflammation, oxidative stress. and neutrophil indicators in the liver; ELISA was used to measure the levels of related inflammation and oxidative stress indicators in serum; superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), and malondialdehyde (MDA) were measured to observe the level of oxidative stress in the liver; HE staining, myeloperoxidase staining, and oil red staining were used to observe liver injury, neutrophil infiltration, and lipid deposition. A one-way analysis of variance was used for comparison of continuous data between multiple groups, and the least significant difference t-test was used for further comparison between two groups. Results A total of 53 active components and 227 target genes were obtained for ZZDHT, and there were 8685 target genes of ALD, resulting in 222 common target genes between these two groups of genes. Core pathways included the interleukin-6 signaling pathway and the TNF signaling pathway. The non-targeted metabolic analysis of ZZDHT obtained 225 metabolites in mouse liver and 227 metabolites in serum, among which there were 126 common metabolites. The core pathways of liver metabolites included glycerolipid metabolism and inflammatory mediator regulation of TRP channels, and the core pathways of serum metabolites included the AMPK signaling pathway and oxidative phosphorylation, all of which were associated with oxidative stress- and inflammation-related pathways. Compared with the model group, the low-, middle-, and high-dose ZZDHT groups had significant reductions in the serum levels of ALT, AST, and TG (all P<0.05), and the middle-dose ZZDHT group had significant reductions in the levels of Ly6g, Ncf1, Ncf2, IL-6, TNF-α, IL-1β, MDA, 4-HNE, Gp91, and P22 in the liver (all P<0.05), a significant increase in the level of SOD (P<0.05), a significant reduction in the serum level of 4-HNE (P<0.05), and a significant increase in the level of GSH-Px (P<0.05). There were significant improvements in fat deposition and neutrophil infiltration in the liver of mice in the middle-dose ZZDHT group (both P<0.05). Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of varicella in Guiyang city and to provide scientific basis for formulating appropriate prevention and control measures and immunization strategies for varicella. Methods The data of varicella incidence, resident population, and vaccination in Guiyang were collected through China Disease Prevention and Control Information Management system and Guizhou Immunization Planning Information Management system. Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the epidemiological characteristics and vaccination of varicella vaccine in Guiyang City from 2010 to 2022. Results A total of 32 405 varicella cases were reported in Guiyang city from 2010 to 2022, with an average annual incidence of 54.39/100 000. The incidence of varicella in people under 15 years old was 75.46%. The incidence of varicella was relatively stable from 2011 to 2016 and then increased in 2017 and 2021, while the proportion of female cases in the total population showed an upward trend (S=56.000, τ=0.718, P < 0.001). The incidence of 0 to < 3 years old showed a downward trend, increased continuously in 3 to < 5 years old, reached a peak in 5 to < 6 years old, and then decreased gradually. The incidence percentage of the whole population aged 10 to < 15 and 15 to < 20 years old showed an increasing trend. The two peak incidence rates were from November to January and from May to July, respectively, and the incidence rates in Guanshan Lake district and Baiyun district were higher than those in other districts (cities and counties). The incidence of varicella in Guiyang city over the years was negatively correlated with the number of two doses of varicella vaccine in the same year (r=-0.610, P=0.027). Conclusion The incidence of varicella in Guiyang city shows a downward trend, with obvious seasonal, regional, and population characteristics, and the incidence is mainly among students under 15 years old. The better the second dose of varicella vaccine is, the lower the incidence is, so it is necessary to strengthen the inspection of varicella vaccination in enrollment. On the other hand, considering the increasing incidence of people aged 10 to < 15 and 15 to < 20 years old in Guiyang, it is necessary to strengthen the publicity and varicella vaccination for students of all ages. 目的:探討斜切式旋踢影響感應數值得分表現的下肢關節動作技術特徵為何。方法:以19名跆拳道優秀選手於實驗室以30°斜切攻擊角度踢擊電子護具。透過三維分析系統(Motion Analysis Corp., Santa Rosa)搜集踢擊動作下肢關節運動學特徵,以皮爾森積差相關分析,來瞭解斜切式旋踢下肢關節線性速度、角度和角速度參數與得分感應數值之相關(α = .05)。結果:末端踝關節與足部的線性速度與得分感應數值達顯著正相關(p<0.05)。骨盆、髖關節、膝關節和踝關節的最大角度、角速度峰值與踢擊感應數值之間未達顯著相關(p>0.05)。結論:本研究發現以斜切式旋踢攻擊,末端踝關節與足部的速度是影響電子護具感應數值得分表現的重要因素。 Purposes: Explore roundhouse kicks at various attack angles and investigate the skill characteristics of lower limb joint movements that affect the induction value score. Methods: Nineteen outstanding taekwondo players attacked an electronic protector by kicking it at 30°. A three-dimensional analysis system (Motion Analysis Corp., Santa Rosa) was utilized to collect the characteristics of lower limb joint kinematics while kicking. Pearson’s product correlation analysis was adopted to establish how the linear velocity, angle, and angular velocity of the lower limb joint while kicking at an angle correlated with the score generated by a sensor (α = .05). Results: The linear velocities of the ankle joint and foot were significantly and positively correlated with the induction value score (p<0.05). By contrast, the maximum angles and angular velocities of the pelvis, hip joint, knee joint and ankle joint did not significantly correlate with the induction value from the kick (p>0.05). Conclusion: This study discovered that in roundhouse kicks delivered in an angle, the velocities of the ankle joint and the foot are critical to the induction value scorer.

- Abstract
The new potato variety 'Longshu 21' was developed from a cross between 'L0227-18' (female) and 'L0404-6' (male) through sexual hybridization and selection, and approved by the national non-staple crop varieties registration in 2022, registration number GPD Potato (2022) 620037. It is a late maturing potato variety, with growth duration of about 130 days, for fresh consumption or processing into starch and granules. It has oval shape tuber, light yellow skin, light yellow flesh, and shallow eyes. For this variety, dry matter content is 23.39%, starch content is 17.98%, crude protein is 2.38%, vitamin C is 18.09 mg/100 g FW, and reducing sugar is 0.15% . 'Longshu 21' is resistant to late blight, highly resistant to leaf roll virus disease, and resistant to mosaic virus disease in the field conditions. During 2015-2016, it was tested in mid to late maturing potato regional trials organized by National Northwest Regions, yielding 2 199 kg/667m², about 0.87% higher than the control variety 'Longshu 6' (2 180 kg/667m² ). It is suitable for planting in the central and eastern parts of Gansu Province, southeastern Qinghai Province, and southern Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Osteogenic differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells is a key process in maintaining bone formation, and the decline in osteogenic differentiation ability of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells caused by senescence plays a vital role in the pathological mechanism of osteoporosis. In this light, the present article summarizes the senescence mechanism of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells and its relationship with osteoporosis, and intends to provide a new perspective for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. To solve the problems of multi-behavior recommendation research such as failing to comprehensively capture multi-behavior interaction features and ignoring a large number of noise labels present in implicit feedback data such as clicks, a multi-behavior multi-task recommendation algorithm integrating self-supervised Learning enhancement is proposed. First, the multi-behavior interaction features are sensed from both behavior influence weights and behavior implicit semantics, and the features are fused into the embedding propagation process to enhance the expressiveness of node embeddings. Then, the self-supervised learning assistance task is constructed to avoid model overfitting to noisy labels through multi-view comparison learning. Finally, the supervised multi-behavior recommendation task and the self-supervised learning assistance task are combined and a multi-objective loss optimization strategy is used for multitask learning to obtain more accurate user and item embeddings. The experimental analysis shows that the algorithm has a certain improvement in both HR and NDCG indexes compared with the comparison algorithm, which proves the effectiveness and superiority of the algorithm. 【Objective/Meaning】By taking Jiangsu Province as an example, the spatial-temporal differentiation and influencing factors of the integration of agriculture and tourism were explored, and the countermeasures according to the development status were put forward, so as to provide reference for the in-depth development of the integration of agriculture and tourism in Jiangsu Province. 【 Methods/Procedures】 On the basis of constructing the comprehensive evaluation level and coupling coordination model of the integration of agriculture and tourism, the panel data of 15 indicators related to agriculture and tourism in the five periods (2000, 2005, 2010, 2015 and 2020) in various prefecture-level cities in Jiangsu Province in the time span from 2000 to 2020 were selected to study the level of integrated development of agriculture and tourism. The ArcGIS software was used to visualize the results of coupling coordination degree, and the spatial-temporal differences of the coupling coordination of agriculture-tourism integration were studied. Then, the Tobit model was constructed to explore the factors influencing the coupling coordination degree of agriculture-tourism integration. 【Results/Conclusions】The results showed that the integration of agriculture and tourism in Jiangsu Province was still in the preliminary coordination state as a whole. The regions with better economic development level such as Suzhou and Nanjing had higher coordination degree of agriculture-tourism integration, while the integration of agriculture and tourism in the areas with backward economic development level such as Suqian was relatively low, and there was still much room for the development. The factors such as the economic development level, transportation, and environment had certain impact on the coupling and coordinated development of agriculture-tourism integration in Jiangsu Province.
