- Abstract
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the short-term efficacy of laparoscopic-assisted gastric cancer surgery in obese patients and the expression of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2), and to provide some insights for promoting the surgical treatment of obese gastric cancer patients. Methods The clinical data of 82 cases with gastric cancer who underwent laparoscopic-assisted radical gastrectomy in the Department of General Surgery of the Xiaolan Hospital Affiliated of Southern Medical University from January 2015 to June 2019 were collected retrospectively, and they were divided into the obese group (BMI 25 kg/m2,30 cases) and the non-obese group (BMI<25 kg/m²,52 cases). The indexes of operation-related and postoperative recovery were compared between the two groups, and the influence of obesity on HER2 expression was discussed. Results The operation time of obese patients (330. 10±61, 86) min was significantly longer than that of nonobese patients (296. 37±72. 23) min and the proportion of patients with intestinal type, diffuse type and mixed type classified by Lauren [60. 0% (18/30), 30.0% (9/30) and 10.0% (3/30), respectively] was significantly higher than that of non-obese group [30.7% (16/52), 55.8% (29/52) and 13.5% (7/52), respectively]. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in intraoperative blood loss (366. 16±98. 55) mL, number of lymph node dissection (21. 56±3.23), postoperative recovery time of exhaust(3.37±0.75)d, postoperative eating time(3. 58±0.45) d, postoperative indwelling time of drainage tube(7.08±1.89) d, postoperative complication rate [23.3% (7/30)], and postoperative hospitalization time (10.73±2. 37)d compared with that of non-obese group [(337. 12±97. 22) mL, (22.67±3.61) pieces, (3.20± 0.73)d, (3.74±0.47)d,7. 21±1. 45)d, (10. 23±2. 71)d, 28.8% (15/52), respectively]. The positive rate of HER2 in the obese group was lower than that in the non-obese group (10% vs. 15. 4%, P > 0.05). Conclusion When BMI 25 kg/m² is taken as the criterion for obesity, the results of current samples cannot exclude the influence of obesity on the expression of HER2 in gastric cancer. The operation time of obese pa- tients assisted by laparoscopy is longer. Intraoperative anatomy should adhere to the principle of individuality, but not affect recent postoperative recovery. - Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the possible factors of adverse drug reactions ( ADR) induced by fructose preparations , so as to provide reference for the rational drug use in clinic .METHODS:By retrospective investigation method, 75 cases of ADR induced by fructose preparations collected in Zhongshan from Jan .2008 to Jul.2015 were statistically analyzed.RESULTS:Of the 75 cases of ADR, females were 49 cases(65.33%), which distributed in all ages.The number of cases with ADR after first administration of 30 min took the lead, were 52 cases(69.33%);and the drug combination were 36 cases ( 48.00%) .The main clinical symptoms of ADR were rash , itching and other allergic reactions as well as chills , fever and other systemic damage .CONCLUSIONS: The clinic should take the effects of organic factors like the factors of drugs , patients'age and gender , and medication factors like drug combination , medication time on ADR induced by fructose preparations into consideration , prescribe medication in strict accordance with the indications and avoid unnecessary compatible use , so as to ensure the medication safety . 418. 基于绿地微气候的长沙太平街历史文化街区 热环境数值模拟.

- Abstract
This study used the historical and cultural block of Taiping Street in Changsha as the research object. First the current microclimate environment of the street space was analyzed, then numerical simulations based on ENVI-met software were performed, which compared the microclimate numerical simulation results of three typical greening optimization schemes of the street space in the study area and the benchmark scheme, as well as explained the degree of thermal environment control of the greening optimization scheme. This study is expected to provide a reference for the reconstruction of urban historical blocks as well as optimization and control of the thermal environment. The results showed that: 1) With an hourly change in solar radiation, the thermal environment changed considerably, and the horizontal spatial distribution was characterized by "high temperature and low humidity" and "low temperature and high humidity." Thermal comfort is related to the underlying surface conditions, wind environment, building layout, and other factors. The low temperature and high humidity of the area with relatively concentrated green space along street spaces had a slow-release effect on the thermal environment. The ventilation effect of the area with the dense building layout was poor, and the thermal radiation of the underlying surface was high, affecting the heat dissipation and humidification in the research area. 2) The enclosed space layout of buildings in the study area caused building shadows and poor ventilation to affect the green space, which was not conducive for cooling and humidification. 3) Three types of greening transformation schemes were proposed for the street spaces of three different architectural layouts in the historical block of Taiping Street. The three kinds of street space green space optimization and benchmark schemes (the current street space situation) were simulated using ENVI-met microclimate simulation software. Optimization results showed that the same greening optimization scheme had different regulatory effects on the thermal environment in different building layouts. The three kinds of street spaces significantly reduced the average radiation temperature of the block by increasing the greening area of the block. The optimal regulatory effect of the thermal environment of the tree-shrub+three-dimensional (water) compound green space type was better than that of the tree-shrub and tree-grass scheme in the daytime. Under a certain green space ratio, the area of shade generated by the uniform and decentralized layout of green space in a commercial space covered the largest range of street space. The order of the degree of thermal environment optimization and control was decentralized>parallel> centralized. The residential and square spaces were affected by the architectural layout, and the green space layout should have good ventilation, cooling, and humidification effects; therefore, the maximum degree of thermal environment optimization and control is the centralized layout. - Abstract
In order to study the effect of the hill slope on the wind field characteristics of hilly terrain, the spatial avenged large ed-dy simulation ( LES) method was adopted to simulate the unsteady flow around the hilly terrain. The simulation method and parameter settings were firstly verified by comparison with the wind tunnel experimental results. The influence of four slopes, i. e., 15°, 21. 8°, 30° and 45 °, on the wind field and turbulence structure of hilly terrain was then analyzed in the aspect of the time averaged and the transient flow field. Finally, by comparing with different national specifications, the influence of hill slope on the terrain acceleration effect was analyzed. The results show that LES method can simulate the characteristics of mean wind and fluctuating wind of hills with different slopes. With the considered four slopes of the hill, the mean wind and fluctuating wind fields on the windward side of hills with different slopes are basically the same, and the differences are mainly at the top and leeward side. At the top of the hill, with the slope increases, the turbulence at the top of the hill increases, the mean flow velocity decreases first and then gets increased at a criti-cal slope of 30°. The flow separation point gradually moves downstream, causing the location of the vortex core center to move down-stream and away from the mountain wall. Around the near wall region of the hillside of the leeward surface of the hill, there exists a critical slope of 30°. When the slope is smaller, the vortex scale increases with the slope angle; meanwhile, the vortex shedding path gets wider and energy concentration. Moreover, the mean flow wind decreases and the turbulence intensity increases. However, when the slope is greater than the critical value, reverse trend occurs. The acceleration effects of different slopes are similar, and the main difference lies in the near wall region. With the increase of the slope, the acceleration effect of the windward surface, the top of the hill and leeward surface increase after first decreases. To explore the effects of general anesthesia with laryngeal mask ventilation and combined lumbar and epidural anesthesia on anesthesia effect, hemodynamics and stress response in patients undergoing ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy. Data of 114 patients with ureteral calculi who were treated by ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the anesthesia methods, the observation group (58 cases) was treated with laryngeal mask ventilation and general anesthesia. The control group (56 cases) was treated with combined lumbar anesthesia and epidural anesthesia. The anesthetic effects of the two groups were compared, and the hemodynamic changes, stress response and agitation rate of patients in each period were monitored. There were no significant differences in the spontaneous breathing recovery time, extubation time, speech response time, eye opening time and directional force recovery time between the two groups (P> 0.05). The blood oxygen saturation (SpO2), mean arterial pressure (MAP) and heart rate in the two groups immediately after tracheal tube insertion (T1), 10 min after operation (T2) and 10 min after extubation (T3) were lower than those at T0(P<0.05), while the SpO2, MAP and heart rate in the observation group at T1, T2 and T3 were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The contents of norepinephrine (NE) and cortisol (COR) in both groups were increased at 10min after operation, 30min after operation and 24h after operation compared with those before operation (P<0.05), while the contents of NE and COR in observation group were lower than those in control group at 10min after operation, 30 min after operation and 24 h after operation (P<0.05). The agitation rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 6 h, 24 h and 48 h after operation, with statistical significance (P<0.05). General anesthesia with laryngeal mask ventilation and combined lumbar and epidural anesthesia have similar anesthetic effects in ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy, but general anesthesia with laryngeal mask ventilation is more conducive to stabilizing hemodynamics, reducing stress response and better sedation effect. Dough mixing is one of the indispensable steps in the preparation of wheat noodles. Conventional processing depends mainly on empirical judgement to identify the end point of mixing. However, an automated evaluation is still lacking using artificial intelligence analysis. In this study, an automatically mixing was realized to prepare the wheat noodle. The mixing stages were divided to evaluate the macroscopic state of the dough crumbs during mixing. A big data analysis was performed on the dough crumbs images, then to determine the physicochemical properties of wheat noodles, including the texture properties, moisture distribution, protein molecular properties, and microstructure features. The results showed that the dough mixing was divided into five stages, including original flour (stage 1), flour wetting and adhesion (stage 2), crosslinking and formation (stage 3), breaking and dispersing (stage 4), and stable equilibrium (stage 5). Among them, the time of the stable equilibrium stage accounted for about 50% of the total dough mixing time. The hardness, springiness, and chewiness of the dough sheets gradually increased and then reached the highest from stage 2 to the beginning of the stable equilibrium stage (stage 5-1). The texture parameters decreased in the middle and late stages of the stable equilibrium stage(stages 5-2 and 5-3), such as the hardness of the dough sheets. The low field nuclear magnetic resonance (LF-NMR) and NMR imaging showed that the moisture degree of freedom was high during the wetting and adhesion stage. The reason was that the mixing process accelerated the exchange of moisture between the solid, liquid, and gas phases in the dough system, where the stability reached stage 5. The intensity of hydrogen bonds and ionic bonds in all mixing stages was significantly lower than that of hydrophobic interactions. In addition, the content of free sulfhydryl groups decreased to be stable at stages 5-2 and 5-3. The disulfide bonds content gradually increased and then tended to be stable in these stages, where the proteins were fully cross-linked. The fully cross-linked proteins were determined the microstructure and macroscopic state of the noodle. The Transfer-ResNet50 network model was established using deep learning to realize the automatic recognition of dough crumbs images at the different mixing stages. The recognition accuracy of the model was up to 98.5%, indicating excellent accuracy and reliability. The automatic judgment can be accurately implemented at the end point of the mixing process. In summary, the macroscopic particle state of the dough crumbs can be used for the division of the mixing process, and deep learning can provide new ideas for the automation of the dough process. Objective To analyze the myopia of middle school students in Heilongjiang Province in 2022, and to provide scientific basis for the development of myopia prevention strategies and measures. Methods 99 114 middle school students in Heilongjiang Province in 2022 were selected to carry out a special survey on health risk behaviors. Their visual acuity and diopter were examined by using a 5 - meter standard logarithmic visual acuity chart and desktop optometer. Binary Logistic regression was used to analyze the factors affecting myopia of students. Results The total myopia rate of middle school students was 72. 44%, including 70.50% junior high school students, 76.91% senior high school students and 64. 47% vocational high school students. The myopia rate of students in urban area was higher than that in suburban county. The myopia rate of girls was higher than that of boys. RNA reference materials is an important physical standard to ensure the accuracy and consistency of nucleic acid in vitro diagnostic data. It is widely used in the detection of viral diseases. It can also be used in calibration instruments, evaluation kits and proficiency testing, which purpose is to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the measurement process and measurement results. Since 1997, WHO has developed the first hepatitis C nucleic acid international reference material for nucleic acid amplification technology, which makes the results of different laboratories and different methods in the world comparable. By 2023, there are nearly 100 kinds of RNA certified reference materials released by China on the National Sharing Platform for Reference Materials. The research and application of RNA reference materials have been paid more and more attention by metrology institutions, relevant international academic organizations and enterprises all over the world. Especially after the outbreak of the novel coronavirus epidemic, the development of RNA reference materials has become a hot spot in the development of biological reference materials. Objective: To discuss the effect of nobiletin (NOB) on airway hypersecretion in the rats with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and to clarify the molecular mechanism of endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERS) signaling pathway regulation. Methods: A total of 45 SD rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, NOB group, endoplasmic reticulum stress inhibitor 4-phenylbutyric acid (4-PBA) group, and NOB+4-PBA group, and there were 9 rats in each group. Except for control group, all the rats in the other groups were exposed to smoke and intratracheally injected with lipopolysaccharide (LPS) to establish the COPD models. After successful modeling, the rats were injected with the corresponding drugs (50mg·kg-1·d-1 NOB or 0.35 g·kg-1·d-1 4-PBA) once daily for 4 consecutive weeks. After the drug intervention, the pulmonary function indexes [dynamic compliance (Cdyn) and airway resistance (RL)] and arterial blood gase indexes [partial pressure of carbon dioxide (PaCO2) and oxygen partial pressure (PaO2)] of the rats in various groups were detected by small animal ventilator and blood gas analyzer. Hematoxylin and eosin (HE) staining was used to observe the hyperplasia of the goblet cells in lung tissue of the rats in various groups; enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method was used to detect the levels of mucin 5AC (MUC5AC), interleukin-1β (IL-1β), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) of the rats in various groups; real-time fluroscence quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) method was used to detect the expression level of MUC5AC mRNA in lung tissue of the rats in various groups; Western blotting method was used to detcet the protein expression levels of MUC5AC and ERS-related proteins inositol-requiring enzyme 1α (IRE1α), activating transcription factor 6 (ATF6), CCAAT-enhancer-binding protein homologous protein (CHOP), and glucose-regulated protein 78 (GRP78) in lung tissue of the rats in various groups. Results: Compared with control group, the number of airway goblet cells of the rats in model group was increased (P<0.05), the Cdyn and PaO2 levels were decreased (P<0.05), and the levels of RL and PaCO2 were increased (P<0.05); the levels of MUC5AC, IL-1β, TNF-α, and IL-6 in BALF and the expression levels of MUC5AC, IRE1α, ATF6, CHOP, and GRP78 proteins in lung tissue were increased (P<0.05). Compared with model group, the lung function, arterial blood gas indexes, and proliferation of airway goblet cells of the rats in NOB group, 4-PBA group, and NOB+4-PBA group were significant improved, the levels of IL-1β, TNF-α, and IL-6 in BALF and the expression levels of MUC5AC, IRE1α, ATF6, CHOP, and GRP78 proteins in lung tissue were increased (P<0.05); the rats in NOB+4-PBA group exhibited the best alleviation effect. Conclusion: NOB can effectively alleviate the airway mucus hypersecretion in the rats with COPD, and its mechanism may be related to the suppression of MUC5AC overexpression mediated by ERS. - Abstract
Cemented carbide is a kind of hard to process material with high hardness, strength, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. In order to achieve efficient and precise cutting of hard alloy materials, this paper takes polycrystalline diamond (PCD) tool milling of WC-15Co hard alloy as the research object. Based on the Bifano cutting thickness model, the critical cutting thickness of WC-15Co is calculated, and then compared with the maximum cutting thickness corresponding to the cutting parameters. The range of cross-domain milling parameters for the coexistence of brittle-domain cutting and ductile-domain cutting of the processed material is preliminarily determined. On this basis, through high-speed milling experiments, the effects of cutting parameters such as feed rate per tooth, radial cutting depth, and cutting speed on the machined surface quality and cutting force of the specimen are analyzed, and the mechanisms are explored. The results show that under the cross-domain milling parameters, that is, when the cutting speed is 300 m/ min, the cutting rate per tooth is controlled within 11 μm/z and the radial cutting depth is less than 1 mm. The cutting surface in the ductile-domain can be obtained, the surface roughness is less than 0.2 μm, and there is no obvious brittle damage defect on the surface. The highest material removal rate can reach 157 mm³ / min, significantly higher than that of the 43 mm³ /min during the pure ductile-domain cutting. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

A synthesis route of a novel phosphoramide morpholinoline-oligoguanylate monomer using guanosine as raw material was developed.Based on the protection of the amino group on the base and 5’-OH in ribose, the ribose ring is converted into a morpholine ring to obtain the protected morpholine guanosine.A triphenylmethylation reaction was carried out on the morpholine ring and purine 6-O position was modified using the Mitsunobu reaction.N,N-dimethylaminophosphorylation reaction is performed on the deprotected hydroxyl group to synthesize the target product.In this study, the conditions of the Mitsunobu reaction and phosphorylation reaction were optimized.Under optimized conditions, the total yield of the new synthetic route was 14.1%.The structure of intermediate products and target products were characterized by LC-MS, ¹H NMR and 31P NMR. - Abstract
Objective: To observe the effects of wenxin granule combined with dronedarone hydrochloride tablets on oxidative stress, myocardial fibrosis and peripheral blood mononuclear cell connexin 40(Cx40) messenger RNA(m RNA) and connexin 43(Cx43)m RNA in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation(PAF). Methods: 79 PAF patients who were treated in our hospital from March 2020to December 2022 were selected as study subjects. Patients were divided into control group(39 cases, treated with dronedarone hydrochloride tablets) and study group(40 cases, treated with wenxin granule combined with dronedarone hydrochloride tablets) according to the random number table method. The frequency of atrial fibrillation(AF), resting heart rate, AF duration, oxidative stress index, myocardial fibrosis index and the changes of peripheral blood mononuclear cell Cx40mRNA and Cx43mRNA were compared between two groups. Results: Compared with the control group at 12 weeks after treatment, the study group had fewer AF attacks, lower resting heart rate, shorter AF duration, lower malondialdehyde(MDA), procollagen type III amino terminal peptide(P Ⅲ NP), matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2), peripheral blood, monocyte Cx40mRNA, Cx43mRNA, and higher superoxide dismutase(SOD)(P<0.05). Conclusion: Wenxin granule combined with dronedarone hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of PAF patients can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, reduce the oxidative stress and myocardial fibrosis injury of patients, and regulate the levels of peripheral blood mononuclear cell Cx40mRNA and Cx43mRNA. BACKGROUND: Transforming microglia from the M1 phenotype to the M2 phenotype is considered to be a promising strategy for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases. Many studies have shown that triptolide can inhibit neuroinflammation and alleviate a variety of neurodegenerative diseases, but its mechanism is still unclear. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the protective effect of triptolide on SH-SY5Y cell injury induced by lipopolysaccharide-activated microglia and its mechanism. METHODS: CCK8 assay was used to detect the viability of BV2 cells and screen the best concentration of triptolide. The BV2 cells were divided into three groups: control group, model group (1 μg/mL lipopolysaccharide), and triptolide group (1 nmol/L triptolide + 1 μg/mL lipopolysaccharide). The supernatant was collected and the content of nitric oxide was detected by Griess assay. The levels of proinflammatory cytokines interleukin 6, tumor necrosis factor α, interleukin-1β and anti-inflammatory factor interleukin 10 were measured by ELISA. The expression levels of inducible nitric oxide synthase and arginase 1 in BV2 cells were determined by immunofluorescence staining and western blot assay. Three groups of microglia-conditioned medium were collected and treated on SH-SY5Y cells respectively: control-microglia-conditioned medium group, model-microglia-conditioned medium group and triptolide-microglia-conditioned medium group. TUNEL staining was utilized to detect the cell apoptosis rate in SH-SY5Y cells. Immunofluorescence staining and western blot assay were used to examine the expression of caspase 3, Bax and Bcl-2. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) Compared with the control group, the levels of nitric oxide, interleukin-6, tumor necrosis factor α and interleukin-1β were significantly increased, and the level of interleukin-10 was significantly decreased, and the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase protein increased, the expression of arginase 1 protein decreased in the supernatant of BV2 cells in the model group. Compared with the model group, the levels of nitric oxide, interleukin-6, tumor necrosis factor α and interleukin-1β were significantly decreased, and the level of interleukin-10 was significantly increased, and the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase protein was decreased; the expression of arginase 1 protein was increased in the supernatant of BV2 cells in the triptolide group. (2) Compared with the control-microglia-conditioned medium group, the apoptosis rate increased, the expression of caspase 3 and Bax increased, and the expression of Bcl-2 decreased in SH-SY5Y cells of the model-microglia-conditioned medium group. Compared with the model-microglia-conditioned medium group, the cell apoptosis rate decreased, the expression of caspase 3 and Bax decreased, and the expression of Bcl-2 increased in the triptolide-microglia-conditioned medium group. Objective To investigate the effect of hsa_circ_0006988 (circ_0006988) on apoptosis and migration of glioma cell apoptosis. Methods The expression changes of circ_0006988 and miR-3619-5p in glioma tissues were detected by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). Glioma cells BT325 were divided into Control, si-NC (transfected with siRNA control), si-circ (transfected with circ_0006988 siRNA), miR-NC (transfected with mimics control), and miR-3619-5p (transfected with miR-3619-5p mimics), si-circ+anti-miR-NC (co-transfected with circ_0006988 siRNA, inhibitor control), si-circ+anti-miR-3619-5p group (co-transfected with circ_0006988 siRNA, miR-3619-5p inhibitor), qRT-PCR to detect miR-3619-5p expression, CCK-8 assay to detect proliferation, flow cytometry to detect apoptosis, Transwell chamber to detect migration, Western blot to detect Bax, B-cell lymphoma-2 (Bcl-2), matrix metalloproteinase 2 (MMP-2) protein expression. The target gene prediction software predicted the binding sites of circ_0006988 and miR-3619-5p, and the luciferase reporter system identified the targeting relationship between the two.Results Compared with the paratumor tissue, the expression level of circ_0006988 in glioma tissue was increased, the expression level of miR-3619-5p was decreased, and the expression levels of circ_0006988 and miR-3619-5p in glioma tissue were negatively correlated (r=-0. 289 7,P< 0. 001). Compared with the Control and si-NC groups, the level of miR-3619-5p in glioma cells in the si-circ group increased, the cell proliferation activity, the number of migration and the expression of Bcl-2, MMP-2 proteins decreased, and the apoptosis rate and Bax protein increased (P< 0. 05). Compared with the Control and miR-NC groups, the proliferation activity, migration number, Bcl-2 and MMP-2 protein expressions of glioma cells in the miR-3619-5p group decreased, while the apoptosis rate and Bax protein expression increased (P< 0. 05). Compared with the si-circ + anti-miR-NC group, the level of miR-3619-5p in the glioma cells of the si-circ + anti-miR-3619-5p group was decreased, and the cell proliferation activity, migration number, Bcl-2 protein increased, and the apoptosis rate and Bax protein expression decreased (P< 0. 05). Down-regulation of circ_0006988 targets and negatively regulates miR-3619-5p expression. 为对油脂精炼脱色加工提供参考,以活性白土、凹凸棒土以及二者复配作为脱色剂对大豆中和油进行脱色,测定脱色油的酸值、色泽,并通过返酸返色试验探究脱色吸附剂对大豆脱色油返酸返色的影响。结果表明:脱色油酸值与活性白土添加量和复配脱色剂中活性白土质量分数呈正相关,与凹凸棒土添加量呈负相关;脱色剂添加量越多,脱色效果越明显,但在活性白土或凹凸棒土添加量超过3%时,脱色效果增加较少;随活性白土或凹凸棒土添加量的增多,脱色油返酸总体呈先降后升趋势;脱色油会有不同程度的返色,与活性白土相比,凹凸棒土脱色返色程度更高。综上,在脱色过程中,通过调整脱色剂添加量和配比可在一定程度上控制成品油的返酸返色程度。 In order to provide a reference for the oil bleaching process, the neutralized soybean oil was bleached with activated bentonite, attapulgite and their combination, and the acid value and colour of the bleached oil were determined. The effects of bleaching agents on the acid reversion and colour reversion of the bleached oil were analyzed by acid reversion test and colour reversion test. The results showed that the acid value of the bleached oil was positively correlated with the amount of activated bentonite added and the mass fraction of activated bentonite in the compound bleaching agent, and negatively correlated with the amount of attapulgite added. The more the bleaching agent was added, the more obvious the bleaching effect was, but when the dosage of activated bentonite or attapulgite added exceeded 3%, the bleaching effect increased less. As the dosage of activated bentonite or attapulgite added increased, the acid reversion of the bleached oil generally tended to decrease first and then increase. The bleached oil had different degrees of colour reversion, and compared with activated bentonite, the degree of colour reversion was higher with attapulgite. In conculsion, in the oil bleaching process, the degree of acid and colour reversion of the finished oil can be controlled to a certain extent by adjusting the dosage and ratio of bleaching agent added.

432. BALB/cA.Cg.SHJHhr小鼠的培育及其相关遗传学 特性分析.

- Abstract
Objective To introduce the Hr gene of spontaneously mutated SHJHhr mice into BALB/ cAShjh inbred mice with clear genetic background, and provide a basis for study on the molecular mechanism of Hr gene mutation-induced abnormal phenotype and the application of this model. Methods Using a backcross-intercross breeding method guided by phenotypic monitoring, mutant genes from SHJHhr mice bred by spontaneous mutation were introduced into inbred BALB/cAShjh mice by homozygous mutation introgression, and the mice were bred into BALB/cA.Cg.SHJHhr (abbreviated as C.Cg. SHJHhr ) mice after 10 generations. The genotypes of 90 single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) detection sites were analyzed in C.Cg.SHJHhr mice by multiplex PCR library construction followed by next generation sequencing. Then 14 biochemical locus marker genes were detected in C.Cg.SHJHhr mice according to the method of GB/T 14927.1-2008. Finally, whole genome exon sequencing was utilized to detect the mutated genes in this mouse. Results From May 2018 to March 2022, a total of 10 generations of backcrossintercross were conducted to complete the construction of the C.Cg.SHJHhr mouse line. Among the 90 SNPs loci detected, except for rs13484115 and rs13484116, all the other loci had the same genotype as the recipient mice BALB/cAShjh. The results of biochemical marker gene detection showed that all the 14 loci of the mouse were the same as those of the recipient mouse. Whole genome exon sequencing found that the mouse had 109 site mutations compared with the recipient mouse strain, including 71 synonymous mutations, 1 stopgain, 37 missense mutations, and 20 genes involved in protein sequence alterations (including the reported Hr gene). Conclusion C.Cg.SHJHhr mice were created. Thr ough exon sequencing and genetic analysis, thr ee Hr mutated genes and associated mutated genes that mainly cause phenotypic variations were identified, which provides a basis for expanding the application of C. Objective To investigate the effect of the intervention of Hufu Tongbian scraping combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) iontophoresis on relieving symptoms of Fontaine's stage II arteriosclerosis obliteration(ASO). Methods Totally 130 cases of hospitalized patients with Fontaine's stage II ASO were randomly divided into 4 groups: group A (control group, n=31) and group B (Hufu Tongbian Scraping group, n=31), group C (TCM Iontophoresis group, n=34), group D (combination group, n=34). Group A was given specialist nursing, group B was given specialist nursing combined with Hufu Tongbian scraping intervention, group C was given specialist nursing combined with TCM iontophoresis intervention, group D was given specialist nursing combined with Hufu Tongbian scraping and TCM iontophoresis intervention. Symptom quantitative score and Visual Analogue Score (VAS)of pain were measured before and 15 days. after intervention. Results After intervention, there were significant differences in each dimension of symptom score and pain score among the four groups (P<0. 05). the scores of each dimension of symptom score and pain score in groups B, C and D were decreased after intervention compared with those before intervention(P<0. 05), and the scores in the three groups were lower than those in group A after intervention (P<0. 05). After intervention, the scores of each dimension of symptom score and pain score in group D were lower than those in groups B and C (P<0. 05), but there was no significant difference between groups B and C after intervention (P>0. 05). Conclusion The intervention Hufu Tongbian scraping combined with TCM iontophoresis can significantly reduce the symptom score of ASO patients, relieve the symptoms of acid swelling and numbness, relieve the pain of patients, promote comfort, and provide better nursing for ASO patients. 434. SHJHhr 小鼠部分生物学特性及衰老表型的测定与 分析.

- Abstract
Objective To measure and analyze biological characteristics and aging phenotype of SHJHhr mice and provide basic data for the application of the mouse model in aging mechanisms research and antiaging drug development. Methods With ICR mice of the same age as control group, the body mass growth data of SHJHhr mice at the age of 3 to 16 weeks, the reproduction ability of 1 to 4 fetuses and the life cycle of SHJHhr mice were measured. Blood routine (30 items) and serum biochemical indexes (25 items) of 6-week-old SHJHhr mice were measured. The venous blood of 8-week-old SHJHhr mice was collected for flow cytometry analysis to determine the content of immune cells. The aging bone structure of the cancellous bone and bone mineral density of SHJHhr mice aged 4, 8 and 26 weeks were measured by micro-CT. Histopathological changes of bone and joint of 8-week-old mice were observed. Results Compared with ICR mice, the female and male body mass of SHJHhr mice were significantly lower at the age of 16 weeks (P < 0.05), and the reproductive performance of female mice was low (P < 0.01) or did not have normal reproductive capacity. The shortest survival time of SHJHhr mice was 57 weeks and the longest was 71 weeks, which was shorter than those of normal ICR mice, showing obvious rapid aging phenomenon. At the same time, some physiological and biochemical indexes of blood and pathological changes of bone and cartilage tissues also showed the accelerated aging and abnormality of animal physiological functions. The root length, root tip number, phosphorus content, phosphorus accumulation of flue-cured tobacco, mosaic disease, root rot were tested, and the linear plus platform fertilization model was analyzed to study the effects of different phosphate fertilizer application amounts on growth, yield, and phosphorus utilization efficiency of Yunyan 87. The results showed that applification of phosphate fertilizer significantly increased the yield of flue-cured tobacco, in P90 and P120 treatments, the yield of tabacco was significantly higher than that in P30, with an increase of 18.3% and 14.6% respectively;60 days after transplanting, compared with CK, the phosphorus content in leaves, stems, and roots of the phosphorus application treatments increased by 29.8%-47.4%, 28.5%-51.2%, and 8.7%-50.5%,respectively. Compared with P30 treatment, the incidence rate of mosaic disease and root rot in P60, P90, and P120 treatment decreased significantly by 12.6%-16.5% and 9.5%-14.3%, respectively. The incidence rate and incidence index of blackleg in different phosphorus treatments reached the lowest when the application amount of P2O5 was 90 kg/ha. The root length and root tip number increased with the increase of phosphorus application amount during the whole growth period. 90 days after transplanting, the root tip number and root surface area in P120 treatment were significantly higher than those in P90 treatment, with an increase of 28.9% and 8.9%. When the applification amount of phosphate fertilizer(P2O5)was 83.6 kg/ha, the fitted yield was the best, which was 2 645 kg/ha. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
With the shortage of land resources, there are more and more urban deep foundation pit engineering. It is of great significance for the safety of deep foundation pit construction to use digital twin technology to reflect the behavior accurately and conduct risk assessment in time. A monitoring family of points was created that reflects the information of monitoring points in construction site, which was embedded in the (building information modeling, BIM) model of deep foundation pit as monitoring nails, so that the on-site monitoring data can be used to establish the digital twin related to the data of BIM components. Based on the Revit software, the on-site monitoring data visualization module was re-developed by using Visual Studio 2019 to realize the visualization of deep foundation pit about on-site monitoring data. A risk assessment model of deep foundation pit considering conditional information entropy was established and embedded in the visualization development module of on-site monitoring data, which can visualize the deep foundation pit digital twin behavior. Through an instance of a deep foundation pit, the new visualization and risk assessment method can help construction workers to locate dangerous units and formulate corresponding prevention and control measures better and faster. Carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP) are widely used in aerospace and automobile field because of its advantages, such as high strength and excellent corrosion resistance. However, due to its heterogeneity and anisotropy, the machining process is more complex than machining of traditional metal materials, which can lead to serious tool wear. In order to address this issue, PCD milling cutters are selected to conduct T800 CFRP multi-directional laminates milling tests under cryogenic condition. And then, the effect of cutting parameters and jet temperature on wear band width of flank face VB are analyzed. The results show that VB decreases with the increase of the cutting speed and the feed per teeth, and smaller VB is obtained when coolants temperature is -50 °C . In addition, nonlinear fitting of the test results is carried out by MATLAB. The empirical model of mapping relationship between cutting parameters, coolants temperature and VB is obtained, which can provide key support data for T800 CFRP milling tool wear suppression and tool life prolonging. - Abstract
In the covered karst region, karst cave has a great influence on safety of the building foundation. In this study, combining a practical projection, the development situation of karst is analyzed, and shape and scale of the karst cave are clarified. Based on the form of building foundation, grouting treatment on shallow karst caves and fissure is determined, and bearing capacity of foundation can be improved by filling all soil caves to limit development of karst, and strengthening foundation soil. For practical purposes, grouting is carried out from external to inner of the building foundation, and grouting parameters are dynamically adjusted according to the test results of the detection holes. After completion of grouting, geophysical prospecting, detection hole, indoor test, plate loading test, standard penetration test and long-term settlement observation on building are used to evaluate grouting effect. After grouting, strength, soil intensity and deformation of foundation are increased by 6.4% to 25.58%, and bearing capacity of foundation can be increased by more than 10% according to the results of static load test and standard penetration test, suggesting that reinforcing effect of grouting method in foundation treatment is obvious and remarkable. Compared to pile foundation treatment and treatment on a deep karst with large area, grouting in foundation treatment can save 20% to 30% of total cost of construction, and shorten 1/3 of total construction time.
