为了研究部分包裹混凝土柱-型钢梁顶底角钢连接框架的抗震性能,以角钢螺栓边距和柱子轴压比为变量进行了试验研究。试验共设计了3个框架,通过施加低周反复水平荷载,分析研究了影响框架抗震性能的指标,研究发现:框架试件破坏顺序符合"强柱弱梁"的抗震设计原则;适当增大轴压比或减小角钢螺栓边距可以提高框架初始刚度及水平极限承载力;框架滞回性能较好且延性系数满足抗震规范相关规定,具有良好的抗震性能。

Objective: To investigate the effect of He 's fire acupuncture combined with filiform acupuncture on neck pain symptoms and local skin temperature in patients with neck type cervical spondylosis of wind cold obstruction type. Methods: From January 2020 to November 2022, 64 patients with neck type cervical spondylosis of wind cold obstruction type were recruited from the outpatient department of our hospital. They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, 32 cases in each group. The control group was treated with simple filiform temperature, and the observation group was treated with He's fire temperature combined with filiform temperature, both groups were treated for 4 weeks. The changes of pain visual analogue scale (VAS), tenderness threshold and local skin temperature were observed before treatment and 1, 2, 3 and 4 weeks after treatment. Results: After treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups at each time point were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), and after 4 weeks of treatment, the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the tenderness threshold of the two groups at each time point was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05), and after 1 week of treatment, the tenderness threshold of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the local skin temperature of the two groups at each time point was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05), and the local skin temperature of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at 1, 2, 3 and 4 weeks after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion: He's fire acupuncture combined with filiform acupuncture in the treatment of neck type cervical spondylosis of wind cold obstruction type can significantly relieve the symptoms of neck pain and improve the local skin temperature of the neck, the onset time and clinical efficacy are better than those of simple filiform needle therapy, which is worthy of clinical application. Unlike sodium chloride aqueous solutions（SCAS）, potassium chloride aqueous solutions（PCAS） can only form anhydrous salt and ice at low temperatures. Some research results show that not only there are regions with continuous distribution of water molecules（RWs） and ion clusters in the SCAS, but also their composition corresponds to that of the crystals formed from the solution. In order to investigate whether there is such a corresponding relationship in other solutions and research their microstructures, the PCAS is studied by molecular dynamics method and some properties of the solution are gained. The radial distribution functions（RDFs） of K+-K+ and Cl--Cl- in the PCAS show that their characteristics are consistent with each other and the positions corresponding to the maximum of their peaks are the same respectively, different from those in the SCAS. The statistical results of the maximum distance between O and its nearest ions in transient images at a series of moments show that there are the RWs with average size of at least 2.26 nm in the PCAS. The distances between K+ and its nearest neighbor Cl- in transient images are mainly in the range of 0.28 nm～0.38 nm, accounting for about 97.4%. And the solution has the large ion clusters with average size of 1.73 nm and average ion number of 25.0 as well as small ones, moreover, the structures of their internal ions and surrounding ions are similar with those of potassium chloride crystals. These results show that micro heterogeneity and self-concentration effects also exist in the PCAS. The origins of each peak on the RDFs of ions are shown by comparing the relationships between distances of the maximum value of the peaks with the geometric ones of distances between ions in potassium chloride crystal and analyzing the ion transient images, and they are different from the SCAS. In addition, why the ion pairs and clusters are formed in the PCAS is explained by corresponding comparison and analysis; meanwhile, it is shown that the micro interaction of atoms and ions has an important influence on the micro heterogeneity of solutions. The results in this paper also show that the compositions of RWs and ion clusters in the PCAS are consistent with those of ice and potassium chloride crystals formed at low temperatures, and the structure of ion clusters is similar to the one of the potassium chloride crystal. Combined with the results of the SCAS, it is shown that solutions have the units with the composition similar to that of its crystals, which provides inspiration for understanding the formation of crystals in solutions. The microstructures of solutions have a major impact on their macro - properties and the cognition of the existence of clusters and heterogeneity in solutions is not only one of the important advances but also the focus in this field. In order to investigate the microstructures of solutions, the simulation of sodium chloride aqueous solution with mode rate concentration is carried out by molecular dynamics method and the radial distribution functions (RDFs) between a toms (ions) and the transient images of the solution are therefore given. By comparing the RDFs of Na + - Cl and Cl - Na+ and combined with the previous research results, it is shown that the third peak of their RDFs also comes from the ion - pair and the third kind of the ion - pair is found in the aqueous solution of sodium chloride ; i. e ., the three peaks of the above RDFs are respectively related to the directly - contactingion - pairs, the partially - spaced ion - pairs and completely - spaced ion - pairs, meanwhile, which transient images are also given. The analysis results of the system transient images at three moments show that there are regions with continuous distribution of water molecules ( RW) and ionic clusters composed of ions and water molecules in the solution. The average size of the largest RW in each transient images is at least 1. 43 nm and the proportion of partially - spaced ion - pairs is the greatest, which is about 0. 68. The average value of the maximum cluster size in each transient images is 1. 44 nm when both directly - contacting ion - pairs and partially - spaced ion - pairs are considered, which is about 3 times the most probable size of partially - spaced ion - pairs. The cluster size increases with the rising ionic number of the one, which meets the results of the random walk (freely jointed chain) model. The above results show that there are self - concentration effects a nd micro - heterogeneity in sodium chloride solution and suggest that self - concentration effects also exist in ionic solution. The components of the above regions and clusters are respectively similar to those of ice and NaC l • 2H20 crystal formed by sodium chloride aqueous solution, which enlightens people to think about the relationship between the two kinds of crystals and the above regions and clusters. The multiple knapsack problem（MKP） is a special knapsack problem with great difficulty. In order to solve MKP by differential evolution（DE）, this paper first established the integer programming model of MKP. Based on a simple and efficient new transfer function based on modulo operation, it proposed a novel discrete differential evolution algorithm MODDE. Then, the method used an efficient algorithm GROA to eliminate the unfeasible solution of MKP by greedy strategy. Therefrom, this paper proposed a new method for solving MKP based on MODDE. Finally, it used MODDE to solve 30 international instances of MKP. Comparing with 4 representative evolution algorithms shows that MODDE not only has better calculation results; but also has stronger stability. BACKGROUND: The main pathological features of bronchopulmonary dysplasia are stagnation of lung development and minor tissue damage. Fetal lung development needs to go through five stages, and a preterm infant cannot survive after birth until the cystic stage. Therefore, research on the pathogenesis of premature birth- and hyperoxia-induced bronchopulmonary dysplasia has focused on cystic and alveolar phases. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the regulatory role of differentially expressed microRNAs in hyperoxia-associated bronchopulmonary dysplasia during two developmental stages – cystic and alveolar stages. METHODS: Newborn Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly into four groups: in 0 day group (n=10), rat lung tissue was taken immediately after birth; 4-, 7-, 14-day groups were further divided into two subgroups – hyperoxia group (exposed to persistent hyperoxia with an oxygen concentration of 85%-90%, n=10) and air group (exposed to the air with FiO2: 21%, n=10). Lung samples tissue were then taken at postnatal days 4, 7, 14. MicroRNAs in lung tissue were acquired using miRNA-Seq technology to build a library, and sequenced on the Illumina platform. Differently expressed microRNAs between different groups were screened by Deseq2 (Version 1.10.1) and Venn map. Gene ontology enrichment and protein-protein interaction analysis were performed to predict target proteins of differentially expressed microRNAs. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: There were 633 microRNAs in the 0-day group, 609, 614, and 584 microRNAs in the hyperoxia group at postnatal days 4, 7, 14, respectively, and 629, 608, and 581 in the corresponding air groups. The hyperoxia group obtained 130, 3, and 114 differentially expressed microRNAs during postnatal days 0-4 (cystic stage), 4-7, and 4-14 (alveolar stage), respectively. And the corresponding air group received 106, 0, 111 differentially expressed microRNAs respectively. There were 91, 0, and 79 differentially expressed microRNAs in the two groups at different stages. During the cystic and alveolar phases, miR-34a-5p and miR-21-5p were significantly expressed in the lung tissue of neonatal rats in the hyperoxia group. miR-34a-5p had 198 target proteins, which concentrated around the PDGFRB/PDGFRA/NGFR; miR-21-5p had 302 target proteins that mainly revolved around the MAPK1/STAT3. To conclude, miR-34a-5p and miR-21-5p are highly expressed in the cystic and alveolar stages under hyperoxia exposure, targeting the proteins about PDGFRB/PDGFRA/NGFR and MAPK1/STAT3 respectively, which mediate the process of lung development and participate in the occurrence and development of bronchopulmonary dysplasia.
