Latin American regional sciences and technologies currently have crisis effects, differentiated from those that have distinguished the changes in the "normal sciences" (Kuhn, 1969). In this crossover of epistemic inflection emerges the "decolonial turn" towards the creation of technosciences (González Casanova, 2017), in convergence with the contributions of Latin American thought (Quijano, 2009 Lander: Mignolo, 2007). Thus, this article will place in analysis, from the perspective of investigative co-production (Bialakowsky, et al., 2013), the foundations and keys of said emergencies in relation to praxis aimed at challenging the hegemonic social intellect. Bioethics of protection (BP) was proposed in the early 21st century in bioethics, built in Latin America following attempts by researchers to work on the possibilities of public health policies being morally legitimate, socially fair (equitable) and respectful of human rights, after noting the limits of traditional bioethical tools, essentially implemented in and restricted to interpersonal conflicts between moral agents and patients involved in the practice of biomedicine. Methodologically, BP tries to negotiate distinct problematic disciplinary realms that are, however, interlinked through interdisciplinary dialogue and common concern with the quality of life of the human population, considered in its natural, technological, social and cultural contexts: Public Health, concerned with the health and well-being of individuals and populations; Bioethics, concerned primarily with the moral legitimacy of practices that affect their quality of life; Biopolitics, concerned with the social effects of health policies. This paper work constitutes an attempt to make complex the analysis matrix about the implications of the extractive industry in Latin America; worning about differents extralegal mechanisms on wich is based the model itself. To achieve such content we appeal to some concepts and analysis axes made out by a french thinker, Michel Foucault, such as: governmentality, biopolitics, power networks, subject, and subjectivity. This article discusses the philosophical concepts of biopolitics and thanatopolitics espoused by Michel Foucault and Giorgio Agamben, respectively, as they relate to Latin American native populations. The author comments on the relationship between human culture and nature from an anthropological perspective. She gives particular focus to the Amazon region of South America and the intersection between cultural and natural history of the region and its populace. A critique of anthropocentrism is also provided.

This article, as a result of research, aims to provide key elements, which take into account the links between the free trade and the permanent violation of the human rights and even with crimes against humanity; situations that do not constitute themselves in isolated, circumstantial facts, which are the product of the apparent simultaneousness between crime in abstract, developed in areas where strategic projects for the global economy are projected and developed, but in a matter related, caused, sustained by both national and international economic, political groups that make a profit with these mega-projects. A regional-based, postnational paradigm of economic, political, and social governance has emerged in the Americas. In contrast to the state-centered, ideologically driven models that prevailed in Latin America and the Caribbean until the late 1980s, a new paradigm of development that presupposes open markets, democracy, social equality, and more recently security-articulated and monitored by regional or multilateral institutions-seems to be gaining consensus in the Americas. The eventual consolidation of this new strategy of governance will have consequences for the future of inter-American relations, for the social and political actors involved, and for the social struggles to come. Un nuevo paradigma regional, post-nacional, de gobernanza económica, política y social ha surgido en las Américas. En contraste con los modelos de inspiración ideológica y centrados en torno al estado que prevalecieron en América Latina y el Caribe (ALC) hasta finales de la década de 1980, un nuevo paradigma de desarrollo que presupone la apertura comercial, la democracia, la igualdad social y, más recientemente la seguridad, articulado y monitoreado por instituciones regionales o multilaterales, parece ganar consenso en las Américas. It is increasingly evident that advanced forms of speculative value that have become the driving engine behind the inflated global art market are nonetheless inextricably bound to and dependent upon more informal market systems that operate through the spontaneous organization of exploitable, precarious, marginalized, and ultimately undervalued forms of labor. This fact makes labor a pivotal site where the linkages between these two purportedly independent markets (and their respective systems of value and exchange) come into focus and can be more tangibly assessed and critiqued. This paper will follow this current by first contextualizing the function of labor within two contrasting historical traditions/tendencies of art and cultural production that explicitly reference labor as an essential structuring condition of the work. It will then develop a detailed case study of a recent exchange between two contemporary media/video artists in Los Angeles that demonstrates the complexities of how the market value of art is implicated within a precarious trans-national wage labor system in the neoliberalist global economy. The article examines the interaction of representation and experience in relationships between body and identity in Latin American history. Through analyzing some discourses about the body, it explains the links between intimate and private activities whose function is to embody and express the social division of symbolic work and its ties to social representations of the body, social orders and their reproduction. This practical-symbolical activity is a fundamental tool in the techniques for governing life: It shows the mechanisms used for training governable subjects and reflects the conditions of colonial modernity as a broad context of biopower in Latin America.
