Hruška, D. Strategy proposal for ENGETO Academy. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2020. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to design strategies to the company ENGETO Academy through a strategic analysis of the external and internal environment, which would ensure the development of the company and strengthen its competitiveness. The theoretical part of the work is based on the literature and focuses on basic concepts and methods in the field of strategic management and planning. The practical part builds on the knowledge gained in the theoretical part and analyzes the very functioning of the company. The external environment is analyzed using PESTE analysis and Porter's model of five driving forces. The internal environment is evaluated on the basis of the principle of key factors. Based on individual analyzes, opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of the company are identified. The factors are evaluated using EFE and IFE matrices and the most important factors are identified. Through SWOT analysis, individual strategies are proposed, one of which is selected and economically evaluated.

The aim of this thesis is to design a strategy for a Business hotel. It will be based on the analysis of external and internal environment, where will be used the company data. The design strategy will lead to increased competitiveness as well as greater occupancy of hotel rooms. PESTE analysis and Porter’s five forces analysis will be used to analyse the external environment. The analysis of the internal environment will be based on the company data. This list of external and internal factors will then be used for further investigation. In the thesis it will be used EFE and IFE Matrix. Then the SWOT analysis will be created. Then with this SWOT analysis will be design a strategy that will improve some hotel processes and increase occupancy of hotel rooms. The design strategy will be economically evaluated.

Adamková, K. Foreign Trade of Ekofiltr, s.r.o. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2019. The literaturere search explains the basis for the analysis of Ekofiltr, s.r.o. The practical part deals with the analysis of the foreign trade of Ekofiltr, s.r.o., the share of export sales and products in the absolute indicators, by economic analysis for the years 2015 to 2017, analysis in the competitive environment and analysis of the workforce of the company. According to the information found, the company is advised to expand into the slovenian market.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to propose suitable recommendations for the company Služby města Náměšť nad Oslavou, s. r. o. The analysis of the internal and external environment was based on which the strengths and weaknesses of the company, opportunities and threats are identified. The "7S" model, the PESTE analysis, the SWOT analysis, and a matrix of priorities were used in the processing. It has been found that the use of marketing on social networks is the least expensive recommendation. It is important to create motivated employees. Recommendations should help the company to strengthen its market competitiveness.

This thesis deals with situational analysis of selected hotel. Firstly, the important part of literature research is the general definition of the external and internal environment. After that are described main tools of the situation analysis. Collecting primary information sources is done by internal data of the company and by external market research. The main content of this bachelor thesis defines detailed analysis of external environment by using PESTE method. Elements of this method are described and then is assess impact of each factor. To evaluate the Hotel's portfolio is used BCG matrix and by using Porter's five forces analysis it is possible to find out how to competitive environment affect the company. On the base of internal data of the company is made a demographic and geographic segmentation of Hotel's guests. With the empirical knowledge from each data, solutions to the problem are established. To summary data form each analysis is used SWOT method with processed strategy suggestion.

This bachelor thesis with title “Proposal strategy for company M-Oil” deals with issue of key business processes. The main objective is to propose a suitable strategy to strengthen the competitiveness of the market. The thesis is divided into two basic parts, which are the theoretical part and the practical part. In the theoretical part, selected methods of analysis of the environment are described by means of domestic and foreign literary research. In the practical part, this knowledge is applied to company M-Oil, the main benefit of my bachelor thesis is the design of strategy for this company.

Further, the procedures of specific methods that analyze competitiveness are explained. In the next part is introduced the company ABC s.r.o. Individual analyzes that evaluate competitiveness are applied to the company. On the basis of the analyzes, there are recommendations formulated for the enterprise, which should lead to an increase in the competitiveness of the company.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to propose appropriate recommendations for development of the winery. Based on an analysis of the external and internal en-vironment, opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of the company are identified. The analysis of external environment is analysed by using PESTE anal-ysis and by the Porter´s five forces analysis. For analysing internal environment is used Porter's value chain and financial analysis. In conclusion, appropriate rec-ommendations are proposed from the SWOT matrix. Selected recommendations are evaluated from an economic point of view.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is in using the strategy analysis of the external and internal environment to design strategies that would help improving the develop-ment of the company and the increasing of its competitiveness on the market. This bachelor thesis deals with the proposal of the business strategy of the company Microtex Ltd. The purpose of this work was to propose a business strategy based on the acquired information about the company and the subsequent SWOT analysis, which should lead to higher sales and consolidate firms position in the textile industry market. Based on the market research, the calculation of the expected annual costs and the expected increase in sales for the selected business strategy was made. Subsequently, the factors which might endanger the imple-mentation of the selected business strategy in the future were analysed.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is the evaluation of the competitiveness of enter-prise ABC s. r. o. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part includes an explanation of the concepts of competition, competitiveness, competitive ad-vantage and theory of used analysis. The second part uses individual analysis for enterprise ABC s. r. o. and comparison of the enterprise with the competitors. Based on the findings of analysis and comparisons with competition, are made recommendations how the enterprise could increase its competitiveness.

The primary purpose of this study is to determine internal and external environment of the selected organization. The literature research gives a detailed description of primary used analyses like PESTLE or SWOT. The main goal of the thesis is to draw up the business plan of a fictitious company Sdílej auto, s.r.o., which operates on a market with car sharing services. In this part the basic market research was done, including PESTE analysis, Porter's five forces analysis and SWOT analysis, which allows to understand and evaluate the business environment. The practical feasibility of the plan is verified by financial plan.

The Diploma thesis deals with a strategic analysis of a company Princ parket s. r. o. A theoretical part of the thesis explains basic concepts and context within the field of a strategic management. In a practical part all previous mentioned methods and procedures are applied for the specific company. A basic starting point for the strategy proposal are external and internal analysis. For the macro-environmental analysis was crucial method of the PESTe analysis. For purposes of the micro-environmental analysis were used sectoral analysis and Porter's Five Forces model. The next step was the internal environment analysis. Based on the previous analyses, the SWOT analysis was established. The result is to propose a qualified strategy for the selected company.

This bachelor thesis deals with an analysis of the current situation and the description of the micro and macro environment of the Hotel České Žleby. The practical part presents the analysis of the marketing strategy of the selected hotel.Then both SWOT analysis and PESTE analysis, which are to examine external and internal environment of the hotel, are performed to evaluate its strategy. The submitted diploma thesis deals with the problematics of marketing strategy creation for a particular selected furniture company. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to marketing. A history and current trends in the field of marketing strategy creation and marketing in general are also described here. The data are taken from the scientific literature dealing with the given problematics. Information obtained from the theoretical part is used in the practical part of the work. This bachelor thesis is focused on recommendations for the future development of Vinný sklípek-galerie, s.r.o. The first part of this thesis focuses on theory of strategic management and the processes of strategic management. Furthermore, companys objectives and analysis of the external and internal environment in relation to the specifics of the wine industry. In the practical part compares wineries and gives information about the company. Everything is evaluated using SWOT analysis and conclusion are reviewed current situation and made recommendations for improvement

The main aim of the thesis is to develop appropriate strategy for further development of a concrete company. Basic terminology, approaches for creating strategy, implements and techniques used for implementation are introduced in the introductory part. In the conclusion, the results are summarized and proposed the mar-keting strategy to enter the local market of the Czech Republic.

The bachelor thesis is focused on appropriate strategy design for a construction company Kaláb, s.r.o. This thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is a literature research focused on basic terms definition. These terms are practically used in the second part of the thesis. An analysis of external and internal environment was performed to get appropriate strategy evaluation. This was completed by an analysis of Stakeholders. The PESTE and the Porter's five forces analyses were used to assess factors of external environment. Factors of internal environment were as-sessed by situation and financial analysis. Previous analyses identified an opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of the company. The final strategy was designed using the SWOT analysis.

The main goal of this Master's Thesis is the formulation and quantification of suitable recommendations. Master thesis deals with the actual fluctuation in the birth rate in the Czech Republic focusing on the situation of kindergartens from the view-point of the government, founders, directors of kindergartens and the public (community). Three borough of the city Brno -- Bohunice, Medlánky a Žabovřesky were chosen for solving the situation. The proposed strategies are based on qualitative research, creating forecasts the number of required sites in kindergartens for the next 6 years and SWOT analysis. Author of the thesis studies creation and success of the OP brands, current Branding Strategy, following technical service and awareness of the OP products in comparison with the competition. Author also analyzed current condition of the firm using MOST analysis, market development using PESTE analysis and innovative opportunities for the company and SWOT analysis. In that case he answered beforehand-asked questions.
