Problems and situations solved at the strategic level are unique. In a high quality elaborated strategy enables increase the value of the firms. The aim od this bachelors thesis is to create a strategic analysis of the company Al-Namura s.r.o. This company is focused on producing non-alcoholic beverages and wholesale with beverages. In the first part of the thesis teoretical terms and basic processes of strategic analysis are introduced. In the second part these processes are applied to create the strategic analysis of the company. Thanks to these metods we identify opportunities and threats and strengths and weaknesses. Results of each analysis are apply in SWOT analysis, which give us basics to create strategic recommendations.

The practical part is devoted to a strategic analysis of the company Výzva 21 dní, s.r.o. The key methodologies used are Porter's five competitive forces analysis and PESTE analysis to chart the external business environment and resource analysis together with 7S method to evaluate internal business environment. The summary of the SWOT analysis conduct to identification of the problematic areas in the company and it will be the foundation for the final part of the thesis, which will consist of the company's mission, specific corporate strategy and recommendations for implementation of the selected company Výzva 21 dní, s.r.o.

The goal of the master thesis is to conduct a strategic analysis of the Czech Export Bank. The work is divided in two parts, a theoretically methodological and practical part. Within theoretical part there is identified strategy by different approaches and there are described the procedures for strategic analysis. Findings from the theoretically methodological part are applied in the practical part and subsequently are used in the strategic analysis. The external analysis is characterized by using PEST analysis. The internal analysis uses Porter's model of five forces and describes resources and capabilities of the bank. Due to the internal analysis, there are determined strengths and weaknesses. In order to evaluate the results of the strategic analysis is used SWOT analysis, which is finally amended by the EFE and IFE matrix. The thesis points to an important and problematic areas of the bank. The final part of my thesis consists of specific strategic recommendations based on the results from strategic analysis and presents suggestions for improvement

The result of the analysis is projected to marketing strategy. Chapter people and financial plan eventually gives readers a realistic picture of the company's ambitions.

The Thesis is divided in two parts: theoretical and practical part. In the macro surroundings analysis are acquired information on the trends and forces that affect the retail market the most. Following part contains the analysis of the retail sector, its attractiveness and the driving forces that affect it. The analysis of competitive environment has revealed the relationship between retail customers, suppliers and competitors themselves. The objective of this thesis is to propose a business strategy that would result in sustainable competitive advantage for Trafin Oil, a.s. - a Czech company operating on the waste oil market. In order to accomplish the stated objective, extensive research has been performed into the existing body of literature on the subject. Frameworks for analysis of the competitive situation are presented and applied thoroughly in the practical part. Moreover, to better comprehend Trafin Oil, a.s. strategic position a customer survey was conducted and extensive interviewing took place. Based on the applied frameworks and the insights gathered throughout the research, the thesis delivers a strategy which rests on developing a unique strategic position and involves different sets of activities to deliver its value proposition. The strategy ought to guarantee higher collection stability and generate substantially higher profits.

The goal of this Master's thesis is to conduct a strategic analysis the farmers markets in Czech Republic, with the emphasis on external analysis. The core of the analysis is composed of two main parts. The first one is the theoretically-methodological part, which sets the basic terms, methods of the stratgic analysis and definition of the SWOT analysis. The second part is devoted to aplication of the external analysis methods to the farmers markets, revealing threats and opportunities and proposal of the strengths, which the new farmers market should have and also defining the weaknesses which should be avoided. It also mentions a strategy of penetrating this sector of the industry by a new subject and intrudoces the strategy for foreign farmers markets. Agriculture has not been a mean of securing a food for nations for a long time. Today, thanks to the European union policy, the business activities of agricultural enterprises head towards to the energetics industry and to other industries like heating, forestry or services that enable the companies to diversify their activities beyond the borders of the primary sector. The reasons for a decision of extending the strategic focus of business are many: smaller dependency on weather, better market position in the relevant micro environs, more effective use of agricultural land, local energetic self-sufficiency. This thesis analyses especially the transition of the Czech agriculture from the concept of securing the food self-sufficiency of the state towards to the concept of securing energetic self-sufficiency of the state, facilitated by the renewable energy sources produces by farmers, and other development trends in the Czech agriculture in the European transnational, Czech national and local business context.

The first part represents a theoretical description of methods used in strategic analysis, including terms definitions, meaning and significance of strategic analysis and strategy in general. Second part represents practical application of these methods on a small medical company. It even includes certain adjustments of basic methods so that they are better applicable on company of this specific business sector. The conclusion then evaluates the results of different methods and there are also formulated certain recommendation based on results of the strategic analysis

This thesis deals with strategic analysis of the company Hornbach Baumarkt CS, s.r.o. Thesis is divided into a theoretical part which contains basic definitions, methods and tools for strategic analysis. This knowledge are subsequently used in the practical part. After the company introducing, the external and internal environment of the company is gradually analyzed and includes a PEST analysis and Porter model of five competitive forces. I tis followed by a breakdown of business resources, financial and portfolio analysis of the company which is focused on a private label strategy. Completion is a SWOT analysis, which shows the strengths and weaknesses of company and also reveals the opportunities and threats that affect the company from the outside. Thesis ends by proposing strategic recommendations arising from the implementation of the strategic analysis.
