This work is devoted to the issue of competitiveness and the market position of the company. The aim of this diploma thesis is to utilize the practical use of selected methods of strategic management to evaluate the current competitiveness of the company WASH ART and based on the results, design a suitable strategy to strengthen its position on the market. PEST analysis, Porter's analysis of five competitive forces, VRIO analysis, analysis of the company's exposure and marketing research carried out using questionnaires were utilized in order to evaluate the company and collect the data required to evaluate the appropriate strategy. Findings were then used to design a plan that the company should follow in order to meet the goal of strengthening its position on the market.
