The diploma thesis is focused on finding the motivational structure for physical aktivity of a specific group of children from a selected private primary school. These students are attending first through ninth grade, therefore attending both lower primary and upper primary school. Based on their classes, they have been divided into three examined groups. The first group consists of pupils of younger school age, pupils of the first through third grade, the second group consists of pupils of middle school age, which includes pupils of the fourth to sixth grade and the last third group consists of pupils of older school age, which corresponds age of pupils in the seventh to ninth year of compulsory school attendance. Due to my pedagogical work as a teacher at this school, the pupils were deliberately chosen from the Private Primary School and Kindergarten Viva Bambini s.r.o. based in České Budějovice. This school teaches according to the principles of an Italian doctor, anthropologist, and pedagogue Maria Montessori. The aim of the diploma thesis is, by processing statistical data from a questionnaire survey submitted to both school students and their legal guardians (parents), to determine the motivational factors that lead them to physical activity. From their answers, I find out what influence...

This bachelor thesis seeks to explore the climate in physical education classes and discover unexplored internal contexts. Climate is understood here in a broad sense, i.e. in addition to the relationships between pupils and the relationships between pupils and teacher, the component of attitudes towards the subject of physical education is also investigated, which is why attitude is one of the central themes of the whole thesis. The literature search initially focuses on the current situation of sport and physical education, then presents previously conducted investigations of the attitudes of pupils of different ages towards physical education and presents the already scientifically confirmed connections with attitudes towards physical education. The quantitative research was focused on primary and secondary school pupils in the Vysočina region, who were tested using 3 instruments - an attitudinal questionnaire taken from the MŠMT Circus Pedagogy project, a climate questionnaire by Ježek and Mareš and the Hrabal sociometric-rating questionnaire. Through various statistical tests, I verified that attitudes towards physical education are consistent with the literature reviewed and are in a slightly positive range, with the proportion of students with negative attitudes being less than 10 %. In...

The diploma thesis is aimed to create a training program for hockey players of school age and to confirm its effectiveness in practice. The created program consists of eight types of exercises. Two teams of hockey players were created for this experience. In total, there were thirty-two players between the age of ten to eleven. We made an entry test for both teams. One team trained according to our new training program and another team trained as usual. We made final testing of both teams after nine weeks. The testing was being made by four tests on an ice rink, that would test the movement ability of young hockey players. We verified both groups' results separately and statistically by pair t-test at the level of significance 0,05 and then we counted factual significance. Subsequently, we compared the results of both groups against each other, which we also proved statistically by using an unpaired t-test. There was an improvement in all measuring tests in the experimental group, which was also confirmed by statistical significance.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the influence of physical activities on active lifestyle in adult age. The objective of this bachelor's thesis was to find out the influence of active childhood on active lifestyle in adult age. According to many important authors such as Olivares, 2015 or Telama, 2005 the biggest influence on active lifestyle in the adult age has pre school and adolescent age. Therefore this work is focused on these two stages of life. The theoretical part is divided into 4 main chapters. Firstly there is a description of basic terms such as physical activity, sport, lack of physical activity and its consequences. The next part divides the age stages in people's lives, significant from the point of creating active movement habits, into pre school age, adolescence and adult age. Besides life stages psychological aspects have a great importance, motivating people towards movement activities. Therefore following terms are defined: motivation, needs and motives, inheritance and upbringing. The conclusion of the theoretical part is devoted to the lifestyle of the current population, describes what active lifestyle and change of active lifestyle mean. Qualitative research survey was used for summarizing the results. Data were gathered using structured interviews carried out with adults aged 40-50. There were 14 interviews made, half of them with men and the other half with women. Based on the answers 8 categories were made and transformed into mind maps, which were subsequently thoroughly described, These two following questions were proposed: Could movement activities carried out during childhood influence the attitude to these activities in adult age? How do respondents evaluate the pros and cons of movement activities carried out during childhood? The interviews were aimed on movement activity of the respondents. The first questions were focused on determining whether the respondents did some sports during their childhood or at least in their youth. Further they were asked who or what led them to sports the most. More than a half stated that their parents led them to sports the most. The second part of the interview gained information leading to solving research questions. There was a presumption that if the person does sport regularly as a child, they will be physically active in adult age. All of the respondents did sports actively in their youth and they do so up to now and they are sure that doing sport in childhood steered them towards an active lifestyle in the present. Therefore the presumption was confirmed. Responds to the second question showed the positive and negative impacts in respondent's childhood. The most mentioned positive ones were positive sporting experiences and meeting friends at the sports grounds. The second most frequent benefit for respondents was their physical condition gained from their regular movement activities. Respondents also mentioned their sporting versatility gained in childhood because they did several sports at the same time and so they have universal skills which they can use while doing sports with friends nowadays. Respondents mostly didn't find any negative aspects of their active childhood. Those who did so mentioned health problems or injuries caused by sport and also less time for socializing. The last part of the interview was focused on current sporting activities. The frequency of physical activities of the respondents was nearly the same as in the childhood. The results of the research show that childhood is a cornerstone of life either physically or psychologically. All 14 respondents claimed that their current active lifestyle was influenced by their childhood based on sports.

As the thesis deals with the positive aspects of sports, it must not neglect the problems associated with the lack of it (hypokinesis) and the negative psychophysiological and even economic consequences resulting therefrom. Furthermore, the thesis summarizes the possible risks of irregularly or occasionaly performed sport activities, and marginally covers the topic of wellness in comparison with the relatively new term "selfness". The latter part of the theoretical section gets at the subject matter and and replaces general sport activity information with specific data from the Seldčany region in central Bohemia. It determines and describes the area, its history and the beginning of physical education in it. The practical part of the thesis deals with specific monitoring results, specifically the current supply of leisure-time sport activities in the Sedlčany region. Quite logically, it describes the sport facilities, stadiums, clubs and teams, and lists the hiking and cycling paths available in the area. A secondary goal of the thesis is the creation of a clear guide, the title of which is identical with that of this thesis. This guide will provide comprehensive information to both active and inactive citizens of the region regarding leisure-time sport activity options available in the region, including current pricing thereof.

Title: Art and sport Summary: The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe and compare art and sport. The author wants to compare the moments in which they are similar, their progression or suppression. The topic of my bachelor?s work describes problems of physical activity of children, during the period of adolescence and its influence on the health condition and the ontogenetic development of the motion apparatus. Since there are more children and adolescents, who spend a significant time of a day under a static load, to the detriment of motion activities, this topic is very actual and important. The theoretical part of my work deals with postural ontogenesis, with the significance of motion activities in individual development stages of children and adolescents, with an overview of present most popular motion activities. Further I focused on posture defects, on the impact of the school load on the child?s organism, the risks of working with computers and last but not least I described methods of prevention and treatment of consequences the above factors might cause. The objective of the practical part was to find out the frequency of motion apparatus problems, wrong habits in movements and their impact on the postural system in selected classes of secondary and primary schools. To collect the data I chose a quantitative research with a questionnaire, which contained 21 questions. Mainly the frequency of motion apparatus problems, the motion activity and further activities that affect the condition of the motion apparatus and the knowledge of the basic preventive measures were examined. There were 108 pupils in the 8th and 9th form of the school in Oparany, pupils in the 9th form of the school in Jistebnice and pupils in the first and second form of the Grammar School Pierre de Coubertin in Tabor that participated in the research. The age of the respondents was between 14 and 17 years. The results were assessed by means of the frequency analysis and have been presented in graphs. Each respondent received together with the questionnaire an educational booklet, which was prepared in an easily understandable form to give information of the impact of environment on the health of the motion apparatus, the prevention and the basic therapy of the already existing problems. The results of the research show that 70.3 percent of respondents has already had or has suffered from pains of the motion apparatus. 26.8 percent of respondents meet the requirements for the recommended weekly volume of motion activity for children and adolescents; they are mainly boys. The importance of preventive measures, e.g. the way of sitting realize most of the respondents, however the level of their knowledge of individual factors, which affect the health of the motion apparatus differed significantly. This bachelor?s work can be used in clinical practice of physiotherapist or by teachers, teaching not only physical education.

The subject matter of my final papers is Nutrition and it`s ecification within sport and leisure time exercising activities. I put my mind to the most important spheres of nutrition that should take interest of portsmen and other people doing any kind of sport in their leisure time. The attention of Nutirition Therapy is mainly paid to medical nutrition. Health precaution seems to be only a marginal subject of Nutrition Therapy. I have tried to study all the available literature related to Sport Nutrition to review the most important facts to point out. In the latter part of my thesis, I described and studied nutriton habits of two sportsmen. One of them does the strenght sport, the other one does the power-persistence sport. Both were examined by a sport physician. According to the results of the physical examination they had undergone. The sportsmen were writing down all they ate in a retrospective way for three weeks, during the time of preconditioning before a contest. They were also writing down all the exercise activities they were doing those days. After the three weeks, I evaluated their records and compared them with general nutrition recommendation for sporsmen helping them to sustain and enhance their health.
