This study attempted to explore and analyse the indifference management trend in the Educational system of Iran. This objective was achieved through a qualitative approach and grounded theory. The population included all educational management professionals and experts who had at least two years of management experience. Twenty-four individuals were selected through purposive sampling based on theoretical data saturation. In order to collect research data, semi-structured interviews were adopted. Moreover, the results were evaluated through systematic analysis method based on open, core and selective coding. The findings suggested that the causal conditions affecting indifference management entail eight dimensions: job motivation, employee development, organisational culture, organisational climate, attitude and manager's performance, employee attitude, work environment and nature of work. Organisational culture, organisational climate and workplace conditions were the underlying factors of indifference management, while behaviour and performance of managers were mediating or confounding conditions, playing a dramatic role in indifference management.

This paper has investigated the importance of spiritual and emotional quotient in reinforcing the values of Islamic ethics. The development of good character in Islam is the process of encountering with individual feelings that contributes to the creation of and support of good and proper feelings such as forgiveness, compassion, love, generosity, and courage and fights against negative feelings such as envy, anger, selfishness and dastardliness and suppresses them. Character-making should do many works with patience and persistence in controlling feelings resulting in negative dimensions and reinforcing feelings resulting in positive ethics. Employing and controlling feelings will result in training deserved ethics. In addition, it leads a healthy spiritual and psychic life. New research show that individuals who reinforce their own spiritual motivations and have developed their own emotional quotient, are more inclined to achieve competitive advantage than those who have not this intelligence. The main objective of this research is to investigate a new field in modern psychology including emotional quotient and spiritual quotient that is aimed at whether new psychological approaches and positive findings of studying human emotions and feelings can contribute to the Islamic ethics or not.

This study is aimed to study the relationship between school culture and learning among female high school students in the schools of Saveh Province. In order to achieve the goal of study, the sample size based on scientific principles and sample size formula was 125 persons who were selected among 3710 female high school students by using relative stratifiedrandom sampling method. The toolsused in the research include Neefe's learning questionnaire and school culture questionnaire and descriptive, analytical statistics, Pearson correlation test, Spearman correlation test and t test were done and the following results were achieved: Findingssuggest that there is a significant positive relationship between school culture and students' learning and there is no significant difference between students of public and private schools in terms of school culture and learning.

Language learning has experienced a shift of focus from a form-focused to a meaning-focused approach, and the necessity of using task-based learning, a relatively recent approach, has emerged. The vital role of task-based materials makes it obligatory not to exclude them from the language learning syllabi. The current study aims at investigating whether task-based reading can contribute significantly to the development of reading comprehension of Iranian advanced EFL learners of English. An experimental study was carried out in order to scrutinize the applicability of task-based language teaching. To this end, 60 female advanced EFL learners, selected from among a pool of 100 learners, were assigned equally and randomly into two groups of thirty, consisting of an experimental and a control group. The selection of the participants was based on the results of a standard and piloted version of Paper-based TOEFL. The participant’s mean age was about 23, ranging from 20 to 27 years of age. Both groups received a pretest and a post-test of reading. During the treatment period the experimental group received task-based reading activities while the control group received reading instructions through traditional methods. The impact of the treatment upon the reading comprehension ability of the participants was analyzed through an independent-samples t-test, and comparisons between groups were made. The results clearly indicated the development of reading comprehension ability of the participants in the first group (the experimental group) through the application of task-based reading activities.

The general purpose of this study was to propose the innovation model in Mazandaran province Education. This study is applied in term of purpose and the methodology is descriptive of survey kind. The statistical population includes chiefs and deputies of Mazandaran province Education Organization and its 2653 schools managers. 338 people were selected as statistical sample using stratified -cluster random sampling and Cochran formula. A researcher made questionnaire containing 65 questions was used to gather data. Content and face validity of the questionnaire was approved by experts and its reliability was calculated OF 0.89 using Cronbach Alpha Coefficient. The results of structural equations showed significant and positive relationship between innovation variables in Education and organizational dimensions (organizational culture, administration style, human resources, technology, and organizational incentives) and educational dimensions (teaching methods, educational content and methods of students study). The results of confirmatory factor analysis confirmed the fitness of innovation model in Education Implementation is suggested in Mazandaran Province Education Organization. The prominent role of reading in language learning, particularly at upper-intermediate and advanced levels, is beyond doubt. At these levels, the text plays a primary role in developing language learners’ reading skill in particular, and their proficiency level in general. This study was carried out to find the effectiveness of reading drama on the development of advanced EFL learners’ vocabulary skill. The participants of the study were 40 (all females) advanced EFL learners. The participants were randomly assigned to two groups (each consisting of 20 students): one group for reading drama (the experimental group), and one group for traditional reading (the control group). During the treatment period the experimental group received short dramas while the control group received reading instructions through traditional methods. The scores were entered into SPSS software for analysis. The results clearly demonstrated the contribution of reading drama to the development of vocabulary of Iranian advanced EFL learners of English.

The purpose of the present study is to investigate indifference management structural model in education system of Ardabil Province. The research method was integration study using Alli modeling. Statistical society of research was 420 assistant professors of educational science, managers and deputies of Ardabil’ second period of high schools that 383 individuals were selected by simple random sampling. The data collection tool was researcher-made questionnaire. Face and content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and its Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was obtained as of 0/80. In order to investigate hypothesizes of research, obtained data were transferred to LISREL software to fit Alli model of structural equation and then were analyzed. The obtained findings of the statistical analysis showed that behavior and performance of manager indirectly has a meaningful impact on indifference management variable through employee’ empowerment variables, job satisfaction of employee, organization’s culture, organizational climate and employee’ perception of the organization. Goodness of fit index (GFI) 0/92 and root mean square of residuals latent variables model was RMSEA=0/045. Therefore, the model has a good fit and has a great ability to measure main variables of research.

The purpose of this study is to determine the dimensions of smart schools in the Fars education system and provide a suitable model. The research method is descriptive survey. The study population consisted of all school principals Fars Province in the academic 2014-2015 and number of them was 1364. The sample volume using Cochran method was 302 people, which was chosen by cluster. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, beginning with a review of literature and research in Iran and world history questionnaire has 4 dimensions (infrastructure, human resources, process of teaching-learning, management) and 12 elements (hardware, software, physical, administrators, teachers, students, parents, curriculum, teaching methods, content, support, evaluation) and consists of 83 items based on LIKERT scale was adjusted. The validity of based on (judicial authorities, supervisors and advisors) and reliability through Cronbach’s alpha was calculated 0.98.After the distribution and questionnaires, data using statistical indicators and the percentage distribution, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling at 95% with SPSS 21 software and LISREL 8.8 were analyzed.
