Acute mastitis is a common disease in during lactation, affecting the breastfeeding of patients. Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques have the advantages and characteristics of “simple, convenient, inexpensive and effective”, and have been widely used in clinical practice in recent years. This paper reviews the definition and characteristics of syndrome differentiation of acute mastitis, summarizes Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment of acute mastitis, discuss the prospect of the future development in research and clinical practice, and provided reference for development a diversified, targeted and integrated nursing plan. Acute mastitis not only causes maternal discomfort, but also affects breastfeeding. This paper introduces the definition of continuous nursing and the application advantages of Wechat platform in the transitional care of acute mastitis. The application status, effect and existing problems of continuous nursing measures based on Wechat group and Wechat public account in the nursing of patients with acute mastitis were mainly summarized. This article summarizes the nursing practice of two patients with rheumatoid arthritis treated with Huolong pot comprehensive moxibustion. This article summarizes the observation and nursing experience of 2 patients with periarthritis of the shoulder joint treated with Huolong pot comprehensive moxibustion. Based on the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation, the combination of Huolong pot moxibustion treatment and diet guidance, emotional nursing, daily life nursing, health education and other routine nursing measures has significantly relieved the pain and anxiety symptoms of patients, and this method has the advantages of less adverse reactions and high safety, and is easy to be accepted by patients. This paper reviewed studies on Traditional Chinese Medicine comprehensive treatment of acute lactational mastitis at early stage. Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation, the Traditional Chinese Medicine comprehensive treatment could be divided into oral administration and external application, and most common interventions adopted in the clinical practice were manual expression, Huolong Cupping therapy and moxibustion, Gua Sha, collaterals pricking and cupping. The majority of researches were clinical observations and case reports, and there is a need of research with more sample size and standard methodology. Objective To explore the clinical effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine collapse stains combined with wax therapy in the treatment of urinary dysfunction in patients with multiple system atrophy. Methods A total of 30 patients with multiple system atrophy accompanied by urinary dysfunction were divided into observation group and control group according to the time sequence of hospital admission, with 15 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment and nursing, and the observation group was treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine collapse stains combined with wax therapy based on the control group. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared by using Overactive Bladder Symptom Score (OABSS). Results The total score of OABSS was decreased in both two group after treatment, and OABSS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0. 05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese Medicine collapse stains combined with wax therapy can effectively relieve urinary dysfunction and improve the quality of life of the patient with multiple system atrophy, and it is worth promoting. Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women today. Surgical treatment is an important part of comprehensive treatment of breast cancer. Breast cancer-related lymphedema (BCRL) is a complication after breast cancer surgery. Traditional Chinese medicine combined with comprehensive nursing interventions has remarkable clinical effect in the treatment of upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer surgery. This paper reviews the research progress of common Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment and nursing technology of breast cancer-related lymphedema, and provides reference for improvement of quality of postoperative nursing of patients with breast cancer. Peripherally inserted central catheters (PICCs) are used as first-line central venous catheters for the delivery of chemotherapy and supportive care in cancer patients. However, PICCs-related complications, such as phlebitis, blockage, infection and allergic dermatitis may increase the level of pain and affect the following treatment. This paper summarized the nursing experience of allergic dermatitis after PICC placement in a breast cancer patient undergoing chemotherapy. Based on analyzing the relevant factors of allergic dermatitis and syndrome differentiation, timely medication, psychological intervention, dietary guidance, and other nursing interventions were carried out to relieve the local symptoms such as sitching, inflammation, rash and redness. This paper summarized the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing of a patient with postoperative pain after surgery for breast cancer. The patient had received a comprehensive nursing assessment after hospital admission. Based on the TCM syndrome differentiation, appropriate technique of TCM nursing including TCM ointment massage, cupping therapy, TCM medication and emotional care were carried out to relieve the negative emotion and postoperative pain of the patient. This paper summarized the postoperative nursing of a patient undergoing breast-conserving surgery for left-sided breast cancer. Key issues of postoperative nursing included pain management, infection prevention, skin care, prevention of deep venous thrombosis and psychological care. Objective To explore the effect of different operating sequences of acupoint application and moxibustion on relieving the pain in patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods Sixty patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into group A (n=30) and group B (n=30). The sequence of operations in Group A was as follows: first applying acupoints, and then conducting moxibustion at the same site for 30 minutes. In Group B, the sequence of operations was as follows: first applying moxibustion for 30 minutes, and then applying acupoints at the moxibustion site. The course of treatment was 2 weeks. This paper summarized the nursing management for 1 patient with mammary nodules (hyperplasia of mammary glands) of Liver-Qi stagnation syndrome treated with Chinese medicine ointment rubbing therapy combined with holographic scraping treatment. After the syndrome of Liver-Qi stagnation was diagnosed in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), TCM nursing technique was applied to this patient gradually, including Chinese medicine ointment rubbing therapy on breast and holographic scraping treatment. Dietary nursing interventions and emotional care were carried out during the treatment. Clinical results showed that the main and secondary symptoms of the patient were relieved, the pain was relieved, and the patient was satisfied with nursing service. Objective To evaluate the implementation effects of Small Private Online Course(SPOC)-based online-offline mixed teaching mode in Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing teaching. Methods Totally 593 students from Grade 2019 and Grade 2020 of the School of Nursing of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine were taught with online-offline mixed teaching mode, the scores of whom were then compared with the scores of 371 students from Grade 2017 and Grade 2018 of the school of Nursing. In addition, interview was conducted to several students who were taught with online-offline mixed teaching mode, which means the effects of online-offline mixed teaching mode were evaluated from both subjective and objective perspectives. Results Before and after the implementation of the online-offline mixed teaching mode, there were significant differences in students' total scores (P0. 05). Students believed that the online-offline mixed teaching model effectively promoted their independent learning capability, but lacked effective interaction between teachers and students. Conclusion SPOC-based online-offline mixed teaching model can effectively improve students' subjective initiative in learning and more objectively reflect the effects of students' process learning. However, there are still some problems in the implementation of this teaching model, such as teachers and students being unable to communicate in time and relying too much on students' autonomy, which need to be further improved. (目的 评价基于SPOC的线上-线下混合式教学模式的实施效果。方法 对北京中医药大学护理学院2019级和2020级二本层次593名学生实施线上-线下混合式教学, 将学生成绩与教学改革实施前的2017级和2018级二本层次371名学生的成绩进行比较分析, 并对教学改革实施后的部分学生进行访谈, 从主客观两个角度评价线上-线下混合式教学模式的效果。结果 线上-线下混合式教学模式实施前后, 学生总成绩(P＜0. 01)、形成性考核成绩(P＜0. 05)及操作考核成绩(P＜0. 01)差异有统计学意义, 终末考核成绩、平时作业成绩及实验报告成绩均无显著差异(P＞0. 05)。学生认为, 线上-线下混合式教学模式有效推动了他们自主学习, 但缺乏师生有效互动。结论 基于SPOC的线上-线下混合式教学模式, 能够有效提升学生学习的主观能动性, 并能够更加客观地反映学生的过程性学习效果, 但教学模式实施过程中仍存在师生无法及时沟通、过于依赖学生自主性等问题, 有待进一步改善。)

Objective To develop a self-made questionnaire on the content quality and clinical applicability of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing program. The content, quality and clinical applicability of TCM nursing plan in acute and convalescent stage of stroke were evaluated by clinical nurses through questionnaire. Methods The questionnaire was designed with reference to the questionnaire on the applicability of clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines of TCM, and the content validity was evaluated by expert consultation. Totally 49 nurses from 9 hospitals were selected for questionnaire survey, and the questionnaire results were processed and analyzed by SPSS 20. 0 software. Results The content validity S-CVI/Ave score of the self-designed questionnaire was 0. 94; The results of the questionnaire showed that the overall content of the approval scheme was "better than the original nursing routine" (59. 18%); The recognition of "common symptoms" (36. 70%) and "syndrome classification" (36. 70%) was the lowest. Conclusion In the future, efforts should be made to widely collect the clinical user experience and suggestions of TCM nursing scheme, and further improve the scheme content in combination with the evidence-based concept to make it closer to the clinical practice. Objective To investigate the status of occupational well-being of nurses in the Green Nursing Outpatient Department of a certain Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) hospital in Beijing. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 59 nurses attending the TCM Green Nursing Clinic using the Medical Staff Occupational Well-Being Scale, and the data were analyzed. Results The total score of occupational well-being of nurses was (101. 17±15. 48), with five dimensional entries of social support (22. 19±3. 03), value/competence embodiment (26. 41±3. 63), work environment (14. 81±3. 02), economic income (10. 05±2. 84), physical and mental health (27. 71±2. 96), and the mean score of total entries (4. 22±0. 65) points, which was at a high level. Conclusion The nurses working in TCM Green nursing clinic were physically and mentally healthy, had a high degree of team working, and had a sense of achievement in work. They believed that lower sense of well-being was associated with the working environment and economic income. The high degree of occupational well-being of nurses is potentially effective to reduce nurse job burnout and increase the investment in outpatient work. It is suggested that TCM hospital managers should provide nurses with a platform to cultivate TCM nursing professional teams in outpatient clinics to solve practical problems and improve nurses' occupational well-being. This paper summarized the curative effect of manual lymphatic drainage of the breast combined with blood-pricking and cupping therapy and related nursing measures for a patient with mastitis of Qi-stagnation and Heat-congestion type. The manual lymphatic drainage of the breast was carried out under the guidance of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation, and then combined with the selection of Dazhui point (DV 14) and Tianzong point(SI 11) for blood-pricking and cupping therapy, so as to achieve the effect of relieving symptoms and expression of breast milk. The manual lymphatic drainage of the breast combined with blood-pricking and cupping therapy, supplemented by symptomatic nursing, can effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients and improve the treatment effect. This paper summarized the nursing measures for a patient with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with type II respiratory failure treated by sequential non-invasive positive pressure ventilation via nasal high-flow oxygen therapy. Nursing interventions were carried out in the following ways: non-invasive positive pressure ventilation, medication nursing, enteral nutrition support, pipeline maintenance, skin care and psychological nursing and other issues. Efforts were made to improve the respiratory failure status and various vital signs, control of carbon dioxide retention and reduce the occurrence of complications. By providing patients with a constant, adjustable, high-speed breathing gas mixture formed from air and oxygen, it was aimed to crush the gas left in the nasal cavity, oral cavity and pharynx, and significantly reduce the amount of carbon dioxide inhaled during the next inhalation. The application of sequential treatment with transnasal high-flow oxygen therapy has achieved positive therapeutic results in patients with hypoxic respiratory failure. Objective To investigate the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) collapse stains combined with western medicine in treating acute herpes zoster. Methods A total of 60 patients with acute herpes zoster were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with TCM collapse stains combined with western medicine. The pain degree measured by Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) and treatment efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The VAS score of both group decreased after treatment, and the VAS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0. 05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 83. 33%(25/30), which was higher than 66. 67%(20/30) in the control group (P＜0. 05). Conclusion The Combination of TCM collapse stains and western medicine is more effective than single use of western medicine in relieving the pain and improve the clinical symptoms of patients with acute herpes zoster. (目的 探讨中药溻渍联合西医治疗急性期带状疱疹的临床效果。方法 选取2021年5月—2022年1月收治的急性期带状疱疹患者60例, 随机分为观察组和对照组, 各30例。对照组给予常规干预, 观察组在对照组基础上实施中药溻渍治疗。评估两组疼痛程度和临床疗效。结果 干预后, 两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均降低, 且观察组评分低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。观察组总有效率83. 33%(25/30), 高于对照组66. 67%(20/30), 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 中药溻渍联合西医治疗急性期带状疱疹, 能有效减轻患者疼痛, 改善临床症状。)

Traditional Chinese Medicine wet compress, a common method for external treatment of Chinese medicine, has been widely used in clinical practice. Through literature review, this paper briefly introduced the definition, historical origin and mechanism of TCM wet compress, and summarized the specific application of TCM wet compress from two aspects of cold- and hot-wet compress, providing reference for clinical research. This paper reviewed the clinical data of a patient with acute mastitis and blocked milk ducts during lactation, and summarized the treatment outcomes of needle stone therapy combined with aseptic No. 5/6 breast duct expander, as well as key issues of nursing assessment, routine care, manual lymphatic drainage, needle stone therapy, usage and precautions of breast duct expander. This paper summarized the effect of blood-letting puncturing combined with cupping therapy and nursing for the treatment of pain in a patient with stagnation of Liver-Qi and phlegm of hyperplasia of mammary glands. In addition to the nursing risk assessment and routine care, the blood-letting puncturing combined with cupping therapy was carried out based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation. Objective To investigate the effect of rubbing therapy with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) ointment in the treatment of primary dysmenorrheal. Methods Totally 82 patients with primary dysmenorrheal were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, with 41 cases in each group. All patients received Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction, and an additional therapy of TCM ointment rubbing was carried out in the treatment group. The pain degree was evaluated by Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), and the effect of intervention was compared between two groups. Results The VAS score dropped in both two groups after treatment, and the VAS score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0. 01). The total effective rate was 90. 24%(37/41)in the treatment group, which was significant higher than 75. 61%(31/41)in the control group (P＜0. 05). Conclusion The rubbing therapy with TCM ointment is effective in pain relief in patients with primary dysmenorrheal. Objective To observe the effect of auricular acupoint sticking and pressing on postoperative pain of patients undergoing surgical treatment for granulomatous lobular mastitis (GLM). Methods Totally sixty GLM patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 30 cases in each group. All patients received routine post-operative nursing, and those in the treatment group were given auricular acupoint sticking and pressing therapy within half an hour after operation. The degree of postoperative pain was evaluated by Numerical Rating Scale(NRS) at 6 h, 24 h and 48 h after operation, and the collected data were analyzed. Results The overall rate of pain relief in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group at 24 h after surgery (83. 33% vs. 53. 33%, P＜0. 05 ). The overall rate of pain relief in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group at 48 h after surgery (93. 33% vs. 73. 33%, P＜0. 05 ). Conclusion The auricular acupoint sticking and pressing is an easy-to-operate and safe technique of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and it is effective in relief of postoperative pain in GLM patients. (目的 观察耳穴贴压治疗肉芽肿性小叶性乳腺炎术后疼痛的效果。方法 将60例肉芽肿性小叶性乳腺炎患者随机分为对照组30例和治疗组30例。两组均接受手术治疗, 对照组实施术后常规护理, 治疗组在对照组基础上, 于术后30 min内给予耳穴贴压。采用数字评分法(NRS)评估患者术后6 h、24 h和48 h疼痛程度, 评价干预效果。结果 术后24 h, 疼痛有效缓解率治疗组为83. 33%(25/30), 高于对照组的53. 33%(16/30), 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。术后48 h, 疼痛有效缓解率治疗组为93. 33%(28/30), 高于对照组的73. 33%(22/30), 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 耳穴贴压能有效缓解肉芽肿性小叶性乳腺炎术后疼痛程度, 且操作简单、安全。)

Objective To analyze the effect of training for medical caregivers, and provide reference for the standard training for medical caregivers. Methods A training group was established to formulate the teaching and training program, teaching objectives, management requirements, training items, teaching conditions, training forms and assessment rules. The training program was carried out according to the implementation plan of Strengthening the Training and Standardized Management of Medical Care Worker in Beijing. Results Medical caregivers were satisfied with the contents of training and related theory teaching and practice provided during the period. The pass rate of the final assessment was 100%. Conclusion The training course for medical caregivers is reasonable and has achieved good results, which is a beneficial attempt to carry out standardized training of medical nurses in the future. This paper reported the nursing experience of a patient undergoing Chinese herbal medicine enema treatment for gastrointestinal dysfunction after laparoscopy for adrenal mass. The patient was diagnosed with intestinal Qi stagnation according to the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation. The Chinese herbal medicine enema technique and coordinated integrated nursing measures were carried out after nursing evaluation. This paper summarized the clinical observation and nursing measures of a patient with acute mastitis during lactation treated by milk-ejection manipulation technique combined with external application of Rutong powder. This paper reviewed the clinical data of an acute mastitis patient undergoing paracentesis of breast abscess, and summarized the effect and measures of milk-ejection manipulation technique combined with external application of Rutong powder in postoperative pain relief. Nursing assessment, manipulation technique, component analysis of Rutong powder, external application methods and cautions and routine nursing intervention were summarized. Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing by syndrome differentiation, application of milk-ejection manipulation technique combined with external application of Rutong powder is effective to relief the pain of the patient after paracentesis of breast abscess.
