Endüstri 4.0 ile gerçekleşecek olan şirketlerin dijitalleşmesindeki ana amaç; kaynak verimliliğinin sağlanarak, üretkenliğin ve ürün çeşitliliğinin artırılarak, optimizasyon ve akıllı üretim teknikleri ile ürün ve hizmet üretiminin daha düşük maliyet ile daha kaliteli bir şekilde organize edilmesi sonucu şirketlerin rekabet gücünü artırmalarıdır. Tez kapsamında; endüstri 4.0 ile ilgili tanımlamalar, bu kavramın önemi, dijitalleşme de herbirinde farklı bir önemi olan endüstri 4.0 teknolojileri, bunların tanımlamaları ve şirketlerde kullanımlarına yönelik örnekler verilmiştir. Farklı sektörlerin dijitalleşme stratejileri ve öncelikleri farklı olması nedeni ile tek bir sektöre odaklanmak yerine imalat, otomotiv, lojistik, gıda ve tarım, eğitim, perakende, finans ve bankacılık, telekomünikasyon ve medya, reklamcılık gibi farklı uygulamalara ve farklı ihtiyaçlara sahip sektörlerin genel anlamı ile dijital dönüşümleri tartışılmış ve global ölçekte bazı girişimlerden bahsedilmiştir. Ayrıca, tez çalışmasında şirketlerin dijitalleşmesi ile birlikte ekonomik, çevresel, sosyal süreçlerde bazı fırsatlar tartışılmış aynı zamanda bu dijital dönüşümün ihracata etkilerinden ve bazı stratejilerden ilgili raporlar yorumlanarak bir değerlendirme yapılmıştır. The main purpose of the digitalization of companies, which will be realized with Industry 4.0, is to increase the competitiveness of companies as a result of providing resource efficiency, increasing productivity and product diversity, organizing product and service production with lower cost and higher quality with digital optimization and smart production techniques. Within the scope of the thesis, definitions of industry 4.0, the importance of this concept, each industry 4.0 technologies which have different importance in digitalization, their definitions and examples of their use in companies are provided. Because of the variation of digitalization strategies and priorities of different sectors, instead of focusing on a single sector, the general overview was provided for sectors with different applications and different needs such as manufacturing, automotive, logistics, food and agriculture, education, retail, finance and banking, telecommunications and media, advertising. Digital transformation activities were discussed and some initiatives on a global scale were mentioned. In addition, in this dissertation study, some opportunities in economic, environmental and social processes with the digitalization of companies were discussed, and an evaluation was made by interpreting the effects of this digital transformation on exports and some strategies.

2011 yılında "Endüstri 4.0" teriminin yayınlanmasından bu yana, Endüstri 4.0'ın gerektirdiği dijital dönüşüm, tüm dünyada sanayici ve hükümetlerin dikkatini hemen çekmiştir. Dünyadaki ülkelerin çoğunluğu, çevresel ve hayati sorunlar nedeniyle 18. yüzyılda ilk sanayi devrimi ile dünya çapında giderek artan tüketici talebini karşılamak için sınırlı ve tüketilen doğal kaynaklardan daha fazla mal üretmenin zorluğu ile uğraşmaktadır. Bu nedenle, Endüstri 4.0'ın sürdürülebilirlik üzerindeki etkileri ve sürdürülebilir ekonomik, çevresel ve sosyal kalkınmaya nasıl katkıda bulunduğu giderek daha fazla ilgi görmektedir. Günümüzde Endüstri 4.0, akıllı üretim sistemlerinden tüm dağıtım kanallarına kadar tüm endüstriyel ve tüketici pazarlarında dijitalleşme ile ilgilidir. Endüstri 4.0 dijital dönüşümü, ürün yaşam döngüsünün tüm değer zincirinin dijitalleştirilmesini ve entegrasyonunu içermektedir. Endüstri 4.0, günümüz koşullarında işletmelerin sürdürülebilirliğine katkıda bulunan teknolojik bir kavramdır. Endüstri 4.0, şirketlerin organizasyonunu, iş modellerini, ürünlerini, tedarik zincirini ve stratejilerini değiştirmektedir. Endüstri 4.0, insanları, makineleri ve verileri entegre ederek işletmelerin daha çevik ve esnek olmasını sağlar. Son zamanlarda Almanya, Amerika Birleşik Devletleri, Hindistan, Çin, Japonya, Birleşik Krallık ve Brezilya gibi ülkeler Endüstri 4.0'ın uygulanması için politikalar geliştiriyorlar. Bununla birlikte, Endüstri 4.0 teknolojilerinin yeterliliği ve uygulanması hem endüstri temsilcileri hem de ülkeler için zor olabilir. Ayrıca Endüstri 4.0 ve temel özellikleri açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır., Since the publication of the term "Industry 4.0" in 2011, the digital transformation required by Industry 4.0 has immediately attracted the attention of industrialists and governments around the world. Majority of the countries around the world are dealing with the difficulty of producing more goods from limited and consumed natural resources to meet the ever-increasing consumer demand worldwide with the first industrial revolution in the 18th century due to environmental and vital issues. Therefore, the sustainability impacts of Industry 4.0 and the way it contributes to sustainable economic, environmental and social development are getting more and more attention. Nowadays, Industry 4.0 is about digitalization in all industrial and consumer markets, from smart production systems to all distribution channels. Industry 4.0 digital transformation involves the digitization and integration of the entire value chain of the product life cycle. Industry 4.0 is a technological concept that contributes to the sustainability of businesses in today's conditions. Industry 4.0 changes the organization, business models, products, supply chain and strategies of companies. Industry 4.0 enables businesses to be more agile and flexible by integrating people, machines and data. Nowadays, countries such as Germany, the United States of America, India, China, Japan, the United Kingdom and Brazil have been developing policies for the implementation of Industry 4.0. However, the adequacy and implementation of Industry 4.0 technologies can be difficult for both industry representatives and countries. In this research, the advantages and barriers in implementing of Industry 4.0 were expressed. In addition, Industry 4.0 and its main features have been explained.

Değişen ve gelişen, gittikçe daha karmaşık hale gelen teknoloji, hayatın birçok yerinde büyük bir değere sahiptir. Bu teknolojiyi kullanan şirketlerin büyük bir adım attığı ve bu teknolojinin gerisinde kalan şirketlerin de yok olma tehlikesi altında olduğu görülmektedir. Günümüzde sürdürülebilir tedarik zinciri, müşteri gereksinimlerindeki değişimi karşılamak için çok gerekli hale gelmiştir. Şirketlerin, odak noktasını sürdürülebilirliğe doğru kaydırmada hızlandırması ve kuruluşun hedefini karşılamak için nesnelerin interneti gibi teknolojileri kullanması gerekmektedir.Bu çalışmada, tedarik zinciri yönetimi, nesnelerin interneti ve Endüstri 4.0 dikkate alınmıştır. Endüstri 4.0 dönüşümü için nesnelerin interneti kullanılarak sürdürülebilir tedarik zincirinde bulunan potansiyel fırsatlar araştırılmıştır. Literatürden de yararlanılarak kriterler belirlenmiştir. Şirketlerin Endüstri 4.0 dönüşümüne hazır olduklarını ve bu dönüşümü gerçekleştirmek için değerlendirebilecekleri bu kriterlerin Analitik Hiyerarşi Prosesi (AHP) ve Analitik Ağ Süreci (AAS) yöntemleri ile önceliklendirilmesi yapılarak sonuçlar elde edilmiştir., Changing and evolving technology, increasingly complex, has a great value in many parts of life. It is seen that companies using this technology have taken a big step and companies which are behind this technology are in danger of extinction. Today, the sustainable supply chain has become very necessary to meet the change in customer requirements. Companies need to accelerate their focus on shifting towards sustainability and use technologies such as the internet of things to meet the organization's goal.In this study, supply chain management, internet of things and Industry 4.0 were taken into account. Potential opportunities in the sustainable supply chain were explored using the internet of objects for the Industry 4.0 transformation. These criteria were evaluated for the companies to be ready for the Industry 4.0 transformation and to carry out this transformation. The results were obtained by prioritizing these criteria with analytic hierarchy process and analytical network process methods.

Amaç: Bu makalenin amacı, Endüstri 4.0 ile önemi artan dijital ikiz kavramının yeri, önemi, verimliliği ve gelecekteki potansiyelini anlamak, diğer çalışmalar için temel oluşturmak adına literatüre katkı sağlamaktır. Yöntem: Bu çalışmanın yöntemi literatür taramasıdır. Dijital ikiz ve işletmelerde kullanımı ile ilgili en güncel makaleler, bildiriler, gazete ve internet haberlerine dair örnek uygulamalar incelenerek, konu ile ilgili derinlemesine bir derleme makale çalışması yapılmıştır. Bulgular: Değerlendirme sonuçlarına göre, dijital ikiz teknolojisi işletmeler için bir çözüm yoludur. Dijital ikiz teknolojisinin katkısı ile siber fiziksel sistemler ve nesnelerin interneti başta olmak üzere Endüstri 4.0 teknolojileri daha etkin kullanılabilmektedir. Dijital ikiz, esnek, daha hızlı, kaliteli ve kişiselleştirilmiş ürünler elde edilmesine yardımcı olmaktadır. İşletmelerin tahmin etme, güvenlik, teşhis etme ve mevcut durumu sorgulamasında önemli avantaj sağlayan dijital ikizler, karar vermede isabet gücünü, ürün ve hizmetlerde kaliteyi, operasyonel faaliyetlerde hızı artırarak, toplamda işletme verimliliğini ve örgütsel performansı iyileştirip işletmelerin rekabet gücünü artırmaktadır. Özgünlük: Dijital ikiz kavramının yeni ortaya çıkmasına bağlı olarak literatürde önemli bir boşluk bulunmaktadır. Purpose: The aim of this article, to understand the place, importance, efficiency and future potential of the digital twin concept, which has increased in importance with Industry 4.0, and to contribute to the literature in order to form the basis for other studies. Methodolgy: The method of this study is literature review. An in-depth review article study was conducted by examining the latest articles, proceedings, sample applications of newspaper and internet news about the digital twin and its use in businesses. Findings: According to the evaluation results, digital twin technology is a solution for businesses. With the contribution of digital twin technology, Industry 4.0 technologies, especially cyber physical systems and internet of things, can be used more effectively. Digital twin helps to obtain flexible, faster, quality and personalized products. Digital twins, which provide significant advantages in forecasting, security, diagnosis and questioning of the current situation, increase the power of accuracy in decision making, quality in products and services, speed in operational activities, improving overall operational efficiency and organizational performance and increasing the competitiveness of enterprises. Originality: There is an important gap in the literature due to the new emergence of the digital twin concept. İlk olarak 2011 yılında Almanya’da ortaya çıkan, Endüstri 4.0 olarak da anılan dördüncü endüstriyel devrim beraberinde getirmiş olduğu teknolojik yeniliklerle neredeyse tüm sektörler için yeni bir çağın kapısını aralamış bulunmaktadır. Tedarik zincirinin her noktasında hayati öneme sahip olan lojistik sektörünün bu devrimden en çok etkilenen sektörlerden olması beklenen bir durumdur. Yaşanan değişim ve dönüşüm sürecinde Türk lojistik sektörünün stratejik ve jeopolitik konum avantajını kaybetmemesi adına dördüncü endüstriyel devrimin lojistik sektörüne uyarlanması olarak ifade edilebilen Lojistik 4.0 teknolojilerine adapte olmaları elzemdir. The fourth industrial revolution, also known as Industry 4.0, which first emerged in Germany in 2011, has opened the door to a new era for almost all sectors with its technological innovations. It is expected that the logistics sector, which has vital importance at every point of the supply chain, will be one of the sectors most affected by this revolution. It is essential for the Turkish logistics sector to adapt to Logistics 4.0 technologies, which can be expressed as the adaptation of the fourth industrial revolution to the logistics sector, in order not to lose the advantage of the strategic and geopolitical position of the Turkish logistics sector in the process of change and transformation. In this direction, in this study, industrial revolutions were examined in order, the reasons for the emergence of revolutions and historical processes, the social and cultural changes that emerged as a result of the revolutions were mentioned, the components that made up the Industry 4.0 revolution were given in detail, the components of Logistics 4.0 and the logistics sector Industry 4.0 awareness were mentioned and the literature was scanned. In the last part, an application was made on Industry 4.0 awareness in the logistics sector by using the survey data collection method, a total of 233 valid participants were reached, and the Industry 4.0 awareness levels of the logistics companies operating in Konya was to be determined. In the conclusion part of the study, the data obtained were analyzed and concluded with the SPSS statistical program. In general, it has been determined that businesses have a certain level of awareness, regardless of whether they use Logistics 4.0 technologies actively or not, but it is not at the desired level at the point of application, and various suggestions are given as a result of the findings.

Yüksek Lisans Tezi., Dördüncü Sanayi Devrimi olarak adlandırılan ve ilk kez 2011 yılında Almanya'daki Hannover fuarında tanıtılan Endüstri 4.0 teknolojileriyle küresel çaptaki ekonomik faaliyetlerde köklü değişimlerin ortaya çıkması beklenmektedir. Dördüncü Sanayi Devrimi'nin beraberinde getirdiği bu değişim özellikle imalat sanayinde önemli gelişmelere neden olacaktır. Buradan hareketle, devrimi yakalama hızına bağlı olarak ortaya çıkacak bazı rekabetçi avantajlar birçok ülkenin gündeminde yer alan önemli bir konudur. Gelişmekte olan bir ülke olarak Türkiye'nin de sanayisini yeni devrime tam ve hızlı bir şekilde adapte ederek söz konusu avantajları elde etmeye ilişkin uzun vadeli hedeflerinin olduğu görülmektedir. Bu çalışma temel olarak, Türkiye'de bölgesel düzeyde Endüstri 4.0 farkındalığının imalat sanayisi özelinde incelenmesini amaçlamaktadır. Ayrıca, Endüstri 4.0'a yönelik firma hedefleri ve altyapı durumunun incelenmesi de çalışmanın hedefleri arasındadır. Bu kapsamda, "İstatistiki Bölge Birimleri Sınıflandırması" Düzey 2 bölgelerinden, Konya ve Karaman illerinin oluşturduğu TR52 bölgesindeki 180 firmadan çevrimiçi anketler aracılığıyla elde edilmiş bir veri seti kullanılmıştır. (i)Firma Demografisi, (ii)Endüstri 4.0 Farkındalığı ve (iii) Firma Hedefleri ve Altyapı olmak üzere toplam 3 bölüm ve 44 sorudan oluşan anket araştırması sonucu elde edilen bulgularda, katılımcı firmaların Endüstri 4.0'la birlikte ortaya çıkan gelişmelere ilişkin farkındalıklarının görece yüksek bir düzeyde olduğu görülmektedir. Firmalar, devrimle birlikte ulusal ve uluslararası rekabette önemli avantajlar sağlanacağını ve gelecekte var olmak için Endüstri 4.0 altyapılarının geliştirilmesine ihtiyaç olduğunu belirtmişlerdir. Bu bağlamda firmalar, üretimde verimlilik artışı ve müşteri portföyüne ilişkin gelişmelerin Endüstri 4.0 ile mümkün olacağını düşünmektedir. Firma düzeyinde, Endüstri 4.0'ın istihdam yaratma potansiyeline ilişkin net bir sonuca ulaşılamamakla birlikte, devrimin yeni iş kollarını beraberinde getireceği belirtilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, firmaların Endüstri 4.0 yatırımlarını tek başlarına finanse edemeyecekleri ve devletten destek bekledikleri görülmektedir. Ayrıca, firma bünyesinde Endüstri 4.0 ilişkin kısıtlı insan ve Ar-Ge kaynağı, danışmanlık ve eğitim hizmetlerinin yetersizliği ve iş birliklerinin eksikliği de diğer öne çıkan sonuçlar arasındadır., Along with the Industry 4.0, which are also called the Fourth Industrial Revolution and introduced for the first time at the Hannover fair in Germany in 2011, it is expected that a radical change will occur in global economic activities. It is seen that this will be evident especially in the manufacturing industry. Hence, some competitive advantages that may arise depending on the speed of catching up with the revolution are an important issue on the agenda of many countries. As a developing country, Turkey have also long-term goals to achieve such advantages by adapting quickly the new industrial revolution. This study aims to investigate awareness of the 4.0 Industry in manufacturing sector at a regional level in Turkey. In addition, the study examines the firm targets and current state of infrastructures in the context of Industry 4.0. Accordingly, a dataset is obtained by online surveys from 180 firms in the NUTS 2 TR52 region, including Konya and Karaman provinces. The survey consists of 3 sections, namely (i) Firm Demography, (ii) Industry 4.0 Awareness, and (iii) Firm Targets and Infrastructure. The findings show that the awareness level of the participating firms about the Industry 4.0 advances is relatively high. The firms state that the Industry 4.0 will provide significant advantages to firms in national and international competition and Industry 4.0 infrastructures is essential to exist in the future. In this regard, it is seen that improvements in production efficiency and customer portfolio will be enable with Industry 4.0 technologies. Although there is not a clear finding regarding the potential of Industry 4.0 to create employment, while firms state that the revolution would bring new professions in near future. Also, it is inferred from the results that firms cannot finance their Industry 4.0 investments alone and expect support from the government. In addition, limited human and R&D resources, insufficiency of consultancy and training services and lack of cooperation within the firm are among the other prominent results.

Yüksek Lİsans Tezi, Dünya'da endüstriyel alanda gelişmeler hızlı bir şekilde devam etmektedir. Devrim olarak nitelendirilen bu gelişmelerin Endüstri 1.0 ile başlayan serüveni günümüzde Endüstri 4.0 ile devam etmektedir. Endüstri 4.0 ile hayatımıza giren nesnelerin interneti kavramı, sensör teknolojisinde yenilikleri kaçınılmaz kılmıştır. Üretim alanında kullanılmakta olan sensörlerin enerji verimliliği, güvenilirliği ve kullanılabilirliği son derece önem arz etmektedir. Klasik sensörlerin üretimde doğruluğunu artırmak için yapılan iyileştirmeler ile akıllı sensörlerin ortaya çıkması, bu gelişmelerin en önemli örneklerindendir. Endüstride makine ve proses kontrolünde, otomasyon uygulamalarında kullanılan basınç sensörleri geliştirilmeye açık sensörlerdendir. Bu tez çalışmasında Endüstri 4.0 uygulamalarında kullanılabilecek piezorezistif algılama yöntemi tabanlı basınç sensörü tasarımı gerçekleştirilmiştir. The adventure of these developments, which are described as revolution, started with Industry 1.0 and continues with Industry 4.0 today. The consept of Internet of Things (IoT) that came into our lives with Industry 4.0 and it made inevitable the innovations in the sensor technology. Energy efficiency, reliability and efficiency of the sensors used in the production fields are extremely important. With the improvements that made to increase the accuracy of conventional sensors in production, the emergence of smart sensors is one of the most important examples of these developments. In the industry, the pressure sensors used in machine, process control and automation applications are open to development. In this thesis, the piezoresistive sensing method based pressure sensor design has been realized for Industry 4.0 applications. The designed smart pressure sensor has the ability to communicate over CAN Bus interface. In the development of the sensor, the noise immunity has been added to the sensor with the digital and analog signal filter designs. Besides, the sensor output is linearized with an artificial neural network (ANN) so that the sensor can have self-calibration ability. The designed smart pressure sensor has been experimentally tested and the measurement results have been verified.

Endüstri 4.0 çeşitli otomasyonsistemlerinin ve bu sistemler için gerekli olan teknolojilerin birbiriyle verialışverişinde bulunduğu akıllı yapıları ifade etmektedir. Endüstri 4.0’ıoluşturan elementlerden biri olan nesnelerin interneti (IoT), akla gelebilecekher nesnenin internet erişiminin olabilmesi veya başka nesnelerle iletişimhalinde olabilmesi anlamına gelmektedir. Bu çalışmada ise hayatın içine hızlıbir şekilde giren ve ilerleyen zamanlarda daha çok hayatın içerisinde yeralabilecek olan nesnelerin internetinin (IoT) bir işletmede başarılı birşekilde uygulanabilmesi için etkili olabilecek faktörlerin AHP (AnalyticHierarchy Process) ve DEMATEL (The Decision Making Trial and EvaluationLaboratory) yöntemleri ile değerlendirilmesi yapılmaktadır. 1.1.1 Industry 4.0, a new industryrevolution, is happening now and several developed countries are leading thepath. Internet of things (IoT) is also encompassed by Industry 4.0. In thefuture, more devices in factories are to be connected to Ethernet or Internet.However, this makes the companies, devices and researchers vulnerable tocyber-attacks. Recently, some cyber-attacks which have happened to somecompanies or countries verify the danger. Sintering systems and furnaces areused for research by universities and for series manufacturing by factories.Arc furnaces and induction furnaces are also commonly used devices in metal factories.A sintering system, an arc furnace or an induction furnace which is connectedto Internet or Ethernet may also be under cyber-attack threat. The danger maybe prevented by taking necessary precautions. In this study, these three-productionsystems are first briefly introduced and then inspected assuming that they havebeen connected to internet and examined with considering cyber-attack point ofview. According to FAO,if current revenues and consumption increase continue, agricultural productionis expected to need 60% additional production to meet the expected demands forfood and feed. Therefore, the agriculture and food sector must transform itselfto feed the ever-increasing global population. It should be noted that thisprocess will be very difficult given that climate change will also requireadditional costs. It has become mandatory to use intelligent systems both tomanage this process and to meet the needs. To do this, it need to takeadvantage of all the facilities offered by Industry 4.0. With technologies thatmake things easier by increasing the productivity of the producer, profit andquality in agriculture has become even smarter. Literatürde Endüstri 4.0 olarak tanımlanan dördüncü endüstri devrimi ile birlikte, üretim sistemleri teknolojik gelişme ve ilerlemeleri hızlı bir şekilde içerisinde barındırmaya başlamaktadır. Üretimde internetin etkin kullanımı düşüncesiyle başlayan yeni devrim süreci bilgi, bilişim teknolojileri ve siber fiziksel sistemler (CPS), nesnelerin interneti (IoT), akıllı fabrikalar ve diğer Endüstri 4.0 bileşenlerinin üretim sistemlerine entegre edilmesiyle gerçekleştirilecektir. Gelişmiş ülkelerin öncülüğünde başlayan Endüstri 4.0'ın ülkelerin gelecek planlamalarında yer aldığı görülmekte, devlet sanayi işbiliğinde yeni sistemlere uygun düzenlemelerin ve uygulamaların başladığı görülmektedir. Hazırlanan anket paralelinde 13 hipotez oluşturulmuş, hipotezler istatiksel olarak analiz edilmiştir. Sektörel bazda Endüstri 4.0'a bakış açısındaki farklılıklar bulunmuştur. Ayrıca, katılımcıların Endüstri 4.0 bilgi seviyelerine ve firmalarında Endüstri 4.0 ile ilgili çalışma yapılıp yapılmamasına göre Endüstri 4.0 farkındalıklarının değiştiği görülmüştür. In this respect, Industry 4.0 perspective and the current technological level of Turkey's manufacturing industry was examined on the scope of work. With the Industry 4.0 awareness survey prepared by reaching 202 participants working in the production industry, the sectoral differences in the view of Industry 4.0 were determined, and the opinions of the participants were taken according to the Industry 4.0 knowledge level. 13 hypotheses were created in parallel with the prepared questionnaire and hypotheses were analyzed statistically. Differences in the point of view of Industry 4.0 were found on a sectoral basis. In addition, it was seen that Industry 4.0 awareness changes according to Industry 4.0 knowledge levels and whether there is a study about Industry 4.0 in their firms. Within the scope of this thesis study, the first three industrial revolutions have been explained briefly in order to better understand the Industry 4.0 process. Then the possible effects of this new process on employment, growth, foreign trade and on major sectors of the economies were determined. And leading countries’ positions and their preparations in this new industrial revolution was tried to be identified. Test dışındaki kalan altı hafta boyunca, belirlenmiş olan kelimeler İngilizce öğretmeninin de yardımıyla Beden Eğitimi ve Oyun dersinde Tüm Fiziksel Tepki Yöntemine uygun olarak öğretilmeye çalışılmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin öncelikle normal dağılım gösterip göstermedikleri kontrol edilmiştir. 4. Sanayi Devriminin ortaya çıkması ile birlikte işletmelerin Endüstri 4.0'a ulaşabilmeleri için kendilerini hazırlamaları ve çeşitli önlemler almaları gerekmektedir. Ancak öncesinde, Endüstri 4.0'a ne kadar yakın olduklarını bilmeleri önemlidir. Bu tez kapsamında literatüre dayalı olarak geliştirilen değerlendirme ölçeği ile farklı sektörlerden katılımcılarla yapılan anket çalışmaları sonucunda sektörlerin ortalama Endüstri 4.0 olgunluk seviyesi belirlenmiştir. Sektör karşılaştırmalarına bakıldığında Akıllı Operasyonlar, sektörlerarası Endüstri 4.0 puan sonuçlarında sonucu en düşük çıkan boyut olmuştur. Literatüre benzer şekilde otomotiv sektörünün olgunluk seviyesi diğer sektörlere göre yüksek, tekstil sektörünün seviyesi ise diğer sektörlere göre daha düşük bulunmuştur. Industrial Revolution, enterprises need to prepare themselves and take various measures to reach Industry 4.0. But first of all, it is important that they know how close they are to Industry 4.0. Within the scope of this thesis, the average Industrial 4.0 maturity level of the sectors was determined as a result of the survey studies conducted with the participants from different sectors with the evaluation scale developed based on the literature. Looking at sector comparisons, Smart Operations was the lowest dimension in the results of Industry 4.0 points among sectors. Similar to the literature, the maturity level of the automotive sector was higher than that of other sectors and the level of textile sector was lower than that of other sectors.In addition, TOPSIS method has been used by taking into consideration the criteria of benefit, cost, time and existing Industry 4.0 points among the alternative projects in order to prioritize which dimensions and projects a company should focus on in order to reach Industry 4.0. As a result of the evaluation made with TOPSIS, projects related Strategy and Organization took the first two places in the ranking of alternative projects. Bununla birlikte, çalışma ortamında herbir verinin toplanmasına ve efektif bir şekilde izlenip analiz edilmesineolanak sağladığı için daha verimli iş modellerini ortaya çıkarmıştır. Bu çalışmada, yüksek teknoloji donanımı ileverimliliği arttırmayı hedefleyen Endüstri 4.0’ ın treyler üzerindekiuygulamaları ve lojistik sektörü üzerine etkileri araştırılmıştır. Bu kapsamdafilo yönetim operasyonları, treyler arıza ve bakım süreçleri, lojistikoperasyonları ve şoför davranışları ele alınmıştır. Ele alınan mevcut süreçlerile Endüstri 4.0’a uygun treyler uygulamaları verimlilik yönündenkarşılaştırılmıştır. Yapılan çıkarımlardan treyler üzerinden elde edilenveri miktarı arttıkça verimliliğinarttığı görülmüştür ve ürünün ilk üreticiden son tüketiciye ulaşıncaya kadarolan tüm süreçlerini karşılayan lojistik sektörü için önemli fırsatlar sunduğuortaya koyulmuştur. Elde edilen veriler incelendiğinde, lojistiksektöründeki verimlilik beklentisi ile birlikte lojistik sektörüne hizmet verenfirmalarında teknolojik gelişimi kaçınılmazdır. Lojistik sektöründe ihtiyaçduyulacak bu teknolojik gelişimi sağlayacak olan da treylerlerdir. Gelişen teknolojikimkanlarla birlikte treyler üreticileri “ürüne dayalı” modelden “ürün ve çözümodaklı” modele geçiş için çalışmalar yapmalıdır. Treyler sektöründekigelişmeler treyleri “ticari bir ürün” olmaktan “nakliye çözümüne geçirecektir.Bu çözümler için Endüstri 4.0’ın getirdiği nesnelerin internetine dayalı,komponentlerin birbirleri ile haberleşerek dijitalleşen, arıza tehşisiyapabilen ve insan gücünün azaltıldığı makine odaklı sistemleryaygınlaşacaktır., Industry4.0 is a project of encouraging traditional industry to digitalize andequipping it with high technology.However, it has created more efficientbusiness models, as it allows each data to be collected and analyzed in aneffective way in the working environment.Inthis study, the applications of Industry 4.0, which aims to increase efficiencywith high technology equipment of the trailers and it’s effects on thelogistics sector were researched. In this context, fleet management operations,trailer failures and maintenance processes, logistics operations and behaviorsof the drivers were researched. These existing processes which we researchedand Industry 4.0 applications which is suitable to trailer sector werecompared. After these inference we obtained, the efficiency increases asequally as amount of data which is acquired from trailer and tremendousadvantages were revealed on the logistics sector which contains all theprocesses from the manufacturer to the end user. Whenthe obtained data was analyzed, technological advancements are inevitable inlogistics companies which endeavours with efficiency expectations. Thesemuch-needed technological advancements will be provided by trailers. Togetherwith this technological opportunities, trailer companies needs to start studieson transition between product based model and product and solution based model.These advancements on the trailer sector will turn commercial product intotransportation solution. Based upon Internet of Things which is brought byIndustry 4.0, digitalizating with communication between the components,enabling to troubleshoot and machine oriented systems with less human effortwill become widespread.

İnternet ve internet üzerinden birbiriyle iletişim kurabilme kabiliyetine sahip akıllı cihazların hayatı iletişim ve teknoloji temelli hale getirdiği dördüncü sanayi devrimi çağında, insanları mekansal ve bölgesel olarak ayıran fiziki sınırlar, iletişimin ve etkileşimin önünde duran birer engel olmaktan giderek uzaklaşmaktadır. Bu gelişmeler; insanların etkileşiminin önündeki engelleri ortadan kaldırdığı gibi, insanlar ve onların her gün kullanmakta olduğu akıllı cihazlar arasında kuvvetli ve ayrılamaz yeni bir tür bağın kurulmasına neden olmaktadır. Bu bağ sayesinde insanlar, elinde bulunan tek bir mobil cihaz ile sahip olduğu tüm teknolojik donanıma hükmedebilme yeteneğine kavuşmaktadır. Bu durum, çevresindeki her nesneyi internet üzerinden kontrol edebilen kişiler için benzersiz bir müşteri deneyiminin kapılarını aralamaktadır. Bu deneyimler; müşteri olarak kabul edilen her birey için farklı ve özel olarak meydana gelse de, birbiriyle benzer yaş aralıklarında bulunması dolayısıyla aynı jenerasyona mensup kişilerde ortak paydalarda buluşmaktadır. Yapılan çalışma; Endüstri 4.0 çatısı altında nesnelerin interneti kavramını müşteri deneyimi açısından inceleme amacı gütmektedir. Bu amaçla; birleştirilmiş teknoloji kabul modeli ve müşteri deneyimi modeli temel alınarak çalışmaya uyarlanmıştır. Bununla birlikte çalışmaya konu olan önemli noktalarından bir tanesi de; farklı kuşakların, nesnelerin interneti ve müşteri deneyimi arasındaki ilişkiye karşı olan farklı tutumlarıdır. Bunları ortaya koyabilmek amacıyla; baby boomers, x, y ve z kuşakları için ayrı analizler uygulanmıştır. In the age of the fourth industrial revolution, in which internet and internet of things have made life communication and technology based, the physical boundaries that divide people into spatial and territorial boundaries are gradually moving away from obstacles in front of communication and interaction. These developments removes barriers in front of people's interaction as well as creates a strong and indivisible new kind of connection between people and the smart devices they use every day. Thanks to this connection, people have the ability to control all the technological hardware by single mobile device they have. This situation creates a unique customer experience for those who can control every object around him/her over the internet. Even if these experiences occur specific and different for each customer, because they are at the same age range, they meet in common ground in the same generations. This study aims to analyze Internet of Things term in terms of customer experience under the Industry 4.0 umbrella. For that purpose, two different scales were adapted based on Unified Technology Acceptance Model and Customer Experience Model. Besides, one of the important aims of this study is to examine different attitudes against to the relation between Internet of Things and Customer Experience by different generations. Günümüzde internet dünyadaki her şey ile temas halindedir. Endüstri 4.0 Devrimi; Otonom Makineler Robotlar , Nesnelerin İnterneti, Hizmetlerin İnterneti, Siber-Fiziksel Sistemler ve Hücresel Taşıma Sistemleri ile Endüstriyi bir araya getirmeyi hedeflemektedir. Böylece işletmelerin tüm fonksiyonlarında önemli değişiklikler olacağı öngörülmektedir. Üretim, Endüstri 4.0’ın derinden etkileyeceği en önemli işletme fonksiyonudur. It is thought that this study, which is prepared as conceptual framework will create awareness about the effects of Industry 4.0 on the logistics sector and will reveal a new perspective in terms of theory and practice
