В статье рассматриваются методологические основы понятия образовательная услуга, через призму аналитического подхода к таким дефинициям, как услуга и образование. Исследуется результат предоставления образовательной услуги потребителю как сформированный у последнего комплекс навыков, умений, знаний в новых областях образовательного и научного пространства. В данном случае образовательная услуга выступает как экономическая категория, становясь объектом купли-продажи. Основная цель - удовлетворение потребностей конечных потребителей в профессиональной трансформации, личностном развитии, как с интеллектуальной, так и профессиональной точек зрения.

Dissertação de mestrado em Design de Produto e Serviços, Esta dissertação é uma investigação exploratória que visa averiguar a pertinência da inclusão da disciplina do Design no contexto da Educação Não-Formal Museológica. Queremos explorar se, para além de comunicação gráfica ou desenho de espaço, as ferramentas criativas do Design poderão facilitar os processos de aprendizagem, nomeadamente em contexto não-formal, como é o caso das Instituições Culturais aqui abordadas. É nosso propósito evidenciar as capacidades criativas, disruptivas e exploratórias da disciplina do Design, que potenciam a criação de analogias, metáforas, e interfaces de mediação - materiais ou imateriais - que facilitam a aprendizagem, envolvendo e capacitando as crianças no processo educativo. Escolhemos o espaço do Museu por ser, hoje, não só um local de exposição, comunicação e conservação de arte e cultura, mas também um local privilegiado para a experimentação e a produção artística e cultural, nomeadamente junto do público infantil que aqui se aborda. Relataremos alguns exemplos do que se faz actualmente nos Serviços Educativos e nas Escolas na sua relação com as Instituições Culturais., This dissertation is an exploratory investigation that aims to understand the relevance of the inclusion of Design in context of Non-Formal Education in the Museum. We want to explore whether, in addition to graphic communication or space design, the creative tools of Design could facilitate learning processes, especially in a nonformal context, such as the Cultural Institutions discussed here. It is our purpose to highlight the creative, disruptive and exploratory capacities of the Design discipline, that foster the creation of analogies, metaphors, and mediation interfaces - material or immaterial - which facilitate learning, involving and empowering children in the educational process. We chose the space of the Museum because it is, nowadays, not only a place of exhibition, communication and conservation of art and culture, but also a privileged place for experimentation and artistic and cultural production, namely among children. We give some examples of what is currently being done in the Educational Services and Schools in their relationship with Cultural Institutions.

Автор рассматривает проблему взаимодействия образования и науки и их роль в формировании образовательного потенциала работников. Для этого использованы такие методы исследования, как анализ, синтез, сопоставление. В результате автор приходит к выводу, что дополнительное профессиональное образование является мощным резервов во взаимодействующей системе «образование – наука»., The author considers the problem of interaction between education and science and their role in shaping the educational potential of workers. For this, research methods such as analysis, synthesis, and comparison were used. As a result, the author comes to the conclusion that additional vocational education is a powerful reserve in the interacting «education–science» system.

In the articles considered pressing questions economies of education, that in the researches was studied by known Ukrainian scientific is an economist of Т.М. Bogolib. In particular, it touches the financial aspects of functioning of modern educational sphere, integration of Ukrainian education in global educational space, forming of modern home universities, that are competitive at the international market of educational services. Education is examined as priority industry in the economic system of society, that called to satisfy actually an economy not only highly skilled by shots but also front-rank knowledge and technologies. It in turn, provides the competitiveness of national economy in the world market.

This study examined the provision, usage, and needs of assistive technology and educational services for students with disabilities in higher education. Data were collected from a questionnaire completed by one hundred and forty undergraduate students with disabilities, who had enrolled in universities located in northern Thailand. The results of this study indicated that educational services provided more access to these students than assistive technology. Furthermore, students with disabilities utilized assistive technology and accessed educational services for different reasons. Additionally, the use and needs from assistive technology were explored for students with each type of disability.

Social transformation in the realm of family and traditional models brings to light new needs and questions about early childhood education and requires greater attention to problems of communication and relationship between educational partners. Nowadays in Italy infant-toddler centers (for children from 3 months to 3 years old) and preschools (for children from 3 to 6 years old) are seen as valuable resources for children but also for their families. The paper aims at analyzing good practices of Italian educational services for 0-6 years old children regarding relationships with families; it explores the ways to transform educational services in educational communities, where good relationships between teachers and families can create places where early childhood educational culture is developed. © 2010 Elsevier Ltd. В современных экономических условиях одним из ключевых показателей конкурентоспособности высшей школы является качество предоставляемых образовательных услуг, определяемое системой параметров, в том числе востребованностью выпускника на рынке труда, наличием и широтой прикладных навыков у получателя образовательной услуги. Университетский менеджмент в этих условиях должен быть ориентирован на разработку новых инструментов оценки конкурентоспособности реализуемых образовательных услуг. В рамках данной статьи предполагается исследование основных, системообразующих элементов качества системы образования в высшей школе. В первую очередь предлагается подход к расчету стоимости образовательной программы, которая в отличие от образовательной услуги, рассматривается как в качестве «продукта» - с экономической точки зрения, так и в качестве «процесса» - с точки зрения ее социальной функции. Также в статье делается попытка оценить качество образовательной программы, с учетом установленной вузом стоимости, а также показателей, характеризующих оценку образовательной услуги со стороны работодателей и академического сообщества. In the current economic conditions one of the key parameters of competitiveness of higher education is the quality of educational services determined by the system parameters, including demand for graduates on the labor market, the availability and scope of applied skills of the recipient of the educational service. University management should be focused on the development of new tools for accessing competitiveness of educational services, including identification of the key parameters of the cost of paid educational services. In this article it is expected to study the basic, fundamental elements of quality of education system in higher education. First and foremost, the approach to calculating the cost of the educational program that is more comprehensive, unlike educational services, which, in turn, acts as a “product” from an economic point of view, and as a “process” - from the point of view of its social function. The article also attempts to assess the quality of the educational program, subject to the established University cost, and indicators of the evaluation of educational services on the part of employers and the academic community.

The ways of solving conflicts in the markets of educational services and labor have been proposed., У статті розглянуто особливості функціонування ринку праці та ринку освітніх послуг. Визначено проблеми їх взаємодії, зокрема протиріччя їх функціонування в сучасних економічних умовах України. Констатовано, що об'єктивна потреба досягнення балансу попиту і пропозиції на ринку праці потребує розробки нової концепції функціонування ринку освітніх послуг. Визначено базові принципи, які мають бути покладені в основу цієї концепції.

Наведено низку причин, якими зумовлена потреба дослідження розвитку вищої освіти на Волині, надання освітніх послуг навчальними закладами різних рівнів акредитації та за напрямами підготовки, подано трактування „ринок освітніх послуг” та його характерні особливості. Освіта, а саме отримані знання, вміння та навички їх успішно та ефективно реалізовувати, формує конкурентноспроможного учасника ринку. There are a number of reasons that caused the need for research higher education development in Volyn, providing educational services to schools of different levels of accreditation and directions of preparation, it is given interpretation of "education services market" and its characteristics.
