Cultural disappearance in the social order is one of the concerns in Indonesia nowadays, one of which is Sundanese culture. In addition, the crash of globalization also requires people to be inspired by learning many aspects away from their own culture. This paper aims at increasing the position of ethno mathematics learning in attractive the disposition modeling of mathematics while maintaining the traditional culture. This quantitative study applied the Rasch Wins Step Model to survey 90 elementary pre-service elementary teachers education students as the respondents in which they were grouped based on educational background, namely science or non-science, and Sundanese language ability background, and by Sundanese and non-Sundanese language, based on educational background, 59 respondents were the students of natural science class, and 31 respondents were not the students of natural science class and consisting of 42 Sundanese respondents and 48 non-Sundanese respondents. The data were gathered by means of questionnaires regarding mathematics modeling disposition. The consequences exposed that most students decided to increase mathematics modeling disposition with ethno mathematics learning because student curiosity increases the understanding of Sundanese culture in learning mathematics. The more ordinary science and Sundanese origin support ethno mathematics learning compared to non-science and non-Sundanese mathematics modeling disposition. Mathematical modeling activities will be more meaningful for students if they use culture.

This paper aims to optimize Sundanese ethnomathematics learning by improving the creative thinking ability of mathematics, geometry thinking, and algebra of primary school students. Teaching materials prepared by qualitative research, the didactical design research method. The research subject which used in the learning obstacle test is the fifth-grade primary school students with a total of 71 students. The Initial design didactic and revised design didactic, four-grade primary students with a total of 32 students. The resulting research Sundanese ethnomathematics learning by using a Sundanese cultural board and engklek games can optimize the creative thinking ability of mathematics, geometry thinking, and algebra of primary school. The results achieved in the initial didactic design used the design of Sundanese ethnomathematics learning in refining geometric thinking, creative thinking, and algebra thinking and almost all of which relate to predictions. The revision of didactic design was organized in accord with the initial didactic design which is not optimal. The research of the revision of didactic design was also constant to use Sundanese ethnomathematics learning and modified to indicators of thinking ability of mathematical geometry of creative thinking and algebra thinking. The outcome achieved on the revision of didactic design uses ethnomathematics learning in refining the ability to geometric, creatively and mathematical algebra thinking of students has already been in accord with predictions. https://doi.org/10.26803/ijlter.18.11.9

Food Security and Vulnerability Atlas (FSVA) of Indonesia 2015 categorized the vulnerability to food and nutrition insecurity based on nine indicators covering food availability, food access and food utilization. According to the assessment, 14 districts in priority 1 (severely vulnerable to food insecurity) were all in Papua. Responding to the problems of food insecurity, a multi-year program focusing on two regencies, i.e., Manokwari and Merauke, was conducted from August 2015. The program was developed in cooperation with the Ministry of Villages, Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration (Kemendes PDTT), Gadjah Mada University Yogyakarta and district governments. This research aimed to examine the problems causing food insecurity and to develop integrative and collaborative macro-scale policy recommendations. The study used a qualitative descriptive method and a pilot project approach to address food insecurity problems in both regencies. It found five main issues related to food insecurity in Papua: the prevalence of stunting among children under five, the ratio of per capita normative consumption towards net cereal production, the population living below poverty line, households without access to clean water, and low-income families. The problems could be overcome by concerning the ratio of normative consumption per capita and the preservation of local food, and local crops should be grown especially tubers. Regarding the problems associated with low-income families, a program that should be implemented is the welfare improvement of the rural low-income families through the optimization of land resources in the integrated and intensive ways in response to many land resources still underutilized. Moreover, water treatment should be encouraged further to tackle clean water issues.

The objective of this study was to categorize and describe the behavior of chemistry education students' metacognitive skills who had a low chemical understanding (low ability) in solving problems. The findings would be the basis of data for the development of instructional design on chemistry topics by utilizing metacognitive skill aspects. The subject of this study was two first-year students of chemical education, academic year 2016/2017 that joined a basic chemistry course at the low-level ability in Universitas Tadulako. Two subjects were picked through networking using a valid test comprehension. The subjects were determined regarding the percentage of low ability which was 87% of 79 students. The profile data of metacognitive skill were obtained through an essay test, think aloud and interview. The earned data were reviewed, grouped, encoded, and examined to see its credibility employing the method and time triangulation. The research found that both students of chemistry education having a low-level of basic chemistry adopted planning skills in solving problems which were the problem identifying, goal determining, and strategy managing. However, both did not use monitoring and evaluating skills.

Kaledo is one of the special culinary from Central Sulawesi which containing beef bones. The large number of restaurants that provide kaledo in their menus resulted in the amount of beef bone waste that cannot be consumed. This waste can cause environmental problems. However, the bones have the number of minerals, one of them is calcium (Ca). Ca is a mineral that is needed by the body in maintaining body functions. This study aimed to determine the calcium levels in beef bones from kaledo waste which was taken randomly from the kaledo restaurant in Palu. Determination of calcium levels in beef bones from kaledo waste used atomic absorption spectrophotometer. The results of the analysis showed that the water content was 4.5950%, and the ash content was 61.7424%. The analysis of calcium levels measured at a wavelength of 422.7 nm was 19,6800 mg/L. The results of this study are expected to be a source of information about the levels of calcium contained in cow bones from kaledo waste, and it can be used further as a substance in the utilization of beef bones from kaledo waste as a food that can meet the body’s need for calcium intake in preventing stunting.

This study aims to meet the theoretical needs in answering the problem of the role of the marketing function on the dynamic capability that involves the role of multi actors through engagement. In particular, the study discusses the capabilities of SMEs&rsquo, business strategy in the offline to online market. The population of this research are owners, managers, and owners and managers of SMEs in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that the integration of the supply chain into engagement can address the problem of the role of the marketing function that connects marketing and operations. Supply chain engagement is also able to moderate employee engagement to dynamic marketing engagement but not significantly moderate customer engagement. Meanwhile, the basis of integration as a dynamic capability in market knowledge has a significant effect on the multi-actor engagement consisting of customer engagement, employee engagement, and supply chain engagement. Summary statement of contribution: Our research builds on the three elements of multi-actor engagement that are significant against dynamic marketing engagement. The main finding of this research is that the concept of novelty can answer the proposition with the result that dynamic marketing engagement can improve business performance.

Nematoda worms are one of the helminth groups that have wide distribution in ruminants. Various types of nematoda worms are known as cattle parasites and have affected their health. The aim of this research was to determine the species of gastrointestinal nematoda worms in cattle that were farmed in Taman Ayu Village, Gerung Subdistrict, West Lombok District. A total of 115 stool samples were collected by random sampling from February to August 2018 in 3 sub-village that have high cattle population in Taman Ayu Village. Sampling was carried out by random sampling method in dairy cattle. Fecal samples were examined using native and standard flotation technique to determine the number of species of gastrointestinal nematoda worms. Flotation method was depeloved by employing sugar absolut solution. The results of the examination of the samples have shown 8 species of nematoda parasite worms such as Strongyloides papillosus, Trychosrtongylus sp., Haemonchus contortus, Toxocara vitulorum, Trichuris spp, Nematodirus spp., Capillaria spp., Oesophagostomum spp. and larvae. Strongyloides papillosus is the species with the highestnumber of infection due to it can be transmitted by autoinfection in the same individual. The farmers limited knowledge about good dairy systems and bad sanitation of cattle farm contribute to high numbers of nematoda worms in fecal samples. It is necessary for farmers to maintain best management dairy systems. Furthermore, routine treatment by anthelmintic will help farmers to protect cattles from the infection.

This article aims at optimizing Sundanese ethnomatematics learning by improving the modeling and creative thinking abilities of primary school students using teaching materials developed with the Didactic Design Research method. The research subjects involved were first-grade and second-grade students of an Islamic primary school in the city of Serang, Banten with a total of 283 students. The data were obtained using learning obstacles test instrument, Initial Didactic Design and Revised Initial Didactic Design as the instruments. The results of the study show that learning barriers were experienced in the materials of addition and subtraction of numbers. The Initial Didactic Design was revised and developed using Sundanese ethnomathematics learning using endog-endogan and engklek games that resulted in the improvement of primary students’ creative thinking, geometry thinking, and algebra.

The aim of this research was to identify the species of migratory birds in the ecosystem of salt water lake of Gili Meno and their specific characteristics of habitat. Data collection for birds, mangrove and fish species has been carried out in September and October 2013. In this study, a Shannon-Wiener Diversity Index and Importance Value Index (IVI) of mangrove vegetation were calculated to identify carrying capacity of mangrove population in the form of specific habitat in salt water lake of Gili Meno. This research has identified 17 species of birds which are divided into 5 families: Scolopacidae, Charadriidae, Ardeidae, Meropidae and Alcedinidae. Moreover, 3 species of mangrove were discovered that are A. marina, A. lanata and E. Agallocha, as well as one species of fish (Mujair fish/O. mossambicus). N. Nycticorax and B. Striatus were well-known to have higher population than other bird species. The Diversity Index showed that mangrove vegetation in the ecosystem of salt water lake of Gili Meno has a low species diversity (0.565). This is due to higher dominance of one species than the others. What is more, the IVI of A. marina demonstrated a fairly significant value compared to that of other species (189,01). Mangrove vegetation which surrounds the ecosystem of salt water lake of Gili Meno has formed a unique habitat and and an ideal stopover site for migratory birds. The ecosystem not only provides shelters from predators but also supplies for various abundant feeding sources. The lake it self is rather shallow and muddy around the shore which gives advantages for the migratory birds to obtain plenty small fish from the lake.

Phenomenon the current problem of children in the world, including Indonesia, is not familiar with the benefits of traditional games so that it has an impact on the lack of mathematical achievements, social interactions and physical activity of elementary school students. The purpose of this paper is to examine the development of mathematical understanding, social and physical abilities of grade IV students in elementary school through Sundanese ethnomathematics learning. Thirty-seven students in the experimental class and thirty-eight students in the control class participated in a quasi-experimental design. The instruments used were tested, interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the experimental class’s mathematical comprehension ability was better than that of the control class, the formation of social interactions between students, and students-teachers, making students involved in activities so that the learning atmosphere felt pleasant, interesting, and healthy for the students’ bodies. Sundanese ethnomathematics learning with engklekmatika games has proven to be useful for elementary school students because it can develop the mathematical, social and physical abilities of elementary school students.

Healthy Jakarta Card ( KJS ) is a Health Insurance program provided by Jakarta Provincial Government through the UP . Jamkesda Jakarta Provincial Health Office to the community in the form of medical assistance to the population of Jakarta , especially for the poor and underprivileged with tiered referral system . KJS use tariff system the price of Indonesia Case Base Groups ( INA - CBG 's ) issued by PT Askes ( Persero ) , This study aims to measure the ability of rates Hemodialysis INA CBG 's to cover the real cost , to take the example of a hospital -type B education in North Jakarta . This study used a descriptive analytical approach . The data used are secondary data from reports in 2013 , which then these data are grouped into groups of direct costs and indirect costs . The data were processed using a computer program spreed sheet . The results of this study showed that the rate of CBG 's INA Hemodialysis Program KJS still able to cover the real costs of action Hemodialysis , Hemodialysis where the real cost of only 89.6 % of the fare . Available GPS data in Indonesia which coincidence with large earthquake is limited and not adequate to reconstruct a well-ionospheric tomography. Large earthquake is occur in 2004 and large GPS data is only available from Sumatra GPS Array (SuGAr). This study is intended to support ionospheric tomography for limited data by checkerboard test. Tomography result is obtained by optimizing grid size, interval, a priori models, and norm damping. The dependency to a priori model is reduce by choosing alpha value parameter (α = 0.1). For case study, ionospheric tomography is implemented to preseismic analysis in Bengkulu earthquake at September 12, 2007 which expected to have long-term effects in the ionosphere. The result is validated by checkerboard test to shows the resolutions of ionospheric tomography.

Snack food security need to considered because it plays an important role in the growth and development of children of school. The food often becomes the source of poisoning was snacks and desserts. The goal to analyze levels of artificial sweeteners saccharin as food additive in ice syrup.Type of research using survey method. Population is ice syrup sold in the canteen elementary school. Sample is 44 kind of ice syrup sold in canteen elementary school. Primary data was obtained through interviews with the seller of ice syrup and examination the Laboratory Academy health Analysis Jambi. Secondary data obtained from Department of Education and Culture of Jambi city related to number of elementary schools in district Kota Baru. The result show that out of 44 samples checked all contain saccharin and 13 samples exceeds standards. Number of traders selling drinks containing saccharinbecause the low level education, lack of information relating to food additives and the absence security of the health service or BPOM Jambi.Keywords : saccharin, ice syrup

The agriculture development of progressive crop land consists of three significant factors such as human resources, natural resources and appropriate technology. The method used in the research is survey, a kind of research of which data is collected from samples over population to represent all population. The type of survey used is explanatory research, a kind of research means to explain the position of variables researched and the relation between a variable and another. The population of the research was all the youths in Labuhan batu Utara being 17-30 years old. According to BPS data in 2013, there were 46,091 youths in Labuhan batu Utara. Sampling used simple sampling random method where sample taken randomly from population based on the probability frequency of all the population’s members. By using the formula of Frank Lynk, it was obtained 96 sample respondents. The conclusion of the research is 1) the youths’ perception to the agriculture development of progressive crop land in Labuhanbatu Utara is positive, 2) the youths’ role to the agriculture development of progressive crop land in Labuhanbatu Utara is positive and 3) the effect of the youths’ role as the agent of change, the agent of development and the agent of modernization is simultaneously significant to the agriculture development of progressive crop land in all the aspects- human resources, natural resources and appropriate technology. Meanwhile the variable of the agent of modernization effects positively but is not significant to the agriculture development of progressive crop land.Keyword: youth, agriculture development, food Land Sustainable
