Sn-Doped amorphous (2o-Sn-B catalysts were pre parcel by liquid phase co-rcdurtion method. The catalytic activity of (2o-Sn-B in hydrogen production from NaBH4 hydrolysis was studied systematical・ ly. X・ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray photoclcctron spectroscopy (XPS) were used to analyze the c fleet of Sn doping on the micros! met lire, surface morphologies and lcncc state of (]o-Sn-B catalyst. Th<* results show that the (2o-Sn-B catalyst maintains a good amorphous stnicturc when the molar ratio of Sn doping is lower than 5.0%, and the introduction of Sn can significantly improve the dispersion of the catalyst and effectively inhibit the agglomrration of particles・ NaBlh Hydrolysis experiment shows that Sn doping ratio couki significantly a fleet the catalytic activity of the cat・ alyst in NaBH4 hydrolysis. When the Sn doping ratio is 1.0%, (2o-Sn-B catalyst shows the best catalytic activity・ More important is that the catalytic stability of (2o-Sn-B is much higher than that of CoB catalyst without the doping of Sn. Objective In the sulfuric acid alkylation unit, the main causes and solutions to the deactivation of the hydrogenation catalyst were found by analyzing the running status of the selective hydrogenation reactor of 1,3-butadiene. Methods By analyzing the feedstock properties before and after catalyst deactivation, the effect of feedstock properties changes on the 1,3-butadiene removal rate was investigated. Results For the selective hydrogenation of the 1,3-butadiene catalyst, a high level of pH, caustic sodium and total sulfur contents in feedstock will inhibit the active centers of the catalyst. Conclusion The harmful impurities in feedstock were removed by optimizing operation. Additionally, the deactivated catalysts were re-activated by on-line treatment with pure hydrogen, the catalyst activity was significantly restored and maintained long-cycle running after re-starting up. MoS2-supported ceramic filler catalyst is prepared by dispersion-impregnation-sintering process. The phase structure, microstructure and element distribution of the catalyst are characterized and analyzed by XRD, SEM and EDS. The results showed that MoS2 is uniformly loaded on the surface of iron mud-based ceramic filler, and the rough surface structure of the catalyst would expose more active sites in the reaction. With CODcr removal rate as the evaluation index, the effects of pH, m (CODcr): m(H2O2), catalyst dosage and reaction time on heterogeneous Fenton treatment of papermaking wastewater by MoS2 supported ceramsite filler catalyst are investigated. The results showed that under the optimal conditions of pH 2.5, catalyst dosage 30 g/L,m(CODcr): m(H2O2)=1:1.5, reaction time 120 min, the CODcr removal rate of papermaking wastewater was 72.52%. The free radical quenching experiment showed that in the heterogeneous Fenton oxidation system, The active substances that degrade organic pollutants are mainly · OH,¹O2, ·O2-. SO2 released during sludge combustion causes significant environmental pollution. Sulfur can be fixed in the ash by adding a calcium-based sulfur-fixing agent, but the effect is limited because of its easy sintering at high temperatures. Herein, Ce-Mn/ZrO2 composite catalysts were prepared by coprecipitation method to improve the sulfur-fixing effect, and the composition and morphology of the catalysts were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopic-energy dispersive spectroscopy (FESEM-EDS), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Further, by mixing the catalyst with a calcium-based sulfur-fixing agent and sludge, high-temperature sulfur-fixing experiments were carried out on a sulfur determination device to study its sulfur-fixing performance. The results showed that the synthesis method of the catalyst could effectively disperse Ce and Mn elements in the carrier. The synergistic effect between Ce-Mn could promote a reaction to produce more oxygen vacancies, thereby promoting the conversion of SO2 to SO3. The sulfur fixation rate was as high as 72. 60% when n (Ca)/n (S)=1. 5, the content of Ce-Mn/ZrO2 catalyst was 3. 5% and the combustion temperature was 1000 ℃. The results of the thermogravimetric analysis showed that the temperatures of sludge ignition were depressed as well as reaction activation energy, and the combustibility of sludge could be promoted after the agents were added. So that the sulfur fixation product could be stable. Ce-Mn/ZrO2 presents an excellent catalytic activity for sulfur fixation, so it has a broad prospect in enhancing sulfur removal in sludge combustion. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective The aim is to test the feasibility of using a DPC catalyst to directly conduct catalytic cracking of inferior vacuum residue in industrial units and to explore the impact of blending a certain proportion of inferior vacuum residue on product structure, mainly low-carbon olefin production. Methods The industrial test was carried out by using a 1.2 Mt/a catalytic cracking unit. The study investigated changes in process operations and product structure through adjustments in DPC catalyst inventory proportion and raw material slag blending ratios. Results The industrial practice of using a DPC catalyst to produce olefins from vacuum residue directly showed that when the DPC catalyst inventory proportion reached 26.5%. The blending proportion of vacuum residue in the feed was increased to 15.25%, and the ethylene volume fraction in the catalytic dry gas reached 16.57%, an increase of 2.46 percentage points compared to the blank calibration value. The yields of propylene and triene(ethylene, propylene and 1,3-butadiene) in liquefied gas reached 7.35% and 8.38%, respectively, which increased by 0.67 percentage points and 0.83 percentage points compared with the blank calibration value, monthly efficiency increase could reach 19.639 2 million yuan. Conclusions The DPC catalyst is capable of facilitating the directly catalytic cracking of inferior vacuum residue, offering a streamlined processing flow and significant economic benefits. The effect of y-Al2O3 θ-Al2O3, A1C13/A12O3, AC, SiO2 and other catalysts on the dechlorination of tetrachloropropane to triehloropropylene was investigated. The results showed that y-Al2O3 catalyst had high dechlorination performance, and the conversion rate increased with the increase of temperature from 150 ~240 䨟. Above 240 ℃, the conversion rate begins to decrease w让h the increase of temperature. The main product is triehloropropylene, and the selectivity reaches more than 99%. At the same time, the regeneration performance of A12O3 catalyst was studied, and the characteristics of XRD, TG, BET, FTIR, NH3-TPD, EDS and XPS were analyzed. The results show that the y-Al2O3 catalyst has a rapid deactivation phenomenon, and the main reasons for the deactivation are reaction coking, carbon deposition and surface adsorption of chloride ions. After the reaction, the catalyst was calcination under suitable conditions in the air atmosphere, and its performance was basically restored to the level of fresh catalyst. This article introduces a catalyst, (N, N-dimethyl-octadecylamine, DMSA), into the blend of poly(lactic acid)(PLA) and ethylene-butyl acrylate-glycidyl methacrylate graft copolymer (EBA-GMA), to improve the impact toughness of the PLA/EBA-GMA (70/30) blend system through the promotion of in-situ reaction between PLA and EBA-GMA. The influence of DMSA content on the mechanical properties of the blend system was investigated. The results show that the impact strength of the PLA/EBA-GMA (70/30) blend without DMSA is only 10. 9 kJ/m² . When the content of DMSA is 0. 5%, the impact strength of the PLA/ EBA-GMA (70/30) blend reaches as high as 63. 1 kJ/m² . Structural and morphological characterizations indicate that the addition of a small amount of DMSA effectively promotes the reactivity between epoxy groups on EBA-GMA and terminal groups of PLA, thereby enhancing the impact toughness of the PLA/EBA-GMA blend. Objective In order to avoid the problem of equipment blockage caused by sulfur deposition in the conventional natural gas wet oxidation desulfurization process, an iron-based hollow glass beads(HGB) catalyst modified by amino-phosphate difunctional group was developed for the heterogeneous catalytic oxidation regeneration of desulfurization rich liquid in the desulfurization- regeneration step-by-step scheme. Methods Infrared spectroscopy was used to characterize the structure of the catalyst. The effects of the ratio of silane coupling agent (KH-550), roasting temperature and FeCl2, 6H2. O dosage on the regeneration of desulfurization agent and desulfurization effect were investigated by static desulfurization experiments, and the reusability performance of the catalyst was explored. Results The amino-phosphoric acid modified iron-based HGB catalyst could make the desulfurization rich liquid to be effectively regenerated and remain stable in the acidic desulfurization liquid. Under the conditions of roasting temperature of 300 C for 6 h, mass ratio of HGB to KH-550 of 18 and mass ratio of HGB to FeCl2, 6H2O of 15, the iron-based HGB catalyst prepared had the best catalytic performance, and the desulfurization performance kept basically stable after 3 times of repeated regeneration of desulfurization solution. Infrared spectroscopy analysis showed that the catalyst structure remained intact. Conclusions The amino-phosphoric acid modified iron-based HGB catalyst has a good effect on desulfurization rich liquid regeneration in the field of natural gas wet oxidation desulfurization, which provides a new choice for desulfurization rich liquid regeneration at present. The development of highly efficient catalysts for oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) is the key to improve the performance of fuel cells and metal-air batteries. However, ORR is a kinetic slow reaction with high overpotential, which limits the energy conversion efficiency of fuel cells and metal- air batteries. High-entropy alloy is a new kind of alloy, which is consisted of five or more metal ele- ments with (nearly) equimolar ratios. With unique composition and structural advantages, high entro py alloy can effectively accelerate ORR kinetics and lower overpotential, showing remarkable catalytic performance toward ORR. In this paper, the structures, properties, preparation methods and applications of high entropy alloys in catalytic ORR were reviewed, and the challenges and development perspec- tives were proposed. The presence of residual organic pollutants in aquaculture water contributes to water quality degradation, impacts the quality of aquatic products, and hinders the sustainable development of the aquaculture industry. The photo-Fenton oxidation technology, which integrates sunlight into the traditional Fenton reaction, has become one of the research hotspots in the field of water treatment due to its broad pH response range, high yield of reactive radicals, and efficient mineralization of organic pollutants. This paper systematically summarizes the fundamental principles underlying photo-Fenton oxidation technology, analyzes the prevalent catalysts employed in photo-Fenton oxidation system, and discusses the factors influencing the efficiency of photo-Fenton oxidation system, as well as its application in the treatment of representative emerging contaminants in water. It is pointed out that the development of novel catalysts capable of achieving on-site photochemical generation of H2O2 and enhancing the stability and recyclability of the catalyst is the key to realizing the engineering application of the photo-Fenton oxidation system, thereby offering theoretical support for the application of this technology in aquaculture water treatment. Objective The aim is to analyze the causes for the frequent abnormal rise of reactor pressure difference during hydrogenation evaluation test and put forward countermeasures. Methods X-ray fluorescence spectrometer (XRF), plasma spectrometer (ICP-OES), X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and other advanced instrument characterization and oil analysis methods were used to analyze the mud, raw oil and catalyst. Results(1) The top of the catalyst bed was full of mud, and the catalyst agglomerated in severe cases, which was the direct cause for the abnormal rise of pressure difference. (2) The mud was rich in elements such as Zn and Fe. (3) The pollution was more serious when the straight-run kerosene or diesel was stored in galvanized iron barrel, especially for the naphthenic straight-run diesel with high acid value and low viscosity, and the Zn mass fraction exceeded 100 μg/g in short time, which was the fundamental cause for the abnormal rise of reactor pressure difference. Conclusions(1) For different petroleum fractions, suitable storage containers should be selected for sampling. (2) The storage container should be replaced in time and the independent hydrogenation protection section, demetallization section should be set for contaminated oil products during the evaluation test. (3) Special attention should be paid to the corrosion protection of acid-containing crude oil and its fractions during processing, especially naphthenic high-acid crude oil and its distillate. Objective The aim is to verify the stability of the fixed bed carbonyl sulfur (COS) hydrolysis process developed in the laboratory and catalyst in long-term operation under factory gas quality conditions, so as to provide basic data for process package development, industrial device design and application. Methods A 6 000 m³/d natural gas fixed-bed COS hydrolysis technology field test device was independently designed and constructed. The stability of COS hydrolysis rate of the test device for more than 16 000 h continuous operation was investigated by using the natural gas from the outlet of the wet desulfurization absorber of the factory as the test raw material. Results The experimental results showed that when the reaction temperature was greater than 70 °C and 100 °C respectively, and the volumetric space velocity was less than 6 000 h-1, the COS hydrolysis rate can be stably greater than 98% and 99%. The process and catalyst achievements were applied to the upgrading and renovation project of product gas quality in natural gas purification plants. The industrial unit operated stably for over 5 600 h, and the 72 h performance evaluation results of the unit showed that the hydrolysis reaction temperature was 100-120 °C, the carbonyl sulfur mass concentration at the reactor outlet was less than 0.3 mg/m³, and the average hydrolysis rate reached 99. 69%. Conclusions The natural gas fixed bed COS hydrolysis technology developed in the laboratory is stable and reliable, with high catalyst hydrolysis rate. It can provide a technical solution for selective desulfurization of natural gas with COS as the main organic sulfur component and high content in domestic sulfur-containing gas fields. Based on an overview of sludge-based activated carbon from three dimensions: the composition of sludge-based activated carbon, the unique structure and characteristics of sludge-based activated carbon, and the factors that affect the unique structure and properties of sludge-based activated carbon, this paper summarizes the preparation of sludge-based activated carbon catalysts, the design and modification of sludge-based activated carbon catalysts, and the application of sludge-based activated carbon catalysts in environmental protection. The characteristics of sludge-based activated carbon as catalyst and catalyst carrier, the principle of two preparation methods of sludge-based activated carbon catalysts, three modification methods of sludge-based activated carbon catalysts were summarized. The application of sludge- based activated carbon catalysts in the degradation of pollutants in wastewater by advanced oxidation tech- nology and in the degradation of pollutants in wastewater by photocatalysis were reviewed. This paper mainly summarizes the application progress of transition metal oxides, sulfides, phosphides and their composites as catalysts for hydrogen evolution reaction in electrolytic water. The effects of different modification methods such as nanostructure, heteroatom doping and defect engineering in transition metal compounds on the hydrogen evolution reaction of electrolytic water were discussed. The reasons for the high efficiency of transition metal compound composites in the hydrogen evolution reaction of electrolytic water were also analyzed. Finally, the challenges and future opportunities of the application of transition metal compound catalysts in the field of electrolytic water hydrogen evolution are summarized.
