Abstract
- MoS2-supported ceramic filler catalyst is prepared by dispersion-impregnation-sintering process. The phase structure, microstructure and element distribution of the catalyst are characterized and analyzed by XRD, SEM and EDS. The results showed that MoS2 is uniformly loaded on the surface of iron mud-based ceramic filler, and the rough surface structure of the catalyst would expose more active sites in the reaction. With CODcr removal rate as the evaluation index, the effects of pH, m (CODcr): m(H2O2), catalyst dosage and reaction time on heterogeneous Fenton treatment of papermaking wastewater by MoS2 supported ceramsite filler catalyst are investigated. The results showed that under the optimal conditions of pH 2.5, catalyst dosage 30 g/L,m(CODcr): m(H2O2)=1:1.5, reaction time 120 min, the CODcr removal rate of papermaking wastewater was 72.52%. The free radical quenching experiment showed that in the heterogeneous Fenton oxidation system, The active substances that degrade organic pollutants are mainly · OH,¹O2, ·O2-. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
