Pyrazolone is a five-membered lactam ring containing two Nitrogens and one ketonic group in its structure. Numerous pyrazolone derivatives were exhibited with diverse biological, pharmacological, and chemical applications. When pyrazolones were discovered, they were only known as NSAIDs but in recent times they play a versatile role in several complications like cerebral ischemia, cardiovascular diseases, antibacterial, antioxidant, anticancer and several other pharmacological activities. Over the last few decades, pyrazolone derivatives have been used for various biochemical applications. Some of these derivatives such as metamizole, phenazone, aminopyrine, and propyphenazone, are widely used as anti-inflammatory and analgesics. The chemistry of pyrazolone has gained increasing attention due to its diverse pharmacological properties such as anticancer, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antioxidant, antifungal, antiviral, antidiabetic, and several other biological activities. Thus, keeping because of their importance, synthetic strategies for existing as well as novel pyrazolone derivatives have been developed and explored their biochemical utility. Oxazine derivatives are significant class of heterocycle compounds, which has involved much synthetic attention due to their extensive variety of pharmacological activities. Oxazine is a heterocyclic compound can be formally derived from benzene, and its reduction products, by suitable substitution of carbon (and hydrogen) atoms by nitrogen and oxygen. In the last few years oxazine derivatives have proved to be valuable synthetic intermediates and also possess important biological activities like sedative, analgesic, antipyretic, anticonvulsant, antitubercular, antitumour, antimalarial and antimicrobial. In these days, progress of drug resistance is a most important difficulty and to overcome this situation, it is necessary to synthesize new classes of compounds. The aim of the article is to review the generalization of the collected data about the synthesis of oxazine derivatives and their activities. The study was designed to study the Biological importance and nutritional benefits of Perilla frutescence plant. This plant has very high biological activities. It contains various phyto-constituents such as different phenolic compounds (like rosemarinic acids, luteolin chrysoeriol, quercetin, catcehin, apigenin, etc), vitamins, minerals etc. Perilla seeds contained 30-40% fixed oil, contained both saturated (palmitic acid 5-7%, stearic acid 1-3%), unsaturated (UFAs) or polyunsaturated (PUFAs) (oleic acid 12-22%, linoleic acid 13-20%, α-linolenic acid 0-1%, a-linolenic acid 52-64%, icosanoic acid 0-1%) fatty acids. Perilla oil is highly unsaturated oil among the all current discovered natural vegetable oils. Background: Many synthetic heterocyclic compounds are known to have different biological activities. Pyridazine and its derivatives are the important six membered heterocyclic compounds containing two N-hetero atoms. The pyridazine moiety is an important structural feature of many biologically active compounds. Pyridazine derivatives show diverse pharmacological properties. Aims and Objectives of the Study: The goal of this study, Pyridazine hold considerable interest relative to the preparation of organic intermediates and physiologically active compounds also. On the basis of its important in reported literature, we synthesized the 6-(Biphenyl-4-yl)-2-[2-(indol- 1-yl)ethyl]-4,5-dihydropyridazin-3(2H)-one from 6-(Biphenyl-4-yl)-2-[2-(indol-1-yl) ethyl]-4,5-dihydro pyridazin-3(2H)-one in single step or pot reaction. Results: The important Observations and concrete implications of the study. The result showed that the compound 6-(Biphenyl-4-yl)-2-[2-(indol-1-yl) ethyl]-4,5-dihydropyridazin-3(2H)- one was not prepared by this method. The synthesis of compound has been confirmed by the spectral analysis namely IR, 1H NMR and Mass spectroscopy. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
