In the paper based on materials of the Altai State University (Barnaul) and collections of the Institute of Systematics and Ecology of Animals of Siberian Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences (Novosibirsk), additional data on the distribution in the Altai Krai of 65 species of heteropterans from 13 families of the infraorders Cimicomorpha and Pentatomorpha are given. Bothrostethus annulipes (Herrich-Schaeffer, 1835) of the family Coreidae, presumably unintentionally introduced to Siberia, was found in Barnaul City area. Seven species are recorded for the first time for Altai Krai: Agnocoris rubicundus (Fallén, 1807), Closterotomus samojedorum (J. Sahlberg, 1878) (Miridae); Lasiacantha hermani Vásárhelyi, 1977, Tingis cardui (Linnaeus, 1758) (Tingidae); Scolopostethus pilosus pilosus Reuter, 1875, Raglius alboacuminatus alboacuminatus (Linnaeus, 1778) (Lygaeidae) and Ventocoris halophilus (Jakovlev, 1874) (Pentatomidae). Examples of aberrations of genital structures (male paramere and female parietal vaginal gland) detected in the Altai population of Nabis brevis brevis Scholtz, 1847 are discussed., The authors are grateful to the professor RV Yakovlev and AL Ebel (Barnaul) for the organization of the expedition in 2021. Range of the Pamir-Alai mountain system in Uzbekistan and Tajikistan (Kiritshenko 1912; Cobben 1985; Vinokurov 2014a, b). A study of the Macrosaldula material from NMPC collected in the Hindukush Mts. revealed the spread of this species in Afghanistan. In most Afghan specimens, the pattern of the light spots on the corium is the same as in individuals from the Gissar Mts (Figs. 47, 48). The genital structures of males also have similar structure: for parameres and parandria, see Figs. 36–41, and for male grasping plate, Figs. 42, 43. In some dark specimens of M. tadzhika (Figs. 32–34), the spots on the corium resemble M. indica from North India. In M. indica, the dorsal side of the body also has long erect setae, but it is more shiny, and the apex of the clavus lacks a bright spot (Figs. 44, 49–53), the paramere is also curved, but the processus sensualis is not pronounced (Fig. 54), and the parandria are also widely spaced (Fig. 55). In dark M. tadzhika, a faint narrow spot remains present at the apex of the clavus and the processus sensualis of the paramere is slightly convex (Figs. 36–38). Distribution. In Afghanistan, this species was collected in habitats similar to M. tadzhika. Macrosaldula nivalis differs from M. tadzhika by the short white pubescence on dorsum, absence of long erect black setae on pronotum and hemelytra (setae present only on the sides of the anterior margin of the pronotum). The hemelytra pattern is also different (Figs 23–25), but dark specimens of both species show great similarities (cf. Figs 26 and 32–34). In M. nivalis, the body of the paramere is straight, processus hamatus is thickened (Figs 27, 28), distance between parandria is very narrow (Fig. 29), penisfilum is coiled 1.5 times (Fig. 30), medial endosomal sclerite is as in Figs. 45 and 46, and the male grasping plate is as in Fig. 31. We name this species in honor of Professor Jocelia Grazia, an eminent Brazilian specialist in Pentatomoidea systematics, on the occasion of her 75th anniversary. Diagnosis. Macrosaldula graziae sp. nov. is recognized by the moderately shiny dorsum, unicolorous hemelytra; long erect setae on frons and pronotum, setae on scutellum, clavus and corium shorter; lateral margin of pronotum almost straight in male and slightly convex in female and also by the structure of the male genital segment (Figs. 4���6, 9���11). Description. Male (Fig. 2). Medium-sized, macropterous, elongate-oval, body 2.4�� as long as width of hemelytra at middle. Body length 5.5 mm, width at middle of hemelytra 2.3 mm. For remaining measurements, see Table 2. Head dull shiny; eyes large, brown, with narrow yellow stripe along posterior margin; frons with long erect setae; yellow pre-ocellar spots trapezoidal and oblique to mesal margins of eyes. Ocelli brown, distance between ocelli almost 3 times smaller than diameter of one ocellus; vertex scabrous, narrowly shiny around ocelli. Mandibular and maxillary plates whitish-yellow; anteclypeus yellow; labrum black with yellow spot in middle; labium extending to mesocoxae, labiomere I black, labiomeres II���IV brownish-black. Head ventrally with dense silvery setae. Antennae black; antennomere I with individual erect black bristles and sparse semi-erect black setae, mesal surface with wide yellow stripe; antennomeres II���IV with dense silvery and rare erect setae as long as the antennomere thickness. Pronotum shiny, with almost straight lateral margin, rather dense adpressed short whitish setae and sparse long black erect setae. Callus low, separated from basal part by distinct furrow. Thoracic venter glossy, prothorax on each side with recumbent long, silvery setae, acetabula black. Scutellum, clavus and corium with black setae: short recumbent ones and longer (twice shorter than pronotal) erect ones. Clavus and corium without pale spots. Clavus black, dark brown at apex. Corium on basal half and lateral part black, median part dark brown. Membrane dark brown with black veins. Legs. Profemora black, yellow with some black spots on posterior side; meso- and metafemora black, anteriorly with narrow yellow strip. Protibia yellow, dorsally with brown stripe. Meso- and metatibiae with long black, erect bristles, yellowish brown, with yellow ring subapically, apex narrowly black; base of tibia with narrow dark brown strip. Erect setae on metatibia shorter than stout black setae. Tarsomeres I and III dark brown, tarsomere II yellow. Abdomen black, covered by short silvery setae. Pegs on male grasping plate long and sparse (Fig. 6). Genitalia. Parandria wide (Fig. 9). Body of paramere curved, processus hamatus thickened on basal half (Fig. 4). Base of penis filum coiled almost twice (Fig. 5). Medial endosomal sclerite elongate in dorsal view (Fig. 10), medial and apicolateral endosomal sclerites in lateral view as on Fig. 9. Female (Fig. 3). As in male, except for the following differences: body wide-oval, 2.2�� as long as width of hemelytra at middle. Body length 6.5 mm, wide 2.9 mm, for remaining measurements, see Table 2. Body black and shining. Lateral margin of pronotum slightly convex. Yellow stripe on antennomere I narrow. Mandibular and maxillary plates brownish yellow, laterally darkened. Anteclypeus brownish yellow, black on basal half. Protibiae brownish yellow, meso- and metatibiae brown. Abdominal segments dark brown, narrowly yellow along lateral margin, with dense silvery setae. Variation. The two specimens from Bolshoy Chimgan fit well in the description of M. graziae sp. nov., but the black setae on scutellum, clavus and corium are as long as those on pronotum; the male also slightly differs in the shape of the parandria. For measurements, see Table 2. Differential diagnosis. Macrosaldula graziae sp. nov. is similar to the group of east Palaearctic species with completely dark coloured hemelytra���the South Far Eastern M. koreana and M. violacea, the South Siberian M. simulans, and the Siberian-Nearctic M. rivularia. Macrosaldula koreana and M. violacea share the shiny dorsum with M. graziae sp. nov., while M. rivularia and M. simulans have the dorsum matt. Externally, these four species differ by the very short dorsal setae (Figs. 18���22), while M. graziae sp. nov. has long erect setae on the dorsum. However, the resemblance to M. koreana and M. rivularia is only superficial, M. graziae sp. nov. does not belong to the ���aberrant group of species sensu Cobben (1985) ���, having a different structure of the medial endosomal sclerite. Of the Central Asian species of the genus, M. graziae sp. nov. is similar to M. tadzhika (Kiritshenko, 1912) by the presence of long erect setae on the dorsum of the body, but the latter species differs in the smaller body size, the presence of light spots on the corium, and the structure of the male genitalia (see Figs. 34���47). The extremely dark individuals of the Central Asian M. jakowleffi (Fig. 22) can be confused with M. graziae sp. nov. Macrosaldula jakowleffi has the same long erect setae on the head and pronotum, but differs from the new species by the following features: matt hemelytra with short erect setae on corium, processus hamatus of paramere attenuating evenly to the apex (Fig. 7), and pegs on male grasping plate dense (Fig. 8). In the examined adults coloration and vestiture are similar to those of the holotype. Females are larger than the holotype of C. grandis: body length 8.0–8.5 mm and width 3.7–3.8 mm (Fig. 2). Males are shorter than females: body length 6.5 mm, width 3.0 mm. (For detailed measurements of these specimens refer to Table 1). Distribution of pale spots on corium of two females and one male are almost identical to those of the holotype, the clavus near the apex having a small triangular pale spot (Fig. 7). Membrane is almost entirely black, veins black, cells with pale spots near apex, and small spots in middle brown. An unusually dark male from Jiabi has an entirely black clavus, and the corium is provided with only three pale spots: one on apex of exocorium and two on endocorium near RM-vein, at middle and close to apex. Description of male genitalia. Paramere with high and narrowed processus sensualis bearing long thin setae, base of processus hamatus thick and gradually narrowed towards end (Fig. 3). Parandria as in Fig. 4, median endosomal sclerite wide (Figs 5, 6). Description of 5 th instar larva. Body black, dull shiny. Head, pronotum and wing buds with scarce, short, black setae. Antennae thin, black, covered with adpressed long straight setae and scarce black erect setae; segment II short, 1.3 times as long as segment III; segments III and IV almost equal in length to corresponding antennal segments of adults. Labium long, brownish-black, surpassing hind coxae. Legs blackish-brown. Fore femora with a row of long erect spines ventrally. All tibiae with short semi-adpressed straight stiff black setae and scarce, long, erect, black bristles equal in length to thickness of tibia; these bristles located on ventral surface of front tibiae and on dorsal surface of middle and hind tibiae. Abdomen with scarce, long, black erect setae and with black stiff bristles along lateral margins of abdominal segments. Body length 4.5 mm, body width 2.5 mm (for detailed measurements see Table 1). Habitat. Recently, three additional males, two females and one 5 th instar larva of this species were collected in Sichuan at the altitudes of about 4000 m a.s.l. on forest river banks and in lower alpine zone habitats (I. In Iran this species has been collected in the following habitats: small fields near to an oasis watered by a salty brook, and small salty swamps in the oasis (locality Sekand), and gravel-sandy aluvial semi-desert (locality Minab). Taxonomy. Hamid & Sultana (1972) described Saldula minor from Pakistan (holotype from Karachi, 5 miles before Korangi Creek) and compared it to Saldula dixoni (Distant, 1904), a taxon regarded as junior subjective synonym of Saldula ornatula (Reuter, 1881) by Drake & Hoberlandt (1951: 9). They listed the following differential diagnosis: ���This species is allied to Saldula dixoni (Distant) but differs in the coloration of clavus and corium, also all antennal segments are unicolorous unlike S. dixoni. In some specimens the pale claval and corial spots near apex of clavus are very small and occasionally lacking but the median spots on corium are always present. Size also varies considerably in males from 2.3 to 3.3 mm and in females from 2.8 to 3.5 mm.��� (Hamid & Sultana 1972). Lindskog (1995) transferred Saldula ornatula to the genus Micracanthia Reuter, 1912, and listed Saldula minor in its synonymy as new synomym, but providing no comment on these nomenclatural acts. Overlooking the actions of Lindskog (1995), Vinokurov (2012 a) independently transferred S. ornatula to the genus Micracanthia based on examination of 3 males originating from Pakistan and Bangladesh (as East Pakistan), listed the morphological characters to support the new generic placement, and figured its paramere and parandria. He also stated: ��� Micracanthia minor most likely is a junior synonym of M. ornatula, but the status of this form cannot be determined with confidence since the illustrations in the original description (Hamid and Sultana, 1972: fig. 4) are not quite exact.��� (Vinokurov 2012 a). Finally, Polhemus & Polhemus (2012) did not list Saldula minor among synonyms of M. ornatula, however, they recorded M. ornatula from Pakistan based on two females from ���Karachi, 5 mi. before Korangi Creek, no date, coll. A. Hamid���, the type locality of S. minor. There seems little doubt that Saldula minor fits fully within the variability of the widely distributed Micracanthia ornatula and we therefore confirm S. minor as junior subjective synonym of the latter species. Distribution. This species is widely distributed in the tropics and subtropics of the Old World (Chen & Lindskog 1994; Lindskog 1995; Vinokurov 2012 a, 2015; Polhemus & Polhemus 2012; Aukema et al. 2013). In Iran it was previously known only from Hormozgan (Linnavuori 2004); here it is first recorded from Sistan and Baluchistan. Saldula lindbergi Lindskog, 1975 (Figs 5, 7���10) Material examined. LEBANON: Nhar el Kelb [= Nahr al-Kalb], near Beirut, 26. ix. 1969, 1 ♂, J. Klapperich lgt., N. Vinokurov det. (NMPC). Variability. In the examined specimen from Lebanon (Fig. 5) the following characters were observed: Body length 3.85 mm. Pronotum, scutellum, clavus, and corium covered by rather dense semierect golden setae and long dark erect setae. Head with long dark erect setae. Length of antennal segments: I���0.28, II���0.60, III���0.44, IV��� 0.34 mm. Antennal segment II black, on apex brown. Paramere (Fig. 7) with processus sensualis prominent, bearing of long thin setae, as in the holotype (see Fig. 8). However, there are some differences compared to the type specimens: Body more slender, 2.58 times longer than its width (in holotype 2.13). Body dark-colored, with yellow spots on clavus and corium; transverse band in anterior half of corium narrower and almost interrupted near MRvein. Distance between parandria narrower than in holotype (cf. Figs 9, 10). Distribution. An East Mediterranean species described from Cyprus and southern Turkey and so far known only from few collected specimens (see Lindskog 1975, 1995; Fent et al. 2011). Hoberlandt (1981) described the collecting sites at Kah��rak as follows: Stony and sandy desert, grassy banks of water source and meander of running salty brook in desert; growth of Phragmites australis, Aeluropus littoralis, Desmostachya bipinnata, Seidlitzia rosmarinus, Haloxylon ammodendron, Tamarix mascatensis, Cistanche tubulosa, Fagonia bruguyeri, Stipagrostis plumosa, Tribulus longipetalus macropterus. Distribution. Widely distributed along coasts of the Mediterranean and Black Seas (Tunisia, Spain, France, Italy, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Crimea), and from the Turano-Gobian Deserts (Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan) up to Mongolia and western China (Xinjiang) (Lindskog 1995, Vinokurov et al. 2012, Vinokurov 2014 b). New species record for Iran. Remarks. Halosalda halophila was synonymized with H. halophila (Fall��n, 1807) by Puton (1875). Vinokurov et al. (2012) described another new species, H. minuta Vinokurov, Luo & L��, 2012 from China (Xinjiang).
