Objective To investigate the effect of blood-letting acupuncture and cupping therapy in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods Totally 60 cases of herpes zoster patients admitted to our department between October 2020 and June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment, and the observation group was given blood-letting acupuncture and cupping therapy on the basis of the control group. The improvement of pain and rash symptom was assessed and compared between the two groups. This paper summarized the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing of a patient with postoperative pain after surgery for breast cancer. The patient had received a comprehensive nursing assessment after hospital admission. Based on the TCM syndrome differentiation, appropriate technique of TCM nursing including TCM ointment massage, cupping therapy, TCM medication and emotional care were carried out to relieve the negative emotion and postoperative pain of the patient. This paper summarized the treatment outcome of moxibustion combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) ointment and nursing management of a patient with low back pain caused by lumbar disc herniation. Based on the comprehensive nursing evaluation, moxibustion and TCM ointment technology were carried out to alleviate the symptoms of low back pain and swelling pain in lower limbs. This paper summarized the nursing management of a case of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine ointment. Based on nursing evaluation and syndrome differentiation, Traditional Chinese Medicine ointment and rubbing technique was used to relieve the symptoms of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, and comprehensive nursing interventions such as daily living guidance and health education were carried to improve the quality of life during the treatment. This article summarized the moxibustion combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) enema and related nursing measures for a patient with acute intestinal obstruction. The nursing goals were clarified based on the nursing assessment on illness condition and clinical symptoms of the patient. Guided by theory of syndrome differentiation, the moxibustion combined with TCM enema was carried out, in combination with routine care, to relieve the clinical symptoms of intestinal obstruction and pain of patient. This paper summarized the nursing management for a patient with primary dysmenorrhea treated by auricular acupressure combined with auricular pressure. Under the guidance of TCM theory, auricular acupressure combined with auricular pressure was applied to primary dysmenorrhea based on symptom and pain assessment. The combination of auricular acupressure and auricular pressure was effective to improve the symptoms of dysmenorrhea and patient's quality of life. This paper summarized the nursing experience of a patient with pain caused by periarthritis of the shoulder treated with the combined application of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) characteristic nursing techniques. Followed by the auricular acupoint massage, the auricular acupoint blood-letting therapy was performed to relieve the shoulder pain and discomfort. The auricular acupoint sticking and pressing therapy showed a long-term stimulation effect, while the balanced cupping therapy was able to enhance the local stimulation effect. The combined application of TCM characteristic nursing techniques are effective in relief of pain in patients with acute periarthritis of the shoulder, which is worthy of promoting. This paper summarized the nursing measure for a case of primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis treated by Du-mai moxibustion. The treatment plan was made based on the syndrome differentiation, and nursing evaluation, standard procedure of Du-mai moxibustion and related operation cautions, routine nursing measured were carried out.
