This paper reviewed the clinical data of a young adult patient with acne of dampness-heat of spleen and stomach type treated by auricular acupoint sticking-pressing and ear-apex bloodletting therapy, and related nursing measures were summarized. The etiology and pathogenesis of dampness-heat of spleen and stomach, acupoint selection principles and operation method of auricular acupoint treatment were described. A typical case was analyzed to prove the effectiveness and safety of auricular acupoint sticking-pressing and ear-apex bloodletting therapy in the treatment of acne of dampness-heat of spleen and stomach. The auricular acupoint treatment is simple to use and well-accepted for young adult patients. Objective To investigate the effect of blood-letting acupuncture and cupping therapy in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods Totally 60 cases of herpes zoster patients admitted to our department between October 2020 and June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment, and the observation group was given blood-letting acupuncture and cupping therapy on the basis of the control group. The improvement of pain and rash symptom was assessed and compared between the two groups. This paper analyzed the clinical data of 5 patients with skin rash caused by pegylated interferon α-2a combined with ribavirin therapy of chronic viral hepatitis C.
