Glioma is often recurred after standard treatment due to its complex biological characteristics and the presence of glioma stem cells (GSCs). High -mobility group box 1 (HMGB1) can regulate the malignant progression of glioma through a variety of ways as an oncogene. This article reviews the relationship between HMGB1 gene and the prognosis of glioma patients, tumor pathological grading, GSCs, and the ways including non coding RNA pathway, autophagy pathway, tumor microenvironment, etc., in which HMGB1 gene regulates glioma, so as to provide the reference for the treatment of glioma.

Detection of transparent phase specimens especially biological cells with desired contrasts is of great importance in visual display and medical diagnosis. Due to the pure-phase nature, conventional detection approaches may damage samples or require complex operations. Computing liquid crystal (LC) is a thin and flat optical element with excellent capability in optical field modulation, which gives a feasible way to this issue from the perspective of analog optical computing. We here propose and experimentally implement an electrically switched two-dimensional (2D) differential microscopy based on computing LC platforms. The Pancharatnam–Berry phase LC polarization grating induces light’s spin separation to promote the 2D differential operation. Using the electrically tunable LC plate as the system phase retardance provider, the detecting mode can be flexibly switched from bright-field images to edge-enhanced images with desired contrasts. Remarkably, owing to the wavelength-independent feature closely related to the geometric phases, our proposed scheme is demonstrated to be applicable to the multi-wavelength microscopy imaging. These results open avenues to form real-time all-optical image processing and may facilitate multifunctional differential microscopy.

Typhoon is an important factor leading to large-scale off-grid of offshore wind power， which is easy to cause a serious imbalance of supply and demand in the affected power grid， thus affecting the safe and stable operation of the regional power system， especially the coastal power grid with large-scale offshore wind power access. Based on this， this paper first establishes a typhoon mathematical model based on Rankine vortex model for the actual typhoon path. The method to slow down the effect of sudden drop of wind is proposed. Then， taking full account of the operation safety requirements of the receiving end power grid， a collaborative operation strategy of offshore wind farm including energy storage was proposed. Aiming at system safety， stability and operation economy， factors such as air abandonment volume and energy storage regulation capacity were comprehensively considered to optimize the wind abandonment volume of offshore wind power. Finally， a simulation analysis is carried out on the receiving end grid system of offshore wind power with energy storage. The results show that the strategy can minimize the operating cost of offshore wind power farm while ensuring the safety and stability of the receiving end system.

In order to reveal the complex flow mechanism, a series of high-order precision schemes have been proposed at home and abroad, of which, the weighted compact nonlinear scheme (WCNS) has a good shock capture ability and has been widely used in the numerical simulation of complex flows. However, it has insufficient resolution and large dissipation in the simulation of small-scale flows. In the framework of the WCNS, by using the weighting strategy of the targeted essentially non-oscillatory (TENO) scheme for reference, this paper introduces the new methods of discontinuity detection and template weighting into the construction of the WCNS scheme, and develops a WCNS7-T scheme with a 7-order accuracy. Example tests are conducted through one-dimensional shock tube problem and two-dimensional Riemann problem. By comparing with the traditional WCNS7-Z scheme, the improved performance of the new scheme is verified. The numerical experiments show that the WCNS7-T scheme can better suppress the numerical oscillation near the discontinuity, improve the resolution and shock capture ability, and further reduce the dissipation.

With the rapid development of the times, my country has made good innovation and progress in the Internet of Things technology, which has brought a lot of technical guarantees for computer network security. In the process of computer network security analysis and research, it is necessary to introduce the Internet of Things technology. In this paper, the CNN-GRU-PSO network is used to optimize the information classification control. Compared with the traditional model method, the CNN-GRU-PSO model method improves the accuracy rate from the original 86.4% to the original 95.5%. Nearly 10%; the precision rate increased from 84.3% to the original 91.2%, and the accuracy rate increased to nearly 7%; the recall rate was increased from 86.4% to the original 93.5%, and the accuracy rate increased to nearly 9%. The CNNGRU-PSO model optimizes network security management and formulates strict prevention mechanisms to ensure that computer networks can operate efficiently and safely.

In order to obtain the stiffness-damping feature of cross-arm damping seat of special vehicles, the dynamic simulation model of cross-arm seat is established. The time-frequency responses on the level D road and different vehicle speed conditions（5 km/h, 15 km/h, 25 km/h and 35 km/h） are analyzed. With considering the weighted root-mean square（RMS） acceleration in criterion ISO 2631-1:1997 as an evaluation index, the ride comfort of the seat with different matching relationships of stiffness and damp are discussed. Furthermore, the real vehicle validation experiment is conducted. The results show that the seat vertical acceleration under different speeds has the non-stationary random characteristic. The seat vibration intensifies with the increase of the speed. Under different vehicle speed conditions, the first two model frequencies for the seat concentrates in 3 Hz～10 Hz, which includes the human sensitivity frequency ranges, inducing the poor ride comfort performance. Additionally, the simulation results agree with the experimental data, which verifies the correctness of the dynamic simulation model. The research has certain reference for multi-objective matching optimization design about the stiffness-damping parameters for the seat comfort of special all-terrain vehicles and engineering applications.

Combined with the high pressure and high temperature working condition and the characteristics of tooth and sliding ring combined seal, the mathematical model of the rotating slip ring type combined seal is established based on the theory of thermoelastic hydrodynamic lubrication. Furthermore, the elastic deformation of the tooth and sliding ring combined seal under the action of oil film pressure is obtained by the matrix method of deformation influence coefficient based on the theory of small deformation. Combined with the hydrodynamic lubrication equation, the temperature field energy equation and the viscosity temperature equation, the finite difference method is used to solve the thermoelastic flow pressure lubrication model. The oil film thickness distribution and oil film pressure distribution in the working process of the combined seal ring of the toothed slip ring are calculated by MATLAB. The results show that the roughness of the ring has a significant effect on the sealing performance. The film pressure increases first and then decreases in the axial direction, and fluctuates in the stable range in the circumferential direction.Moreover, the oil film thickness and pressure of the sealing ring decrease with the increase of the ambient temperature.

Diabetes is a silent killer with increased global public health burden along with several life threatening complications. Myocardial infarction was diagnosed in 60% of diabetic patients worldwide. In this study, the synthesized nanocomposites were subjected to Ultraviolet–Visible Spectroscopic analysis, Photoluminescence Spectroscopic analysis, X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), dynamic light scatting (DLS) and Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FE-SEM) & energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDAX) analysis. Further in vivo studies were performed on young male Wistar rats. Young male Wistar rats were induced diabetes with streptozotocin induced diabetes model and the diabetic rats confirmed with blood glucose were utilized for further study. The rats were grouped into control, diabetic, diabetic induced treated with 5 mg/kg of SCP-D-P nanocomposites and diabetic induced treated with 10 mg/kg of SCP-D-P nanocomposites. After treatment period the rats were estimated for diabetic functioning parameters such as glucose level, insulin level, c-peptide, HOMA-IR and cardiac functioning parameters such as total cholesterol, triglycerides, CK, LDH, MDA, NO, GSH, CAT, SOD, GST. Rats were subjected to echocardiography analysis for assessing the cardiac function. Inflammatory markers TNF-α and IL-β were estimated to analyze the anti-inflammatory property of SCP-D-P nanocomposites and it is further confirmed with histopathological analysis of cardiac tissue with H&E staining. Further we assessed the impact of SCP-D-P nanocomposites on p62/Keap1/Nrf2 signaling pathway which is plays a vital role in myocardiac ischemia. Our results of nanocomposite analysis depicts SCP-D-P nanocomposites is a potent nanoparticles which persuasively decreased the diabetic inducing factors, ameliorated cardiac functioning. Histological analysis clearly depicts SCP-D-P nanocomposites prevented diabetic induced cardiac tissue damage via activating p62/Keap1/Nrf2 signaling pathway. Over all our results confirms SCP-D-P nanocomposites is potent anti-diabetic, cardioprotective molecule.

Impact fatigue problems of materials widely exist in aviation engineering. Launching and landing of carrier-based aircrafts are typical impact fatigue problems. This paper reviews the early development of the concept of impact fatigue, summarizes the main research progress in the field of impact fatigue since 2000, including the main factors affecting the impact fatigue performance of materials, test methods, damage characterization and life prediction of impact fatigue and numerical calculation methods of impact fatigue problems. It is indicated that the microstructure, boundary condition, service environment and impact load type of the material are of significant influence on the impact fatigue performance. This paper summarizes the main challenges of the impact fatigue problems in the aviation engineering, and prospects the future development of the impact fatigue technology in the aviation field based on the requirements of the future engineering structure design.

To research the fuel-switching rules for gas turbine dual-fuel combustor, the effects of fuel change rate, fuel compensation rate, permissible fluctuation limit of outlet temperature, and fuel matching on the fuel-switching performance were studied experimentally by using a real dual-fuel gas turbine combustor. The experimental results show that increasing fuel change rate can reduce fuel-switching time, but the influence of fuel viscosity and evaporative atomization combustion hysteresis leads to the increase of outlet temperature amplitude fluctuation. The fuel compensation rate corresponds to the optimal solution for this combustion chamber; when the fuel change rate decreases, the optimal fuel compensation coefficient will be increase. Meanwhile, by increasing the allowable fluctuation range of outlet temperature and reducing the difference of calorific value of natural gas and diesel, the fuel-switching time can be effectively reduced, and the fuel-switching stability can be improved.

Production of passion fruit (Passiflora edulis) is restricted by postharvest decay, which limits the storage period. We isolated, identified, and characterized fungal pathogens causing decay in two passion fruit cultivars during two fruit seasons in China. Morphological characteristics and nucleotide sequences of ITS-rDNA regions identified eighteen isolates, which were pathogenic on yellow and purple fruit. Fusarium kyushuense, Fusarium concentricum, Colletotrichum truncatum, and Alternaria alternata were the most aggressive species. Visible inspections and comparative analysis of the disease incidences demonstrated that wounded and non-wounded yellow fruit were more susceptible to the pathogens than the purple fruit. Purple cultivar showed higher expression levels of defense-related genes through expression and metabolic profiling, as well as significantly higher levels of their biosynthesis pathways. We also found fungi with potential beneficial features for the quality of fruits. Our transcriptomic and metabolomics data provide a basis to identify potential targets to improve the pathogen resistance of the susceptible yellow cultivar. The identified fungi and affected features of the fruit of both cultivars provide important information for the control of pathogens in passion fruit industry and postharvest storage.

This study was aimed to develop an ECM-derived biphasic scaffold and to investigate its regeneration potential loaded with BM-MSCs in repair of large, high-load-bearing osteochondral defects of the canine femoral head. The scaffolds were fabricated using cartilage and bone ECM as a cartilage and bone layer, respectively. Osteochondral constructs were fabricated using induced BM-MSCs and the scaffold. Osteochondral defects (11 mm diameter × 10 mm depth) were created on femoral heads of canine and treated with the constructs. The repaired tissue was evaluated for gross morphology, radiography, histological, biomechanics at 3 and 6 months after implantation. Radiography revealed that femoral heads slightly collapsed at 3 months and severely collapsed at 6 months. Histology revealed that some defects in femoral heads were repaired, but with fibrous tissue or fibrocartilage, and femoral heads with different degrees of collapse. The bone volume fraction was lower for subchondral bone than normal femoral bone at 3 and 6 months. Rigidity was lower in repaired subchondral bone than normal femoral bone at 6 months. The ECM-derived, biphasic scaffold combined with induced BM-MSCs did not successfully repair large, high-load-bearing osteochondral defects of the canine femoral head. However, the experience can help improve the technique of scaffold fabrication and vascularization.
