The global issue appears on the students' problem, especially in remedial learning.The purposes of this study are: (1) to describe the activities of lecturers in classroom management and remedial activities, (2) to describe the activities of students in peer-tutor learning method, (3) to describe students' learning mastery after having remedial activity with the peer-tutor method. The type of this research is action research, consisting of planning, action and observation, reflection, and revision. The action was given in three rounds in the classroom (Classroom Action Research). This research was conducted in STKIP PGRI Jombang, Economic Education Study Program. This research was conducted from August to September 2022. The subject of this research is 44 students of STKIP PGRI Jombang. The object of this study is Break-Even Point (BEP) material. Findings show that the average skill of the lecturer in managing the class and remedial activity in 3 rounds of Classroom Action Research is 3.29% which indicates that the lecturer has succeeded in improving students' achievement.

Service activities are carried out based on the obstacles faced by a business actor, which reflects the inconsistency of business activities that have an impact on services that can be categorized as not good. This business activity has indications of poor management, and this is an essential need for business activities which cannot be separated from the importance of understanding financial management. To be precise, in this activity, business income or results that did not meet expectations were found. Through this activity, it is known that there are obstacles in financial management that affect workers' service to consumers and even the calculation of funding turnover or financing for the business. The aim and urgency of this service are to provide an understanding of the importance of commitment to financial recording so that it can become a benchmark and provide information on activities. Business the information in question is information that contains sustainable business activities. The stages of service implementation activities are divided into direct (face-to-face) and indirect (programmed arrival) implementation. The results of developing this simple recording concept are expected to provide new work patterns and new thinking for workers and business owners so that they can plan development activities that can be pursued.

This thesis discusses the role and career of Soekertijo during his time in the military. Soekertijo first entered the world of military education during the Japanese occupation of Indonesia, he graduated from Pembela Tanah Air (PETA). After Indonesia's independence, he formed Section II. Soekertijo Company began to show its work in the national arena such as defending Indonesia's sovereignty from Dutch Military Aggression I and Dutch Military Aggression II, in addition, Soekertijo also cracked down on separatist groups such as DI/TII to PRRI. The approach used by the author is the Biography approach, while the theory used in this study is the Charisma Theory from Max Weber's writings. The writing of this thesis is more emphasized on Soekertijo's role when defending Indonesia's independence, is a history in the form of a biography, because it will narrate the events of Soekertijo's past as part of the process of forming his leadership spirit, adolescence and his journey before becoming a company commander to becoming a Major General. The temporality of this article began in 1946, which was the momentum for the success of Section II of Kompi Soekertijo in defeating the Dutch Military at Klakah Station, while the deadline for this article was 1988, marking the inauguration of the Juang Kompi Soekertijo Monument in Yosowilangun as a form of appreciation for his dedication to country. The ship's service speed performance is prioritized in a ship's propulsion system planning. Motor Vessel. KENDHANGA NUSANTARA 6 is a type of containerized cargo ship built to support the sea toll program in the Tanjung Emas port area, Semarang. The less significant propeller pitch affects the ship's ability to move. The experiment was carried out by operating the machine with maximum capability. The phenomenon of the geometric shape of the propeller provides information on the rotation results and the distribution of the working forces. The structure of the propeller design describes the ability and level of effectiveness when the propeller is submerged in water. The results of this study show that the optimization value of the right propeller pitch is 0.6%, the pitch width is 1660 mm, and the optimization value of the left propeller pitch is 1.2% with a pitch width of 1670 mm; this value can make the ship's rate speed during the docking trial 12.3 knots, following the planned speed.

The world's coral reefs are under threat from human activities through pollution and habitat changes. This condition is influenced by several factors, such as human activities and natural phenomena. Many efforts have been made by humans to overcome or repair coral reef ecosystems that have been damaged. One of the efforts made is to carry out coral transplants. The main goal of coral transplantation is to improve the quality of coral reefs such as increasing live coral cover, biodiversity and uniqueness of coral topography. The stages of the method carried out in the research include mapping the bottom of the waters (sounding); mapping conditions of water cover; transplantation process and monitoring. This study used the spider skeleton method for the transplant media. The results showed that the percentage of live coral cover ranged from 10% - 25% and it was found that rubble cover dominated up to >70%. During the monitoring process, it was found that algae dominated almost all of the transplant media. The high nutrients and the lack of algae-eating fish resulted in a high algae cover found on the surface of the structure and had an impact on the death of the transplanted corals. To support the success of the intended program, we need to ensure that rice fields are designated as sustainable food farming land. Rubber is one of the plantation products as a foreign exchange earner for the country. The process of processing rubber requires coagulants to accelerate coagulation. Aloe vera is a plant that contains compounds of organic acids, is expected to be able to accelerate the coagulation process. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of natural coagulants of aloe vera extract on the characteristics of IRR 118 clone rubber. The variations of the extracts used are natural coagulant extracts of aloe centrifugation and no centrifugation and the chemical coagulant format acid 3% as a comparison. Centrifugation of natural coagulant extract of aloe vera is carried out at a speed of 3000 rpm for 1 hour. The characterization of rubber analyzed was DRC (Dry Rubber Content), Po (Initial Plasticity), PRI (Plasticity Retention Index), ash content, evaporating substance content, mooney viscosity, dirt content, and nitrogen content. From the results of the study, it was obtained that the percentage of DRC, Po, PRI, and Mooney Viscosity was highest in AV natural coagulants without centrifugation, namely 28%, 36%, 80%, and 80%. The lowest percentage of ash, dirt and nitrogen content in natural coagulants of AV centrifugation was 0.38%, 0.014%, and 0.36%. Aloe vera natural coagulants without centrifugation and centrifuged ones can be used as coagulants for the latex coagulation process because they have met all the requirements of SNI SIR 20 and can be used as natural coagulants.

This research was conducted at Anak Soleh Mandiri Integrated Islamic Elementary School Banjarmasin. The aim of this research is to discover the instilling of students’ character values through national songs and applied educational ideology. Educational ideology may affect the ongoing educational process, so it eventually affects the educational outcomes. This research is based on the reality of public elementary schools and integrated Islamic elementary schools in instilling students’a character values through national songs, using different methods, techniques, and ideologies. It influences the choice of educational ideology applied in the school. This research is qualitative research since it describes the problem in a descriptive narrative. The data collection utilized the techniques of observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis process was carried out using qualitative analysis, and triangulation is used to check the validity of the data. The results of the research are: (1) The characters instilled at Anak Soleh Mandiri Integrated Islamic Elementary School Banjarmasin through national songs include religious, honest, tolerant, disciplined, hard work, creative, independent, democratic, curiosity, nationalistic, patriotic, appreciating achievement, friendly, communicative, peace-loving, fond of reading, caring for the environment, caring for others, and responsible. (2) The educational ideology used in instilling the students’ character values at Anak Soleh Mandiri Integrated Islamic Elementary School Banjarmasin is conservatism.

Artists and creativity are inseparable. Artists in creativity have the challenge of transforming an abstract idea into a practical one in order to create a good creation. Fadjar Praptono, a musician from Banyumas, creates based on the Encouragment of responses to enviromental situatons by paying attention to the suitability contents of the song lyrics with the existing social, political and cultural situations. This research discusses Fadjar's creative process in creating tembang Banyumasan that have a distinctive Banyumas character. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method that aims to understand the object studied in more depth. This research uses a case study design, which is focuses on exploration of finite system. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and literacy studies. The interview was conducted directly with the main informant Fadjar 'Sopsan'. The study results prove that Fadjar went through several continuous stages in the creation of Banyumasan songs, including creative ideas, cultural knowledge, experience, work concepts, and creative act.

MTs and SMP teachers in Rowosari Kendal District have difficulty carrying out authentic assessments manually because the components being assessed and the number of students to be observed are not small, and it takes a lot of time and effort, and they are prone to errors or omissions in the assessment. In addition, they are aware that the assessment is still focused on the cognitive aspects of students through learning achievement tests, while the assessment of attitudes and skills is only at a glance without using assessment instruments, besides that teachers must address technological developments that are increasingly accelerating and it is important to increase students' IT literacy. One of the potential learning methods to help teachers in authentic assessment and improve IT literacy is by applying the Authentic Assessment System (Sipentik) application.. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the characteristics of Sipentik as an authentic assessment application for teachers and the effectiveness of the Sipentik application in the teaching and learning process in schools. This type of field research uses a mixed methods approach with an embedded experimental model design , with data collection techniques through documentation, questionnaires, observations, and interviews. The data that has been collected can then be analyzed through quantitative and qualitative data analysis. The results of the study show that: 1) "Sipentik" as an authentic assessment application for teachers has the characteristics of this internet-based application with its main feature being technology for authentically assessing students, besides that it can also help teachers manage the learning system in class more easily and directed, also makes teachers more able to improve IT literacy. 2) The Sipentik application in the teaching and learning process in schools is effective as an authentic teacher assessment to improve students' IT literacy at SMP N 1 Rowosari, 3) The authentic assessment of SMP N 1 Rowosari teachers using the Sipentik application shows better and more effective than using the manual.

This study aims to discover the characteristics of Animaker-based animated video, explore opportunities, measure feasibility and effectiveness, and analyze students’ responses to Animaker-based animated video and quiz team activities in improving the static fluid concept’s mastery. The method used in this research is R&D with the ADDIE development model. The result of this research shows that Animaker-based animated video and quiz team activities have the opportunity to improve the mastery of static fluid concepts. The characteristics of Animaker-based animated video media are shown in each part of the video, such as a teacher’s animation, process illustration, case study, practice questions, and simulation examples. The average validation score from three media experts is 87.1%, meaning the Animaker-based animated video is highly feasible. Animaker-based animated video media and team activities quizzes effectively improve the mastery of static fluid concepts. Student responses get a percentage of 82% in the very good category.

This research attempts to examine how customer relationship management and customer experience influence customer satisfaction in Lampung Province retail complexes. Data was taken using non-random sampling method with purposive sampling technique and used to meet the number of samples as many as 135 respondents. Validity, reliability, construct reliability, and variance extraction were used to evaluate the quality of the data. Prior to data analysis, the Liliefors normal requirements, homogeneity, linearity, and significance of regression were examined. Structural Equation Modeling is a structural equation used to analyze the model. The research findings are that there is a direct positive effect of customer relationship management on customer experience, customer relationships have a direct positive effect on customer satisfaction, and customer experience has a direct positive effect on customer satisfaction

Pada dasarnya masyarakat sudah mengalami perkembangan teknologi yang signifikan. Salah satunya yaitu dengan adanya transaksi online berupa e-money. Menurut Peraturan Perbankan Indonesia Nomor : 12 November 2009 PBI Tentang uang elektronik Uang Elektronik. Uang elektronik diterbitkan berdasarkan nilai uang yang sebelumnya disetorkan oleh pemegangnya untuk penerbit yang disimpan secara elektronik di media seperti server atau chip, dengan uangnya bukan sebagai simpanan, serta digunakan sebagai pembayaran. Teknik promosi yang dilakukan pihak BI yaitu dengan cara mengadakan festival begawi yang dilengkapi dengan adanya UMKM yang ikut berpartisipasi untuk memberi sosialisasi pembayaran lewat e-money di masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu dengan metode kualitatif.Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi promosi yang dilakukan oleh pihak Bank Indonesia Kpw Lampung mengenai transaksi e-money. Selain itu, tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui aplikasi pembayaran seperti OVO, GO-PAY, dan Dana yang digunakan dalam transaksi e-money.

Definisi kosmetik dalam Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan RI No. 445/MenKes/Permenkes/1998 yaitu kosmetik adalah sediaan atau paduan bahan yang siap untuk digunakan pada bagian luar badan untuk mengubah penampakan tetapi tidak untuk menyembuhkan suatu penyakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh bauran pemasaran terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam membeli prodk kosmetik halal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan sumber data yaitu data sekunder, berupa kajian kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bauran pemasaran mempunyai pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen yaitu dengan adanya strategi yang baik terhadap bauran pemasaran seperti meningkatkan kualitas produk, harga yang terjangkau, strategi promosi yang menarik dan distribusi yang lancar akan mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen dalam membeli sebuah produk atau barang.

Adaptation to changes based on information and communication technology (ICT) causes obstacles and community preparedness for the 5.0 age, also known as society 5.0. This necessitates the digital revolution of all disciplines, including taxation. Government efforts to promote taxpayer compliance include creating a contemporary tax administration system encompassing organizational structure, business processes, information and communication technology, human resource management, and applying good governance. In addition to the tax administration system, taxpayer knowledge also influences the level of taxpayer compliance. This study's objective is to investigate the use of ICT in a modern tax administration system to enhance taxpayer compliance. The main theory in this research is positive accounting theory which was developed by Watt & Zimmerman in 1986. This study employs a qualitative approach and descriptive methodologies. This study demonstrates that the incorporation of ICT is a component of the modernization of the tax administration system. Application of the e-tax system, which comprises E-Registration, E-SPT, E-Filing, E-Payment, Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Chatbots, and Biometric Identification, can constitute the use of ICT in the tax administration system. Ease of service, particularly in filling out SPT electronically, or e-SPT, is the method for boosting taxpayer compliance with the modernization of the tax administration system utilizing ICT.

AbstractThis study investigated the effectiveness of botanical insecticides derived from leaf extracts of Azadirachta indica, Aglaia odorata, and Ageratum conyzoides against third instar larvae of Spodoptera litura through different application methods. The plant materials were mixed in a 1:1:1 ratio, extracted with 96% ethanol. The results showed that the botanical insecticides were effective in killing the S. litura larvae through both oral and topical application techniques. The topical application was more effective, with an average mortality rate of 98.75% compared to 82.5% for oral application. The LT50 values were 5.9991 and 3.8555 days for oral and topical treatments, respectively. The topical application was 35.73% faster in inducing mortality in S. litura compared to oral application. The larvae-treated with oral application had the highest total quinine-equivalent alkaloid content at 312.52 mg L−1, while the larvae-treated with topical application had the highest total flavonoid content at 3963.60 µg L−1 in the total flavonoid test. The highest value of total tannic acid-equivalent tannins was observed in larvae-treated with oral application at 1.76% w/v. All larvae that were treated, both orally and topically, in this study were found to contain terpenoids within their body. In conclusion, the botanical pesticides derived from the extracts of A. indica, A. odrata, and A. conyzoides have proven to be effective in controlling S. litura. The topical application technique has been found to be more efficient than oral application in inducing mortality. However, it is crucial to conduct further testing in both greenhouse and field conditions in the future.

Pertumbuhan pabrik industri yang semakin meningkat membuat perhatian baru terhadap limbah yang perlu dikelola lebih serius agar bisa memberikan kemanfaatan khususnya dibidang kontruksi. Untuk itu perlu dilakukanya penelitian atas permasalahan tersebut. Pada penelitian ini peneliti melakukan penelitian dengan memanfaatkan limbah geodipa. Adapun besaran prosentase penggunaan limbah geodipa pada penelitian ini sebesar 3%, 5%, 8%, 10% dan 12% dari kebutuhan berat semen menggunakan campuran 1PC:6Ps dan 100 ml air untuk 1 buah paving block dengan ukuran ketebalan cetakan 6 cm, lebar 10 cm, Panjang 20 cm menggunakan alat manual. Hasil pengujian menggunakan limbah geodipa untuk campuran rata-rata 8% uji kuat tekan yang dihasilkan sebesar 16,13 MPa seharga Rp. 1.066,-/biji termasuk mutu kelas C (bisa digunakan untuk pejalan kaki)[1] sedangkan untuk campuran normal uji kuat tekan yang dihasilkan sebesar 11,33 MPa seharga Rp.1.100,-/biji termasuk mutu kelas D (bisa digunakan untuk taman dan penggunaan lainya) dari hasil uji kuat tekan paving block tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penambahan limbah geodipa mendapatkan hasil yang lebih baik.

Converting styrofoam plastic waste (SPW) into liquid pyrolysis oil (PLO) using a sequential pyrolysis reactor and natural zeolite catalytic vessel was conducted at relatively low temperatures from 160oC to 260oC and complete pyrolysis time, tp of 60-120 minutes. The presence of natural zeolites on a reformer vessel was intended to undergo the second stage degradation of pyrolysis gas produced without further heating. This work aims to find the yield and quality of PLO that are significantly influenced by the feedstocks of SPW and natural zeolite as a catalyst. The modification of zeolite enhances its fundamental characteristics and its effect on thermochemical behavior and pyrolysis reactions. Utilizing natural zeolite catalysts as TA-ZN (thermal activation) and AA-NZ (acid activation) increases the yield and quality of PLO as fuel. The utilization of the AA-NZ catalyst provided the highest PLO yield, lowest wax, and smallest solid deposit in the shortest at complete pyrolysis time, tp. PLO produced from SPW pyrolysis with AA-NZ catalyst contains a higher range of hydrocarbon gasoline (C5-C12) as styrene, ethylbenzene, and methylbenzene with styrene compound as the highest amount of 74.63% and without a heavy hydrocarbon compound fraction (>C20). According to the analysis of all physical properties and GC-MS characterization, this PLO lies within a range comparable to that of conventional commercial kerosene.

This research aimed to see the phenomenon of the bia music of the Minahasa tribe that needed to be carefully observed in considering Bia Music then until now was shifting and changing due to the society’s lack of awareness towards Bia Music. This traditional music was very concerning due to the decreasing quantity and quality of the players. The objectives of this research were to analyze: (1) the traditional music heritage and preserving tradition across generations and (2) the educational process in traditional musical performances. The research applied a qualitative method with data collecting techniques by interview, observation, and literature review. Data validation technique based on credibility criteria, using data triangulation. Data analysis techniques consisted of collection, data presentation, data reduction, and data verification. The results of the study show that the younger generation realizes that bia music has become distinctive music that belongs to the community. This music has become part of the social life of the people in Batu village, North Minahasa, so that the educational process in society occurs naturally as a model of inheritance that occurs continuously in society.

The purpose of this study was to identify and describe the music used as social-emotional therapy for mentally retarded children at YPAC Semarang and its application. This research uses a qualitative approach.Technique of data collection through observation, interview and documentation. The validity of the data was checked by triangulation, data sources, adequacy of references, and extension of participation. Data analysis was carried out using an interactive data analysis model which was taken through the process of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. The results showed that the music used as a medium for emotional social therapy was divided into two, namely music whose sound source came from the body and music whose sound source came from musical instruments. Both are divided into pitchless music and pitched music. The application of music as a medium of emotional social therapy is carried out through several stages, namely, In the first therapeutic process, students are not directly given material about music. The next stage of therapy refers to the psychomotor domain, and the next stage, after the students are considered capable, teacher begins to teach simple musical instruments to students.

The aim of this study is to see financial performance of PT. Sampoerna Agro by using Refined Economy Value Added ( REVA) method. This study is conducted in PT. Sampoerna Agro from 2016 to 2020, this is descriptive study by using data from Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) official website from 2016 to 2020. Collecting data technique of this study is document analysis through official data website of BEI namely : www.idx.co.id and analyzing data tehnique of this study is descriptive analysis. The result of this study show that aveange calculating performance of PT. Sampoerna Agro from 2016-2020 by using refined Economy Value Added method gives the negative trend whic indicated the financial performance of the company is not enough where this company gave unexpected profit or return for the investor.

This study aims to analyze the success factors of Singapore and Malaysia in combating corruption from an ethical perspective and how these can be applied in Indonesia. The method used is quantitative, using traditional literature review techniques. This method is employed to conduct a comparative analysis of ethical behavior regarding language, ethical infrastructure, reward and punishment, ethical culture, and leadership in handling corruption in these three countries. These indicators are used because organizations have a large influence on ethics. The results show significant differences regarding ethical readiness in the three countries. Singapore is a country with complete ethical factors and supports ethical behavior, making Singapore have the highest anti-corruption behavior ranking in Southeast Asia. Malaysia is also developing various things to support ethical behavior, such as human resources. Indonesia in particular can learn from the two countries to improve its corruption ranking. This study’s novelty lies in its ethical lens, offering a blueprint for Indonesian policymakers to enhance anti-corruption efforts through strengthened ethical behavior, transparent practices, and political commitment.

Eucalyptus (Melaleuca leucadendra) is a fast-growing species with a good adaptation level and is widely grown, especially on marginal land. Eucalyptus seedling production is done through shoot cuttings. This study aims to determine the effect of nursery media and plant growth regulators (PGR) on the success of eucalyptus cuttings. The research was conducted for seven weeks using various nursery media and PGR. The research design used a completely randomized design and one-way ANOVA followed by Duncan’s test. Results showed that the percentage of live shoot cuttings was 77%. Shoot cuttings that sprouted showed a total rate of 65%, with a total percentage of roots reaching 34%. The ability of shoot cuttings to sprout and roots simultaneously showed a total percentage of 32%. The treatment of nursery media only really affects the percentage of life and sprouting, while the ability to take root and sprout does not have real effects. Applying PGR significantly influences the rate of life, the ability to sprout and roots, and the ability to root sprouts on the cuttings. The interaction of those factors influences the percentage of life and sprout cuttings.

The research aims to identify the influence of the shipmaster leadership style and logistics management on the operational performance of tanker ships, which is mediated by the performance of the Ship's Crew. The research used a sample of 30 tanker and ship crew members at the Indonesian national shipping company PT. Waruna Nusa Sentana. The data analysis method applies a path analysis model to test direct and indirect effects. The research results show that leadership style, logistics management, and crew performance partially influence Ship operational performance. Leadership style and logistics management are also proven to influence crew performance directly. The captain's leadership style and logistics management indirectly affect the Ship's operational performance through the performance of the Ship's Crew. Overall, the operating performance of tankers at the shipping company PT. Waruna Nusa Sentana is influenced by the captain's leadership style, ship logistics management, and crew performance, both directly and indirectly. Ammonia is a harmful organic substance for aquaculture existence coming from high-protein foods that significantly enhances the growth of white-shrimp. The cultivation rate of artificial feed production increases the water-soluble ammonia load. Unfortunately, not all regional regulations adopt the Minister of Environment Regulation to limit ammonia levels to no more than 5 mg/L. Adsorption is an alternative solution to remove or reduce ammonia levels in liquid waste bodies. This study aims to describe the efficiency of ammonia absorption as a form of environmental management towards sustainable coastal resources, especially in hatchery of vannamei’s. The points of the discussion are the technology used in the adsorbent pre-treatment strategy, laboratory scale, and field tests for the adsorption of water-soluble ammonia. Various types of adsorption materials were compared to determine the best physical and chemical properties to be used as biosorbent. Results of the review show that applying composite technology is able to absorb more ammonia compared to a single material. An important point are finding the right adsorption material and the number of times this material which can be used to adsorb ammonia material. this has an effect on the need for provision costs for waste management in the hatchery.

Penelitian ini membahas peran sumber daya manusia pada organisasi dan melakukan pengukuran kinerja karyawan melalui kontribusi yang diberikan kepada organisasi. Data diperoleh menggunakan instrumen yang didistribusikan kepada 120 karyawan dan di analisis menggunakan SEM dan aplikasi program Lisrel. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kinerja manajerial seorang karyawan terbentuk apabila karyawan memiliki komitmen dan memberikan kontribusi serta melibatkan diri secara langsung kepada organisasi. Kinerja manajerial secara signifikan dapat diterapkan kepada setiap karyawan karena dapat mencapai tujuan organisasi. Semakin baik kepercayaan karyawan maka kinerja seorang karyawan akan meningkat melalui komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam kontek Indonesia. Namun, temuan penelitian ini berpeluang untuk dapat digeneralisasi terhadap organisasi-organisasi swasta yang ada di negara lain, terutama negara-negara di Asia Tenggara.

The market share of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia is small despite the fact that Indonesia is a predominantly Muslim country. This paper investigates the asymmetric effect of the deposit rate of conventional banks on Islamic bank deposits in Indonesia applying a dual banking system. This study employs the Non-linear ARDL (NARDL), using monthly data and covering 2009:M1–2019:M7. The findings clearly confirm the long-run relationship between the Islamic deposit and conventional deposit rate for any maturity. Furthermore, the impact of conventional bank deposit rate is asymmetry on Islamic bank deposit for any maturity, implying that Islamic bank deposits react differently to up and down in conventional bank deposit rates, but it tends to weaken for longer maturity. More interestingly, based on asymmetric results, Islamic bank deposits adjust at a higher speed to an increase in conventional deposit rates compared to a rise in the Islamic deposit rates. The results imply that Islamic bank depositors may transfer their funds to conventional bank deposits as conventional bank deposit rates rise in a dual banking environment known as displaced commercial risk (DCR). Education on 4.1 era are much using the technological advances on Information and communication field. Internet technology is one of technology that allows everyone to do everywhere and anywhere learning or can be called as mobile learning. Learning by using mobile learning can support the development of education. At this time, students are required not only to produce high scores but also to understand the subject matter that has been taught, so that, it can be implemented in solving problems for everyday life. On the other hand, Students are required to be able to solve a problem with toughness. Therefore, students must have a theoretical foundation or concept that is in line with the facts and to create mature decisions. In sum to make the students to become people who always want to learn and learn. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of using M-learning (mobile motion) on students’ understanding toward Motion System subject matter on XI Science Class. This study uses the Research and Development (RnD) design and the the technique used is a one shoot case study. The research was conducted at SMAN I Sendang Agung with 57 students as the research subject whom divided into 2 classes. The results of the study are as follows: (1) on the subject scoring by subject experts 84, 45% was obtained and 85.33% with very good criteria, and the scoring by media experts 85.49% was obtained and 89.91% with very good criteria so that the media confirmed valid. The score which obtained from students who have used M-Learning Application and then answer the understanding concept questions were obtained an average score 95.7 after being analyzed based on the predetermined Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). The specified KKM value is 80. The result show that 94.73% students passed with the very high category. Therefore, it can be state that the use of m-learning (mobile motion) is effective on students understanding concepts.

Learning in 2021 is a period of understanding with the help of online learning. Where online learning will affect the level of student ability. One of them is scientific literacy skills. one way to see students' scientific literacy skills is with socio-scientific issues on optical material. This study uses quantitative methods with class VIII C at SMPIT AL-MADANI. The result of this research is that the aspect of Science as the body of knowledge gets a score of 0.71. The aspect of Science as a way of thinking got a score of 0.72. The science aspect as a way of investigating got a score of 0.70, and the science aspect as a mastery of the interaction competence of Science, technology, and society got a score of 0.69. The average obtained is 0.70, with sufficient criteria. It can conclude that class VIII C students have sufficient scientific literacy skills after learning using the help of socio-scientific integrated science teaching materials.

This study examines the role of Islamic bank financing on community productivity. This study observes that Islamic bank financing has a more significant influence on company growth. Stakeholders such as managers and investors are expected to change their views on Islamic bank financing, which is currently seen as part of a religious practice. This can lead to the use of Islamic bank financing by companies.[1] Islamic banks can play a role in improving people's welfare. Through the intermediation function, Islamic banks can collect funds and channel them back to the community in the form of financing for productive purposes. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between Islamic bank financing and community productivity in the digital age and the impact of Islamic bank financing on the Indonesian economy in the digital age. This study uses descriptive qualitative and literature study through the readings of previous researchers. The results of this study reveal that Islamic bank financing plays a role in increasing economic activity and employment. Islamic bank financing provides a positive role to improve economic activities in each sector.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of social media marketing on e-commerce customer satisfaction and loyalty. This study provides insight into the importance of consumer loyalty in the e-commerce industry. The approach used in this study uses quantitative methods through surveys. This study uses a sample of 222 respondents of e-commerce customers. The study uses an online questionnaire through Google Docs. The questionnaire given contains structured questions that are limited by screening, profiling questions and questions related to research variables that affect e-commerce consumer loyalty. The distribution of the questionnaires was carried out by posting on social media groups and direct messages to respondents in accordance with the research requirements. Data analysis of this research, using SEM model using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that social media marketing had a significant effect on e-commerce consumer satisfaction, social media marketing had a significant effect on e-commerce consumer loyalty and satisfaction had a significant effect on e-commerce consumer loyalty.

Crocidolomia binotalis (Cb) (Zeller) is one of the main pests of cabbage which is difficult for farmers to control in the Ijen Crater in Indonesia. The demand for cabbage in Indonesia is increasing every year, so intensification efforts are continuously being made. Farmers intensively use synthetic pesticides as the primary control of Cb. The purpose of this study is to examine several control agents that can be used as an alternative to synthetic pesticides. Then, it provides recommendations to Ijen Crater farmers to adapt in reducing the use of synthetic pesticides. The biopesticide used was based on the Nuclear Polyhedrosis Virus strains of Spodoptera litura (SlNPV) and Helicoverpa armigera (HaNPV), botanical pesticides, and synthetic pesticides as a comparison treatment. SlNPv and HaNPV isolates were obtained from the Indonesian Sweetener and Fiber Crops Research Institute. The botanical pesticide formulas come from a combination of Azadiracta indica, Aglaia odorata, Ageratum conyzoides dried for one week and proposed to form flour. Then, it was extracted using 96% ethanol solvent, 0.5% tween 90 using a rotary evaporator at a temperature of 40oC. For synthetic pesticide, the treatment used the active ingredient Permethrin 20 mgL-1. The cb collected from the field was re-filtered in a Petri dish by providing artificial feed soaked with this material for 5 minutes. The highest mortality test results were found in the botanical pesticide formula with a value of 100% at 72 hours. Mortality in SlNPV and HaNPV tended to be stable with a maximum value of 72.02%. The results of mortality testing in the laboratory can be a recommendation for alternative control of Cb pests in cabbage plants in the field. In this case, it is an effort to reduce farmers' dependence on using synthetic pesticides.

The qualitative research was conducted in junior high school to know students’ conceptions and conceptual changes on temperature and heat, specifically on specific heat topics. This study uses the purposive sampling technique. The research was started by collecting data and observing the students. The next step was a try-out test instrument conducted in a regular eighth-grade class. The try-out test was used as an instrument test to the superior dan the regular class of seventh-grade and the superior class of eighth-grade. The research instrument was a conceptual test in essay form and then conducted an interview. The samples were the students who had many possibilities in answering the research instrument. Based on the result of the study, the students’ concepts can be divided into three types: scientific, alternative, and parallel. The conceptions of the excellent class of the seventh-grade, the regular class of seventh-grade, and the excellent class of eighth-grade are alternative concepts. The conceptual changes in the excellent eighth-grade class are decreasing students’ understanding of heat and temperature.

The issue of the South China Sea (SCS) dispute between the United States (U.S.) and China, which has not abated, has caused concern for countries in the region to escalate and lead to war from both sides. The thing that becomes the biggest threat when there is a nuclear war between the U.S. and China where will have an impact on several countries, one of them is Indonesia. This study tries to provide an overview of how to determine Indonesia's strategic policy from the hypothesis of existing policy options based on possible scenarios by formulating a strategic thinking framework to prevent the use of nuclear weapons as a result of the U.S.-China dispute in the SCS, using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Analytic Network Process (ANP) methods to determine the right policy strategy. The results of AHP and ANP methods show the same results, where ASEAN-SEANWFZ (The Association of Southeast Asian Nations-Southeast Asia Nuclear Weapons Free Zone) Multilateral Diplomacy is the Policy Choice that gets the biggest priority, and Peaceful Solutions become the Scenario that gets the highest priority.

Inorganic glass waste can replace sand in mortar production due to its SiO2 content being greater than 70%. This study aims to analyze the increase in mortal product agility due to the substitution of sand and reducing environmental pollution. The fine glass waste used is restrained on 80 and 120 mesh sieves. The fine glass waste substitution variations are 0, 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50% of the sand weight. The results show that fine glass waste could be used as a material for sand substitution because of the content of SiO2 of 73.8%. The results from XRD indicate that the phase of fine waste glass is amorphous. The mortar was printed with a 5x5x5 cm cube mold, and it was soaked for 7, 14, and 21 days. Based on the results, the compressive strength with a high value of 13.58 MPa at 20% fine glass waste substitution and 120 mesh. The density of 2.8±0.8 g/cm3, porosity 4.40±0.001%, and absorption 2.83±0,0009%. The compressive strengths, density, porosity, absorption, XRF and XRD characterization were evaluated. The results showed that the SiO2 compound in waste glass with the right composition of 20% could significantly increase the compressive strength. Phase formation of Calcite (CaCO3), Quartz (SiO2), and Portlandite (Ca(OH)2) was formed from the results of XRF characterization

This study explores the influence of funding liquidity risk and several control variables on Islamic rural banks’ asset risk in Indonesia. Our study analyzes Islamic rural banks comprising 142 Islamic banks with quarterly data from 2013: Q1 to 2018: Q4. Panel regression is then employed. We divide Islamic banks related to their size and location for further analysis. Our results confirm the funding liquidity risk increase Islamic banks’ asset risk. Small Islamic banks encounter less asset risk than large Islamic banks, but large banks face a lower probability of bad financing than small Islamic banks. The influence of funding liquidity risk on asset risk is higher for Islamic banks in developed areas than in less developed areas. More interestingly, the results using an interaction term between funding liquidity risk and financial contracts show that Islamic banks providing profit-loss sharing contracts (PLS) and non-PLS face lower asset risk than those Islamic banks providing only non-PLS contracts. Results also highlight the importance of market power, size, financing, and efficiency in lowering asset risk. Our findings have two implications. First, policymakers can implement investment account product to reduce mismatch between liquidity risk and asset risk. Second, Islamic banks should provide both PLS and non-PLS contracts by optimizing both contracts to reduce Islamic banks’ risk assets.

The COVID-19 pandemic has a given significant impact on both economics and internet-based digital services in Southeast Asia. It also applied to cross-border nontraditional security issues such as cyber-attacks that evolve continuously. The complexity of prevention acts towards cyber threats in Southeast Asia is quite complicated. Therefore, the ASEAN countries should form strong cooperation due to many anonymous and impromptu attacks. This research aims to analyze cyber cooperation within the ASEAN framework. The method applied in this article is the qualitative method, by accumulating data through earlier literature and studies. The outcome of this analysis shows the mechanism to perform cyber cooperation is through the ASEAN regional forum known as ARF (ASEAN Regional Forum) as the organizer of ASEAN countries' interactions in eliminating cyber-attacks. This research gives conclusions that the proposed mechanism should be flexible, multi-dimensional, and taking accounts from the economics point of view.

Background: Older adults are susceptible to worsened quality of life (QOL) and depression due to aging. Elderly integrated health service post (EIHSP) is community-based health care that aims to improve older adults’ health; however, not all older adults participate in this health service. Purpose: This study was conducted to assess the relationship between the QOL, depression level, and older adults’ participation in EIHSP. Methods: A cross-sectional study was carried out among 102 older adults in a community-dwelling area in Semarang, Indonesia. Respondents were recruited using a total sampling technique. QOL was assessed by the WHOQOL-BREF questionnaire, while the level of depression was assessed by Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS) questionnaires. Descriptive statistics, Spearman, and Sommers’ d tests were used to analyze the data. For example, the guidance to distribute wealth through zakat, infaq, shadaqah (ZIS) and others in order to maintain harmony in social life. ZIS can be used to open work opportunities in the form of capital assistance, educational assistance, health facility assistance and so on, so that later will be more productive. This paper will specifically examine comprehensively the operation of ZIS and its implementation in realizing prosperity in the perspective of Islamic economics at KSPPS BMT Fajar Metro. This is a field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data consists of primary and secondary sources which are then collected by interview, observation and documentation methods. Data analysis through data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions and verification. The interesting findings of this study are, first, that ZIS management operations are divided into two, on the collection of funds and their distribution. Sources of funds for the collection of ZIS funds and other religious social funds. Second, the operational implementation of ZIS in realizing the welfare of society from an Islamic economic perspective can be seen from two aspects, namely according to the Qur'an and hadith as well as Islamic economists. Keberhasilan suatu proyek dapat diukur dari dua hal, yaitu keuntungan yang didapat serta ketepatan waktu penyelesaian. Dalam pelaksanaan pada proyek preservasi jalan ruas gunung kemala-sanggi ada indikasi mengalami keterlambatan dimana pada kontrak 01 ada sisa pekerjaan yang belum selesai mengakibatkan adanya kontrak 02, sehingga perlu dilakukan percepatan. Hal ini dimaksudkan agar proyek ini dapat terselesaikan lebih cepat sesuai dengan target rencana. Metode percepatan yang digunakan yaitu Time Cost Trade Off, dengan alternatif penambahan jam kerja lembur selama 1 jam. Metodologi penelitian ini memliki beberapa tahapan diantaranya pengumpulan data primer seperti data preservasi jalan dan data lokasi, serta data sekunder seperti tinjauan pustaka, data rencana anggaran biaya (rab), data time schedule proyek, data laporan bulanan. Dari hasil alternatif penambahan jam kerja lembur pada proyek preservasi jalan ruas gunung kemala-sanggi didapatkan durasi percepatan 89 hari dari durasi sebelumya 112 hari lebih cepat 23 hari sehingga pelaksanaan pekerjaan dapat sesuai dengan rencana awal penjadwalan yang didapatkan dari kurva S proyek. Pengurangan biaya total akhir proyek akibat percepatan sebesar Rp 687.273.911 sehingga biaya total proyek menjadi Rp 21.567.130.687. dari nilai total sebelumnya Rp 22.186.544.124. Diharapkan untuk penelitian selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan penelitian tentang analisa time cost trade off, misalnya dengan mengembangkan analisa dengan menghitung upah lembur tenaga kerja, biaya operasional alat saat digunakan untuk lembur atau menambahkan jumlah alat.

This study aims to determine, describe, and analyze the development of the Barongan work of the Turonggo Laras group in Kendal Regency. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a musicological approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the development of working on Barongan Turonggo Laras music was in the form of adding western musical instruments, such as drums and keyboards in collaboration with gamelan. The use of the keyboard is intended as a filler for the main melody in campursari songs. This is because there are tones in the campursari song that does not exist on the gamelan instrument but exist on the keyboard. The addition of drums in the show is intended to lift the mood and strengthen the trance scene. The drum play tends to follow the dynamics of the kendang when accompanying the performance.

The Gunung Jati New Music Keroncong Orchestra is a keroncong orchestra that regularly performs keroncong music at Tawang Station Semarang. During the keroncong music performance there are various kinds of symbolic interactions between the players and also with the audience. The purpose of this study was to determine how the symbolic interaction in keroncong music performances by the Keroncong Gunung Jati New Music Orchestra. The research method used is qualitative. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview and documentation. The data collected through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the symbolic interaction at the Keroncong Gunung Jati New Musik orchestra performance at Tawang Semarang station included a sawer box as a place for the audience to give sawer money as a form of appreciation. Symbolic interaction between the players and the players, namely during the performance the players give each other song chord codes with gestures of limbs such as finger movements, head nods, speech, winks. And symbolic interactions between the players and the audience in the form of hand movements, head nods, clapping, and sawer money. From these findings it can be concluded that the symbolic interaction that occurs is as an interaction that aims to find chemistry between players and between players and the audience so that the keroncong music performance runs well and smoothly so that the players and the audience are satisfied with their appearance and as an attraction of the Keroncong Orchestra. Gunung Jati New Musik in attracting public interest in keroncong music itself.

This research aims to find credit restructuring "black hole," then draw some steps banks should do to strengthen its performance and its role as financial intermediary in COVID-19 condition. The descriptive-critical analysis is used in this paper. The analysis began by presenting data on credit restructuring, its forms used by national banks, and credit restructuring policy issued by OJK to anticipate negative impact of COVID-19 on banking activities. Analysis continued to application of the policy to find credit restructuring "black hole" on banks' performance and its intermediary financial role. Based on the analysis, some steps are recommended to followed by banks to strengthen its performance and intermediary financial role. This research found some credit restructuring "black hole." First, credit restructuring needs high capital and liquidity so that the banks which have low capital will be in trouble and will affect financial system nationally. Second, credit restructuring needs some sorting process, which will exclude unpotential debitur. Third, uncertainty of recovery process of debitur as impact of COVID-19. Forth, how long banks could use credit restructuring while maintaining its performance and intermediary financial role. Hence, credit restructuring would not be enough for banks to play its role in supporting debitur, maintain its business, strengthen its performance and intermediary financial role, and positively play role for economic growth and society. This research suggests five concrete steps banks could use to strengthen its performance and financial intermediary role.

The threat of insurgency or modern rebellion of Islamic State in Indonesia is strongly influenced by the Southeast Asian regional environment which has a region with religious, ethnic, and cultural diversity. Ethnic, religious, racial, and intergroup conflicts have caused economic, political, and psychological losses. This article aims to describe and analyze using a variety of approaches applied in Indonesia to face the modern insurgency of the Islamic State using qualitative analysis methods. The technique of collecting data and information is through literature study. There are several jihadi organizations and groups that carry out operations, such as Jamaah Islamiyah, the Indonesian Mujahideen Council, and others. The vitality of radical and extremist groups is able to rise to renew leadership in the organizational network structure based on personal closeness, friendship, and family. National resilience as a dynamic condition of the nation and the conception of national development in achieving the goals and ideals of the nation, which is tough and tenacious and capable of developing national strength in dealing with all kinds and forms of threats, challenges, obstacles, and disturbances both coming from within and from within. outside, which threatens and endangers the integrity, identity and survival of the nation and state, especially the threat of modern Islamic State insurgency. Modern insurgency may never develop sufficient military strength to carry out conventional operations and must therefore rely on terrorism and psychological and political means. Therefore, facing the threat of the Islamic State, the Government of Indonesia must map the transformation of ISIS in Southeast Asia, especially in Indonesia, so that it is faced with proportional efforts and actions such as dealing with domestic insurgency, regional cooperation, and the involvement of extraregional forces within the ASEAN framework.

The progress of science and technology in various countries has accelerated toward the 21 century. The measurement of scientific literacy is very important to find out the extent to which students have been literated in science as an effort to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. The preparation of test instruments based on scientific literacy is an effort to measure the literacy skills of students in the field of science. The purpose of this study was to develop a valid, practical and effective science literacy test instrument to measure the scientific literacy skills of students on the theme of global warming. The research method used in this study was the method of Research and Development (R & D) with the research design of ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The final product in this research development is a scientific literacy-based test instrument to measure the scientific literacy skill of students that have been declared valid and feasible by experts and is valid in the content, in the form of 20 reasonable multiple-choice questions that are tailored to the indicators of the scientific literacy, complete with a grid of questions, answer keys, and bibliography. Based on the results, it is concluded that the validity of the test instruments received an average percentage of 79.99% and was included in the category of valid and feasible to use. The practicality of the test instrument is in the very practical category seen based on the results of student responses by 87.5% and teacher responses by 94.23%. The effectiveness of the test instrument is in the effective category, Since this studycan reveal or position the scientific literacy skills of students into three criteria items, namely high, medium, and low, it can be used as input and thought contribution in an effort to improve the quality of making the test instruments to measure the skill of scientific literacy on the theme of global warming.

Mathematics is a compulsory subject in vocational high schools throughout Indonesia. The ability to understand concepts is a competency that must be possessed in mathematics learning. The purpose of this study was to examine the variables that affect the ability to understand mathematical concepts. The variables are cognitive style, cognitive structure, learning style and learning motivation. This is a survey research, with a sample of 100 people. The sample was selected by simple random technique from all vocational high school students in Bengkulu City. The research instrument consisted of five instruments, namely a test of the ability to understand mathematical concepts, and four questionnaires of cognitive style, cognitive structure, learning styles and learning motivation questionnaire. The research data were analyzed through path analysis using SPSS and the Lisrel Application Program. The results of this study are the variables of cognitive style, cognitive structure, learning style, and learning motivation have a positive direct effect on the ability to understand mathematical concepts. From this study it can be concluded that the ability to understand mathematical concepts through cognitive styles, cognitive structures, learning styles, and student learning motivation is in a good category.

This study aims to describe the form and function of the solo guitar performance of Batang Hari Sembilan in Batu Urip hamlet, Batu Urip Taba village, Lubuklinggau city, South Sumatra. This study used a qualitative de-scriptive approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected data were then analyzed using analytical and interactive techniques with data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the discussion that has been done, this study found that the Single Batang Hari Sembilan Guitar is a rhythm of guitar strings containing rhymes. Pantun is an identity and plays a very important role in the life of the community. The function of the pantun in the solo guitar performance of Batang Hari Sembilan was originally used as a communication function. Currently, this art performance has developed, namely as a ritual function, a function of preserving culture, a function of entertainment, a function of cultural continuity, a function of means of communication, and a function of emotional expression.

In a ship planning can not be separated from the planning of the ship launching process. A ship can glide perfectly if it has a high enough planning time and costs. The launch process itself is divided into several ways. The choice of this method needs to be considered because it relates to the budget and preparations made. The method used is the calculation according to the numerical approach assisted by computational software. In the first calculation it is planned with the slipway launch, and then the next one is planned with the airbags that have been implemented previously. The purpose of this study is to provide analysis results as a consideration in implementing the slipway and airbag ship launching method on KM ships. Belt Nusantara 72 measuring 2000 DWT. In steps 5 to 6, both the slipway and the airbags experience a stern lift condition with a value (yVd) of 1396.97 ton. Based on the economic analysis of the hours of people using airbags, there is a decrease in working hours by 44% when compared to the launch using a slipway. This also happened to work productivity where it was 84% more time effective. When viewed from an investment point of view, the use of slipways is actually more economical than airbag, the difference is 43% more economical using slipways. Both types of launch can be applied by looking at the economical side and the ability of each shipyard in carrying out the launching process and seeing the main size of the ship to be launched.

High blood presure was a factor who caused by hypertention and if blood presure was uncontrolling its caused heart attack and heart failuare. Walking exercise is a submaximal test who recomended for maintenence systolic and dyastolic blood pressure for hypertention. Literature review was collecting from 2010-2019. Data was perfomanced by using CINAHL, Proquest, and Science Direct. The result of this literature review was obtained 30 articles related about walking exercise and hypertention. There was five articles who relevant with this criteria of the study. These articles used quantitative and qualitatif designs.
