Relevance. Taking into account the narrow range of vegetable plant species grown in Russia and the global trend of impoverishment of their biochemical composition, simultaneously with the globalization of crop production, it is necessary to search for plant species and forms that are characterized by a high content of functional food ingredients (FFI) in their composition, since a decrease in the consumption of important micro-and macroelements sharply increases the risk of dangerous diseases for humans.Objective. To study the features of growth and development of plants of the Solanaceae family in the collection of the Federal State Funded Institution of Science "NBG-NSC", characterized by a high content of biologically active substances and functional food ingredients (FFI), a short growing season and a neutral reaction to the length of the day.Materials and methods. Features of development, biomorphological indicators of plants were studied according to the method of introduction studies developed in the Nikitsky Botanical Gardens [4]. The antioxidant activity (AOA) was determined by the method [5] based on the redox reaction of substances of antioxidant action with potassium permanganate. The content of water-soluble minerals was determined using a TDS 3 conductometer on aqueous plant extracts. The content of phenolic compounds was determined by photometric method using the Folin-Chocalteu reagent [6]; ascorbic acid content - by iodometric titration [7], carotenoids content - by spectrophotometric method [8].Results. The revealed features of growth and development, biochemical composition of a new vegetable crop for the Russian Federation – nightshade caripense (tzimbalo) (Solanum caripense Dunal.), bladder herb (Physalis alkekengi L.), medicinal crops - nightshade laciniate (Solanum laciniatum Ait.), vitania hypnotic (synonyms winter cherry, Indian ginseng or physalis sunny-leaved) (Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal.), great morel (Atropa belladonna L.).Conclusions. The conducted research will allow expanding and replenishing the range of new crops with an increased content of biologically active substances and antioxidants.

The aim of the study. Assess the importance of pregravid preparation and outcomes of pregnancy and childbirth, depending on the reproductive attitudes of women in the city of Omsk. Materials and methods. The study included 92 women who were divided into groups: group A (n=43) - women whose pregnancy was planned; group B (n=49) - women whose pregnancy occurred accidentally. Each group was divided into subgroups depending on age: from 18 to 30 and from 31 to 49 years. For each patient included in the study, a specially designed map was filled out. These patients were interviewed at the City Clinical Perinatal Center. Results. Comparative analysis revealed the relationship between the reproductive settings of women of childbearing age and the peculiarity of the course of pregnancy and childbirth in these patients. Summary. The majority of women of fertile age are married: in subgroup AA - 25 (96.2%), AB - 13 (76.5%), BA - 25 (92.6%), BB - 20 (91.0%). The predominant number of women of fertile age have one or more abortions: in subgroup AA - 12 (46.2%), AB - 6 (35.3%), in subgroups of comparison BA - 8 (29.6%), BB - 6 (27.3%). More than half of the women of fertile age surveyed have a history of untreated cervical pathology (from 40.8% to 64.7%). The course of pregnancy in women planning pregnancy in most cases proceeded without complications: in subgroup AA - 13 (50.0%), AB - 11 (64.7%). The most common cause of complicated pregnancy in women whose pregnancy occurred accidentally is the threat of spontaneous miscarriage: in subgroup BA - 15 (55.6%), BB - 16 (72.7%). The uncomplicated course of labor more often [subgroup AA - 19 (73.0%), AB - 12 (70.6%)] was observed in women whose pregnancy was planned and they were motivated to give birth to a healthy child.

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety methods for termination of pregnancy in the late period of congenital fetal malformation incompatible with life. Materials and methods. A randomized comparative study in 2 stages (retrospective and prospective). On stage, I conducted a retrospective analysis of the termination of pregnancy in 150 women who were divided into 2 groups: Group A - 75 women who underwent transvaginal method of transcervical amniocentesis. Under the prospective study (II stage) was 195 pregnant women were divided into 2 groups. The main group - 98 women with the combined method (medical combined with kelp); comparison group - 97 women (WHO scheme). Results. The efficiency of abortion (I stage) by amniocentesis was 93.3%, with prostaglandins - 92%. The effectiveness of the methods used abortion at stage II was 99.0% in the intervention group and 96.9% - in the comparison group. With a decrease in the length of time from the beginning of the method to the induction of late induced abortion in both groups there was a decrease in complications. The greatest number of complications observed in women with a duration of late induced abortion 24 hours or more. Conclusion. The advantages of the combined method has a shorter duration of time from the start of the method prior to uterine activity, due to the mechanical action of kelp on the cervix. A smaller dose of mifepristone (3 times) and a lower dose of misoprostol (2-fold) in the combined process has reduced adverse events (4.2 times).

He aim of the study was to examine the peculiarities of gestation and birth for asymptomatic bacteriuria (AB) and to determine the efficacy of antimicrobial therapy in combination with the use of proanthocyanidins. Results: complications during and after childbirth occurred 15 times more often in women with low AB (102-104 CFU/ml) treatment which was not carried out , and 2 times more frequently in the patients with the release of ≥ 105 CFU/ ml and held antibacterial treatment than in the control group. Every sixth pregnant with AB was treated only with antibacterial drugs (8 times more often than in the group of women taking antibiotics in combination with proanthocyanidins) there was a lack of resistant bacterial response.

Abstract The core dynamics of a fast reactor in a cascade reactor system operating in a periodic-pulse regime are examined. A model of a BN-600 fuel element is used as a computational model. Computational studies of the neutron kinetics processes in a fast rector-subcritical assembly system and the thermal dynamics of a fuel element in the core of a periodic-pulse reactor are performed. Estimates are made of the service life of a fuel element operating in a regime with repeating pulses and a number of heat loads that is admissible from the standpoint of the fatigue strength of the element.
