The nonreciprocal property of quantum systems is crucial for chiral quantum networks. In this study, a phase‐controlled scheme is proposed to enhance the nonreciprocal quantum entanglement and optical transmission in a cavity optomechanical system by introducing a phase‐dependent unidirectional coupling between two whispering‐gallery‐mode (WGM) resonators. The Sagnac effect induced by the spinning resonator generates nonreciprocity, while the interference effect between direct evanescent coupling and indirect phase‐dependent unidirectional coupling significantly enhances entanglement under the anti‐Stokes sideband. For specific coupling phases, ideal nonreciprocity can be achieved in both entanglement and transmission. The proposed phase‐controlled nonreciprocity presented offers an effective strategy for constructing a unidirectional quantum channel and implementing an optical diode in chiral quantum networks, thereby opening up new possibilities for applications in quantum technologies. This study proposes to enhance entanglement and control quantum steering via dissipative coupling in an open cavity magnomechanical system connected to a common reservoir shared by photon and magnon modes. In such a system, dissipative coupling induced by the common reservoir plays a crucial role in producing entanglements and quantum steering. The photon‐magnon‐phonon tripartite entanglement is significantly enhanced, exhibiting periodic sudden death and resurgence with the relative phase between coherent and dissipative couplings. It is revealed that the collaboration between dissipative and coherent couplings can produce entanglement and steering even in the absence of nonlinearity within the system. Moreover, the steering directivity can be controlled by adjusting the dissipative coupling strength and the relative phase. These findings are counterintuitive in terms of dissipation, which provides a novel approach for preparing quantum entanglement and manipulating quantum steering in an open system. High strength high modulus PVA fiber or PVA high-fiber has excellent performances, such as high strength, high modulus, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, UV resistance, excellent impact resistance and adhesion. With the expansion of the application range of PVA high-fiber and the demand for color, it is pressing to study on the dyeing of PVA high-fiber. In this paper, dyeing process on PVA high-fiber had been deeply researched. PVA high-fiber has compact structure and high crystallinity, so carrier dyeing was selected here. Meanwhile, the types of dyes (Direct dyes, Reactive dyes, Cationic dyes, Disperse dyes) and carriers (type: anion, amphoteric ion, non-ion), the carrier concentration, the dyeing temperature and dyeing holding time were all selected and optimized. In the end, the most suitable dye, the most suitable carrier and the most optimal dyeing process were all identified. It was found that Direct dyes were the most suitable for PVA high-fiber dyeing, and non-ionic carrier had the most obvious dyeing effect. Under Direct dye and carrier N-25 conditions, the dye uptake was higher up to 68.6%, and wash fastness could reach grade 4. In addition, the optimal pretreatment time and power of low temperature plasma was identified. However, it was found that the pretreatment was little effective to promote PVA fiber dyeing. Considering that the carrier may reduce PVA high-fiber performance, x-ray diffraction (XRD), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), single fiber strength test were used. Eight compounds were isolated from the seeds of Holarrhena antidysenterica Wall.ex A.DC. On the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic data, holarrhenanan (1) was identified as a new compound, compounds 2–3 were isolated from H. antidysenterica for the first time, and five known compounds were also obtained. Inhibitory effects of some compounds and extracts to the intestinal peristalsis were evaluated. Results showed that the extracts and compounds 4, 6 exhibited remarkable inhibitory effects with tension inhibition rate of 32.77, 32.77% and amplitude inhibition rate of 59.51, 55.98%, respectively on the vitro rabbit intestinal peristalsis. The nitrilase-mediated green synthesis of nicotinic acid, an important reaction in synthetic organic chemistry, has attracted considerable attention in recent years. However, the application potential of nitrilase is hindered by several limitations, such as low catalytic efficiency and byproduct formation. In this study, the site-saturation mutagenesis of asparagine 40, phenylalanine 50, and glutamine 207 in recombinant nitrilase from Pseudomonas putida CGMCC3830 was conducted to improve the specificity of nitrilase for nicotinic acid. The resulting mutants, which contain the mutations N40G (asparagine→glycine), F50W (phenylalanine→tryptophan), and Q207E (glutamine→glutamic acid), produced higher nicotinic acid yields than the wild type. Furthermore, double and triple mutations were introduced, and four mutants that contained N40G/F50W, N40G/Q207E, F50W/Q207E, and N40G/F50W/Q207E were obtained and evaluated for their capacity to produce nicotinic acid. The double mutant F50W/Q207E and the triple mutant N40G/F50W/Q207E displayed the highest activity, which was nearly twofold higher than that of the wild type. The kinetics analysis of nicotinic acid synthesis with the mutant nitrilase revealed the higher catalytic capability of all the mutants than the wild type. These results provide new insights into the catalytic performance of P. putida nitrilase toward 3-cyanopyridine to promote nicotinic acid production. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Cation channel of sperm 1 (CATSPER1) is a unique sperm cation channel protein, and essential for sperm function and male fertility. CATSPER1 exclusively expresses in meiotic and postmeiotic spermatogenic cells, thus belongs to the spermatogenesis-specific antigen that escape central tolerance. We have previously demonstrated the immunocontraceptive potential of its transmembrane domains and pore region, and reported the antifertility effects of its B-cell epitopes on male mice. Aiming to develop DNA vaccine targeting CATSPER1 for male contraception, here the whole open reading frame of mouse Catsper1 was cloned into the plasmid pEGFP-N1 to obtain a DNA vaccine pEGFP-N1-Catsper1. The vaccine was confirmed to be transcribed and translated in mouse N2a cell in vitro and mouse muscle tissue in vivo. Intramuscular injection with the vaccine on male mice induced specific immune reaction and caused significant inhibition on sperm hyperactivated motility and progressive motility (P<0.001 for both), and consequently reduced male fertility. The fertility rate of experimental group was 40.9%, which was significant lower (P=0.012) than control group (81.8%). No significant change in mating behavior, sperm production and histology of testis/epididymis was observed. Given that Catsper1 exhibits a high degree of homology among different species, Catsper1 DNA vaccine might be a good strategy for developing an immunocontraceptive vaccine for human and animal use. Use the cooling method of the plate type with constant temperature, by changing filling amount, duration, humidity and quilted sizes to research the different performance of heat retention of wool, silk, cotton, feather, acrylic, polyester, camel hair. At the same time, the optimal warm proportion of silk/wool mixed and cotton/wool mixed is researched. The fetal of silk/wool mixed will help to reduce production cost and the fetal of cotton/wool mixed will help to improve elasticity and heat retention of quilt. The experiment results show that; the amount of filling, duration, humidity and quilting times have important influence on the warm of fiber flakes, not simply to evaluate the warm of fiber flakes good or bad, but consider the actual factors to select the quilt wadding. Characteristics of ecosystem carbon exchange and its impact factors in Artemisia ordosica shrubland in 2011(low precipitation) and 2012(high precipitation), Ordos Plateau, were studied using eddy covariance methods. The results showed that the diurnal dynamics of ecosystem carbon exchange could be expressed as single-peak and double-peak curves in the two different precipitation years. In 2011, three carbon absorption peaks and three carbon release peaks of ecosystem carbon exchange presented in the growing season. In 2012, four carbon absorption peaks and one carbon release peak appeared in the growing season. The A. ordosica shrubland was a net carbon sink from June to September and a carbon source in October in 2011. In 2012, A. ordosica shrubland was a net carbon sink in the whole growing season. The amount of carbon fixed by A. ordosica shrubland in the growing season in 2012 was 268. 90 mg CO2.m-2.s-1 higher than that in 2011. The eco-system carbon exchange of A. ordosica shrubland was controlled by PAR (photosynthetically active radiation) on the day scale, and affected by both abiotic (precipitation and soil water content) and biotic (aboveground net primary productivity) factors on the growing season scale. The dander contains dead skin, louse and its shell. Because of the different structural characteristics and properties between the dander and cashmere, the former can be dyed at low temperature while cashmere cannot. For studying the homo-chromaticity of cashmere and its dander with Delosol reactive dyestuffs, it is found that the homo-chromaticity of cashmere and its dander is mostly determined by Kabailun, while pH value and Albegal B have a little influence on the homo-chromaticity. Through the study of pH value, Albegal B, Kabailun ect. and orthogonal experiment, the optimal dyeing process has been determined as follows; Kabailun 3% (owf), pH value 5.0, Albegal B 1% (owf). Abstract: A composite nanofiltration (NF) membrane was prepared by coating aqueous solution of chitin xanthate onto polyacrylonitrile UF membrane and subsequently cross-linked with H2O2 in ethanol. The effects of the membrane preparation conditions and operating conditions on performance of the composite membranes were studied. The results suggested that composite NF membrane with excellent rejection performance should be prepared with 1.0wt.% of chitin xanthate concentration, 0.9wt.% H2O2 concentration, 3.0h cross-linking at 30°C, and then 15min heat treatment at 50°C. The pressure osmotic coefficient of membrane was −4.2mVMPa−1. Characterization results suggested: molecular weight cut-off of the resulting membrane was 652Da; the rejections of the resulting membrane to Na3PO4, K2SO4, Na2SO4, MgSO4, KCl, NaCl and MgCl2 solutions (1000mgL−1) were 91.85%, 90.65%, 85.65%, 53.39%, 40.29%, 40.53% and 28.44%, respectively, and the permeations were 11.73Lh−1 m−2, 13.75Lh−1 m−2, 13.91Lh−1 m−2, 14.27Lh−1 m−2, 14.18Lh−1 m−2, 14.81Lh−1 m−2 and 15.05Lh−1 m−2, respectively, at the operating pressure of 0.40MPa and cycling flow of 40Lh−1. Similar to other negative charged membranes, the rejection performance of the composite membrane depended on the electrostatic strength between the charged membrane and ions of electrolyte. Abstract The role of protein phosphatase 2ACα (PP2ACα) in brain development is poorly understood. To understand the function of PP2ACα in neurogenesis, we inactivated P p2 acα gene in the central nervous system (CNS) of mice by Cre/LoxP system and generated the PP2ACα deficient mice (designated as the P p2 acα −/− mice). PP2ACα deletion results in DNA damage in neuroprogenitor cells (NPCs), which impairs memory formation and cortical neurogenesis. We first identify that PP2ACα can directly associate with Ataxia telangiectasia mutant kinase (ATM) and Ataxia telangiectasia/Rad3-related kinase (ATR) in neocortex and NPCs. Importantly, the P53 and hypermethylated in cancer 1 (HIC1) function complex, the newly found down-stream executor of the ATR/ATM cascade, will be translocated into nuclei and interact with homeodomain interacting protein kinase 2 (HIPK2) to respond to DNA damage. Notably, HICI plays a direct transcriptional regulatory role in HIPK2 gene expression. The interplay among P53, HIC1 and HIPK2 maintains DNA stability in neuroprogenitor cells. Taken together, our findings highlight a new role of PP2ACα in regulating early neurogenesis through maintaining DNA stability in neuroprogenitor cells. The constitutively expression system for P. putida nitrilase was firstly constructed to improve the nicotinic acid production and reduce the production costs. High density culture strategy was employed to enhance the biomass and nitrilase production of recombinant strain. The total nitrilase activity reached up to 654 U·mL −1 without the induction. 541 g·L −1 nicotinic acid was accumulated via fed batch mode of substrate feeding through 290 min of conversion.
