Abstract
- The dander contains dead skin, louse and its shell. Because of the different structural characteristics and properties between the dander and cashmere, the former can be dyed at low temperature while cashmere cannot. For studying the homo-chromaticity of cashmere and its dander with Delosol reactive dyestuffs, it is found that the homo-chromaticity of cashmere and its dander is mostly determined by Kabailun, while pH value and Albegal B have a little influence on the homo-chromaticity. Through the study of pH value, Albegal B, Kabailun ect. and orthogonal experiment, the optimal dyeing process has been determined as follows; Kabailun 3% (owf), pH value 5.0, Albegal B 1% (owf). Thus the grade of color difference between dander and cashmere reaches 4.0, which means good homochromaticity. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
