Objective To address the issue of low-frequency train oscillation on Chongqing Rail Transit Line 1 (hereinafter as ′Line 1′), it is necessary to analyze the causes of the oscillation and formulate appropriate rectification measures. Method The causes of low-frequency train oscillation on Line 1 are analyzed by examining oscillation characteristics, track geometry, bridge vibration, and rail profile changes, rail grinding measures are formulated. The causes of periodic rail wear from both track and vehicle perspectives are explored, and measures to address train oscillation caused by periodic rail wear are proposed. Result & Conclusion The causes of low-frequency train oscillation on Line 1 include: track geometry irregularities and bridge vibrations that do not directly cause abnormal vehicle oscillation; since the rail profile exhibiting periodic changes with a wavelength of approximately 12 meters, at higher train speeds and under rail profile periodic variation action, the lateral natural mode with a vehicle frequency of 2 Hz will be activated, leading to severe carbody oscillation. Through the rail grinding plan, the vehicle operation stability index after grinding decreases by about 0.5 compared to before grinding, with all the stability indices within the grinding section remaining below the limit of 2.5, thus alleviating the oscillation problem. The significant track geometry irregularities and the vehicle poor disturbance-resistant performance are identified as causes of periodic rail wear. The combination of rail milling and track fine adjustment measures can completely resolve the train oscillation issue caused by periodic rail wear.

Background Continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) is rarely applied to outpatient treatments. The impact of CGM-based diabetes education to change unhealthy living and eating habits on the blood glucose profile is still unclear. Objective Based on the retrospective results of CGM, outpatient education such as diet and exercise was applied to outpatients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) who were managed by oral hypoglycemic drugs. This study aims to evaluate the effects on blood glucose profiles. Methods A total of 88 outpatient T2DM patients medicated with oral hypoglycemic drugs in the Department of Endocrinology, Nanjing First Hospital in 2021 were included and managed by CGM, involving 60 male and 28 female patients. The enrolled patients maintained the original hypoglycemic treatment regimen and lifestyle habits on the 1st to 3rd day. On the 4th day, we downloaded and analyzed CGM data and provided outpatient education based on individualized eating habit and exercise. On the 6th day, the CGM sensor and recorder were removed. CGM data on the 2nd day versus 5th day were compared for dynamic blood glucose profiles, including the 24 h mean blood glucose (MBG), mean amplitude of glycemic excursion (MAGE) and time in target glucose range (TIR) . The generation of cold molecules is an important topic in the field of cold atoms and molecules and has received relevant advanced research attention in ultracold chemistry, quantum computation, and quantum metrology. With a high atomic phase space density, optical dipole traps have been widely used to prepare, trap, and study cold molecules. In this work, Rb2 molecules were photoassociated in a magneto-optical trap to obtain a precise rovibrational spectrum, which provided accurate numerical references for the realization of multiple frequency photoassociation. By meeting the harsh requirements of photoassociation in optical dipole traps, the cold molecule photoassociation process was well explored, and different photoassociation resonances were simultaneously addressed in a single optical dipole trap. This method can be universally extended to simultaneously photoassociate cold molecules with different internal states or atomic species in a single optical dipole trap, thus advancing generous cold molecule studies such as cold molecule collision dynamics. To explore the effects of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium on the physiology of Pyrrosia petiolosa as well as the synthesis and accumulation of chlorogenic acid (CGA), tissue culture seedlings of P. petiolosa were used as materials, and three concentration gradients of low nutrient (no fertilization: N0, P0, K0), normal fertilization (N: 0.20 g·kg-1, P: 0.15 g·kg-1, K: 0.15 g·kg-1) and high nutrient (N1: 0.40 g·kg-1, P1: 0.30 g·kg-1, K1: 0.30 g·kg-1) were set up. Seven treatments were set up to NPK, N0PK, N1PK, NP0K, NP1K, NPK0 and NPK1, and the resistance physiological indexes, CGA contents and key enzyme activities of P. petiolosa under different treatments were determined. The results were as follows: (1) Nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizers had significant effects on the resistance physiology of P. petiolosa. The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) increased significantly under high nitrogen and low potassium treatments, but catalase (CAT) activities rose significantly under low and high treatments of three nutrients. (2) The contents of CGA in P. petiolosa was significantly affected by different nutrient levels of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. The CGA level in normal fertilization was the highest, reaching 12.92 mg·g-1, while the CGA content in high potassium fertilization was the lowest, 7.79 mg·g-1. Potassium fertilizer had the most significant effect on CGA content. (3) The key enzyme activities of CGA synthesis were significantly different in different fertilization treatments. The content of CGA was positively correlated with the activities of quinate o-hydroxycinnamoyl transferase (HQT) and 4-coumaroyl coenzyme ligase (4CL), and negatively correlated with the activity of quinic acid shikimate o-hydroxycinnamoyl transferase (HCT). HQT, 4CL and HCT were the key factors leading to the difference of CGA content. The results of this study provide a theoretical reference for the artificial cultivation of P. petiolosa.

Neodiprion zhejiangenis Zhou & Xiao 1981 (Hymenoptera: Diprionidae) nuclear polyhedrosis virus (NezhNPV) is a biocontrol factor with high development potential and application prospects. To study the insecticidal activity of NezhNPV against the larvae of N. zhejiangenis, the susceptibility of larvae at different instars to different NezhNPV concentrations was determined based on laboratory bioactivity. At 2.0 × 107 polyhedron inclusion body (PIB)/mL, the median lethal time required to kill 50% of the instar 2 and 3 larvae was approximately 5 d, whereas the median lethal time of the instar 4 and 5 larvae was 8-9 d. Interestingly, at the NezhNPV concentrations of 2.0 × 103 and 2.0 × 104 PIB/mL, the feeding ability of the surviving larvae was decreased by 57.4% and 76.4%, respectively, compared with the controls; the pupal weight at both concentrations was decreased by approximately 27%, and the adult emergence rate was decreased by 27.4% and 50.9%, respectively, with a significantly higher proportion of males than of females. The results showed that younger instar larvae of N. zhejiangenis were more susceptible to NezhNPV infection than older instar larvae.
