Objective Methods Forty adult periodontitis patients were involved(twenty in the test group and twenty in the control group, randomly). All patients received systematic periodontal examination, recording and calculating percentage of sites with plaque, probing depth and bleeding on probing, and implement routine oral hygiene instruction at the first visit. The test group received additional plaque staining and individual oral hygiene instruction. Both groups completed supragingival scaling and polishing at the first visit. After 1 week, subgingival scaling and root planning were completed. After 6 weeks, re-evaluation was performed, and oral hygiene and periodontal clinical indicators were recorded and compared. Results The percentage of plaque in test group and control group decreased by (56. 21 ± 14. 64)% and (43. 82 ± 11. 01)% respectively after treatment; The percentage of calculus decreased by(33. 60 ± 11. 01)% and (21. 28 ± 11. 96)% respectively compared with that before treatment. There were also statistically significant differences in the percentage of plaque and calculus between the two groups before and after treatment(P＜0. 001). After treatment, the probing depth of the two groups decreased by (1. 61 ± 0. 96) mm and (0. 86 ± 0. 69) mm, respectively; The percentage of bleeding after probing in the two groups decreased by (49. 51 ± 14. 67) % and (36. 70 ± 15. 40) %, respectively, compared with that before treatment. There were also statistically significant differences in the probing depth and the percentage of bleeding on probing between the two groups before and after treatment, and between the two groups(P＜0. 001). Conclusion The auxiliary application of plaque staining is helpful to improve the oral health status of patients with periodontitis and the clinical performance of periodontal non-surgical therapy. A series of long-term high-temperature aging tests of ASME A335-P92 steel from 1,000 to 29,000 h at 650°C were carried out. The microstructure evolution of as-received and aging specimens at different stages was investigated using optical microscope observations, scanning electron microscope examinations, and TEM investigations. The static mechanical strength properties (yield strength/ultimate tensile strength) at room and 600°C test temperatures and the plastic performance (elongation/reduction in area) were also analyzed. The experimental results show that the Laves phase can be precipitated rapidly in the early aging period. After a certain aging period, the continuous precipitation of M23C6 and the relatively high coarsening rate of Laves resulted in a rapid decrease of room and high-temperature mechanical properties in the early aging period. However afterwards for the long aging time, a slow decline in tendency of mechanical properties was presented.

With the acceleration of urbanization, urban bus scheduling systems are facing unprecedented challenges. Traditional bus scheduling provides the original schedule time and the planned time of arrival at the destination, where the schedule time is the departure time of the bus. However, various factors encountered during the drive result in significant differences in the driving time of the bus. To ensure timely arrivals, the bus scheduling system has to rely on manual adjustments to optimize the schedule time to determine the actual departure time. In order to reduce the scheduling cost and align the schedule time closer to the actual departure time, this paper proposes a dynamic scheduling model, LSTM-SVR, which leverages the advantages of LSTM in capturing the time series features and the ability of SVR in dealing with nonlinear problems, especially its generalization ability in small datasets. Firstly, LSTM is used to efficiently capture features of multidimensional time series data and convert them into one-dimensional effective feature outputs. Secondly, SVR is used to train the nonlinear relationship between these one-dimensional features and the target variables. Thirdly, the one-dimensional time series features extracted from the test set are put into the generated nonlinear model for prediction to obtain the predicted schedule time. Finally, we validate the model using real data from an urban bus scheduling system. The experimental results show that the proposed hybrid LSTM-SVR model outperforms LSTM-BOA, SVR-BOA, and BiLSTM-SOA models in the accuracy of predicting bus schedule time, thus confirming the effectiveness and superior prediction performance of the model. Background: Protein tyrosine phosphatase 1B (PTP1B) is a protein tyrosine phosphatase and modulates platelet‐derived growth factor (PDGF)/platelet‐derived growth factor receptor (PDGFR) signaling in vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) via endocytosis. However, the related molecular pathways that participated in the interaction of endo‐lysosome and the trafficking of PDGFR are largely unknown. This study aims to determine the subcellular regulating mechanism of PTP1B to the endo‐lysosome degradation of PDGFR in atherosclerotic carotid plaques, thereby offering a potential therapeutic target for the stabilization of carotid plaques. Methods: The immunohistochemical staining technique was employed to assess the expression levels of both PDGFR‐β and Caspase 3 in stable and vulnerable carotid plaques. Tunnel staining was utilized to quantify the apoptosis of carotid plaques. Live‐cell imaging was employed to observe endocytic motility, while cell apoptosis was evaluated through Propidium Iodide staining. In an in vivo experiment, ApoE−/− mice were administered a PTP1B inhibitor to investigate the impact of PTP1B on atherosclerosis. Results: The heightened expression of PDGFR‐β correlates with apoptosis in patients with vulnerable carotid plaques. At the subcellular level of VSMCs, PDGFR‐β plays a pivotal role in sustaining a balanced endocytosis system motility, regulated by the expression of Rab5, a key regulator of endocytic motility. And PTP1B modulates PDGFR‐β signaling via Rab5‐mediated endocytosis. Additionally, disrupted endocytic motility influences the interplay between endosomes and lysosomes, which is crucial for controlling PDGFR‐β trafficking. Elevated PTP1B expression induces cellular apoptosis and impedes migration and proliferation of carotid VSMCs. Ultimately, mice with PTP1B deficiency exhibit a reduction in atherosclerosis. Conclusion: Our results illustrate that PTP1B induces disruption in endocytosis and apoptosis of VSMCs through the Rab5‐PDGFRβ pathway, suggesting a potential association with the heightened vulnerability of carotid plaques. Modernizing agricultural economies requires the infusion of knowledge and industrialization, necessitating the bridging of the "digital divide" and "talent gap" between urban and rural areas. Public libraries, as key knowledge dissemination institutions, play a crucial role in this process. This study aimed to explore how the development of such institutions can align with agricultural economic growth. Using China as a case study, where the Rural Revitalization Strategy has been implemented in recent years, including the extensive construction of rural public libraries and other infrastructure, we empirically analyzed the correlation between county-level public libraries and agricultural economic development from 2012 to 2019. The results show that the number of county-level public libraries and their assets, collection sizes, e-books, and professional staff have a significant positive impact on agricultural economics, while non-professional staff and facilities have a negative impact. It is recommended that future rural public library development should focus on enhancing professional standards and advancing digitalization and mobile internet integration, while being cautious about expanding the physical scale and staffing. This study fills a gap in the research on the correlation between rural public libraries and agricultural economics, and the methodology employed has a certain degree of general applicability.
