The interaction of material objects involved in the synthesis of complex technical systems requires consideration of their spatial shape, metric characteristics, as well as restrictions on their location. In the synthesis of complex systems there are problems related to the theory of geometric design, ie problems of optimization of placement (of covering, partitioning, motion modeling) and which are related to mathematical and geometric modeling of objects and their relationships. Despite the existence of various models and methods of solving problems of geometric design, they are still relevant in those areas whose formalization is insufficient for the application of existing models and methods, due to the need to take into account the characteristics of each subject area. This, in turn, leads to the need to build new models, formulate new tasks and develop effective methods for solving them. Within the class of placement problems, the paper considers the problem of rational placement of complex objects with variable metric characteristics, as a result of which the configuration of placement of objects of new spatial forms is synthesized. Therefore, the urgent problem is the further development of the mathematical apparatus for the synthesis and description of complex objects and the conditions of their mutual nonintersection. To do this, the model of complex objects is built, which consists of the one main and a number of auxiliary. The main object can rotate continuously, and the auxiliary ones have the ability to rotate continuously relative to the specified common points with the main in a given range of angles (relative to the angle of rotation of the main object). Analytical expressions are obtained for the conditions of non-intersection of complex objects considered in the paper. The mathematical apparatus of interaction of geometric objects is the basis of methods for modeling of placevent given constraints, modeling the movement of people. As an example, the paper presents a partial case, namely the three-component model, which is a horizontal projection of the human body, and the result of solving the problem of determining the maximum number of objects placed in a rectangular area by selecting objects according to a given sequence of numbers from some set.

Розроблено організаційно-технічні методи евакуації населення із зони надзвичайної ситуації по шляхам із різними характеристиками, якими володіють, наприклад, сходи, коридори, ліфти, засоби аварійної евакуації з висотної будівлі та по горизонтальних шляхах з урахуванням категорії комфортності руху людей. Ефективній евакуації з висотних будівель перешкоджає ряд причин, основна з яких, сходи, як основні засоби евакуації, які не забезпечують достатню пропускну здатність для безпечної евакуації людей із таких будівель. Здійснена постановка задачі аварійної евакуації з висотних будівель, яка включає рух людей по коридорах, сходах, за допомогою ліфтів та додатково – за допомогою засобів аварійної евакуації. Досліджено властивості задачі. Обґрунтовано, що задача оптимізації вибору шляхів та засобів для евакуації з висотних будівель має два етапи розв’язку: дискретний – оптимізацію на дискретній множині, яка може бути представлена, наприклад, деревом розв’язків та неперервний – моделювання руху гетерогенних потоків людей по мережі, складовими якої є коридори, сходи, шляхи руху ліфтів та засобів аварійної евакуації. Як метод дискретної оптимізації, пропонується варіантне моделювання на мережі, що описує дерево розв’язків. Для неперервного етапу, зокрема для горизонтальних шляхів, запропоновано організаційно-технічні методи аварійної евакуації гетерогенних потоків людей з урахуванням категорії комфортності їх руху. Показана ефективність на тестових прикладах розроблених організаційно-технічних методів евакуації населення із зони надзвичайної ситуації. Розроблене в роботі програмне забезпечення може бути використане для швидкого прийняття рішення щодо вибору безпечних шляхів евакуації, що є однією з найважливіших проблем безпеки життєдіяльності населення в умовах будь-якої надзвичайної ситуації.

Evacuation is often the only way to save a person who is in a life-threatening situation. At present, evacuation software is used to simulate the movement of human flows, which does not always reflect the real processes of their movement. Therefore, it is a relevant task to build models for modeling the movement of human flows for different types of emergencies, different categories of human movement, and various spatial forms of their representation. Such a task arises when evacuating people from premises for various functional purposes. During evacuation, people often carry some goods. When people move carrying some goods, their horizontal projection takes a more complex shape than an ellipse or circle considered in earlier studies. Moreover, in practice, there is often a task to model the movement of people taking into consideration the maximum permissible distances between them. This paper reports the new quasi-phi functions of interaction between the ellipse and rectangle accounting for the maximum allowable distances between them. The proposed mathematical apparatus has made it possible to formalize the interaction between objects, thereby enabling the construction of a well-substantiated mathematical model, as well as the methods and algorithms for modeling the movement of people carrying some goods. The possibility to simulate the movement of people with certain objects has shown taking into consideration the maximum permissible distances between them. A test example of the movement of people along four corridors was simulated, in each of which there were 28people subsequently merging into one flow. Given the uniform distribution of three types of cargo: «backpacks», «suitcases», and «bags on wheels», the movement slowed down by about 4%. When half of the evacuees had «bags on wheels» that can move away from people at arm’s length, the slowdown was about 6%.

Recent decades have been characterized by a vast increase in computing power, reducing the cost of automating so-called routine tasks that follow precise rules and can thus be incorporated into computer code. This has led to a polarisation of labor markets in advanced economies, with a reduction in the proportion of middle-paid, routine intensive occupations, and an increase in the proportion of both high and low-paid jobs. Although this computerization has not led to a reduction in employment, whether this will be true of the consequences of further technological progress in the near future remains open. While previous automation methods were limited to tasks that are well enough understood to include defined steps in algorithms, now even less structured problems seem to be automated using big data and machine learning. The constant increase in computing power, the growing availability of big data, and significant advances in machine learning methods are shifting the boundaries of what can be automated by machines. Thus, some studies predict that about half of the US workforce is "at risk of automation," which has raised public concerns about mass unemployment caused by technology. The organization of production and labor on a scientific basis requires conducting production progress at a high technical and economic level, to bring to a new, higher level of organization, rationing, and remuneration. The study of labor economics is aimed at understanding the relationship between employees and employers. This is important for society because it determines wages, the causes of discrimination, the impact of migration on employment, and how governments should manage recessions. Digitalization is fundamentally changing the economy and our society. This encourages entrepreneurial innova-tion, productivity, and regional economic growth. It also matters for growth, the labor market, and political partici-pation. And this produces new demands on education and training – not only in the field of information and communication technologies. In the future, the main interest will be the question of how quickly digitalization is penetrating the German and European industry (industry 4.0) and how it changes productivity, employment, and competitiveness in various companies and sectors. Especially in terms of the economics of education, the ability of people to adapt to the changing world of work through education and training is fundamental.

A significant growth in the volume of high-rise construction gives special relevance and urgency to the problem of safety of such facilities. Scientifically grounded plans of people’s evacuation, including all sorts of scenarios for people’s evacuation from buildings are developed for such structures. Scenarios include simulations of the motion of human flows along corridors, stairs, using elevators and mobile evacuation vehicles. An unresolved part of the problem is the problem of the rational choice and accommodation of people in stationary and mobile evacuation vehicles. The MIP model of the rational choice and accommodation of people in mobile vehicles of evacuation from buildings was developed. A particular case of the model – optimization of accommodation of people in the emergency evacuation vehicles according to the sequence of people’s arrival from the flow – was explored. The basic features of the model were analyzed: the model of the problem of mixed integer programming with piecewise continuous objective function. The specific features of the model allowed reasonable boiling down the problem to a sequence of sub-problems of accommodation the first objects (people) according to the sequence of their arrival and adapt each of them to the solution employing the multistart method with the application of artificial basis. A three-component model is considered as objects (of human bodies). The model is subject to restrictions that ensure the conditions for "gluing" the model's components into a single complex object. Continuous rotations of the model components with limitations to the turning angles are allowed. The proposed models and the solution methods modified in the present research make it possible to find both the configurations of the optimal-local accommodation of complex objects and the spatial shapes of objects

В настоящее время при эвакуации используются программы моделирования движения людских потоков, которые не всегда отражают реальные процессы их перемещения. Поэтому актуальной проблемой является разработка моделей для моделирования движения людских потоков для различных видов ЧС, различных категорий движения людей и различных пространственных форм их представления.Такая проблема возникает при эвакуации людей из зданий различного функционального назначения. При эвакуации часто люди двигаются с грузом. При движении людей с грузом, их горизонтальная проекция имеет более сложную форму, чем эллипс или круг, как рассмотрено в работах предыдущих исследователей. Более того, на практике часто возникает задача моделирования движения людей с учетом максимально допустимых расстояний между ними. Получены новые квази-phi-функции взаимодействия эллипса с прямоугольником с учетом максимально допустимых расстояний между ними. Предложенный математический аппарат позволил формализовать взаимодействие объектов, что дало возможность построить обоснованные математическую модель, методы и алгоритмы для моделирования движения людей с грузом. Показана возможность моделирования движения людей с вспомогательными средствами с учетом максимально-допустимых расстояний между ними. Осуществлено компьютерное моделирование тестового примера движения людей по четырем коридорам, в каждом из которых находится по 28 человек, с слиянием в один поток. При равномерном распределении трех видов грузов: "рюкзаков", "чемоданов" и "сумок на колесиках" наблюдалось замедление движения примерно на 4%. Когда у половины эвакуированных используются "сумки на колесиках", которые могут удаляться от людей на расстояние вытянутой руки, наблюдалось замедление примерно на 6%, Евакуація – часто єдиний спосіб порятунку людини, що опинилася в небезпечній для життя ситуації. В теперешній час при евакуації використовуються програми моделювання руху людських потоків, які не завжди відображають реальні процеси їх переміщення. Тому актуальною проблемою є розробка моделей для моделювання руху людських потоків для різних видів НС, різних категорій руху людей та різних просторових форм їх представлення.Така проблема виникає при евакуації людей з будинків різного функціонального призначення. При евакуації часто люди рухаються з вантажем. При русі людей з вантажем, їх горизонтальна проекція має більш складну форму, ніж еліпс або коло, як розглянуто в роботах попередніх дослідників.Більш того на практиці часто виникає задача моделювання руху людей з урахуванням максимально-допустимих відстаней між ними. Отримано нові квазі-phi-функції взаємодії еліпса з прямокутником з урахуванням максимально-допустимих відстаней між ними. Запропонований математичний апарат дозволив формалізувати взаємодію об’єктів,що дало можливість побудувати обґрунтовані математичну модель, методи та алгоритми для моделювання руху людей з вантажем. Показана можливість моделювання руху людей з допоміжними засобами з урахуванням максимально-допустимих відстаей між ними. Здійснено комп’ютерне моделювання тестового приклада руху людей по чотирьох коридорам, в кожному з яких знаходиться по 28чоловік із зливанням в один потік. При рівномірному розподілу трьох видів вантажу: "рюкзаків", "валіз" та"сумок на коліщатках" спостерігалось уповільнення руху близько на 4%. Коли у половини евакуйованих є "сумки на коліщатках", які можуть віддалятися від людей на відстань витягнутої руки, спостерігалось уповільнення близько на 6%

The following categories of movement are considered: comfortable, calm, active, with high activity. When the category of human movement becomes active with possible forceful actions, the task of model- ing their active movement taking into account the natural deformations of human bodies arises. The an- thropological characteristics of the person from the point of view of physical restrictions on mutual posi- tion of parts of a body at their active movement with force actions are analyzed. Taking into account the properties of physical limitations of the human body, a three-component mathematical model of horizontal projection of a person is proposed, which takes into account the conditions of gluing model components into a single complex object and restrictions on the angles of rotation of components. The model of the human body is represented by union of three ellipses: the main and two auxiliary. The main one can rotate continuously within the framework of maneuverability, and the auxiliary ones - within the angles arising from the anthropological properties of man. A meaningful formulation of the problem of modeling the active movement of people taking into account the natural deformations of bodies is proposed and the modeling algorithm is modified. Modification is to take into account the natural deformations of the hu- man body by modeling the change in the spatial shape of the three-component model of the human body. Analytical expressions of the conditions of their non-intersection and placement in areas are obtained for the considered complex objects, which will allow to present the problem as a classical nonlinear pro- gramming problem and to use the existing optimization packages. The ability of the proposed algorithm to model the movement of people and the constraints of the problem, for which are obtained analytical ex- pressions in the work, is shown by computer modeling. It should be noted that the restrictions considered in the paper on both the number of components of the object of movement and its shape are not fundamen- tal. Models and algorithms allow you to make changes in both the number of components of the object and their spatial forms, which will only increase the complexity of the algorithms for solving the problem. &nbsp

Для таких зданий разрабатываются научно-обоснованные планы эвакуации людей, включающие всевозможные сценарии эвакуации людей из зданий. Сценарии включают моделирование движения людских потоков по коридорам, лестницам, с помощью лифтов, с помощью мобильных средств эвакуации. Нерешенной частью проблемы является задачарационального выбора и размещения людей по стационарным и мобильным средствам эвакуации.Разработана MIP модель рационального выбора и размещения людей по мобильным техническим средствам при эвакуации из зданий. Рассмотрен частный случай модели – оптимизациюразмещения людей в средстве аварийной эвакуации согласно последовательности поступления людей из потока. Проанализированы особенности модели, основные из которых: модель задачи смешанного целочисленного программирования, функция цели которой кусочно-постоянная. Особенности модели позволили обоснованно свести задачу к последовательности подзадач размещения первых объектов (людей) согласно последовательности их поступления и адаптировать каждую из них под решение методом мультистарта с применением искусственного базиса.В качестве объектов (тела человека) рассматривается трехкомпонентная модель. На модель накладываются ограничения, обеспечивающие условия “склейки” компонент модели в единый сложный объект; допускаются непрерывные вращения компонент модели с ограничениями на углы поворота.Предложенные модели и модифицированные в работе методы решения позволяют находить как конфигурации оптимально-локальных размещений сложных объектов, так и пространственные формы объектов, Значне зростання обсягів висотного будівництва надає особливої актуальності та гостроти проблемі безпеки подібних споруд. Для таких будівель розробляються науково-обґрунтовані плани евакуації людей, що включають різноманітні сценарії евакуації людей з будівель. Сценарії включають моделювання руху людських потоків коридорами, сходами, за допомогою ліфтів, за допомогою мобільних засобів аварійної евакуації.Нерозв’язаною частиною проблеми є задача раціонального вибору та розміщення людей по стаціонарним і мобільним засобам евакуації.Розроблена MIP модель раціонального вибору та розміщення людей по мобільним технічним засобам при евакуації з будівель.Розглянуто окремий випадок моделі – оптимізацію розміщення людей в засобі аварійної евакуації згідно послідовності надходження людей з рухомого потоку.Проаналізовано властивості моделі, основні з яких: модель задачі змішаного цілочисельного програмування, функція мети якої кусково-постійна. Перелічені властивості моделі дозволили звести задачу до послідовності підзадач розміщення людей згідно послідовності їх надходження, а математична модель кожної з підзадач адаптована під рішення методом мультістарту із застосуванням штучного базису.Як об'єкт розміщення (тіло людини) розглядається трьохкомпонентна модель. На модель накладаються обмеження, що забезпечують умови "склеювання" компонент моделі в єдиний складний об'єкт, і розглядаються неперервні обертання компонент моделі з обмеженнями на кути їх повороту. Запропоновані моделі та модифіковані в роботі методи розв’язання дозволяють знаходити як конфігурації оптимально-локальних розміщень складних об'єктів, так і просторові форми самих об'єктів розміщення

We have constructed the T-x phase diagram of the TlGaS2-TlFeS2 system (simple eutectic system, eutectic at 80 mol % TlFeS2 with a melting point of 953 K). The system contains limited series of monoclinic solid solutions based on the ternary end-members. At an annealing temperature of 933 K, the TlGaS2-based solid solution extends to 5 mol % TlFeS2 and the TlFeS2-based solid solution extends to ≅10 mol % TlGaS2. We have examined the effect of partial iron substitution for gallium on the optical properties of melt-grown single crystals of the TlGaS2-based solid solutions and determined their band gap as a function of temperature and Fe concentration.
