Bilan d’une année expérimentale Cette première année d’échanges a mobilisé plus de 200 participants et quelque 25 intervenants différents. Biologie, chimie, hydrologie, génétique, médecine, sociologie, géographie… Toutes les disciplines ont été mobilisées au cours des neuf tables rondes organisées entre septembre 2021 et novembre 2022. Au moment d’en faire le bilan, les participants ont souligné la qualité et la sérénité des échanges qu’ils ont pu avoir. Les responsables d’enseignement du Lycée de la Mer ont également tenu à souligner qu’elles avaient été une ressource précieuse pour les étudiants. Ils y ont beaucoup appris, en lien avec les problématiques qu’ils affronteront dans leur parcours professionnel. Les comptes-rendus jouent également pleinement leur rôle en permettant de capitaliser sur les présentations et discussions. Ces tables-rondes remplissent donc pleinement les buts qui leur ont été donnés : transmission de connaissances sur les recherches scientifiques et techniques concernant les coquillages et leur milieu, renforcement des échanges entre conchyliculteurs et chercheurs autour des projets en cours, afin qu’ils prennent en compte la réalité des territoires et des métiers, et que, tous ensemble, nous construisons une filière plus résiliente face au changement climatique et ses conséquences. C’est donc avec plaisir qu’elles se poursuivront en 2023. Le CRCM et l’IFREMER Ce qu’il faut retenir Comment mieux anticiper un avenir incertain ? Les intervenants de cette dernière table-ronde de l’année 2022 ont multiplié les pistes de réponse. Ainsi, Camille Grosjean du Cépralmar a détaillé la méthodologie du futur observatoire de l’économie conchylicole en Occitanie. Fabrice Grillon-Gaborit a pour sa part insisté sur différents projets du contrat de filière conchylicole en cours : écloserie, nurserie, mise à l’abri, application sur smartphone, analyse des apports en eau douce… Enfin, deux étudiants de master de biologie quantitative ont présenté les premières briques d’une méthode de détection rapide et peu coûteuse de Vibrio Aestuarianus.

In diesem Beitrag wird ein Ansatz zur Verbesserung der Positionsbestimmung einer 3D-Kamera vorgestellt, welche auf der Verwendung von Referenzmessungen und deren Verrechnung mittels der K-Nächsten Nachbarn-Methode (KNN) sowie einer Gewichtungsfunktion basiert. Damit konnte der Fehler bei der Positionsbestimmung der ausgewählten 3D-Kamera von 15-40 mm auf 1-3 mm reduziert werden. Grundlage für das Konzept war dabei die genaue Untersuchung der Ursachen für Messungenauigkeiten des Kamerasystems, wobei vor allem Abhängigkeiten mit der Entfernung des betrachteten Objekts sowie dem Neigungswinkel der optischen Achse der Kamera bezüglich der Objektoberfläche bzw. Oberflächennormalen festgestellt wurden. Untersucht und Validiert wurde der Ansatz anhand von Messungen mit LEGO-Bauteilen, welche in verschiedenen Positionen und Orientierungen im Sichtfeld der Kamera plaziert wurden. Die Referenzmessungen für die spätere Korrektur der Positionsdaten wurden mit einem Industrieroboter in Form von taktilen Messungen vorgenommen., This paper presents an approach to improve the position determination of a 3D camera, which is based on the use of reference measurements and their compensation by means of the k-nearest neighbour method and a weighting function. This reduced the error in the position determination of the selected 3D camera from 15-40 mm to 1-3 mm. The concept was based on a detailed investigation of the causes for measurement inaccuracies of the camera system, whereby above all dependencies with the distance of the observed object as well as the tilt angle of the optical axis of the camera with respect to the normal vector of the object surface were determined. The approach was investigated and validated using measurements with LEGO components placed in different positions and orientations in the camera's field of view. Bei der Verwendung moderner Robotersysteme ist insbesondere der Einsatz von ausgewählter Sensorik ein wesentlicher Bestandteil. Sie befähigen Industrieroboter auch komplexe Produktionsaufgaben zu absolvieren und die Anwendungsfel-der zu erweitern. [1] Dabei ist es möglich, zum einen das Roboterverhalten auf Basis der Sensorik zu adaptieren und zum anderen die Umgebung zu identifizieren [2]. Sollen Objekte im 3D-Raum mittels 2D-Sensoren, wie z. B. Laserlinien-sensoren, vermessen werden, ermöglicht die Montage dieser an einem Roboter die noch fehlende Dimension zu erzeugen. Dazu wird allerdings sowohl eine Vermessung von externen Sensoren zum Roboter als auch eine Synchronisierung der Sensordaten mit den Roboterdaten notwendig. Neben der 3D-Position einer abzufahrenden Kontur ist für die Bahnpla-nung eines Roboters zudem die Identifikation einer geeigneten Orientierung im Raum notwendig. Insbesondere bei der Bearbeitung von Freiformflächen bietet sich im Zuge der Bahnplanung die Verwendung einer Spline-Interpolation an. They enable industrial robots to complete even complex production tasks and expand the fields of application. Der robuste Einsatz von mechatronischen Systemen, allen voran Robotersystemen, erfordert die Integration von zusätzlichenSensoren, wie beispielsweise Laserliniensensoren und Kamerasystemen, um auf Abweichungen im Prozessreagieren zu können. Die Inbetriebnahme der einzelnen Module zu einem Gesamtsystem ist häufig zeitaufwendig undkomplex. Daher werden einfache und genaue Methoden zum Einmessen benötigt, um die Vorteile der Sensoren im Prozesszu nutzen. Sollen Objekte im 3D-Raum oder Kalibriertargets mittels 2D-Sensoren, wie z. B. Laserliniensensoren,vermessen werden, ist die Bestimmung von zusätzlichen Randbedingungen notwendig. Das kinematische Problem derRobotersensorkalibrierung führt zu einer homogenen Transformationsgleichung der Form AX=XB, wobei A, X und B44 homogene Matrizen sind. Dieser Artikel stellt ein innovatives Lösungskonzept mittels einer Kalibriermethode sowieeinem Kalibriertarget zur Optimierung vor. The robust deployment of mechatronic systems, especially robot systems, requires the integration of additional sensors,such as laser line sensors and camera systems, in order to react to disturbances. The commissioning of individual modulesto form a complete system is often time consuming and complex. Therefore, simple and accurate calibration methodsare needed to take the advantage of the sensors in the process. The calibration of 3D-sensors has already been studiedby several scientists. If objects in 3D-space or calibration targets must be measured using 2D-sensors such as laser linesensors, then the determination of additional boundary conditions is necessary. The kinematic problem of robot sensorcalibration leads to a homogeneous transformation equation of the form AX = XB, where A, X and B are 44 homogeneousmatrices. This article presents an innovative solution concept for optimizing this problem. A calibration methodand a calibration target are presented. Assembly processes in aircraft production are particularly difficult to automate due to a variety of technical challenges including, small batch sizes, large product dimensions, small tolerances, and limited work space. Fully automated systems are expensive and require a large amount of servicing effort during their life time. The developed solution is therefore a semi-automated approach based on Human-Robot-Collaboration (HRC).

Die Einsatzmöglichkeiten von Industrierobotern haben sich seit der ersten Roboterapplikation in der Produktionslinie von GM in den USA im Jahr 1961 erheblich weiterentwickelt. Immer komplexere Aufgabenstellungen und Anforderungen an Industrieroboter, sowie ständig steigende Produkt- und Variantenvielfalt in einem immer kürzer werdenden Produktlebenszyklus, haben einen Bedarf an rekonfigurierbaren Robotersystemen zur Folge. Um diesen Herausforderungen zu begegnen, sind konventionelle Robotersysteme, mit festen kinematischen und dynamischen Dimensionen, teils ungeeignet und stellen die Anforderung rekonfigurierbar zu sein. Zusätzliche Sensoren und Aktoren erweitern zudem die Einsatzmöglichkeiten. Am ZeMA werden im Rahmen des EU Forschungsprojektes FourbyThree (no 637095) verschiedene Szenarien untersucht, indem der Roboter zur Durchführung verschiedener Applikationen, wie Schrauben, Schweißen, Nieten und Handhaben, eingesetzt wird. Jede Applikation stellt unterschiedliche Anforderungen an das Robotersystem. Der Schweißprozess benötigt eine hohe Bahngenauigkeit sowie die Möglichkeit zur sensorischen Nachführung der Bahndaten. Der Nietprozess erfordert eine hohe Pose-Genauigkeit und programmierbare Nachgiebigkeit. Ein Konzept für den Aufbau eines rekonfigurierbaren aber gleichzeitig genauen Robotersystems wird in FourByThree Projekt entwickelt. Durch modulare Elemente soll der aufgebaute Roboter auf die variierende Arbeitsräume und Prozesskräfte schnell reagieren können. Dazu wird im ersten Schritt das zu montierende bzw. handhabende Produkt analysiert, danach wird der Prozess näher betrachtet. Die gewonnenen Informationen und Randbedingungen aus der Produkt- und Prozessanalyse sind die Bausteine für das Konzipieren und Entwickeln des Betriebsmittels. Der entwicklte Manipulator dieses Robotersystems ist modular, einfach zu rekonfigurieren und weist Adaptions- und Anpassungsfähigkeiten an die verschiedenen Aufgaben auf. Im Rahmen dieses Papers wird eine Methodik zum Auslegen eines rekonfigurierbaren Robotersystems vorgestellt. The application fields of industrial robots have known a considerable development since their first robotic application by the the production line GM in the USA, in 1961. Tasks and requirements are more and more complex. So are also the diversity and variants of the product, paired with always shorter life cycles of the products. Those factors lead to a growing need of reconfigurable robotic systems. Conventional robot systems, with their fixed kinematic and dynamic dimensions, are not able to respond to theses challenges anymore. They must therefore be replaced with reconfigurable robot system, as well as additionals sensors and actors. ZeMA continuously works on different scenarios in the course of the project FourByThree, in which the robots are set for the execution of different applications, like screwing, welding, riveting and handling. Each of these applications poses specific requirements on the robot system. The welding process requires a high path accuracy as well as the possibility of sensory tracking of the rail data. The riveting process also requires a high pose accuracy and a programmable resilience. A concept for the conception of a reconfigurable robot system is being developed in the scope of the FourByThree project. The built-up robot should be able to quickly react to the varying application requirements, thanks to its modular elements. This is why as a first step, the product is analyzed, after which it is examined in further detail. These informations and boundary conditions collected throughout the analyse of the product and the process are the key constituent of the conception and development of the equipment. This article presents a methodology to display a reconfigurable robot system.

У статті узагальнюється міжнародний досвід модернізації методологічних підходів до аналізу та регулювання мезоекономічних систем, що займають проміжне становище між мікро- та макрорівнями національної економіки, та покликані виконувати посередницькі функції заощадження суспільних витрат у ході управління процесами адаптації суб’єктів первинного рівня господарювання до вимог і умов функціонування національної моделі соціально орієнтованої ринкової економіки. Досліджуються можливі варіанти використання спеціалізованих аналітично-управлінських процедур на рівні мезоекономічних систем національної економіки. Особливу увагу приділено характерним особливостям функціонування будівельних галузевих кластерів у Німеччині, Данії та Швеції, можливостям використання цього досвіду в Україні. Наводиться характеристика основних етапів життєвого циклу обігу коштів у масштабах мезоструктур будівельного профілю. Обґрунтовується визначальний вплив процесів заощадження трансакційних витрат на рівень внеску мезоекономічних структур до споживання ВВП. The article summarizes international experience upgrading methodological approaches to the analysis mesoeconomical systems that occupy an intermediate position between the micro and macro levels of the national economy, and are designed to perform mediation savings of public spending during the adaptation process management entities of economic conditions and the requirements of a national model of a social market economy. Investigate options for the introduction of specialized analytical procedures at mesoeconomic of the national economy. Attention is paid to the theme of branch (in construction) and regional systems. In the context of the increasing scarcity of non-renewable natural resources, the soil engineering has already allowed to build fertile Technosols exclusively from the recycling of abandoned industrial byproducts. However, it has also been shown that plant growth can be limited by various constraints related to the presence of inorganic contaminants in the used materials. Therefore agromining, which aims to recycle strategic metals from the environment, represents a promising strategy for ecological and sustainable management of these agricultural systems. To better understand the processes controlling pedogenesis and evolution of Technosols and the potential of agromining on these soils, a series of experiments in controlled conditions and field were performed with (i) Noccaea caerulescens, a hyperaccumulator species of Cd and Zn, (ii) on Technosols constructed from abandoned materials (iii) amended or not with organic compounds (compost or biochar). At the field scale, the results attest that Technosols properties are strongly influenced by the used parent materials. Industrial by-products used in soil construction can have an adverse effect for the initial plant biomass production due to the increase in soil salinity. A detailed characterization of metal speciation highlighted a very rapid evolution of Technosols in particular the dissolution and leaching of soluble mineral phases and the formation of new sorbent phases (Fe oxides and Mn) reducing the chemical availability metals. Under controlled conditions, biochar or compost amendments tend to improve nutrient availability. This can be attributed to the increase in enzyme activities and microbial diversity, at both structural and functional level, particularly in case of compost addition. This results an increase of essential elements content in the aerial parts of the plant. Regarding trace elements, adding to the soil biochar leads to a decrease of their availability, while an opposite effect was observed during compost addition. However, the two amendments increase the concentration of metals in shoots with a superior effect of compost with respect to biochar. Thus, hyperaccumulator species Noccaea caerulescens has shown its ability to establish on low fertility Technosols and concentrate high levels of Cd and Zn above the threshold of hyperaccumulation demonstrating then the feasibility of agromining of these metals. Moreover, both amendments appeared relevant to improve phytoextraction from abandoned industrial materials., Dans le contexte de la rareté croissante des ressources naturelles non renouvelables, le génie pédologique permet de construire des Technosols fertiles exclusivement à partir du recyclage de sous-produits industriels délaissés. Ceci peut être attribué à l’augmentation des activités enzymatiques et de la diversité microbienne, tant structurelle que fonctionnelle, en particulier lors d’addition de compost. Il en résulte une augmentation des teneurs en éléments essentiels dans les parties aériennes de la plante. Concernant les éléments en traces, l’addition au sol de biochar conduit à une diminution de leur disponibilité, alors qu’un effet inverse a été observé lors d’addition de compost. Toutefois les deux amendements augmentent les teneurs en métaux dans les parties aériennes avec un effet supérieur du compost par rapport au biochar. Ainsi, l’espèce hyperaccumulatrice Noccaea caerulescens a montré son aptitude à s’établir sur des Technosols peu fertiles et à concentrer Cd et Zn à des valeurs supérieures au seuil d’hyperaccumulation démontrant la faisabilité de l’agromine de ces métaux. Par ailleurs, les deux amendements organiques semblent pertinents pour améliorer la phytoextraction sur des Technosols construits.

The LORVER project, supported by Lorraine Region (France) and European Union (FEDER), aims to create industrial chains for plant biomass production, from derelict lands and industrial by-products.[br/] In this work, phytoextraction was used as a sustainable restoration technology allowing metals recovery from constructed Technosols with industrial soil and byproducts. The effect on the microbiological and soil biochemical properties, which are known to play a key role in soil functioning and fertility, was assessed.

Utilization of treated wastewater has become an alternative for crop irrigation due to freshwater scarcity. For that reason, a pot experiment was conducted using treated wastewater from a Lebanese wastewater treatment plant as an irrigation source to study the effect on the physical and morphophysiological performance of Zea mays L. Treatments with 50 % wastewater showed superior characteristics for some of the plant's features, such as leaf area, plant dry mass, nitrate reductase activity and chlorophyll content; while those treated with 100 % wastewater negatively affected the plant's growth. Cadmium was the only metal that was mostly accumulated in the leaf for all treatments, while other metals were accumulated in the roots (Na and Fe), stem (Zn and K) or in either root or leaf according to concentration of wastewater. Major elements to the plant, such as sodium and potassium were highly accumulated in the plants treated with 50 and 100 % wastewater, nevertheless, metals were also accumulated (order: Fe > Cu > Cd > Zn), but at lower amounts, and only cadmium content in the plant is considered harmful to feeding livestock, while zinc is considered potentially harmful. Finally, proper irrigation with wastewater can boost plant's growth, and therefore can be used as an alternative of traditional irrigation., El uso del agua residual tratada para irrigar los cultivos se ha vuelto una alternativa común debido a la escasez de agua dulce. Por esa razón, en este trabajo se presentan los resultados de un experimento en el que se utilizó el agua proveniente de una planta de tratamiento de agua residual libanesa, como fuente de riego, para estudiar los efectos en el desempeño físico y morfofisiológico de Zea mays L. Los tratamientos con 50 % de agua residual mostraron características superiores para algunos rasgos de la planta, como el área foliar, el peso seco, la actividad de la nitrato reductasa y el contenido clorofílico, mientras que aquellas tratadas con el 100 % de agua residual, mostraron efectos negativos en su crecimiento. El cadmio resultó ser el único metal que fue almacenado principalmente en la hoja para todos los tratamientos, mientras que otros metales se acumularon en las raíces (Na y Fe), en el tallo (Zn y K) o en la raíz u hoja, dependiendo de la concentración del agua residual. Los elementos importantes para las plantas, como el sodio y el potasio se encontraron en grandes concentraciones en las plantas tratadas con 50 y 100 % de agua residual, sin embargo, algunos metales también se almacenaron (en el siguiente orden: Fe > Cu > Cd > Zn), pero en cantidades menores. Únicamente el contenido de cadmio en la planta es considerado dañino si se consume, mientras que el zinc es potencialmente dañino. Finalmente, una irrigación apropiada con agua residual puede promover el crecimiento de la planta y, por tanto, puede ser utilizada como una alternativa al riego tradicional.
