This research was conducted to examine the effect of commitment and attachment to the service quality of the millennial generation in the banking industry at PT. Makassar Branch BNI Bank. The population in this study amounted to 110 employees of the millennial generation at PT. Bank BNI Makassar Main Branch Office. The research sample used a random sampling method of 260 millennial employees at PT. Bank BNI KCU Makassar. This study used a quantitative approach, the data for this study were obtained through a research questionnaire filled out by the respondents. The data analysis method used is PLS (partial least square) SEM. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the service quality of millennial employees. Engagement has a positive and significant effect on the quality of service for millennial employees. Meanwhile, the variables of organizational commitment and mutual attachment have a positive and significant effect on the quality of service for millennial employees. Community Facilitator is indispensable in the development programs that use a community-based approach. Its existence has been an integral part of community-driven development since the early 1980s. The question is, is it human resources or human capital? What competencies must a facilitator have to carry out their duties effectively? This research was conducted with a qualitative approach through FGD and interviews with informants to answer the following questions: (i) what is a facilitator? (ii) how does the facilitator work? (iii) what competencies must the facilitator have? (iv) what is the difference between human resources and human capital? (v) is the facilitator a human resource or human capital? In this research, the facilitator's competence will be identified using the KSA framework (knowledge, skill, and attribute). Based on the study, a facilitator is defined as a person with certain knowledge, skills, and attributes, who is assigned to introduce, plan, and organize the implementation of a program to the program beneficiaries so that the program can be implemented following the predetermined budget, provisions, quality, and procedures. Facilitators must know the program cycle, local culture/tradition, formal and informal figures in the village, and the resources required for the program implementation. The facilitator's must-have skills include communication, organizing, mediation, administration-finance, and various construction technical skills. Meanwhile, the attributes needed include commitment, responsibility, and adaptation. A human resource is a worker using knowledge, skills, and commitment to carry out tasks with clearly defined processes and outputs. Human capital is a worker who uses knowledge, skills, creativity, innovativeness, and commitment to carry out tasks to increase the organizational value-added, with processes and outputs that have not been clearly defined. From an individual and organizational perspective, community facilitator is categorized as human capital.

Changes in the organizational environment (e.g. IT, covid-19, age of employees) are driving organizational change, including government organization. Several studies have shown that 70% of change programs fail to run with various causes. The role of humans as a factor that influences the success of organizational change is necessary to research employee commitment to change by looking at the factors that affect it. This study aims to analyze, interpret and evaluate resource management practices, especially about the influence of Organizational Culture, Employee Resilience, and Employee Readiness to Change on Employee Affective Commitment to Change. Data collection was carried out through a survey at a government-owned academy in Indonesia with 185 respondents. The data were analyzed using variant-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) or Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). As a result, Externally Oriented Organizational Culture significantly affects Employee Affective Commitment to Change through Employee Readiness to Change as a mediator variable. This activity is a “Design and Development of a Web-Commerce-based Strategy for Promotion of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises for SMEs in the East Jakarta Region.” This is motivated by various obstacles experienced by SMEs when they are not sufficiently competitive with competitors in the market. The disruptive era has driven changes in various aspects of life, including market behavior. It is undeniable that business digitization plays a very important role in business activities. For this reason, this program aims to make SMEs especially those in the East Jakarta area able to be competitive through the designed Web-Commerce, which is named lapaksenggol.com. The lapaksenggol.com web-commerce is a promotional media that can be used optimally by SMEs in the East Jakarta area to make it easier to expand market share and get closer to consumers. In addition, in the long term, the existence of lapaksenggol.com Web-Commerce will increase consumer awareness of the existence of SMEs, build networking with other business units, and increase market confidence in SMEs. As a result of the collaboration with the East Jakarta Regional Cooperative, SMEs and Trade Sub-Department, the soft launching of the lapaksenggol.com web-commerce was carried out on June 22, 2021, and the socialization of lapaksenggol.com to SMEs in East Jakarta on August 19, 2021.

Abstract This study intends to determine the direct and indirect effects of Quality of Work Life and Career Development on Organizational Citizenship Behavior via Organizational Commitment and Entrepreneurial Orientation. This research explains by evaluating hypotheses regarding the nature of the relationship and influence among factors. SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis is utilized for statistical analysis. Results indicated that Quality of Work Life and Career Development positively influenced Organizational Citizenship Behavior; Quality of Work-Life positively influences Organizational Commitment; Organizational Commitment positively influences Organizational Citizenship Behavior; Career Development positively influences Entrepreneurial Orientation; Entrepreneurial Orientation positively influences Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and Quality of Work Life positively influences Organizational Commitment.

Purpose: Various efforts to eradicate corruption in Indonesia have been carried out, anti-corruption education and other preventive measures are still not enough to eliminate opportunities for corruption. Law enforcement is also not effective enough to suppress corruption. For this reason, it is necessary to have an active role from all parties, especially the government's internal audit, in this case, the implementation of an investigative audit. Method: So we need an approach that can collect various ideas with various perspectives and offers a variety of alternatives in creating a model that can be maintained and rational so that it can help make judgments or recommendations. And this is obtained in the Soft System Methodology approach, where researchers directly explore data/information from main sources either by interview or discussion. Finding: The quality of audit results is strongly influenced by various elements of management (5M: man, material, machine, method, and money), one of which is the audit implementation guidelines that the Ministry of Religious Affair does not yet have. Novelty: An investigative audit guide model that can be used in carrying out tasks ranging from planning to monitoring the follow-up to the recommendations of the investigative audit results. The government's internal audit is directed at building commitments in order to create good governance and clean government. The audit program aims to assess the credibility of the management's accountability report on organizational responsibilities. Auditors must be objective and selective in conducting assessments and must be able (competent) and earnest in carrying out their duties. To ensure the objectivity of the evaluation, the auditor must be independent of the auditee (the party being audited), both personally and organizationally, and to ensure his ability, the auditor must have broad and comprehensive knowledge in auditing. As well as an adequate understanding of the area being audited. With the support of good planning, standardized audit stages, and active supervision, it can show the accuracy of task execution.

The problem that occurs are there is lack of still ASN to understanding about JFT, and the formation of ASN placement is still not in accordance with JFT competencies. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of competence on the interest of employees at JFT, Career Development influences the interest of JFT employees, the effect of competence on compensation. The study was quantitative research , the data collection methods are documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis used Partial Least Square (PLS), the samples of this research are Secretariat General Employees of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia. The results of the study found that the government internal supervisory performance was not yet optimal in supporting the achievement of the vision and mission as well as organizational goals. This study aims to provide an overview of human capital management practices of government internal supervisory at the Ministry of Defense by using a balanced scorecard perspective approach from a stakeholder perspective, a business internal process perspective, a learning and growth perspective and a financial perspective. This study used a qualitative method with a case study approach and used purposive and snowball sampling. There are 19 informants including a structural officer, the auditor, and personnel from the National Financial and Development Supervisory Board. It is noted that the quality of the auditors does not fulfill the required quality. The recommendations include the importance of improving aspects of human resource competence through education and training for certification of the Functional Auditor (JFA) according to the level of the position, improving the quality of the code of ethics, improving the recruitment system, and increasing the budget for providing the operational budget and enhancing the quality of the government internal supervisory.

This study aims to determine the direct effect of interpersonal communication, universal-diverse orientation (UDO), and self-efficacy on the quality of administrative services, as well as to determine the indirect effect of interpersonal communication and universal-diverse orientation (UDO) through self-efficacy on the quality of administrative services at State University of Jakarta. The research used was a survey with a causal design. The number of sample respondents was determined as 178 employees, the sampling technique was carried out by simple random (sample random sampling) from 230 employees of the State University of Jakarta. The results of this study indicate that; (1). There is a positive direct effect of Interpersonal Communication on the Quality of Academic Services, (2). There is a positive direct influence Universal-Diverse Orientation (UDO) on the Quality of Academic Services, (3). There is a positive direct effect of Self Efficacy on Academic Service Quality., (4) There is a positive direct influence of Interpersonal Communication on Self Efficacy, (5) There is a positive direct influence of Universal-Diverse Orientation (UDO) on Self Efficacy. The novelty in this research is that research conducted at this time is research looking at several variations of variables such as the influence of interpersonal communication, universal-diverse orientation (UDO), and self-efficacy on the quality of administrative services and quality variables as independent variables.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work involvement and work stress on the turnover intention with organizational commitment as an intervening variable at PT. Perkebunan Minanga Ogan. The approach used in this research is quantitative. To determine the sample using probability sampling, then probability sampling used is simple random sampling. The sample in this study were contract employees totaling 200 people at PT. Perkebunan Minanga Ogan. The analytical method used to determine the relationship between these variables is path analysis using the structural equation model (SEM) method and the AMOS program. The results of hypothesis testing are as follows: the work involvement variable has a positive and insignificant effect on organizational commitment. The job stress variable harms organizational commitment. The organizational commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Job involvement variable harms turnover intention. The job stress variable has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Job involvement has a positive and significant effect on the turnover intention with organizational commitment as an intervening variable and work stress has a negative and significant effect on the turnover intention with organizational commitment as an intervening variable.

This study aims to determine the recovery business strategy of SMEs actors in the city of Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic by referring to the questions posed by Victor Vroom in Sagung, et al (2017) namely Expectancy, Instrumentality, and Valence. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, data collection method using structured and gradual interviews. The data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative. The results of the study explain that the recovery business strategy in the city of Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic for SMEs actors can provide improvement and development of good business sustainability by implementing strengthening management in the fields of marketing, human resources, finance, and operations as a strategic step to create an efficient business existence. and effective. This study concludes that SMEs actors are required to have good knowledge management and absorptive capacity to improve their business performance. Furthermore, future research is expected to examine more sources and references, namely by adding variables and more in-depth analysis to obtain more complete research results using mixed methods, namely quantitative and qualitative methods.

The Covid-19 pandemic disaster in Indonesia has caused the economy to be the most affected sector. In order to provide solutions for the government in improving the economy through small and medium enterprises, an investigation on business and entrepreneurship solutions is required to support the economy. This study aims to analyze the determinants of entrepreneurial success when a disaster occurs, such as natural disasters, war, and the Covid-19 pandemic as it is today. Business experience, entrepreneurship education, innovation in business, and strategies to produce successful entrepreneurs, are variables that will be tested. The respondents are people who have had experience selling products online. Two hundred seventeen (217) respondents have participated in a questionnaire survey which was created and distributed online through social media. Data validity and data reliability were tested using the Windows SPPS 25.0 application, followed by analyzing data with Structural Equation Model (SEM) using the Windows Amos 23.0 application. The quantitative research results show that strategy affects entrepreneurial success; however, business experience, entrepreneurship education, and business innovation have not related to entrepreneurial success. The research analysis influences the importance of the strategies identified in dealing with a business to be successful. The contribution resulting from this research is how the small and medium enterprises should respond to their efforts in becoming successful entrepreneurs using good business strategies.

This study aims to examine the effect of leadership style and work environment on soldiers who are mediated by work discipline. This study used a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 260 respondents who were KRI soldiers in the Fleet II Commando Eskorta Ship Unit. The data from the questionnaire were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. Descriptive analysis is used to describe respondents' characteristics and research variables based on the questionnaire results. In contrast, quantitative analysis is carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) study with the AMOS and SPSS programs. Based on the results of SEM analysis, it is concluded that leadership style has no significant effect on work discipline. In contrast, the work environment has a positive impact on work discipline. The results further show that the work environment and work discipline have a positive effect on the performance of the soldiers. At the same time, the leadership style does not affect the performance of the soldiers. In further testing, the results of the mediation test using the Sobel test show that work discipline engagement can mediate the influence of leadership style and work environment on performance. This can indicate that an increase in leadership style and work environment can improve work discipline, which in turn will enhance the performance of soldiers. However, this research still needs to be developed by adding other variables and also expanding respondents or changing the object or place of study. This study aims to examine and determine BPJS employees' performance through organizational culture and transformational leadership with Good Corporate Governance (GCG) as the mediating variable. This study uses a sample of 75 respondents representing all BPJS Ketenagakerjaan branch offices in Indonesia. The data testing method used in this study is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 25 software. There were five hypotheses tested and two hypothesis testing in this study through intervening variables tested with single test calculations. The results of statistical tests from this study state that all the hypotheses proposed in this study can be accepted, either directly or indirectly (mediated).

Community-based tourism villages have now become a worldwide concern because of their tremendous impact on strengthening the empowerment of local communities as well as on enhancing social responsibility in a sustainable manner. This study aims to explore the meaning of self-reliance in tourism village communities since it is a key indicator of the progress of community-based tourism villages. This study adopted a qualitative approach with Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) to investigate the meaning of people's experiences from inter-subjective activities in a double-hermeneutic process between researchers and people who experience them. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with eight (8) research subjects from the tourism village community. This study demonstrates the meaning of community self-reliance in terms of (1) community self-assurance; (2) integrity; (3) community commitment; (4) community resilience; (5) sustainability. This study is limited to residents of the Pentingsari tourism village in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. This village rests on simplicity and a natural setting, as well as the community's self-reliance, resulting in an exemplary of a self-sustained tourist village in Indonesia.

The results showed that Quality of Work Life and Career Development had a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior; Quality of Work Life has a positive effect on Organizational Commitment; Organizational Commitment has a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior; Career Development has a positive effect on Entrepreneurial Orientation; Entrepreneurial Orientation has a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior; Quality of Work Life has a positive indirect effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through Organizational Commitment; Career Development has a positive indirect effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through Entrepreneurial Orientation.

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, academic culture, self – engagement on lecturer’s professional commitment of private university in Jakarta. A quantitative approach were used in the study. Data were analyzed from 212 lecturers of B-Accreditation private universities in Jakarta using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The findings delivers two things; First, there were positive and significant effect of transformational leadership on lecturer’s professional commitment; self – engagement on lecturer’s professional commitment; transformational leadership on academic culture; academic culture on self – engagement. Second, there were no significant effect of academic culture on lecturer’s professional commitment; transformational leadership on self – engagement.

This study aims to analyze individual and organizational factors from the perspective of gender amongst millennial employees in creative industries. The populations in this study are employees in the creative industries with sample limited to employee from millennial generation category. Based on these considerations, the sample taken in this study were 202 respondents. The research proves that exogenous variables (ethical behavior of leaders and internal communication) have positive and significant effects for endogenous variables (psychological capital, work attachment, meaning of work) on employees (millennial generation) of the creative industry sector. The results also showed that psychological capital was only determined by the ethical behavior of the leadership, whereas psychological capital was the most dominant variable in determining work engagement. Meanwhile, internal communication provides the most dominant influence on the meaning of work. This research is able to contribute by generating novelty research in the form of literature studies using gender roles. From the gender point of view, millennial employees who are female have the highest value for internal communication, work engagement and meaning of work. Meanwhile, the highest value of psychological capital is dominated by male respondents. Ethical behavior of leaders viewed from a gender perspective has the same value between male and female respondents.

The effectiveness of higher education institutions must be measured in terms of research productivity, the ability to produce new knowledge in the form of research and publications. In this case, lecturers as academic staff are expected to have a high level of capacity, commitment, integrity and responsibility to achieve the stated teaching and learning goals. Then, the global challenges that must be faced increasingly demand the role of lecturers to be able to further improve their work performance to conduct research and publish it in reputable international journals such as Scopus Idexed and others. Lecturers are one of the important factors for creating competent university graduates, and the main role of tertiary institutions is teaching, research and community service and is directed to expand knowledge and open new avenues of science and technology. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the productivity of lecturers producing international scientific articles at Private Universities using Structural Equation Modeling. The data used are primary data by conducting surveys with a total of 310 respondents, and the analysis used includes validity, reliability, multiple linear regression, multiple tests, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the positive direct effect of transformational leadership style and communication on lecturer productivity. Both of these exogenous variables, transformational leadership style has a path coefficient value of py1 of 0.201 and CR (tcount) of 3.715, while the communication variable proves to be the most dominant influence on productivity as an endegent variable, 5,132.

This article aimed to analyse the influence of leadership on job satisfaction of employees at the Research Agency and Human Resource of Maritime and Fisheries, the influence of the work environment on job satisfaction of employees, the influence of leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of employees, the influence of the Work environment on OCB of employees, the effect of job satisfaction of employees, the influence of leadership on OCB of employees, and the influence of the work environment on OCB of employees through Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable. Staff performance is very crucial in the sustainability of the company. Some factors that are thought to strongly influence performance are organizational culture, work environment, and job satisfaction. Thus, the study aimed to analyze the strong influence of organizational culture and work environment on job satisfaction, then to analyze the strong influence of organizational culture and work environment on performance, then analyze the effect of job satisfaction on performance, finally to find out and analyze the indirect effect of organizational culture and work environment towards the performance of Seskoal soldiers through job satisfaction. This research uses quantitative methods with data obtained through questionnaires with Likert scale assessment. With a total of 137 Seskoal soldiers. The analysis results show that organizational culture and work environment with job satisfaction are positively and significantly related, organizational culture and work environment with performance are positively and significantly related, job satisfaction with performance is positively and significantly related, there is a relationship between the influence of organizational culture and performance with mediated by job satisfaction and there is a relationship between the influence of the work environment with performance mediated by job satisfaction. Objective of this research is to determine direct and indirect effects of transformational leadership, interpersonal communication, and career development on the commitment of diplomats at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia in Jakarta. The sample design used is probability sampling which provides equal opportunity for each element (member) of the population to be selected as a sample member. And the technique for determining the number of samples is proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. This technique is used because the population is not homogeneous and proportionally distributed. The research design used is a quantitative approach with a total sample of 255 respondents. The data analysis tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with WarpPLS 5.0 software. This research reveals that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on interpersonal communication which indicates that the better transformational leadership, interpersonal communication will be more increased; transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on career development which describes that the better transformational leadership, career development will get better; Transformational leadership contributes positively and significantly to organizational commitment through career development which shows an increase in career development then transformation leadership will be better and have an impact on increasing organizational commitment; and interpersonal communication has a positive but not significant role on organizational commitment through career development which shows that good interpersonal communication has neither effect on career development nor impact on the commitment of diplomatic organizations in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that affect the productivity of lecturers producing international scientific article in Private Universities by using the Structural Equation Modeling. The data used are primary data by conducting surveys with a total of 310 respondents, and the analysis used includes validity, reliability, multiple linear regression, sobel tests, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the positive direct effect of Reward System, Transformational Leadership Style, Communication and Motivation on Lecturer Productivity. Furthermore. From the four exogenous variables, Communication proved to be the most dominant influence on Productivity, amounting to 5,132, and also the results of the study showed that the positive indirect effect through Motivation was a moderating variable.

Purpose of the study: The paper aims to address the knowledge gap in understanding the relationship between AQ and the performance of millennial generation salespeople. Methodology: This study uses a qualitative approach in a systematic review. This is used to synthesize(summarizing) qualitative descriptive research results. Main Findings: The findings indicate that there is a positive relationship between adversity quotient on the performance of millennial generation salespeople. Applications of this study: The study shows the importance of companies adopting AQ for millennial generation salespeople by training salespeople, especially in guiding them, to provide flexible space to make decisions, and explore their capabilities in the field of technology in achieving performance targets set by the company. Novelty/Originality of this study: The results contribute to the literature by providing main factors of adversity quotient to achieve the performance of millennial generation salespeople on Industrial Revolution 4.0.

Tourism plays an important role in increasing the use of labor. The hospitality industry is the biggest part of the world of tourism. The study aims to analyze the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of PT Jaktour employees, which is one of the hospitality companies seen from the organizational culture, interpersonal communication and organizational commit-ment. The research uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population is em-ployees, taking samples using simple random sampling technique obtained 237 respondents. The collected data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) AMOS software which was previously tested by the model. The results of research show that there was a posi-tive and significant relationship between organizational culture and communication skills on organizational commitment. There is also a positive and significant influence of organization-al culture and commitment to OCB, and there is a significant and negative influence between communication skills and OCB and there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture and communication skills on OCB mediated by organizational commitment. The findings of the study suggest that organizational culture and communication skills did not show any significant results, meaning that communication skills did not support OCB. It is expected that the next researcher can deepen the research with different objects, while paying attention to communication skills.

These results contradict the global situation where environmental disasters and global warming are increasingly threatening and making damage in various parts of the world. This, in turn, will result in unhappiness, at least in the long run. Because of this contradiction, sustainable wellbeing is raised, a more ethical concept, and hence, more essential for human welfare. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived job insecurity and mindfulness on sustainable wellbeing. This study used 140 employees in service center companies in Bekasi district and Karawang, The results show that social connectedness has a significant and positive effect on sustainable wellbeing. Mindfulness also has a significant and positive effect on sustainable wellbeing. The researcher uses the socio-ecological perspective as the grand theory to explain the relationship between the hypothesized relationships.
