Pastry chef Pichet Ong believes that texture and flavor are the most important factors in desserts, and that desserts are meant to clean the palate. In 2007, he opened P*ong, his own restaurant, and published his first cookbook entitled 'The Sweet Spot: Asian-Inspired Desserts'. Ong's views on desserts, as well as pictures of his famous works, are given.
