Актуальність. Згідно з керівництвом ACC/AHA короткостроковою метою лікування пацієнтів із нестабільною стенокардією є купірування ішемії і запобігання пов’язаним із нею явищам. Лікарські засоби (ЛЗ) метаболічної дії, що застосовуються в комплексній терапії з базисними кардіотропними засобами, дозволяють підвищити ефективність проведеного лікування в цілому. Одним із таких лікарських засобів є Тіотриазолін®. Мета дослідження: доказ більш високої ефективності терапії із застосуванням лікарського засобу Тіотриазолін® (розчин для ін’єкцій 25 мг/мл при курсовому застосуванні в складі комплексної терапії) у порівнянні з базисною терапією гострого коронарного синдрому (ГКС) без підйому сегмента ST. Матеріали та методи. Клінічне дослідження завершили 100 (в основній групі — 50, у контрольній групі — 50) пацієнтів із діагнозом «ОКС без підйому сегмента ST». Головним показником ефективності була комбінована змінна, що містила у собі оцінку наступних показників: збільшення ФВ за даними ехокардіографії більш ніж на 5 %; зменшення сумарної тривалості епізодів ішемії міокарда за добу за даними добового моніторування ЕКГ за методом Холтера не менше ніж на 10 %; зменшення кількості шлуночкових порушень ритму серця за добу за даними добового моніторування ЕКГ за методом Холтера не менше ніж на 10 %. The paper addresses major achievements, current trends, and challenges in systems studies on energy development. Further evolution of the methodology for these studies in the context of "digitalization" will depend on the development of artificial intelligence tools. The scope of planned work and possible means for its implementation in the systems studies on the energy development in the future information society are investigated for various forms of its organization.

The rapid rise in prices for charge materials used for smelting heat-resistant nickel alloy and steels leads to a significant rise in the cost of the final product. In order to curb the rise in prices for semi-finished products FSUE «VIAM» together with metallurgical plants of the industry, is carrying out work on testing and introducing new types of charge materials that can replace the currently used high-frequency materials. The article discussed the materials tested instead of those currently used in the smelting of steels and alloys containing chromium, tungsten and molybdenum, produced at domestic enterprises from domestic raw materials.

In continuation of joint work of FSUE «VIAM» and IMET RAN named after Baikov, in the field of obtaining low-alloy steels with increased mechanical properties with a super-equilibrium nitrogen content, the mechanical properties, structure, and chemical composition of the obtained steel were studied. It is shown that steel 10KH3A with a super-equilibrium nitrogen content (up to 0,2) electroslag remelting under pressure DESHP-0,1 (FSUE «VIAM») provides a high level of properties (ultimate strength 1670 MPa) while maintaining high mechanical characteristics (elongation 10%, constriction 50%).

A nonlocal boundary-value problem for evolutional pseudodifferential equations in an infinite layer is considered in this paper. The notion of the partially parabolic boundary-value problem is introduced when a solving function decreases exponentially only by the part of space variables. This concept generalizes the concept of a parabolic boundary value problem, which was previously studied by one of the authors of this paper (A. A. Makarov). Necessary and sufficient conditions for the pseudodifferential operator symbol are obtained in which partially parabolic boundary-value problems exist. It turned out that the real part of the symbol of a pseudodifferential operator should increase unboundedly powerfully in some of the spatial variables. In this case, a specific type of boundary conditions is indicated, which depend on a pseudodifferential equation and are also pseudodifferential operators. It is shown that for solutions of partially parabolic boundary-value problems, smoothness in some of the spatial variables increases. The disturbed (excitated) pseudodifferential equation with a symbol which depends on space and temporal variables is also investigated. It has been found for partially parabolic boundary-value problems what pseudodifferential operators are possible to be disturbed in the way that the input equation of this boundary-value problem would remain correct in Sobolev-Slobodetsky spaces. It is also shown that although the properties of increasing the smoothness of solutions in part of the variables for partially parabolic boundary value problems are similar to the property of solutions of partially hypoelliptic equations introduced by L. H\"{o}rmander, these examples show that the partial parabolic boundary value problem does not follow from partial hipoellipticity; and vice versa - an example of a partially parabolic boundary value problem for a differential equation that is not partially hypoelliptic is given.

In this paper, we synthesize and analyze algorithms for detecting ultra-wideband quasi-radio signals against the background of Gaussian white noise and interference with linear frequency modulation under various a priori uncertainty conditions. Among the many UWB signals, a separate most promising class was identified – UWB QRS, whose structure is similar to narrowband radio signals, but the condition of relative narrowband for them is not fulfilled. A linear frequency modulation signal is considered as an interference when estimating the effectiveness of the detector of a UWB QRS. The selected interfering signal can be either intentional or unintentional, and is of the greatest interest to consider, since it has a similar structure to a useful signal and have the greatest destructive effect on correct reception. The dependence of the signal omission probability on the interference parameter and the interference-to-signal ratio is obtained, which allows to increase the detection efficiency by several orders of magnitude. A comparative analysis of the resistance to interfering signals of various detector circuits is performed. Recommendations are formulated to improve the efficiency of detectors operating in a complex interference environment, destabilizing information and technical influences, or attempts to unauthorized access to information.

One of the most crucial issues in the design of the ITER machine is the electromagnetic (EM) loads associated with eddy currents induced in the conducting structures during plasma disruptions. The ITER database contains tens of calculation scenarios for possible plasma disruption events. The duration of these scenarios is usually limited by the end of the plasma current quench when the toroidal plasma current decreases to zero. For further EM analysis, the currents in the poloidal field coils are conventionally assumed constant after the end of the current quench. Such approach is not good for estimation of electromagnetic loads acting on the tokamak components located outside vacuum vessel. A possible way to solve this problem is to employ pre-determined coil current variations over the entire period of observation including time interval after the current quench. This paper describes an approach to such electromagnetic calculations and comparative results for selected cases with/out an extended current-time specification.

The article deals with the treatment of ischemic heart disease. The attention is focused on the use as a part of combination therapy of drugs with proven metabolic action that normalize metabolic processes in myocardium, increase energy-saving and energy-synthesizing cell function, thus not affecting central hemodynamics, and thereby protect the cardiomyocytes. One of these drugs is Thiotriazolin. A meta-analysis of publications has been carried out on the use of Thiotriazolin (oral and parenteral) in patients with different forms of stable ischemic heart disease., Статья посвящена вопросам лечения ишемической болезни сердца. Акцентировано внимание на применении в составе комплексной терапии препаратов с доказанным метаболическим действием, которые нормализуют метаболические процессы в миокарде, повышают энергосберегающую и энергосинтезирующую функции клеток, при этом не влияя на центральную гемодинамику, и таким образом защищают кардиомиоциты. Одним из таких лекарственных средств является Тиотриазолин®. Проведен метаанализ публикаций, посвященных использованию Тиотриазолина® (внутрь и парентерально) у пациентов с разными формами стабильной ишемической болезни сердца.

The article deals with the treatment of acute coronary syndrome. We have considered the use of drugs with metabolic action as a part of the combination therapy, their feature is the ability to increase energy-saving and energy-synthesizing function of cells without affecting the central hemodynamics, and thus to protect cardiomyocytes. В статье продемонстрированы элиминационные характеристики физиологической системы почек на фоне применения метода водной нагрузки с форсированным диурезом в интенсивной терапии острого отравления таллием. Сделаны выводы о целесообразности и эффективности использования метода парентеральной водной нагрузки с форсированным диурезом в лечении острой таллиевой интоксикации.

В статье приведены результаты исследования токсикокинетики таллия в организме человека при острой таллиевой интоксикации. Исследованы концентрации таллия в сыворотке крови и моче, а также ее динамика в интервалах времени. Изучены показатели эндотоксикоза, который сопровождал острое отравление таллием. Сделаны выводы в отношении клинико-лабораторных параллелей и особенностей токсикокинетики таллиевой интоксикации.

The article considers the problems of teaching information technology to the adult population of Russia in accordance with the strategic direction of the country's development until 2025 - the digital economy, which requires improving the process of teaching information technology (IT), developing new pedagogical technologies and methods focused on modern conditions. Evaluation of developed methods of teaching IT and overcoming the psychological barrier in a large sample of the country's population for a long time shows their replicability and effectiveness.

The Storage-Accelerating Complex (SAC) of heavy ions is intended for the storage of ions up to Neon, their acceleration up to an energy of 300 MeV/n (A/Z=2), and physical experiment on an internal target with the electron cooling need at a high energy. The experiments can be performed both with narrow and wide beams on the targets. The stored current is about 10/sup 9/-10/sup 11/ particles, the luminosity is expected to be 10/sup 29/-10/sup 30/ cm/sup -2/ sec/sup -1/, the ion beam life-time - several tens of seconds. >

Recent theoretical studies of coherent propagation effects in SF/sub 6/ and other polyatomic molecules are summarized beginning with an account of relevant aspects of the high-resolution spectroscopy of the ..nu../sub 3/ band of SF/sub 6/. A laser pulse propagating in a molecular gas can acquire new frequencies which were not initially present in the pulse, and, in fact, a wave is coherently generated at the frequency of every molecular transition accessible from the initial molecular energy levels. The possible consequences of coherent generation of sidebands for the multiple-photon excitation of SF/sub 6/ and other polyatomic molecules are discussed.
