- Abstract
The nuclear criticality safety issue in spent fuel reprocessing facilities is closely related to the main process and is almost equally important. It is closely related to the design and operation of reprocessing facilities. The requirement of nuclear criticality safety greatly restricts the operational capacity of the spent fuel reprocessing process, thereby affecting the economic efficiency of reprocessing. In the post-processing process, both multiphase uranium-plutonium mixed systems and multi body interaction systems are involved. The system characteristics are complex, and experimental simulation is difficult, which greatly restricts the further improvement of the production and operation capabilities of the pilot plant. However, due to the criticality safety challenges caused by reactivity changes such as the non-uniformity, dynamic complexity, and instability of the solution in the reactor under boiling nitric acid during the dissolution process, it has become a key research topic in various countries. According to the criticality safety problem of nuclear fuel dissolution process, the criticality effect of nitric acid concentration was studied. The criticality experiment data of nuclear fuel dissolution process were obtained by keeping the concentration of nitric acid in the same fuel concentration. Four experiments were conducted with different concentrations of nitric acid. During the experiment, the subcritical extrapolation method, reactivity interpolation method, and stable power method were used to complete the criticality experiment. The experimental results show that with the increase of nitric acid concentration, the relative deviation of the criticality experiment data is 0.068%, and the relative deviation between the criticality experiment results and the theoretical calculated values is 0.39%. The research results show that the reactivity of the system gradually increases as the concentration of nitric acid decreases. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the reactivity changes caused by changes in the criticality safety of the spent fuel dissolution process, and high attention is needed. According to the agreement between the experiment and the theoretical calculation, it is appropriate to use the Monte Carlo code MONK to calculate and analyze the acidity effect of the solid-liquid two-phase solution system, which can be used as a nuclear criticality safety control engineering design process for the solid-liquid two-phase nuclear fuel dissolution system. This series of experiment data can be used for calculation, verification, and safety evaluation of critical analysis under solid-liquid coexistence conditions of nuclear fuel. Immunotherapy, as the fourth largest anti-tumor treatment method, has made breakthrough progress in the field of cancer treatment. Checkpoint inhibitors have been widely used in the treatment of various malignant tumors, and a lot of clinical evidence and experience have also been accumulated in the field of gynecological malignant tumors. However, there is still a lack of standardization in the application of immunotherapy such as immune checkpoint inhibitors for the treatment of gynecological malignant tumors. Therefore, led by the Cancer Endocrine Professional Committee of the China Anti-Cancer Association, experts from multiple fields were organized to use high-quality clinical research results as well as the results of the 2023 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) conference as evidence. Through discussion and voting, the consensus of Chinese experts on immunotherapy for gynecological malignant tumors (2023 version) has been formed. This consensus recommended the clinical application of immune checkpoint inhibitors for the classification of common gynecological cervical cancer, endometrial cancer, ovarian cancer and other malignant tumors, such as single drug or combination chemotherapy, targeted therapy, etc. It summarized the research and application of tumor vaccines, adoptive cell immunotherapy and cytokine immunotherapy in gynecological malignant tumors, and provided reference for domestic peers, in order to further standardize the clinical practice of immunotherapy for gynecological malignant tumors. This paper focuses on organization digital transformation, and proposes an open integrated research framework for the multilevel influences of digital transformation by conducting a systematic literature review and consolidating extant research findings. At the “extra-organization”level, current research indicates that digital transformation would extend the boundary of traditional organizations and promote value co-creation with actors from external value chain. At the“organization”level, extant research centers on digital transformation’s influences on operation, knowledge management, innovation, performance, as well as the corresponding underlying mechanisms and key boundary conditions. At the“intra-organization”level, extant research is rather scarce, but existing investigations are mainly about employee management, leadership styles, organizational culture and structure. Based on this thorough literature review, this paper further proposes an open integrated research framework regarding the influences of digital transformation. Taking a holistic view, this framework summarizes the consequences of digital transformation at different levels, and further explores the underlying macro/micro mechanisms and key boundary conditions. With this integrated framework, this paper encourages future research to further establish a multi-level theoretical system to expand the outcomes of digital transformation at different levels, and to explore other important underlying macro/micro mechanisms and key contingencies using a finer-grained approach. 25. 子宫颈癌2018年FIGO新分期ⅢC期患者预后分析.

- Abstract
Background and purpose: The International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) 2018 revised the staging system for cervical cancer with new stage ⅢC. However, patients with stage ⅢC exhibit heterogeneous clinical characteristics, and the prognosis is different. This study aimed to investigate the prognostic value of 2018 FIGO new stage system for cervical cancer patients in stage ⅢC. Methods: A case-control study was conducted to collect the clinical data of patients with stage Ⅲ cervical cancer treated in Gynecological Oncology Center, Chongqing University Cancer Hospital from January 2011 to December 2014 according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The survival status and prognostic factors were analyzed retrospectively. Kaplan-Meier method was used to calculate the survival rate. Log-rank test was used for univariate survival analysis, and Cox proportional hazards regression model was used for multivariate survival analysis. Results: A total of 418 cases were included in the study, in which stage ⅢA had 42 cases (10.0%), stage ⅢB had 120 cases (28.7%), stage ⅢC1 had 190 cases (45.5%) and stage ⅢC2 had 66 cases (15.8%). There was significant difference in age among the four groups (P=0.003). There was no significant difference in histological type, histological differentiation, tumor size, radiotherapy type and consolidation chemotherapy (P>0.05). Survival analysis showed that the 5-year overall survival (OS) rate of stage ⅢC1 disease was 54.1%, higher but not statistically significant compared with stage ⅢB (40.6%, P=0.042) and ⅢA (43.3%, P=0.484). The stage ⅢC2 had a significantly worse OS compared with stage ⅢC1, ⅢA and ⅢB (P<0.01), and 5-year OS rate was 23.1% for ⅢC2. Multivariate analysis showed that the stage ⅢC1 disease did not increase the risk of death compared with stage ⅢA (HR=1.432, 95% CI: 0.867-2.366, P=0.161) and ⅢB (HR=1.261, 95% CI: 0.871-1.827, P=0.219). The risk of death was nearly 3 times higher in ⅢC2 than in ⅢA (HR=2.958, 95% CI: 1.757-4.983, P<0.001). The survival of stage ⅢC1 disease differed significantly based on T stage (P<0.001). Multivariable analysis showed T stage remained an independent prognostic factor for survival in patients with stage ⅢC1 disease, and 5-year OS rate was 72.2% for T1, 54.1% for T2 and 18.6% for T3 (P<0.001). The 5-year OS rate of stage ⅢC1 (T1) patients was 72.2% with better 5-year OS compared with stage ⅢA (P=0.004) and ⅢB (P<0.001). Based on the pathological stage and imaging stage, the 5-year OS rate of stage ⅢC1p (T1/T2a) was 64.5%, which was significantly higher compared with stage ⅢC1r (T2b/T3) (34.9%, P<0.001). The prognosis of patients with stage ⅢC1p (T1/T2a) was significantly better than that of patients with stage ⅢB (P<0.001). Conclusion: The prognosis of patients with stage ⅢC2 disease has distinct characteristics. However, the stage ⅢC1 is heterogeneous, and its prognostic evaluation should be combined with T stage. Volatile organic compounds(VOCs)were collected in different seasons and different times of the day by dynamic headspace air-circulation method, and the relative contents and the change laws were also analyzed using the thermal desorption system gas chromatography/mass spectrum(GC-MS). The results were as follows: Cinnamomum camphora leaves released 78 types of VOCs during the whole year, and the types of terpenes(19)and alkanes(18)were more abundant than those of other compounds; The relative contents of 32 types of VOCs had significant differences(P<0.05)among different seasons; The number of types in March was the most abundant, and the relative contents of terpenes reached 43.49%, including 1-Caryophyllene, D-Limonene and α-pinene, and the types of VOCs released from C. camphora leaves in other months were mainly of alkanes and alcohols; In spring, the relative contents of VOCs released at most of the time were all mainly of terpenes, and the relative contents of terpenes released at 8:00 am were the highest. Therefore, C. camphora is an ideal species for ecological and heathy landscape, and the VOCs released from C. camphora leaves are rich in kinds of terpenes compounds, which are beneficial for human health, and spring and morning are the best time for forest recreation.
