Improved Reliability and Low Latency Communication (IRLC) with Augmented Reality (AR) has become an emerging technology in today’s world. To minimize an accessory adaptation for Customer Equipment (CE) in AR, it may be feasible to offload the AR workload onto the onboard devices. Mobile-Edge Computation (MEC) will improve the throughput of a CE. MEC has caused enormous overhead or communication omissions on wireless media, making it difficult to choose the optimal payload proposition. The proposed system explores on-board devices that work together to achieve an AR goal. Code splitting is a Bayesian network used to examine the overall interdependence of efforts. From a longevity and endurance perspective, it is used to reduce the Probability of Supplier Failure (PSF) of an MEC-enabled AR environment. Weighed Particle Swarm Optimization (WPSO) was proposed despite the reality based on the emphasis on balancing the issue. As a result, a heuristic-based WPSO facilitates to improve the performance measures. A hybrid method could significantly increase the assertion of a predicted PSF in various network scenarios compared to the existing communication technologies. A preliminary iterative approach is suitable for AR operations and IRLC scenarios to generalize the attributes.

Sentiment analysis is the task of computationally identifying and quantifying the emotions and opinions expressed in text. However, existing sentiment analysis tools, while increasingly sophisticated, face challenges when applied to complex and personal domains such as love letters. This study investigates the performance and accuracy of four popular Python libraries for sentiment analysis (TextBlob, Vader, Flair, and Hugging Face Transformer) in determining the polarity and intensity of sentiments in love letters. A corpus of 300 love letters was collected and randomly sampled to provide 500 sentences for analysis. Due to the lack of labelled data, human experts participated in evaluating the quality and accuracy of the sentiment annotations.Inter-rater agreements were computed among four judges across randomly sampled sentence lots in two distinct blind rounds. The results reveal varying degrees of effectiveness and agreement among sentiment analysis tools (TextBlob, Vader, Flair, and Hugging Face) and human judges, with Cohen’s Kappa values showing low to moderate agreement (ranging from 0.09 to 0.77), and each tool demonstrating unique strengths—Vader excelling in sentiment intensity and Flair with Hugging Face better at contextual nuances—in handling the emotional complexity of the texts. The study also highlights limitations and proposes some custom metrics for evaluating sentiment analysis tools in the context of love letters, such as tenderness index, passion quotient, nostalgia score, and others. The findings contribute to the emerging field of sentiment analysis and provide insights for developing natural language models better suited for personal and emotionally charged domains. Synthesis of nanoparticles (NPs) using plant extracts has been suggested as an environmentally friendly alternative to chemical synthesis of semiconductor NPs. In the present study, ZnO NPs were synthesized by a simple and cost-effective method using Coriandrum sativum leaf extract and zinc acetate as precursors. The as-synthesized ZnO NPs were characterized by UV-visible spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) and energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) analysis. The results confirmed the formation of ZnO NPs with a wurtzite structure, spherical shape and average particle size of 24 nm. The photocatalytic degradation of reactive yellow 186 (RY 186) dye was carried out under direct sunlight irradiation and its degradation efficiency and apparent rate constant (K’app) of reaction were calculated to be 93.38%, and 0.0019 min−1, respectively. The optical band gap value of the as-synthesized ZnO NPs was found to be 3.4 eV, which indicates the presence of blueshift. Owing to the presence of blueshift and a wide band gap of synthesized biogenic ZnO NPs, the overall absorption of sunlight irradiation will be enhanced, which leads to higher degradation efficiency of the dye. The current study thus highlights the optical band gap properties of biogenic ZnO NPs and their significance as a heterogeneous catalyst for the purification of polluted water.

Introduction: Carcinoma breast is the leading cause of morbidity and mortality in women, both in the developed and developing countries. The occurrence of breast cancer is increasing in the developing world due to increased life expectancy, adoption of western lifestyles, urbanization and diagnosis in very late stages. Aim: The aim of this study was assessment of palpable breast lumps for detection of malignancy using a modified triple test and comparison with histopathological examination as reference standard. Methods: Female patients with breast lump were included in this study. Modified Triple Test will be assigned a score of 1, 2, or 3 point for a benign, inconclusive or malignant result, respectively. The present study was commenced to evaluate the role of MTT in preoperative diagnosis of palpable breast lesions keeping histopathological examination as gold standard. Results: A total of 120 cases of breast lumps were studied. all of the patients who were suspected to have malignancy by Modified triple test had malignancy on histological analysis and specificity was 100%, that proved it as a best initial test for diagnosis of malignancy preoperatively. Introduction: Laparoscopic cholecystectomy has emerged as a gold standard technique for the treatment of gall stones. The first step of a laparoscopic procedure is creation of the pneumoperitoneum for which the most commonly used gas is Co2. For the induction of pneumoperitoneum in laparoscopic surgeries two methods, i.e. open and closed are commonly used but none of them is proved complication free till now. Aim: To compare the open versus closed methods of creating pneumoperitoneum for doing laparoscopic cholecystectomy in terms of safety, time taken and complications. Material and Methods: Patients of either sex undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy satisfying the study design and presenting during the study period will be included in the study. Total 120 patients were studied, out of which 60 patients underwent laparoscopic surgery with open entry technique and another 60 patients with closed entry technique. Results: In our study, the open entry technique is almost equal to closed entry technique in terms of the time taken to complete the operation and major and minor complications because there was no statistically significant difference. People are discovering the countless ways that yoga and self-myofascial release can be used to improve football performance. This study aims to find out the effect of yoga and self-myofascial release on flexibility and leg muscle explosive power among men football players. Data were analyzed from forty-five (45) men football players and age level were from 18-25 years old and they were stratified into a yoga group (YG, n = 15), self-myofascial release training group (SRTG, n=15) and a combined training group (CTG, n = 15). The YG and SRTG received periodized yoga practice and self-myofascial release training for 12 weeks. The flexibility and leg muscle explosive power of all the groups were evaluated before and after the training, and the variables were measured by standardized test items as sit and reach test and vertical jump test. Analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) was performed to find out the significant mean differences. In all the cases, the level of significance was set at p < 0.05. There was found significant difference on the twelve weeks of structured yoga practice, self-myofascial release training and combined training groups. Conferring to the obtained results, it can be concluded that yoga and self-myofascial release training leads to significant improvement in flexibility and leg muscle explosive power among men football players. Although, CTG has relatively more effective in increase of flexibility and leg muscle explosive power among men football players as compared to YG and SRTG group. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In this work, a fractal antenna with rectangular base shape has been designed for 5.2 GHz resonant frequency. Recently, ANN modeling of fractal antenna parameters have shown to be an effective approach for its design optimization. But the selection of ANN ensemble members and their output aggregation are two important issues for efficient operation of ANN ensembles. A novel two-step method based on output sensitivity of ANN and genetic algorithm optimization of ensemble members has been proposed in this paper for addressing the above two issues. The proposed approach, which is a modified form of existing technique, has been first validated by applying it over six benchmark functions and compared with existing approach for improved performance. Further, the proposed approach has been used to develop an ANN ensemble for design optimization of fractal antenna at 5.2 GHz resonant frequency. The selected antenna geometry has been experimentally verified and has shown significant miniaturization of 48.34% as compared to conventional rectangular micro-strip antenna. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective: Poultry farm workers are exposed to barn air and suffer from various respiratory disorders. Due to frequent prevalence of endotoxin in the farm settings workers can get co‐exposed to barn air and endotoxin. The study was aimed to explore the pulmonary damage following long‐term multiple exposures to poultry barn air with or without endotoxin. Methods: We studied the pulmonary expression of Toll‐like receptor 4 (TLR4) and Interleukin‐1β (IL‐1β) by exposing Swiss albino mice to poultry barn air for 6 days (Monday‐Saturday) in a week for 5 and 10 weeks. At the end of exposure, animals were challenged with lipopolysaccharide (LPS) or normal saline solution @80 μg/mouse intranasally. Histopathology, bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) fluid and blood analysis were used to characterize lung damage. mRNA and protein expression of TLR4 and IL‐1β were evaluated using quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) and immunohistochemistry, respectively. Results: Histopathology along with TLC and DLC of blood and BAL fluid revealed lung damage following multiple exposures and damage was severe in combination with LPS. Exposures altered mRNA and protein expression of TLR‐4 and IL‐1β and the expression was more marked following 30 days of exposure. Further LPS co‐challenge showed a synergistic effect on the expression of TLR4 and IL‐1β. Conclusions: The data suggest that long‐term exposures with or without LPS caused lung damage and altered the pulmonary expression of TLR4 and IL‐1β. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
