为了提高室内定位精度,实现三维定位,文章提出了一种基于单个发光二极管（LED）的室内反向定位系统。该定位系统解决了利用多个LED定位时的干扰问题,其将日常所用的白光LED作为光源,既与实际情况相符,又便于将来推广使用。该定位系统根据接收机接收到的光照度来估算距离,以残差平方和最小为目标函数拟合出最佳回归曲线,再利用三边定位原理以及空间几何关系确定接收机坐标。实验结果表明,在实际应用场景中,该定位系统能够实现准确的室内定位服务。

介绍了目前高速长距离光纤通信中常用的电光调制器的原理、结构和应用。目前半导体调制器的研究日趋成熟,性能不断改善。有机聚合物电光调制器被公认为是最具潜力的高速光通信调制器,正成为人们关注的焦点。

为了解决波分复用（WDM）网络中由于流量分布变化而导致网络中预配置P圈保护资源分配不准确的问题,提出了可重构P圈的概念,并建立了一种基于网络性能参数进行重新配置的P圈模型。在OPNET中搭建仿真平台,基于泛欧COST239网络拓扑结构,对提出的模型进行了验证。仿真结果表明,根据网络的变化重新计算优选P圈,可以降低网络的性能抖动,提高网络的保护资源利用率。

自动交换光网络（ASON）控制协议采用通用多协议标签交换（GMPLS）控制协议族,其路由部分主要为开放式最短路径优先（OSPF）协议。文章分析了OSPF协议加密措施存在的安全隐患,并对现有的加密方案进行了改进。针对OSPF协议的安全模式,提出了一种可以应用于ASON中路由技术的新的安全性方案。基于数论算法,实现S盒动态调整,通过动态产生的子密钥,在迭代过程中对分组进行加密。

The experiment aims to evaluate the nutritional value of fermented pleurotus eryngii residue in yellow-feather broilers. 45 healthy male yellow-feather broilers (Tuhuang No.6) weighing (2.04±0.14) kg at 60 days old were randomly divided into 3 groups. Control group was fed with basal diet, groups A and B with basal diets + 20% and 30% fermented pleurotus eryngii residue, respectively. At the end of the experiment, the average daily feed intake (ADFI), energy metabolism and nutrient metabolism were measured. The experiment lasted for 13 days. The results showed as follows: the ADFI was significantly increased in groups A and B (P<0.05). The groups A and B with different substitution ratios of fermented fungus residue had a significant difference in the metabolic rates of calcium, phosphorus, and crude fiber calculated by the substitution method (P<0.05), while no significant differences were found in the metabolizable energy and nutrient metabolizable rates (P>0.05). The AME (TME) and AMEN (TMEN) of fermented fungus residue in groups A and B were 4.87, 5.21 MJ/kg (5.01, 5.39 MJ/kg) and 4.77, 5.14 MJ/kg (4.92, 5.32 MJ/kg), respectively. The total energy metabolism rate and nitrogen metabolism rate were 32.88%, 33.77% and 22.86%, 18.31%, respectively. The apparent (true) metabolic rates of DM, CP, EE, NDF, and ADF were 24.24%, 22.67% (26.37%, 24.55%), 22.86%, 18.31% (31.91%, 27.45%), 58.39%, 48.92% (59.02%, 49.58%), 19.20%, 25.44% (18.99%, 25.44%), and 62.67%, 58.51% (62.38%, 58.48%), respectively. It is concluded that the substitution ratio of untested raw materials may affect the metabolic rate of calcium, phosphorus, and crude fiber calculated by the substitution method, while metabolizable energy and other nutrient metabolizable rates can be used as a data reference for the application of fermented pleurotus eryngii residue in yellow-feather broilers. Objective To discuss the role of ETS1 in development and progression of lung adenocarcinoma and to provide a theoretical basis for the screening of clinical biomarkers and targeted intervention for lung adenocarcinoma. Methods The UAlcan database was used to access the Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database and the CPTAC database to compare the expression of ETSI in lung adenocarcinoma tissues and normal adjacent tissues. According to the expression of ETSI in lung adenocarcinoma tissues of the TCGA database, the overall survival (OS) of lung adenocarcinoma patients with high and low ETS1 expression was compared. Human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells in the logarithmic growth phase were randomly divided into the si-NC group, si-ETS1 group, vector group and ETS1-OE group, which were transfected with si-NC, si-ETS1, peDNA3. 1 unloaded plasmid and peDNA3. 1-ETS1 overexpression plasmid by Lipofectamine™ 3000 transfection reagent, respectively. The relative expression of ETSI protein and mRNA was detected by Western blotting and real-time quantitative PCR, the cell proliferation ability (expressed by optical density value) was observed by CCK-8, the cell migration ability (expressed by scratch healing rate) was observed by cell scratch assay, and the cell invasion ability (expressed by the number of invasive cells) was observed by Transwell chamber assay. Results The results of TCGA and CPTAC database analysis showed that the expression of ETS1 in lung adenocarcinoma tissues was lower than that in the normal adjacent tissues (P<0.05). Compared with patients with low ETSI expression in lung adenocarcinoma, patients with high ETSI expression had longer OS (P<0.05). Compared with the si-NC group and the vector group, the relative expression levels of ETSI protein and mRNA in the si-ETS1 group decreased, and the relative expression levels of ETSI protein and mRNA in the ETS1-OE group increased (all P<0.05). Over the time of culture, the OD value of cells in each group showed an increasing trend. Compared with the si-NC group and the vector group at the same time point, the OD value of cells in the si-ETSI group increased, and the OD value of cells in the ETSI-OE group decreased (all P< 0.05). Compared with the si-NC group and the vector group at the same time point, the scratch healing rate and the number of invasive cells in the si-ETS1 group increased, and the scratch healing rate and the number of invasive cells in the ETS1-OE group decreased (all P<0.05). Conclusions ETSI expression in lung adenocarcinoma tissue decreases, which is associated with the prognosis of patients. The down-regulation of ETSI expression can accelerate the proliferation, migration and invasion of lung adenocarcinoma cells, suggesting its potential as a prognostic biomarker and therapeutic target gene for lung adenocarcinoma patients. 卒中后肢体痉挛是上运动神经元损伤导致高级中枢失去对脊髓牵张反射的抑制，脊髓 反射性增高引起以牵张反射增强为特征的肌肉张力异常。肢体痉挛是卒中后常见并发症之一，严重影 响了卒中患者功能康复。近年来涌现出各类改善卒中后肢体痉挛的治疗方法，但其疗效评价标准不 一，其中以主观性量表评价为主。笔者搜集了近些年国内外卒中后肢体痉挛治疗的临床研究文献，发 现F波、H反射相关参数等客观评价指标被越来越多地与主观评价量表相结合，运用到各类临床研 究的疗效评价中。相对于H反射，F波具有更加灵敏的特点，能更好反映肢体肌张力的变化，常与改良 Ashworth痉挛量表一起作为缺血性卒中后肢体痉挛疗效的评价指标。 Abstract: Spasticity of limbs in post-stroke patients is a common abnormal muscle tone characterized by an enhancement of spinal cord stretch reflex. This is caused by the upper motoneuron injury leading to the loss of spinal stretch reflex inhibition from high-level central nervous system. Limb spasticity can seriously affect the functional rehabilitation of post-stroke patients. In recent years, various anti-spastic therapies emerged, but the evaluation criteria of antispastic effect are different, and these criteria are mainly subjective ones. The objective evaluation indexes such as F wave and H reflection were often used in combination with the subjective evaluation scales to evaluate the anti-spastic effect in recent clinical studies. However, compared to H reflex, F wave is more sensitive and can reflect the changes of limb muscle tone better. Hence, at present the modified Ashworth Scale combined with F wave are often used to evaluate the effect of anti-spastic treatment in post-stroke patients.

Objective To explore the application value of secondary decalcification in the hematoxylin-eosin（HE） pathological section of the osseous tissue in clinical pathology. Methods A total of 100 pieces of wax blocks with insufficient decalcification, bone tissue or calcified tissue were collected in this hospital from June 2022 to December 2022. The wax blocks were made into pathological section and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the different decalcification methods. The control group used the conventional decalcification method, and the experimental group used secondary delcalcifiaction method. Finally, the quality of the two groups of pathological section was compared. Results The structural integrity of the HE pathological section, HE staining satisfaction, and excellent rate of pathological section in the experimental group were all higher than those of the control group. The differences were statistically significant（P＜0. 05）. Conclusion The second ary decalcification method has a high application value in HE pathological section of clinical pathological bone tissue. For promoting a green, low-carbon way of disposition of architecture sediment and resource utilization, alkali-activated blast furnace slag (GGBS) as a green solidification agent was adopted to solidify mucky engineering waste soil for subgrade filling. The influence of different dosages of solidification agent on the comprehensive performance of solidified soil was explored. Furthermore, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance were carried out to characterize the properties of the solidification. Fractal theory was used to describe the micropore characteristics and a generalized model was established to reveal the mechanism of alkali-activated GGBS solidification of muddy muck. The results show that the liquid limit and plastic limit of the solidified soil is increased and the plasticity index is reduced owing to the curing agent. The optimum moisture content decreased first and then increased with the increase of the content of the curing agent. The maximum dry density is the opposite compared with that of the optimum moisture content. The addition of curing agent can improve the mechanical properties and water stability of slag soil. The strength, CBR, water stability, and permeability of 10% solidified slag is 2. 36 MPa, 210. 7%, 81. 3%, and 1. 36 × 10 - 7 cm/ s, respectively. All indicators can satisfy the engineering application requirement. The micro-mechanism showes that the main hydration products of the improved soil are (N, C)-A-S-H and ettringite Aft. The number of main pores in the solidified soil is reduced. For the slag with 10% of calcium solidification agent, the middle pores are reduced by 14. 7%, and the fractal dimension of pore distribution is reduced from 1. 23 to 1. 06. The solidification of muddy engineering waste soil by alkali activated GGBS has improved the stability of the waste soil and has good application prospects. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
