Because of the current problems of cultural and creative tourism in tourism destination management under the cultural theory perspective, this paper aims to explore the new development direction of cultural and creative tourism. This paper uses the gray-scale correlation method model to construct a correlation degree model, analyze the factors tourists consider in choosing tourist destinations, determine the weights of each influencing factor, and extract the main influencing factors. On this basis, combined with a questionnaire survey method, we analyze the market demand for cultural and creative tourism, tourists’ satisfaction, and the existing problems of the cultural and creative tourism market and put forward suggestions for the problems. In terms of market demand, the highest percentage of tourists’ motivation for tourism is to experience different cultures 60.55%, followed by relaxation 57.35% and appreciation of scenery 55.4%, which shows that the cultural tourism market has great potential; however, there are still many problems in the current cultural tourism, the most prominent being excessive commercialization and loss of cultural authenticity, which accounts for 75%, followed by high ticket prices, lack of creativity in products, however, the service level needs to be improved to 40%, indicating that all these problems need to be paid attention to. Cultural and creative tourism is a form of tourism preferred by tourists, and many problems still need to be further explored.

The hydraulic system plays the role of power transmission in the working process of construction machinery, but their complex structure leads to their frequent failure, which in turn leads to serious consequences. Therefore, this paper first takes the fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of the hydraulic system of construction machinery as the research theme and introduces the working principle of the hydraulic system of construction machinery and common fault mechanism and common methods of fault monitoring and diagnosis. Secondly, it proposes to analyze the key components of the hydraulic system based on the power bonding diagram theory and establish its bonding diagram model to analyze the working principle and power flow characteristics of key components. Finally, the pressure and velocity characteristic parameters are identified with the help of wavelet technology, and the energy distribution and energy entropy value of the hydraulic cylinder velocity signal are obtained by wavelet packet transform. The simulation results show that the wavelet-based analysis model proposed in this paper has good fault tolerance and robustness for fault diagnosis of the hydraulic system of construction machinery, and the correct rate of hydraulic pump fault diagnosis is up to 97%, with a correct average rate increased by 16%; the correct rate of hydraulic cylinder fault diagnosis is up to 95%, with a correct average rate increased by 13%. The wavelet analysis model can be widely applied to the fault diagnosis of hydraulic systems of various construction machinery, and it effectively improves the performance of hydraulic fault analysis systems and provides a key technology for fault identification and troubleshooting of construction machinery.

The digital economy is growing rapidly, and all recognize its enormous potential. Based on the ARIMA-LSTM-XGBoost hybrid model, this paper analyzes the current situation of digital economy empowering the high-quality development of manufacturing industry based on the economic development of Anhui Province from 2013 to 2020 and explores the logical turn and practical path of China’s high-quality economic development based on it. This paper first introduces ARIMA time series model, LSTM model and XGBoost model and constructs a hybrid ARIMA-LSTM-XGBoost model based on them. Secondly, we analyze the comprehensive index of high-quality development of manufacturing industry in Anhui Province as an example and research and analyze the level of high-quality development of manufacturing industry based on the ARIMA-LSTM-XGBoost hybrid model. The overall manufacturing high quality development composite index of Anhui province increased from 0.1648 in 2013 to 0.3543 in 2020. The four indicators of urbanization rate, financial development level, human resources and marketization level through significance level are -0.0004, -0.0008, 0.0037 and 0.2608, respectively. In summary, the digital economy is the logical turn for the current high-quality development of China’s economy.

In the context of the development tendency of artificial intelligence, the paper describes the opportunities and challenges artificial intelligence brings to business English talent training, innovates and reforms innovative business negotiation talent training methods, and develops independent innovation according to the future development trend of artificial intelligence. The paper discusses the practical activities of training business English talents using artificial intelligence. It mainly focuses on the indicators of building the entity model of business English talents training through artificial intelligence technical RBF ne ural network, grasping the genetic algorithm from four aspects such as the number of gender chromosomes, integral function formula calculation, genetic algorithm, RBF neural network parameters to optimize the entity model and genetic algorithm, and optimizing the limitation of RBF neural network according to the genetic algorithm. The RBF neural network entity model with the genetic algorithm is used to implement detailed analysis and scientific research exploration of the business English talent training evaluation system. The database deviation index and precision index values under the two entity models were implemented for comparison operation. The experimental results show that under the deviation index, the RBF neural network entity model, according to the genetic algorithm, converges quickly and longer than the RBF entity model. Regarding the precision index, the genetic algorithm RBF neural network has a higher precision than 0.94 for every 60 teams, while the RBF model has a precision of 0.84. This research allows for a more accurate analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of school students in business English. Teachers need to improve their academic performance and quality based on their strengths and weaknesses to facilitate the shaping of more excellent business English talents for China. It is important to explore the way of training business English talents under artificial intelligence to accelerate the innovative development of English education and training in China and the trend of English development.

This study explores how to optimize the path of talent cultivation in broadcasting and hosting arts. In this paper, the accuracy matrix is established according to the knowledge network graph theory. The accuracy matrix is estimated by the great likelihood function and solved using the Glasso algorithm to construct the accuracy matrix, network model. The matrix model is used to analyze the influencing factors of the career development of broadcast hosts and the relevance of the employment of broadcast host graduates to their majors. In the development path of the broadcasting hosts, the top three influencing factors are academic level, resilience, and expression ability, accounting for 20.69%, 18.77%, and 13.41%, respectively. Regarding professional relevance, only 5.88% of broadcast hosts have a relevance of 0.9 or above in their majors, while only 15.35% of broadcast graduates are engaged in industries with a relevance of 0.9 or above in their majors. The cultivation of talents in broadcasting and hosting art should focus on students’ professional skills and personalities, and always look at the world with a developing vision and seek a way out with an innovative attitude.

With the gradual maturation of virtual computer technology, it is increasingly used in real life to represent its effects realistically. The connection between arts and crafts and digital technology is getting closer. To bring new opportunities to the development of arts and crafts, virtual reality technology and augmented reality technology is integrated to establish a 3D arts and crafts virtual design model with visualized interactive arts and crafts design as the core. In the visualized virtual scene with the support of a craft knowledge base, the coordinates of virtual design tools, original objects inside the tools, and other points are derived according to the pick-up points. By repeating “delete current scene - generate new scene”, the design of arts and crafts is realized. After the verification of properties, performance, and satisfaction, the process error of the virtual design model is only 1.57mm, the average design cycle is 5.91 hours, and the labor cost, pre-preparation cost, and design cost are 214.66 RMB, 100 RMB, and 20 RMB respectively, which are significantly lower than the traditional design mode. Furthermore, the average scoring value of designers for different forms of arts and crafts is greater than 8 points, which is more satisfying with the application effect of the model. The model is connected to design practice with the help of virtual technology, which not only improves work efficiency and saves material and labor consumption but also facilitates the optimization of design solutions and the extension of solution serialization.

To avoid financial risks, this paper validates the relationship between EV the two based on enterprise value ( EV ) as the dependent variable, and the indicators of debt financing and equity financing structure models as independent variables. Firstly, we introduce interaction terms and panel threshold regression to verify the effect of debt financing structure on enterprise value. Subsequently, a multiple regression results approach is used to verify the impact of equity financing structure on firm value. The analysis of the results shows that the impact of debt financing on enterprise value is divided into four levels at the nodes of 17.876%, 43.294%, and 74.312%, and the higher the level, the smaller the promoting effect, and the larger the inhibiting effect; the impact of equity financing on enterprise value is positively correlated with a correlation of 0.3652, and the higher the concentration of equity, the larger the promoting effect. Overall, equity financing has a greater facilitating effect and lower risk for cultural enterprises compared to debt financing, and to a certain extent, it enables enterprises to actively embrace the market, improve the product effect power, innovate and develop, and increase the growth of enterprise value.

Based on some problems in the punitive damages system that are not conducive to economic development, we take the perspective of economic law to play a positive role in promoting the further improvement of punitive damages. In this paper, the rank of punitive damages is first defined by the singular value analysis algorithm, and the function is set up as a diagonal matrix composed of different vectors, and the square root of the decomposition eigenvalue is the singular value of the matrix. Then the matrix nodes are calculated, and each node is divided into two column blocks and predicted, and the number of nodes is input for the eigenvalue decomposition. The matrix regression coefficients of the independent variables are examined after the decomposition is performed, and the fit of the singular value analysis algorithm in dealing with the compensation problem is derived from this coefficient. The experimental results from a region of the United States show that among 100 large punitive damages cases exceeding $100 million between January 2009 and December 2018, the number of cases of punitive damages in 2010, 2011, and 2013 was only one, and the highest number reached 12 in 2018 illustrating the accuracy of singular value analysis in locating punitive damages, which helps to promote the construction and development of the punitive compensation system and contribute to the stable development of the social economy.

With the rapid development of Internet information technology, artificial intelligence, and other emerging industries, the boundaries between industries have become increasingly blurred, showing a new trend of cross-fertilization development. Achieving industrial integration development has become an important symbol for each region to build a modern industrial system and achieve high-quality economic development. This paper constructs a fusion development path with the help of rural tourism and rural revitalization fusion bases, such as policy factors and the divided self-media model. Combined with the entropy value method to calculate the weight of each index in the integration development path evaluation system, the integration development path is evaluated. The analysis of the model’s obstacle degree and coordination degree shows that the path’s integration development behavior is an important influencing factor from 2017 to 2021, and the annual average value of the obstacle degree is as high as 55.73%.Furthermore, the average obstacle degree of revitalization industry chain extension in five years is 52.37%. The coordination degree of the integration development path has increased from mild disorder to primary coordination, with coordination degrees of 0.334, 0.435, and 0.612, respectively, with an average annual increase of nearly 15%. This fully indicates that the integrated development path of rural tourism and revitalization begins to gradually step into a mature stage under the influence of the communication vision of self-media development.

To implement the fundamental task of establishing moral education and practicing the concept of curriculum thinking and politics education, we promote the construction of English curriculum thinking and politics in higher education institutions from the necessity and feasibility of English curriculum thinking and politics and put forward the implementation strategy of English curriculum thinking and politics in higher education. In this paper, we use information fusion technology to fully explore the feasibility of integrating the thinking politics elements of higher vocational courses into English teaching and achieve the purpose of the study by exploring the ability to improve teachers’ thinking politics education, exploring the thinking politics education elements of teaching materials, and enriching the thinking politics education resources of courses. The basic algorithm of information fusion technology and the computational model of information fusion based on the RBF neural network are used to construct the mechanism of English Civic Education. According to the research, 90.71% of the teachers in the higher vocational English course education are in favor of stopping the courses such as “Bible reading,” which are not conducive to transmitting the truth of Marxism and promoting the core socialist values among college students; 80.5% of the teachers think that they should actively respond to the call of the Party and promptly 80.5% of the teachers think that they should actively respond to the Party’s call, set up teaching and research teams, study the teaching materials, explore and carry out the “Civic Politics in College English Course”, and the students generally think that the “Civic Politics in College English Course” exposes them to a large number of topics that are “closely related to the national political policies and other courses”. In order to reduce the impact of thruster dead zone on remotely operated vehicle (ROV) motion performance and ensure that it can complete trajectory tracking control under external interference. In this paper, the adaptive backstepping sliding mode control(ABSMC) method based on improved rapid power-to-power approximation law is proposed. Under the influence of external interference; ABSMC can quickly reduce the position error of the system, namely, shorten the approaching time. When the position error is small, the system can smoothly enter the sliding surface to eliminate chattering. A new thrust distribution method based on the pseudo-inverse method is proposed for the dead zone of a thruster. This method uses the pseudo-inverse method when the thrust is saturated. When all thruster thrusts are unsaturated, the thrust will remain outside the dead zone for a long time. Combined with the ABSMC method, the thrust output of the thruster is more smooth and more stable with small position errors. Finally, the effectiveness of the ABSMC method and the superiority of the new thrust distribution method is verified by simulation experiments.
