To investigate the effects of Xiaoshuan Changrong capsule combined with argatroban on hemorheology and nerve injury in patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI). 150 patients with ACI who were received in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 were selected, and they were randomly divided into control group (treated with conventional drugs and argatroban, 75 cases) and observation group (treated with conventional drugs, argatroban and Xiaoshuan Changrong capsule, 75 cases)by random number table method. The clinical efficacy, Barthel index, National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score, hemorheology and nerve injury indexes before and after treatment, and the occurrence of adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups. The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Compared with the control group, Barthel index in the observation group after treatment was higher, and NIHSS score was lower (all P＜0.05). After treatment, fibrinogen, whole blood high / low shear viscosity and plasma viscosity in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (all P＜0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum neuron specific enolase (NSE), glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) and S100B protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (all P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Xiaoshuan Changrong capsule combined with argatroban is effective in the treatment of ACI, and which can significantly improve the level of hemorheology and nerve injury indexes. To investigate the effect of donepezil hydrochloride combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training on cognitive function, event-related potential and serum brain derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) in patients with senile dementia. 120 patients with senile dementia who were treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2020 were selected, they were divided into control group (n=60, donepezil hydrochloride treatment) and combination group (n=60, donepezil hydrochloride combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training treatment) according to random number table method. The efficacy, cognitive function scores, event-related potential and serum BDNF, IGF-1 before and 3 months after treatment, and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment of the two groups were compared. The total effective rate of the combination group was 91.67%, which was higher than 72.92% of the control group (P<0.05). The scores of activities of daily living (ADL) assessment scale, clinical dementia rating (CDR) in both groups decreased, and the combination group was lower than the control group (P<0.05), the scores of Mini Mental State Scale (MMSE) increased,, and the combination group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). N1 latency and P2 latency shortened, P3 amplitude increased in the two groups at 3 months after treatment, and the P2 latency in the combination group was shorter than that in control group at 3 months after treatment, P3 amplitude was higher than that in control group (P<0.05), there was no significant difference in N1 latency between the two groups at 3 months after treatment (P>0.05). The level of BDNF in the combination group at 3 months after treatment was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05), there was no significant difference in IGF-1 level of the two groups at 3 months after treatment (P>0.05). There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between control group and combination group (P>0.05). Combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training on the basis of donepezil hydrochloride, the cognitive function of patients with senile dementia can be significantly improved. Objective: To investigate the protective effects of OIP5 on the proliferation, migration and invasion of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cell line SMMC-7721. Methods: OIP5 was down-regulated by using small interfering RNA in HCC cell line SMMC-7721. The transfection efficiency of OIP5-siRNA was detected with qRT-PCR and Western blot. The proliferation of HCC cells was detected by CCK-8 and colony formation assay, and the migration and invasion of HCC cells were measured by Transwell assay.Results: The level of OIP5 mRNA and protein were significantly decreased after being transferred by OIP5-siRNA in SMMC-7721 cells.After knockdown of OIP5, the OD value measured by CCK-8, the number of conoly, metastasis and invaded cell number were significantly decreased compared with the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions: OIP5 can promote the proliferation, invasion and metastasis of HCC SMMC-7721 cells, and targeting OIP5 is likely to be a promising strategy for the treatment of HCC.
