The article is developed methodical recommendations for evaluating the reproduction development of agro-food markets, which are a component of methodical provision of comprehensive evaluation of commodity markets on the basis of stability (resilience). Indicator systems for evaluating the dynamics of reproduction processes in the sectors of commodity markets, as well as the dynamics, structure and redistribution of added value in the markets, which included the author's indicators, were proposed, allowing to deepen the analysis of market reproduction processes in the sectoral dimension. On the basis of methodical recommendations, an empirical study of food security indicators of Ukraine, dynamics of export-import flows of agri-food products, sectoral and resource structure of gross added value was conducted, which made it possible to determine trends in the development of agri-food markets during the war period, as well as distinctive features of the instability of the economy. The article is devoted to the study of methodological approaches to the formation and development of a systematic analysis of financial statements. A retrospective review of the evolution of the formation of a methodology for consistently economic, financial and financial and economic analysis of the production activities of economic entities was carried out. Relevant characteristics are presented, features in modern methods of application of each type of analysis are determined. Six relatively independent approaches to the formation and development of a systematic financial and economic analysis are considered. The results of the presented analysis create the basis for making rational management decisions as part of the implementation of a controlling tool, through which information and analytical support is carried out for the optimal use of opportunities, an objective assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise, avoiding possible bankruptcy. Assembly lines are generally accepted means of mass and serial production, and even used for the manufacture of small-batch products for individual orders. They are flow-oriented production systems. When (re)setting up an assembly line, the important task of balancing it always arises. It originated with the beginning of the use of assembly lines and consists in the rational distribution across jobs of the total workload required for the manufacture of a unit of production. This expedient helps to increase the capacity of the assembly line with some reduction in the requirements for the qualification of the workforce. During the first forty years of the assembly lines, only trial and error methods were used for balancing. Next other balancing methods were developed for different structures and operating conditions of the lines. The article proposes a method for controlling and regulating the incomplete production of a production line, which consists in the periodic redistribution of workers in workplaces, that is, in the redistribution of the incomplete production (in the opposite direction). The purpose of regulation is the approximate alignment of the generation of workplaces and the increase in productivity of the entire line, assuming that the workers do not enter the production line from the outside. The specific problem of the assembly line stability is solved by the methods of the Markov chain theory. A model of the assembly line as an absorbing Markov chain has been constructed. The statement proved in the work formulates the conditions under which the shop management can even out the workstations of the production line with a given accuracy using the reserve labor force. The represent of the production line by the Markov chain allows one to find the only number of workers that must be redistributed between workplaces in order to achieve the goal, and the required number of redistributions per shift. On the basis of the conducted diagnostics of ecological and economic condition of the Black Sea costal area regions the power of the economic situation, necessary parameters of its estimation that allows to start the regional strategy formation of sustainable development from scientifically substantiated positions is defined. Thus, to assess the quality of surface water, the water pollution index is introduced and its gradation is given. Methodologically, the authors continue to use the concept of environmental debt as an accumulated waste in the result of production activities and environmental changes. Using this concept for the interpretation of crediting the economic development at the expense of the corresponding amortization fund is given. The regional economy transition to the sustainable development model means ensuring the sustainability of economic growth while maintaining a steady-state condition of the environment, as well as its preservation within standards and their restoration in the loss of local natural complexes ability to self-clean. Проведено синтез системи управління нестаціонарним об'єктом, в якому є ланка з транспортним запізненням. Задана частина системи представляється двома ланками: підсилювач потужності - ланка першого порядку з не змінними параметрами, і об'єкт управління - послідовно включені ланка першого порядку і інтегратор. Прийнято умова: постійна часу об'єкта може змінюватися в процесі нормального режиму роботи системи в межах 1:10, коефіцієнт посилення об'єкту може змінюватися в межах 1: 2. При цьому показники якості управління - максимальне перерегулювання в перехідній характеристиці і час перехідного процесу залишаються майже незмінними за будь-яких значеннях параметрів об'єкта в заданих інтервалах. У структурній схемі керуючого пристрою використано дві диференціючих ланки і нелінійна ланка типу «насичення». Експериментальним шляхом знайдені співвідношення між запізненням, коефіцієнтом посилення системи і параметрами об'єкта, що забезпечують сталість показників якості управління при зміні параметрів об'єкта в заданих межах. Наведено графік залежності максимальної величини коефіцієнта посилення системи від величини запізнювання. Виконано аналіз стійкості системи при будь-яких значеннях параметрів об'єкта в зазначених межах. Для визначення запасу стійкості системи по фазі наведена програма для розрахунку запасу стійкості в системі MATLAB. Наведені приклади розрахунку керуючого пристрою при заданих параметрах незмінної частини системи і гранично допустимих значеннях змінних параметрів об'єкта управління. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The main preconditions for the sustainable development concept spreading over the world as a ground for transformation of the national economy structure are researched in the paper; scientific theories in which they are reflected are systematized. The essence of the term "sustainable development" and related economic terms are analyzed, the main components (social, ecological, economic) and the guidelines of this concept are singled out. The emphasis is placed on the relationship between the concept of sustainable development and the theory of capital conservation, which involves the allocation of two types of sustainability - strong and weak. The article is devoted to the research of delay operator modeling features using Taylor and Pade series. The purpose of the research is to determine the stability boundaries for approximation of the delay operator by Taylor series when the number of terms in the series is increasing. The scientific significance of the research states the Taylor series applicability conditions for the delay operator modelling. The conditions are important for modern software that allows precise modeling of complex systems. The Routh criterion is used to determine the stability boundaries. The calculations of the delay operator approximation poles for different number of series terms and the delay value were made. The scientific value of the research is the conclusion that the proof of corresponding functional series convergence is insufficient to use this series in modelling systems. The convergence of series does not guarantee the approximation stability and, respectively, applicability of the series. The practical value of the work results is grounded on the requirement to investigate not only convergence of the series, but also the approximation stability taking into account the approximation order and the operator parameters.
